I'M LOOKING FOR A TECHNICAL PARTNER I'm looking for... a coding wizard to help me build software (and to bounce ideas with). The deal is simple: you build / I distribute You do all technical work. I do all marketing, distribution, customer research. What I bring to the table: • deep expertise in social media marketing/distribution/email marketing/copywriting • total audience of 160k + 42k newsletter (that's a lot of eyeballs ready to see what we build) • big network of creators we can use to co-market • experience building media companies from scratch • sold over 7 figs worth of products to an audience before I deeply care about product so I'll be involved in everything but the coding side. I will document our journey with build in public content (X, LinkedIn, YouTube). You don't need to be part of the content if you don't want to, I'll gladly be the dancing monkey. What I AM looking for: • Full stack (at least to certain extent to get decent MVPs out there) • high agency, high creativity and product sense< • you've made money with your software before • a love for cash-flow • you love homemade goulash as much as I do (well, this one is not set in stone) • someone to share shitposts and memes with (you can't compete with someone who's having fun, I deeply believe this) • someone who is obsessed with building something that people LOVE instead of just use • someone who wants to build something to be really proud of What I'm NOT looking for: • ideas that need VC funding to get started • 2 years of building before we see a dollar • someone who started coding 12 months ago • someone running 3 other side projects • someone addicted to call-culture I'm not 100% certain on the idea yet. We'll figure this out together by testing demand with an audience. We'll probably test a few ideas quickly before going all-in on whatever gets the best signal from the market. Areas I find interesting right now: • AI enhanced-B2B content/GTM/marketing tools • Financial market analytics/consumer finance • Gamified health/longevity apps (probably mobile) Building and creativity is a way of life for me. It goes far beyond the money-creation part of work. I love bringing things into the world. Best case it's similar for you. We'll shoot the shit a lot, send memes, and have fun while working hard on whatever we build. There's also an option to do this on a salary instead of a split I'm open to both. Answer a few quick questions in the form below (next post) I will reach out to people that seem like a good fit. Please tag people who might be interested. RT for visibility so your coding genius friends can build something awesome with me!show more

I think I've stumbled onto the future of building... startups. It wasn't supposed to happen this way. It's 2 AM. I'm editing a podcast, questioning every life decision that led me here. I've already burned through hundreds of thousands on this thing since 2021. Zero monetization. Just burning cash. My business partner's probably thinking I've lost it. We're juggling 6 businesses, and here I am, playing wannabe Joe Rogan. Then it hit me. Not during the podcast. In the darn comments section. I start sorting comments by "contains question" using this AI creator tool called VidIQ. "How do you validate ideas?" "What tools do you use?" "Can you dive deeper on XYZ topic?" These questions keep popping up. Over and over. That's when the lightbulb went off. What if I could turn this into a lead magnet machine? Find questions. Answer them with free stuff. Rinse. Repeat. I team up with Design Scientist to crank out 2 lead magnets a month. (Tried doing it myself first. But it was hard lol) We start pumping out things like "6 Tools I Use to Find Startup Ideas." Suddenly, I'm drowning in subscribers. 10,000 to 20,000 a month. On autopilot. Now, you're probably thinking, "Cool story, bro. But how's this a big idea?" Clarity of what to build is probably one of the most valuable ways to build products people want. You have to understand a niche's problem better than they even know them. Problem: what's the roadblock keeping founders stuck? Segment: group these founders by their specific obstacles. Product: build the bridge that gets them over their hurdle. I use ConvertKit like a scalpel, dissecting these segments. Not by age or location. By the problems they're desperate to solve. Suddenly, I'm staring at a treasure map of founder pain points. And that's when you can build startups to solve their problems. Instead of being a lead factory, you become a startup factory. You use tools like v0/replit/cursor to prototype like a madman. And it makes your life less stressful as a founder. Because you know people are lined up to buy the products. I'm so convinced this is the future of startup building, I've bet $1M+ of my own cash on it. Building startups to solve people's problems. And cool part is this blueprint can be replicated in any niche. The best SaaS ideas aren't in some Silicon Valley incubator. They're hiding in your "free" content. Think of it like this (Isenberg's formula?): (Engaged Audience) x (Targeted Lead Magnets) x (Problem-Centric Segmentation) = Product-Market Fit on Demand Here's the step-by-step: 1. Use AI/software to categorize every single audience interaction by problem type. Build a heat map of pain points. 2. Create ultra-specific lead magnets for each major problem cluster. Think "5-Step Framework for Validating SaaS Ideas" not "Generic Startup Guide". I also use free communities as lead magnets. 3. Forget demographics. Segment by the problem they're trying to solve. Use ConvertKit to build dynamic segments that would make Zuck jealous. 4. Use AI to build rapid prototypes for top problem clusters. Test with your segmented lists for instant feedback. Your next cash-flowing business is probably stuck in a comment somewhere, just waiting for you to notice it. I accidentally built a startup factory at 2am. Happy I did. Sharing in case this is useful to anyone out there. The future of startups: 1. Be a content factory 2. Be a lead factory 3. Be a startup factoryshow more

