I’m posting this, why? I really don’t know why.... Other than some idiot told me my leg was f***ed up, looked horrible, that I should wear long pants and should be embarrassed to wear shorts. I turned and quietly walked away. Still, it struck a nerve, it pissed me off. Years ago I took a boat propeller through that knee. I had bilateral tib/fib fractures. Had 13 fractures between the two legs. I had the whole death experience thing. It was a miracle I lived. I was not supposed to keep the leg. They were doubtful I would ever walk again. I spent 4 months in a hospital bed. Did time in a wheelchair. Spent over a year on crutches. Had a cane for a while. There were numerous surgeries. I worked my tail off trying to recover and return to normal. It took many years to get rid of the limp. I now walk without a limp. I run. I bicycle. I snow ski. And some idiot is going to have issue with how my leg looks? Well, that is just too darn bad. Go get a life. I’ll probably delete this in a day or two, but right now I am a bit pissed. Okay, and admittedly a bit bothered by it. It is amazing that it bothered as much as it did. Guess maybe deep inside I was remembering how it used to make me feel when people made fun of me back when I had a limp, and worse yet, how people (yes, strangers) would make fun of me in public when I just starting to walk and had trouble controlling my legs. So, really just venting, shouting into the void. That is all. I am sure I will be okay in the morning.show more

I never thought I would ever say this, but... I have truly lost all my confidence today. A part of me still believes in my work and knows the value of what I have built here over the past five years. At the same time, I just feel faded. The people I associated with closely haven't supported me, and the majority of my collector base has left the space. I still took it on the chin and continued to show up because I blindly believed in what I do and I know what it has done for me. I never had a Plan B. There was never a backup plan, and that is exactly why I even got here in the first place. I was good for nothing but art, and that is the reason I have always said that art saved my life. But lately, it feels like it is the very thing that is going to kill me. I really don't know how I feel about everything anymore. I just don't know. But I am not going anywhere. This is my home, so I still gonna continue to show up! I just needed to get this off my chest.show more

Asked to reflect on navigating a “hellish” public breakup,... Perrie acknowledges that she receives criticism for answering questions about it, “[but] I’m like, ‘But it really affected me massively’”: “People are gonna hate me talking about it… I can’t catch a break. If I talk about this, they’re like: ‘Why are you talking about it?!’ But anyway, shut up! Yeah, [it’s my life]. When you go through heartbreak, it is hellish. You can’t eat, you can’t sleep, you feel horrendous. You don’t feel good enough and you feel like you’ve been left for something better, or whatever it is… Then what makes it even worse is, I feel like the world was then looking at me, laughing at me. I felt embarrassed; I felt horrified. I had serious breakdowns. I did. Because it wasn’t just the heartbreak I was dealing with. I was dealing with everybody looking at me, and I felt ridiculed. I just couldn’t cope with it; I hated it. I was breaking down in performances, which isn’t like me at all. I was crying constantly. I think I was depressed… I know that sounds ridiculous! But I think it was this plus this plus this, and everything on top. It was like, I had to be there for the girls; I had to be switched on; I had to power through for Little Mix – but I also just wanted to be left the fuck alone. But I also was getting followed every two seconds and asked about it 24/7, and it was the headlines, it was everywhere, and it was a lot! And this is the thing – when people are like, ‘Stop talking about it!’ I’m like, ‘But it really affected me massively’.”show more

When you rescue a senior dog with medical problems... who just had surgery & limps on one leg but he stole your heart and you’re watching him become the dog he was always meant to be! Side note: For everyone who is going to comment or make fun of my Christmas tree still being up — I did not have a Christmas last year. I spent it in the animal hospital with Teddy where I had to watch him slowly die. It was miserable and there was no Christmas. I have not wanted to take my tree down yet for that reason.show more

