Introducing: Control Tower. After running agencies for over a... decade, three problems were clear: 1. Task management tools aren't built for client work—the constant back-and-forth, the private and public feedback loops. 2. Financial tools don't understand service businesses. We need to know what's coming in, what clients owe, when they're paying, and how that stacks up against what we're paying our team. 3. We need easy tools to track and manage our team's capacity in real-time. But here's the thing—these tools need to work together. When you work with clients, your team's capacity dictates the projects you can take on. The projects you take on dictate your revenue. And the pace of those projects restarts the entire cycle. That's what Control Tower does. Today we're announcing the foundations: Tasks, financials, and capacity. Very soon we'll be introducing Chief—the AI layer that connects everything and works proactively to keep your team moving. We built this from the ground up to be agent-native. What we have today is good. It's not great yet. There's a lot of work to do, and a lot we haven't even shipped to our beta users. I'd love for you to check it out. Sign up for the beta—we're inviting people as quickly as we can and doing personal walkthroughs.show more

San Francisco’s economy is recovering, and people want to... be here again. As we continue to build that momentum, we need to make sure that San Franciscans feel the benefits and can continue to raise their kids in this incredible city. We need to build housing, we need to create jobs, and we need to keep bringing people back downtown, our front door to the world and the economic engine for our city. That’s why today I am proud to announce the BUILD Act with Supervisor Bilal Mahmood—a legislative package that will unlock stalled housing projects and create thousands of good union jobs. The BUILD Act will reform the transfer tax to incentivize investment in these housing projects and buildings downtown—stimulating new jobs for electricians, plumbers, and laborers. And we will put forward a ballot measure in November to ensure that transfer tax is paid on properties in foreclosure so we can offset revenue impacts. Our politicians used to take our workers and our families for granted. But those politicians are gone, and those days are over. We are now creating the conditions for our city’s success. By passing the BUILD Act, we will take the next step, creating the jobs and building the housing that San Franciscans deserve.show more

We called $ZEC at $47. It reached $1,600, and... we sold at $1,500. We called $QNT at $64. It reached $356, and we took some profits at $300. And we're still accumulating $QNT for our long-term position around our planned entry levels. We also have our eyes on several other utility projects that we believe could outperform the broader market in the coming years. These aren't random picks. Our team has years of deep experience in technology. We understand how these systems work, the problems they're designed to solve, and what separates promising technology from projects that simply attract attention. That experience plays a major role in deciding where we put our own money. At XFinanceBull, our research goes well beyond price charts. We study institutional adoption, partnerships, real-world utility, tokenomics, market structure, and potential catalysts that could drive long-term value. We spend countless hours researching these projects because we want to understand their potential before the broader market recognizes it. But there's another important part of our research that most investors overlook. We also study the opposition and the billions of dollars in existing revenue that could be at risk if that technology succeeds. Look at Zebec $ZBCN, for example. ADP, one of the world's largest payroll companies, generated approximately $1.35 BILLION in annual interest revenue from client funds in fiscal 2026, holding an average of $40.4 billion in client funds throughout the year. Now consider what Zebec is building. Its real-time blockchain payroll technology allows workers to access their earnings continuously, instead of waiting for traditional payroll cycles. Zebec reported $49 million in monthly payroll volume, serving 13,100 employees across 243 enterprise clients in Q1 2026. That's why we're paying attention. We're not just looking at a better payroll solution. We're looking at technology that could eventually challenge how traditional payroll companies operate, compete for customers, and generate revenue. And when billions of dollars are involved, we don't expect established companies to give up market share easily. That's why we examine who stands to lose, their financial influence, how they're responding to new technology, and the barriers they could put in the way. We believe understanding both sides gives us a much clearer picture of a project's long-term potential and the challenges it must overcome to succeed. Finding a good project matters. Knowing when to enter and when to take profits matters just as much. That's why we share our research with our subscribers. Our subscribers get access to detailed project deep dives, potential entry levels, long-term price projections, and our analysis of the utility projects we're positioning for. Every subscriber also receives FREE VIP access to XFinanceBull Academy at no additional cost, where we teach the fundamentals of crypto, blockchain technology, and the financial system we believe is taking shape. Our goal has always been to help people understand what they're investing in and why, rather than simply buying something because someone told them to. $ZEC and $QNT are two examples of what years of research, patience, and timing can produce. And personally, I believe some of the biggest opportunities in utility crypto are still ahead of us. There are projects we're researching today that I believe could become major players in the next financial system. Some of them are still barely getting the attention they deserve. Our deeper analysis, entry zones, and long-term projections are available on our subscribers feed. I'm proud of the calls we've already made. But what excites me even more is what our team is researching and positioning for right now. I believe the next few years will be very important for utility crypto. And we're doing everything we can to understand which projects have the technology, fundamentals, and competitive strength to become part of the next financial system. LOCKED IN!show more

You can’t control what happens when it’s time to... compete, but you can control how prepared you are for it. Get your work in. Get your reps. Be intentional with your time. Most of you know the work we do in... GBV, we also do work in women empowerment. The two work in tandem. You know if you invite me to a conference, I stay behind and collect unused pens and notebooks for further use. I mean reduce, reuse and recycle. Lol. But most importantly I pick what we can use for our EMPAWA Mama program on Saturdays. I ask women who can share their skills to come to Soweto and speak to usm This Saturday we celebrated IWD and we did what we do best. Our Chama women met and were trained by one of the best Chama trainers CHAMA Champions who visited and gave great insights on how we can continue to grow VW Babes came to Soweto to participate and support our work and heh we have never seen these many VWs. The ladies stayed and also built our capacity We had a partnership with chiraz International at Jacaranda Hotel as usual we went with our Soweto mamas and there were topics like burnout, toxic relationships led by our own psychologist Njoki Maina. We also learnt first aid and self defense. And Separ will be coming to Soweto to train our ladies in first aid as well as self defense. That is how we Accelerate Action #Usikimyeshow more