You may not know this about me. During COVID... I attempted for 3 years to build a bridge from the farm gate to the local town. We were the center of the plate of many local restaurants, as well as portioned controlled meats for major food distributors. We went from 6 to 46 employees 20k a month to 800k/month. But it didn't just take my 46... it took a constellation of other people filling in the gaps. Tearing it down was just as much work as building it. I am proud of where I stand now with everyone involved. I grew more with that storm. For a while I was embarrassed that I couldn't make this thing run forward. One day I decided to look at it from a different angle. I decoupled experience from failure. Today I want to facilitate whatever it takes to pick up the pieces of what I learned to help whoever it is that wants to be part of the change in direction. I don't want to own the damn thing. I want to find the missing pieces of the puzzle so we can build back better.show more

Lately I’ve been thinking of starting a community with... good vibes only where I’ll be able to help anybody who’s: > starting to vibecode > wants to get into product management > building something and just needs someone as a whiteboard for discussing ideas > wants to learn and share cool products / ideas with the community > needs help with growth, distribution, and content creation Comment “LFG” and I’ll add you to the community! I will be starting with a small batch of 10 people this month to see if we’re able to make some impact! So you guys interested?show more

When people ask me why I don't deal with... alotta people..I bring up situations like this.. I hosted a live event with 4 (Dalvin Cook) last year to give FSU fans something dope after a rough season I let the Jax Seminoles club be a part of it (even though I didn't need them to make it happen)..could've gotten 4 on my show regardless, I just like showing love That being said, my goal is to do more live events where I get to celebrate FSU legends, and alum..highlighting their careers, businesses, etc..of course I'll do events that aren't related to FSU as well During the process one of the people involved on the process tried to backdoor me for some 💰(ahh silly rabbit) It was dumb to me, because it wasn't a crazy amount of money, and it wasn't worth messing up a relationship..folks be thirsty tho..and I'm big on principle You ain't gonna eat off of me (especially in a situation when I don't need you and I'm looking out) and then try to finess too lol.. I was sent this video of them taking all the credit for the event that wouldn't have happened without Trials To Triumph, and they tried to zoom in and crop me out of the video lol People will move dirty then play victim and be mad at you for calling them out on it lol..I wasn't the only one upset..my sponsors were upset, and didn't wanna do business with the person from the club anymore I'm sure that this is not a reflection of everybody involved with the club..not a smart way to treat alum though This is also a good lesson for someone else who may be going through situations where people try to play with you, lie on your name, or steal from you..sitting there and be quiet will only make the issue worse in the long run..use your voice and speak up, otherwise you're responsible for the other people later down the line that end up with the same experience that could've been avoided if they were made aware early on That being said, while folks were trying to finesse, we were locking in deals with national brands, and will be hosting a lot more events this year..I definitely wanna put something special together in the spring and before the season for FSU fans Full episode with Dalvin Cook is on YouTube, and we have a Huge episode dropping with Derrick Brooks tomorrow as well‼️ Stay 💯show more

I'm very proud to launch and introduce my design... studio: Antitype. I've been convinced for several years that design will be the work of my life, and this studio is the starting point. A few days ago, a well-known designer publicly announced he was quitting design, overwhelmed by what AI is now capable of producing. A lot of designers share that feeling right now. I don't share it at all. I actually believe it's never been more important to create, to innovate on your product, your interfaces, your art direction. Differentiation has become key for ambitious companies looking to escape the standardisation that AI can generate. That's exactly what Antitype is built on: turning brand and product into a competitive advantage for those who want to stand out. This studio is a solid foundation for what I want to build long-term, and I'm really excited to share it with you!show more

