It will be interesting to see how the Activision... team approaches weapon design and lethality in the next Halo. I think it's important to not only stay true to a weapon's aesthetic but also its historic performance. For example, Halo 5 did a great job at capturing both aesthetics and performance for the Halo 2 BR55. Hoping the next team takes some significant time to understand what makes Halo gunplay unique and awesome.show more

When Halo 5 first launched I didn't like the... Thrust Evade ability. As I played more, I realized that it created more depth in close quarter encounters. One example, in previous games close range Energy Sword encounters would be a sure kill for the sword user; whereas in Halo 5 you could time it, evade the lunge, and flip the odds in your favor.show more

Here’s how Halo Infinite’s Master Chief Mark V armor... was used to create Campaign Evolved’s version: “A few parts of low poly that were partially re-used from the Infinite version were the shoulderpads, the upper arm, and the upper legs. They did need some rework because of nanite and new UV/material requirements, but I used the Infinite model as a starting point on those pieces. So, shoutout to the artists who worked on the Halo Infinite MKV model for laying that groundwork.” “The gloves and boots were completely redesigned to better serve first person view and cinematics, and some elements changed on the torso, helmet, techsuit, and all the parts that show in first person.” - Ben Frazier (character artist) #Haloshow more

But we’ve got a huge job here to do as we prepare for them.” WEEI #NEPatsshow more

But when you are THIS unplayable in the outfield while also having some noticeable flaws with your swing, man...And I'll reiterate for the 100th time, I confidently think this kid will be something important for the team long term. But this product right here is not more valuable going into next year than what Grisham gives to the team. This is legitimately worst fielder in the league shit.show more

I made this with AI. If we had the... OG Bungie team, Halo would be at a visual fidelity level similar to a Naughty Dog title. Instead, everything looks like clay and plastic, even after switching engines.show more
