Lots of people are sleeping on Quinn Priester... I... have a feeling this dude is going to make an impact with the major league club next year. Let’s talk about it. Adding velo to the sinker (SI) has been a constant emphasis since coming over via trade, and we already saw a minor increase last year. Avg SI velo (2024) 📈 • w/ PIT: 93.0 mph • w/ BOS: 93.8 mph NOTE: Remove his first two appearances where there wasn’t really any changes made, and his avg SI velo now sits at 94.2 mph. Games where SI sat 94+ mph 📈 • w/ PIT: 2 (of 23) • w/ BOS: 5 (of 10) He’s comfortably hit 96 and topped 97 mph for Worcester (seen in video attached), and has been grinding on a velo program this winter as well. Other top velos, just for fun… • FF: 96.3 mph* • SL: 92.3 mph • CU: 83.5 mph* • CH: 92 mph* • FC: 94.4 mph* *indicates top velo was w/ BOS — On top of this, we all know that Bres/Bailey & Co. love their whiff and secondary offerings. Priester took a huge step forward last year in both of these categories. Bryson DeChambeau’s next event after LIV Golf Andalucia is... the US Open, where he’ll attempt to win his 3rd gold medal. He spoke to Flushing It Golf at Valderrama about his preparation ahead of Shinnecock Hills and whether he feels any pressure after missing the last 2 cuts in majors: “Well, Valderrama is a ball striker's golf course. So you have to control your golf ball and hit the right shots under the gun with a lot of wind out here. It really is a great ball strikers paradise. The same as, you know, in the US Open. I think this is a great test.” Bryson shot rounds of 70, 71, 71 and 70 to finish T11 at Valderrama. Does he feel any pressure to perform after missing the cut at the Masters and the PGA Championship? “No. To be honest, missed cuts are gonna happen. I might miss all 4 of them in majors this year. That's just golf. Like, I’m playing great. I just haven't shown up when it mattered most. But I've played well out here on LIV, and I’m working on my golf swing really hard, and, I feel like it's in a really solid place. It's very close to some of my best golf ever. “Last week (in Korea) I had a great opportunity to win for the third time this year and didn't close the door. And that's just more learning, you know, if I had a little bit more knowledge of what to do in the golf swing, to get the ball to go straight in a few scenarios. I could have taken that championship down too. “So, I feel like I'm actually playing the most consistent I've ever played on LIV, which is great. And I think it's attributed to the switch to four rounds. No question.” Bryson says he’s going to head to Shinnecock early to get some extended work in and thinks it will be a huge benefit after not playing the course since the 2018 US Open. If he were to win it, he would join Tiger Woods and Hale Irwin as the only players to win 3 gold medals. It would also put him just 1 championship shy of equalling the all time US Open winners record of 4, held by Jack Nicklaus, Ben Hogan, Bobby Jones and Willie Anderson. Brooks Koepka leaving LIV Golf is an obvious blow... to the league. But, it would be a considerably bigger blow if Bryson DeChambeau were to do the same. Bryson is contracted through the end of 2026, but he’s currently in discussions to extend early. Speaking exclusively to Tom Hobbs from Flushing It Golf, he spoke about the current situation: “I mean, look, it's confidential. I’m not going to share too much, but the conversations are in process. We have to get to a place where both parties have a good understanding of one another. It is getting to a place that makes sense for both sides. “And, I think that can happen, but you never know. Life throws curve balls and, obviously, we saw what happened today (Brooks Koepka leaving LIV Golf) and that was quite a shock to a lot of people and something that, you know, it is what it is. “People make decisions for whatever their needs and wants are and, ultimately, you have to respect it and move on and it feels like it was a mutual understanding and that's great. “I think that as a league now we have more opportunity to make some movements and I think that team has an opportunity to do some things differently than the past few seasons. So, we'll see where it all goes and where it all leads. Ultimately, it's quite interesting.” It certainly is interesting. Throughout the season, LIV Golf officials were trying desperately to convince media members that Brooks was happy and committed to the league and his franchise, when perhaps they were actually just trying to convince themselves. So, were the players aware he felt this way and did they expect the news to come so soon, before the end of his current contract? “There was always rumblings, but ultimately, it was a shock when I saw it today. I was like, whoa, all right, well, didn't know it was going to happen today. I didn't have that on my bingo card for the 23rd of December. “There's also, people can look at it as an opportunity. I always look at it as when one door closes another opens, right? And, I'm not going to speak for LIV, but I think that's what we're thinking of, at least from my perspective. If I was running the league, I'd look at it as an opportunity, not in a negative or positive way. It's just, it is what it is, right?” Bryson makes an interesting point. Brooks was never really committed to his captaincy of Smash GC or building a franchise, so perhaps a change of leadership and the opportunity that offers is actually a positive. There’s no point in having a big name player on the league if he’s not even prepared to wear his own team branding. So, now that Brooks has officially left, does Bryson think Brooks should be allowed back onto the PGA Tour? “I don't know, man. I don't know what they should allow or not… If they're going to be doing it by the book, they should do it by the book and not give any special exemption. But if there's a special exemption, it definitely opens the doors for others to do the same, which, you know, it's a slippery