An open letter to chibi 💕 Vtuber : Chibi,... in my career as a manager, no one ever surprised me as you. I never saw someone like you. You are someone very professional and passionate for what you do. I truly have no words to say right now besides that I love your content and how you deal with your career. If I am a good manager today, you should know that one of my biggest inspirations is you. This simple mention of my name on your stream could be something really simple to you, but it truly made my day. I do hope we have the opportunity to talk to each other someday. I would love to learn a lot of more things with you. Keep being that amazing creator you are! I bet you are an amazing person as well. Keep doing it with the love you always have! 🩷show more

its me, blank - i'm starting a new company... called S7RX and im going to do what i've never done before - sharing it all here you probably know me as the founder of openpurpose but in short - i'm a designer turned founder - i started my studio 17 years ago called 3drops in stockholm which i rebranded to openpurpose a couple of years ago and grew it to over 70 members globally working with leading tech companies in us besides running the agency, over the past decade i took on a few personal projects that meant something to me - like leading the digitization of the global visa system for over 65 countries and working with a few enterprise founders to launch daring projects to future proof their organizations along the way i experimented with dozens of ideas which some turned into ventures and a few became companies with their own dedicated teams but for as long as i can remember i only had one dream - to launch a brand that earns like a tech company but feels like a lifestyle brand so now at the age of 36, i'm doing just that and calling it S7RX my first product is launching next week and with that we are officially starting this new journey so follow on IG to see the stories and say hi : ) this will be differentshow more

Back when I had nothing… I was a nobody... to most people. TBH, my parents didn't even see me getting to where I am today. It's just the truth, the chips were stacked for my sister. Not me. But it's just not the reality today. However, there was ONE person in my life that didn’t see me that way. My significant other saw something in me before a lot of things. Before all my wins. Before the $. Before any proof. And honestly… that means a lot to me, if not the most of all. I’ve always been wired a little different. I’m a mix of finance, engineering, and tech, with a sprinkle of obsession. I learned and studied from the best. Warren Buffett for how to invest. Elon Musk for work ethic and where the future is going. And once I saw it… I went all in. Bc when you truly understand what you own… you don’t need 20 bets. What you really need is conviction and just a few bets. That’s how I approached everything in my life. All the way from Apple… to Tesla… to 𝕏… to xAI… and now SpaceX. I believe I have an eye for spotting the best entrepreneurs and companies early, before it becomes obvious to everyone. And when I see it, I back it 100%. That’s just who I am. I don’t need a big circle. I’ve already got my day ones. I don’t need approval. I grew up my whole life with doubt and hate, so what’s one more? At this point, the levels are just too different. And yeah… it's true, it actually gets harder to make new friends when you’re moving like this. So I stay loyal to the ones who were there when I had nothing. I made it with Apple - youngest in, youngest out. Then I made it with Tesla… while people were laughing, doubting, calling me crazy, telling me I was going to go bankrupt with Elon. Fast forward to today, now I'm heading into something even bigger. If the story plays out the way it’s shaping up… SpaceX could have the largest IPO in history this year. The company is talking about raising over $75B… at a $1.75-$2 trillion valuation. For context… the biggest IPO ever - Saudi Aramco - raised about $29B. This would be more than double that. Let that sink in deep. To me this is more than just an investment. This is owning a piece of the future of space, energy, AI... extending the light of consciousness forward in case something happens to Earth. People can call me crazy. People can call me cocky. Arrogant. But the people that actually know me know the truth - I’m just real AF. I say what I believe, and I stand on it. And I genuinely don’t care what people think. I have two middle fingers always held high for those kind of people. That’s probably why I’ve been able to win the way I have. My significant other tells me to slow down sometimes. And I get it. But for me… What’s the point of life if you play it safe? If you see an opportunity that can change everything… and you just sit back? That’s not me. I’d rather go all in on something I believe in… live with intensity… take the hits… and actually feel alive and live life with fulfillment. Laugh if you want, doubt if you want. Some play it safe, a few go all in. You can call it risky. You can call it stupid. You can call it crazy. I call it living. Bc at the end of the day, I'd rather go all in on something I believe in and fail... than spend my life wondering "what if."show more