Alright, now that we know *what* an agent is,... how does it actually work? When you ask for help on a task, the agent plans a series of steps and executes them directly in the application on your behalf, using the tools it has access to. Say you are booking a local service or trying to organize your inbox (which typically takes multiple steps): the AI model first plans how to achieve the task using its existing knowledge and then interacts with your inbox to execute the task. The agent will continue until it is confident the task has been successfully completed.show more

Universities and High Schools have not moved rapidly enough... to guide students to have skills for the next decade. THEY HAVE FAILED. It is a massive crisis that can be averted by understanding what AI and Robotics will bring about. Solutions are knowing how to use these tools and new industries that will rise. But this situation is also on ALL OF US. No “job” is safe from founder to entry level in most industries. You and I, by what we do, will be “replaced” ultimately. What to do? AI and Robotics are tools, the next decade is owned by those who know how to use them expertly, but this is also temporary. We have to understand that what we do for “work” will change giving ultimately a greater value to those that are: Creative Flexible Always learning Willing to be wrong Love being human Love being alive Know history Covet wisdom Knowing all tech has downsides Building strong family and friends Realize many institutions have failed The first four are required for you to be able to live through this period with your sanity intact. The rest will allow you to thrive. There are no true careers at this point anymore. There are advocation and vocations which will either earn you money or give life meaning. We will learn that we are not “what we do”, just like we knew for 99% of human existence. Let that sink in. — You and I are far, far ahead of knowing this and we can do two things: 1) Laugh at the “clueless” 2) Help people understand with grace Go to Reddit if you are 1, in fact don’t follow me because you will not like this next decade and what I post. You are 2 and thank you. Even if you and I have not solved this issue, we can help people understand what is ahead and with determination and creativity bound together to solve it locally. Or human family has done this millions of times. The evidence is: you are here. The Neo Luddite movement has not even begun and it will potentially rip apart society even more than all the fashionable moment in the recent past has. These Luddites will have a good point with the wrong answers cooked up by dying academics that cling to labels, “virtues” and victim hood. It will be readymade for some governments to enter in as “big daddy” to “help us”. You will not like what they do, but you will only know when it is too late. It will include YOU “volunteering” to “leave” by 60, to “help out” CanadaPod style. “Brian, I’m 24 what do I do?”. I hope to do much more here to help. But I do know this: 1) Learn a trade or vocation because it’s valuable. It may also be free to low cost if you do it right. 2) Learn everything you can about USING AI and TRAINING YOUR AI. Your expertise will be in the top 1% for a decade. But not forever. 3) Understand Bitcoin and how it will rise while other things sink. This is a short list for now. We will know more moving forward. When you see videos like this posted below, know one thing: Many of these folks had no real family of mental and physical support. Maybe no parent or one parent. Maybe only a broke system to prepare them for—nothing. This was not their doing. Now it is not your “job” to help them, it is your survival to help them if that is what you need. See some day after the dust settles these 20 year olds will be 40 year olds and running YOUR world. And at some point you may need them more than you think you do. You will need them, as they need you now. THIS IS WHAT PAST WISDOM KNEW. The elders of the past never found the need to piss on the youth and hope for the best. THE YOUTH ARE OUR BEST, let us all find ways to change it, even if every aspect of “the system” wants us to berate them into the ground.show more

Today we're opening offices in Madrid, Milan, and Paris,... and building a dedicated engineering hub in London. The demand came before we did. Organisations across Spain, Italy, and France were already running Legora on their most complex work before we had a single person on the ground there. When customers adopt you in a market you haven't entered yet, you listen. These are markets that sit at the centre of European M&A, infrastructure, and cross-border regulatory work. The matters are hard, and the demand for AI that can actually handle that complexity is real. That's the work we're built for. London becomes the third pillar of our engineering org, alongside Stockholm and New York. The engineers who understand how AI applies in regulated, professional settings are concentrated there, shaped by proximity to some of the most demanding legal and financial institutions in the world. That's exactly the problem we're solving, and exactly the team we want building it. Sixteen cities. Four continents. Seven hundred EMEA hires in the next 6 to 12 months. All of it pointed at one thing: making lawyers 10x better at what they do. To be part of it, take a look atshow more

During a meeting with President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip... Erdoğan in Istanbul, we discussed bilateral relations between our countries, as well as the situation in Europe and the Middle East. It is important that joint and coordinated actions strengthen the protection of life and help deliver greater security to people in every part of the world. We agreed on new steps in security cooperation. This primarily concerns areas where we can support Türkiye – expertise, technology, and experience. There is firm political readiness to work together, and our teams will finalize the details in the coming days. We discussed practical steps to implement joint projects in developing gas infrastructure, as well as opportunities for joint development of gas fields. I am grateful to the President and the people of Türkiye for their consistent support for our independence and territorial integrity. We value our close cooperation over all these years, which enables us to work on truly significant projects that can strengthen our entire region.show more
