clean up your sidebar! one tip I have is... that you can think of Projects in cursor like a special folder for your chats! a coordinator agent supervises all the agents inside of the project, and you can drag in existing chats from your sidebar into the project if you have many related chats scattered everywhere, consider moving them into a project! even completed agents can be dragged in - it's a great source of context for the rest of your projectshow more

Starting a new project shouldn’t mean rebuilding your setup... from scratch. Experiment: init from an existing project (local or remote) and bring over components (including customizations), theme, fonts, deps, the whole setup and file structure. Works cross-framework: start a TanStack app from an existing Vite app.show more

BUILD KARPATHY'S SECOND BRAIN WITH CLAUDE OPUS 5 +... OBSIDIAN Andrej Karpathy (OpenAI co-founder) shared an architecture that turns Claude into a persistent second brain not just a basic chat window how it works: > point Claude Code at an Obsidian vault folder > drop articles, PDFs, or video transcripts into raw > Claude reads them, updates summaries, cross-references everything > the knowledge base compounds like interest, never resets on a new chat the setup: > install create a local vault folder > open it in Claude Code, paste Karpathy's wiki prompt > > let the agent build raw, wiki, and CLAUDE.md folders > drop any file into raw, tell it to ingest > ask questions, get compiled summaries back this skips rag overhead entirely. your vault stays organized on its own run ingest on a schedule and it's loop engineering: sense a new file, plan, write, verify, repeat how do you manage your local knowledge base?show more

We have FINALLY solved how to generate infinite static... ads completely on autopilot (including copy) and put them in a Drive folder, with ZERO human intervention necessary: 1. Generate ChatGPT headlines and push them into Google Sheets with Zapier. 2. Create one or several design templates for your brand in using their Canva integration 3. Set up a Zap that pushes your Google Sheet copy into the Switchboard template. It will automatically handle text formatting and centering 4. Auto upload the completed design file into Google Drive with Zapier You can do this with infinite design templates and different sources of copy (website reviews, subreddits, etc) so you ALWAYS have brand new ads READY TO GO, organized in the Drive folder of your choice for someone on your team to review and launch. The copy refreshes weekly in this zap according to your prompt. Comment if you want the SOP document for this that outlines it step-by-step!show more

I MADE MY AI AGENT 10X FASTER WITHOUT CHANGING... THE MODEL not a smarter model, not a bigger context window, not another clever prompt the same kind of AI that designs vaccines for viruses we have not even met yet was spending two minutes opening the wrong files just to hand me a brief from three months ago the problem was never capability, it was the scaffolding that piled up around my agent by accident, folder by folder an agent does not think in your categories, it searches from scratch every single time, and your tidy human folders are a maze to it the fix was almost stupidly small, one index file at the root of each big folder and a few numbers in front of the folder names slowest task dropped from 2 minutes to 26 seconds, fastest ones hit 10, zero model changes capability is cheap when the scaffolding around it is broken the article breaks down the whole system in 15 minutes ↓show more