I went from ZERO($0) to 5 figures in less... than 5 months The year 2024 was a defining year for me and a lot of my friends. This story is one I should have told since but was waiting for the right time It all began in August after losing a cumulative of $20,000. That was literally all I had left with me and was down to less than $300. They say it all begins when you are down to your last 1 million and funny how I didn't even have up to a million Over the course of several days I began asking myself questions as to what I would have done with the money. I could have given my parent their dream house or gotten a car for myself, my mum and started my Agric business. Well, that was how Anxiety started with heavy palpitations and a pulse of 130 Not to bore you, allow me explain step by step as to how I bounced back 1) God - I wont lie to you, God and Prayers are very important in this WEB3. We have very few Normal people on here as this space is toxic enough to destroy you and your mental health 2) Network - See, I know all your idolos are telling you to grind hard which is factually correct but the real profits in this life are from who you know. Check SAYRAAH #WID 📈📉📊 content on networking for more information 2) Excellence - One little lesson I've learned from life is that excellence in itself is not restricted to a particular sphere but its a way of life. I strongly believe the reason all my clients refer me like their lives depend on it is because I handle my job with a unique style of excellence. Starting from my personal page to my clients jobs and even mannerisms 3) Hard work - This aspect has been misused so much. Hard work although very vital must be accompanied with a lot of smart work for you to have results. Scripture shows us that there is a possibility for two people to engage in similar work while they get different result. The one with the smaller result was termed a FOOLISH MAN and the one with better results was called a WISE MAN. The difference is in the knowing, you need to learn how to actually work hard 4) Voice out - Make sure you always voice out when you are not doing as much as you are supposed to. I have a lot of my guys that I tell intricate stuffs about my money-making journey and everyone puts heads together to ensure we all make money I might sound like aspire to perspire but the reality is, bouncing back is difficult but I want you to know that your hard work will eventually pay off I could have just said GOD DID but I know there's someone out there that might need this. Don't stop and don't settle, your future will thank you for it Over the next few days, I would be sharing some opportunities I recently found that I'm sure will print you money. Stay gluedshow more

I'm laying in my tent reflecting on my life... right now..and I have to say, some would say my life situation of being homeless is a sad thing .. because you see people out there who are addicts and in bad situations .. but mine isn't anything like that. Although I havent had a home in 10 years, I see and feel the blessing. I'm so free in life to live how I want in life. Sure while sometimes I desire a bed to come home too.. I get to have a bed anywhere in life I want. I'm so free to live and explore as I please with nothing to tie me down. If I could share any piece of advice, it is simple do not trade your freedom of life for the chains of society and what they deem how YOU should live. I promise in this day and age you can be so free and make money without anyone there to tell you when to clock in, when to eat lunch, when you can use the bathroom, none of that! I hope you all find the bliss I feel in life someday.show more

Excuse me for breaking the wall and sharing personal🤟... I just turned 40, which brought about a wave of reflection, and I'm incredibly lucky. I make my morning commute like most, grind at a desk until 5, then I flip roles to becoming a podcaster, a writer, a coach, a husband, and a dad. Life is moving at warp speed. I'm not rested, but I'm not tired. I'm not polished, but I'm not giving up. I'm not content, but I AM happy. The support and friendships I’ve found in this space have genuinely made my life better. This road, where passion meets persistence, has been paved by so many of you, and I’m incredibly grateful for that. I hope I’ve come across as someone reliable. Someone who isn’t afraid to put in the work to keep improving. Someone who cares, connects with people, and takes this seriously. I’ve always wanted to blur the lines between the person giving out golf picks on YouTube and the guy who simply wants the best for his family. At the end of the day, both are me. We took my son to his first concert. A random person took this video of us, found my wife, and sent this. As life enters the second half, this is how I want to be remembered. Unbothered by embarrassment, just going for it with the people I love, and on the forever pursuit of happiness 🏁 People told me slow my role...show more