So last night at the movies, I got a... notification that my right tire pressure was low, almost flat. I feared that someone had slashed it, but after the movie was done, went outside to check. We found a nail in the tire immediately and I was so happy that I used my referral credits just last week to purchase a tire air compressor in the Tesla shop. I had credits that were going to expire and I figured while I might as well get some safety related things to put in my car since I’m having a baby soon and immediately had a use for it!! This thing works amazingly. I just thought that the timing was so serendipitous and wanted to share. Someone on X recommended I get one for my trunk and so thank you, great product!show more

I'm laying in my tent reflecting on my life... right now..and I have to say, some would say my life situation of being homeless is a sad thing .. because you see people out there who are addicts and in bad situations .. but mine isn't anything like that. Although I havent had a home in 10 years, I see and feel the blessing. I'm so free in life to live how I want in life. Sure while sometimes I desire a bed to come home too.. I get to have a bed anywhere in life I want. I'm so free to live and explore as I please with nothing to tie me down. If I could share any piece of advice, it is simple do not trade your freedom of life for the chains of society and what they deem how YOU should live. I promise in this day and age you can be so free and make money without anyone there to tell you when to clock in, when to eat lunch, when you can use the bathroom, none of that! I hope you all find the bliss I feel in life someday.show more

I lost hearing in one ear after a night... dive in 2023. Just long enough to understand that my body and I were not in as much agreement as I had assumed. I started scuba diving in 2016. Not because I had a grand spiritual calling toward the ocean, but because I was on holiday and someone said, “You should try this.” Well, many questionable life decisions begin this way. Andaman is where things escalated. I got my PADI Open Water certification there. I upgraded to Advanced SSI certification on a small island in the Maldives. Soon, I had done about 30 dives. Enough to stop panicking about breathing through a tube. Enough to believe I belonged there. (and wanted to get a tattoo!) Night dives, however, have a way of humbling you. They make you feel both brave and faintly foolish. They were my favourite dives. It was on one such dive that my ear decided it had had enough of this arrangement. The next morning, the hearing in one ear had faded. I assumed it would return. After all, the body is usually efficient at repairing our minor betrayals. :) It did not. A doctor informed me that my eardrum had retracted. Treatment lasted about ten days. Everything returned to normal. Hearing was restored. Crisis neatly folded away. Except I never went back to scuba diving. Fear took over. This morning, I woke up wanting it again. I suspect parts of us remain suspended in places we once loved, waiting for our return, like muscle memory. Dormant, but never gone. One day, I will go back and become her again.show more

Back when I had nothing… I was a nobody... to most people. TBH, my parents didn't even see me getting to where I am today. It's just the truth, the chips were stacked for my sister. Not me. But it's just not the reality today. However, there was ONE person in my life that didn’t see me that way. My significant other saw something in me before a lot of things. Before all my wins. Before the $. Before any proof. And honestly… that means a lot to me, if not the most of all. I’ve always been wired a little different. I’m a mix of finance, engineering, and tech, with a sprinkle of obsession. I learned and studied from the best. Warren Buffett for how to invest. Elon Musk for work ethic and where the future is going. And once I saw it… I went all in. Bc when you truly understand what you own… you don’t need 20 bets. What you really need is conviction and just a few bets. That’s how I approached everything in my life. All the way from Apple… to Tesla… to 𝕏… to xAI… and now SpaceX. I believe I have an eye for spotting the best entrepreneurs and companies early, before it becomes obvious to everyone. And when I see it, I back it 100%. That’s just who I am. I don’t need a big circle. I’ve already got my day ones. I don’t need approval. I grew up my whole life with doubt and hate, so what’s one more? At this point, the levels are just too different. And yeah… it's true, it actually gets harder to make new friends when you’re moving like this. So I stay loyal to the ones who were there when I had nothing. I made it with Apple - youngest in, youngest out. Then I made it with Tesla… while people were laughing, doubting, calling me crazy, telling me I was going to go bankrupt with Elon. Fast forward to today, now I'm heading into something even bigger. If the story plays out the way it’s shaping up… SpaceX could have the largest IPO in history this year. The company is talking about raising over $75B… at a $1.75-$2 trillion valuation. For context… the biggest IPO ever - Saudi Aramco - raised about $29B. This would be more than double that. Let that sink in deep. To me this is more than just an investment. This is owning a piece of the future of space, energy, AI... extending the light of consciousness forward in case something happens to Earth. People can call me crazy. People can call me cocky. Arrogant. But the people that actually know me know the truth - I’m just real AF. I say what I believe, and I stand on it. And I genuinely don’t care what people think. I have two middle fingers always held high for those kind of people. That’s probably why I’ve been able to win the way I have. My significant other tells me to slow down sometimes. And I get it. But for me… What’s the point of life if you play it safe? If you see an opportunity that can change everything… and you just sit back? That’s not me. I’d rather go all in on something I believe in… live with intensity… take the hits… and actually feel alive and live life with fulfillment. Laugh if you want, doubt if you want. Some play it safe, a few go all in. You can call it risky. You can call it stupid. You can call it crazy. I call it living. Bc at the end of the day, I'd rather go all in on something I believe in and fail... than spend my life wondering "what if."show more