Caring only comes from a heart that fears you..... Everything will pass and everything will end, but not everything will be forgotten.. I will never forget you standing by my side during these times when I really need you by my side.. My daughter Julia sends her greetings to you and tells you that she is very happy with your gifts to her.. The pictures below are of some fresh vegetables and fish for Julia. Unfortunately, I bought everything in these pictures on the black market. I paid $600 to $700 for some food. The price of all of this did not exceed $50 before the war.. Everything that money buys is not valuable. My daughter's life and safety are better than all the money.. As long as you are by my side, I will not fear anything.. My friends and loved ones.. After careful examination, we confirmed that Julia was suffering from jaundice Therefore, doctors recommend not giving up canned foods and looking for fresh foods for them. Julia is really getting better and better. This improvement is because of your standing by my side, my friends.. I am very grateful to every person who stood by me and supported me in order to bring happiness to the heart of my child, Julia. I would be very grateful if you would support me to buy fruits and more vegetables for her until she fully recovers My friends and loved ones... I apologize for the delay in updating because the area I go to to get an internet signal in order to tweet has become very dangerous and I can no longer go there as usual.. But I'm here and I'm fine and I'm doing everything I can to be with you. I love you from the bottom of my heart, my friendsshow more

By Thursday, we will be announcing Phase IV of... the Health Insurance for vulnerable citizens in Kaduna. The figure takes us to over 1, 000 in partnership with KACHMA. I missed being in the office. In the next few weeks, I will state my position politically. I owe the public that. I always state whatever I do through my handles. I was with my father for a few hours and he is fine with me running. As God is my witness, and on behalf of the excellent people Kaduna North, I will be running for office in 2027, if alive. We will still focus on the job we were elected to do, and there are a few leaders, Northern Statesmen and fathers that I have to speak to. My position is peculiar. But I have tried to handle with honour and dignity. My wife and I have decided this is the right course. And my people are with me, on social media and offline. I have never feared an election for a day. But it is the right of anyone to try. Respect that right knowing my record speaks for me. Thank you.show more

VTubing is for everyone! I don't like to bring... this up, but recent events in the VTuber community made some people really vile. I had my M&G at HolMat last week and had people come up and just yell at me for being a girl in the "womans world", that is VTubing, no idea about who I was, or why I was there. I had the same group return to my handler multiple times, I felt really worried about the person carrying me around having to deal with this repeatedly and tried to steer them away from the group. It seems they found my YT and left me a handful of the same comments, luckily all caught by moderation tools. While I will refrain from M&G's for a little until this calms down I want to say this; I have been managing for over 1.5 years now, I deliberately take on male VTubers to show them that they can still do it. I take on people that have babiniku accounts, those that are changing from one gender presentation to another and want help, and those that have no gender presentation in their avatar. A lot of male VTubers struggle to find a manager because the stereotype is that all male VTubers are evil and it perpetuates a stereotype that extends beyond entertainment industry subcultures like streaming. VTubing has always been a medium, while character and marketing matters, it's about what makes you happy, YOU are the person that makes the content. Use whatever you want as an avatar, use a voice changer if that's what you want to do. Every month I have a male client bring up they can't do it the same way, that it's easier if jiggle physics or a cute voice is the answer to fast growth. And I tell them yeah, I can also do ASMR, I can do drama content, collab with a larger person, and get to x amount of viewers. There are shortcuts in every entertainment profession and subculture. Does it last? Do quick fixes for anything ever last? Yes, great physics and an expensive model can get people in, but if your value, your way of interacting with people, your content plan and marketing is ass, you can pack up. Most of us start on a small budget, premade or resold models, and it's the same in the big league entertainment industry too. Can I take out a loan and put myself on a billboard tomorrow, can I pay the most expensive model artist and rigger and get in along corporate VTubers tomorrow? Sure. Will it last, will it be genuine, will people trust me? Hell no. Genuine communities and growth build trust. I think streaming, creative industries, entertainment, are full of people, regardless of gender, that will see success and call it "easy", because of what they see as the end product. They don't see most VTubers working a second job, they don't see the managers, they don't see 100+ hours a month going into content production, years invested in singing and voice lessons, model redebut after redebut. I think a lot of male VTubers get a bad rep, because so many boys are raised without putting emphasis on empathy and creativity, watching my brothers be told they should not pursue art, that theatre class is a waste of time, and that they needed to go study x or y to make money for their families in the future was heartbreaking. Nobody should have to look at others and feel so much hatred for society they turn against a whole group of people. If you want to pursue entertainment, please do. If you want to grow and try and make a name for yourself, you should start there, not with yelling about how you already failed. "Oh but I can't", "Oh but the odds are stacked against me", look at the big streamers, look at Ironmouse who overcame everything with hard work, look at Kiara who rose from the ashes, look at everyone that fights against their odds every day and give it your all. If you already think you lost, then you have nothing to lose. Don't give up on your dreams because others tell you to.show more