Read Caption 💗🥺 ❄️ People always ask me why... I skate. I skate because out of every sport I have ever tried, this is the only one that taught me something real. No matter how many times you fall, you have no choice but to get up again. Figure skating found me during a time when I was discovering myself, healing myself, and rebuilding the parts of me I thought were gone. It became something that no one could ever take away from me. I am passionate about this sport because of what it does to my soul. The moment my blades touch the ice, something in me settles. I feel whole. I feel protected. I feel like I have entered a world where nothing can break me. No one can walk into that space and dim my light or tell me I am not enough. On the ice, I define myself. Figure skating is a place where applause comes from every direction, even from within. You clap for your effort, your courage, your growth and even bad days. You get to watch yourself evolve in ways you never imagined. It is mesmerizing to witness how far we can go when we keep moving, when we trust the process, and when we simply skate. When I skate, I am reminded that my journey is mine alone. Every glide is a voice saying I survived. Every spin is a reminder that my spirit still dances. Every fall becomes a lesson in strength, and every landing becomes a quiet celebration. Skating taught me how to breathe again, how to trust again, how to see myself again and how to love the person I am becoming. And that is why I keep going back to the ice, again and again. ❄️ ✨ #figureskating #health #healing #iceskatingshow more

Today was the day. I gifted my mother $10,000.... Something I dreamed of in the start of my trading journey. My parents have always been there for me. At first they didn’t believe in my journey, yet still they supported me. I promised them MULTIPLE TIMES that I was going to take care of them, yet the only thing they did was laugh it off. Yet here we are. Why do I trade? To provide to my family and to the ones that supported me. To achieve all the goals that 18 year old me set out to achieve. I was lost, yet I didn’t stop because I knew that I had bigger things planned for me. Was it hard? Absolutely. Was it worth it? Absolutely. After 3 years of putting the work in, I became profitable, and now, 5 years in, I’m able to provide to myself and my family…and that’s the only thing I care about.show more

When I was 16, all I wanted was a... red Trans Am. My parents said they couldn’t afford it, but I’d been working since I was 10, so I did what any hard-headed kid would do. I bought one with my own money. It looked just like this car. I wrecked it a few times, beat the hell out of it, and eventually let it go 🏎️ 💨 Fast forward about a decade ago, I decided I had to have one again. I wanted a true replica, but I didn’t realize how hard it would be to find a fully loaded Trans Am. Power windows, power brakes, power steering, 4-speed, 6.6L, honeycomb wheels, and the Hurst T-tops. That hunt took a long damn time. I finally called my buddy Dave Hall at @restoreamusclecar, the guy when it comes to Trans Ams, and had him restore it the right way 🇺🇸 💪show more

It was a Friday night in October when I... received an email with the subject line… “Custom Golf Bag | Sammy Spieth” I remember it vividly. We had a horrible day in sales and I was a little down in the dumps. But I told my wife that this could be huge. We spent months working and finalizing the design. Below are some of the early drawings ⬇️ After getting the bags finished, I knew these could be really special. I had no clue if the bags were going to show up to the Par 3 course yesterday. Honestly, I was nervous. But after seeing Jordan’s wife with the bag in her hand, I had such a sense of relief. We made it. Yesterday will be a day that we will always look back on in the history of Charlie Golf. Really, really cool stuff. A legit pinch me moment.show more

JADE gets emotional reflecting on her North American tour... in a new TikTok: “I’m having so much fun on this tour. I just feel so grateful that I’m getting to do this at this point in my career. The fact that I get to tour [North America] after being in the industry for 15 years, and only now just getting to do my own headline tour, is incredible. It’s been a long time coming. What’s really beautiful about these shows is that when I look into the audience, I recognise so many of the fans here from back in the day, who’ve literally waited for years – like me! – for this moment. It just makes me feel so loved and supported to know people have believed in me enough to stick around for years waiting for this to happen. Anyone that’s bought a ticket, dressed up, made their own costumes… It’s just such a lovely, beautiful thing. I hope they can see when I’m on stage just how much that means to me, and how much I love performing and putting on the best show that I possibly can every single night. I will never ever take it for granted. I’m just so chuffed that I get to do this for a living… be a silly pop girlie, write and create music that brings people – and myself – a lot of joy… Thank you for believing in me. I literally get on the bunk on my bus most nights from the tour and just lie there like, ‘Oh my god! As if this is my life!’ It means a lot. I hope I get to do this for the rest of my life… Full of gratitude and lots of all the lovely emotions. Thank you so much.”show more

Dear Genshin Impact fans, In my nodkrai video I... said that Natlan’s music was nice but felt shallow, my mistake in this was not elaborating on why. I said it in passing and didn’t consider the word choice. I’m gathering that people assumed I was referring to the PLACES being represented by the music Which is preposterous because I would never criticize a culture or place, as I’ve always felt that is genshin’s strongest element. I assumed you would know it was obvious I was talking about the musical composition and structure not what that music represented (the people and the places) I’m sorry if you felt that I was spitting in the face of your culture. As a multicultural person myself and soon to be married to a multicultural person as well, I would never ever do that. I am saddened that you may have felt that. That said, subjectively, I felt natlan’s music was nice. But, a bit too easy listening to my taste. Part of the reason I have filmed so many Genshin videos is due to the musical complexity it showcases. Not just in the western soundscape but also in other regions that are represented. You’ll recall I defended this very thing a year ago when the music was representing African culture. At that time I was lambasted on this platform for saying that people of color were not being represented properly in game. I’m perplexed why you would think I’m suggesting the opposite now, even going so far as have people claim I am “racist” which is a bridge too far. In any event, I’m sorry for any hurt feelings. It’s clear to me that if I’m going to say something, I should be clear about what I mean.show more

This video of me was taken the moment that... God fully entered me and I fully allowed God in. God hasn’t left since. I had danced around it for a while, still processing conditioning that God was a religious word, a heavy word. I had to untangle some stuff before being able to call God by name, directly, without flinching, without sarcasm. I can’t believe I have this moment on film. The person filming was a non-believer - He believed God was an oppressive Christian force, a cult leader, a fairytale, a problem. So I kept quiet. Seconds after this video, twisting the water out of my hair and getting my clothes back on, I turned away from him and muttered in quiet prayer to myself “I love God … I love God… I love… God. Thank you”. I was finally able to say it with my whole being in that moment. Heart bursting. I finally understood who God was. I wanted to share it with my friend so bad in the moment but I couldn’t. I knew where he stood. Hours later, I told him about my God moment. I played it off a bit for my skeptical audience, implying that the cold plunge made me so high and faint that I was talking to God. But I knew in my heart what was happening. How real it was. “Should I be worried?” He responded. Then he went on to tell me a story about how a woman approached him on the beach last week and tried to convert him to Christianity with some pamphlets.show more