slope for sure.” Currently, no official pathway back to the PGA Tour for Brooks Koepka has been announced. Candace will be doing an exposé on Erika Kirk’s... past much like her “Becoming Brigitte” hit piece. I’m going to give her the same courtesy. At least there’s no glaring conflict of interest. It wont be pretty but there are a lot of lies that need debunking. I started doing a deep dive into her history a year ago. I still cannot see the bottom on her life’s shenanigans. It must be important to understanding who Candace is, if Candace believes it’s important to understanding who Erika is. Candace’s history is relevant because Candace herself says that it’s relevant. I find it really interesting Candy was a Young Steff groupie & tried to break into the hip-hop industry but failed. Something awful happened on that set. I don’t know what she did to get cut out of the video, all but .8 seconds. The artist hits her in the head while dancing & it looked intentional. Editing this in is a real insult. In a video on YouTube Candace tells us that an apology, from the boy who called her a racist name in high school, would have solved all of her problems and prevented her from making very destructive decisions, which led to her dropping out of college and starting a doxxing site called “social autopsy”. I imagine the embarrassment from this experience in the music industry was deeply scarring to her. Candace likely believes a young woman’s past is worthy of sifting through because her past is very checkered—going all the way back to high school. This video alone doesn’t prove as such but it does represent her abject hypocrisy and celebrity complex. It might explain why she latched onto Kanye and attacks celebrities. Obviously, I understand a lot more about her rejection from leftists politics than black culture. Media corruption & Politics is more my wheelhouse. She railed against “black culture” & “Marxism” only after being ejected from it. She was literally hating from outside of the club. Tree of Logic 🇺🇸 (a former police officer & black conservative YouTuber) was the first to call her out for being a nasty bully in 2017. Candace seems to run from other black women who call her out. 🧐 Tree was doxxed and harassed for months after calling out Candace Owens for doxxing and harassing people. Unfortunately, not many were willing to share arrows back then and it was just memory holed. Tree of Logic should have been platformed over Candace Owens and I will die on that hill. I’d love to hear what other SINCERE women think about the racial dynamics at play here. I have a limited perspective, clearly. She seems to be afraid of some women and just hates the rest. There’s been some confusion/comments about my use of the... phrase “pull the goalie” … so I’ll explain what it means, why I use it and why I think it’s the right starting point to use for defining urban Family Friendly housing Like from this clip from Marley and Me, it has simply meant a couple having sex, while being open to having kids. The word " trying" can feel really strange at first ... so it's just the shift from preventing a pregnancy to being willing for one to happen. And there’s a very big difference between getting pregnant and deciding to be willing to get pregnant. That difference is *key* when it comes both to designing housing and to making a City more family friendly. I know plenty of couples who have gotten pregnant immediately, like on the honeymoon. And for others it has taken years of ACTUAL trying (tracking cycles, having sex at specific times of day, hormones, IVF) ... and for some of our friends despite all efforts it just has not happened. Only God knows when or if a couple will have a baby. Babies truly are a miracle. (On a related note, Marley and Me is a beautiful movie in telling the story of wanting a family and losing a baby. My wife and I have lost children, so we know a *bit* of what the heartbreak of miscarriage is like) But the shift for a couple to become WILLING to have a baby is one of the core reasons people struggle to have kids in cities. If someone looks around their apartment and thinks, “There is no way we could raise a baby here,” then they’re less likely to stop using birth control. Your home has to feel like it could accommodate a baby. A "Baby Maybe" home: a second small bedroom or a tiny home office, that could have be a nursery in a pinch. It enables the small, almost subconscious, mental threshold where you say, “You know what … we’d be fine if this happened.” That’s the moment. And for each couple, there will be 1000 other things that go into the equation: Can we afford for 1 of us to stay home, or full-time childcare? Do we see other kids around us? Is it safe enough for kids? Are there parks nearby? Do we need to be closer to family and cousins? All will be different for each family, but they ALL require that their current home is sufficient to be able to have a kid Otherwise, as soon as a couple finds out they are pregnant ... they call their parents, friends and family and tell them the good news ... and then immediately look on Zillow to move right away so they aren't giving birth AND moving the same time. It's kind of a bummer in an otherwise wonderful magical moment. We've seen many many couples move out of the City at that exact period. "Well, since we are moving anyway, we might as well go to where we think we will live long term." But it doesn't need to be that. Babies are small. At least for the first year, if you have a place to put them you're probably better off just staying in your current place and then figuring things out later. Maybe you DO need to move to the suburbs or be closer to family or you want a house with a yard. But that decision doesn't need to be right away. TLDR: Family Friendly housing doesn’t begin at birth. It begins when a couple can imagine a child fitting into their current home ... whether that's a rowhome with tiny bedrooms or a 1BR+Den apartment.show more

However I would like all pioneers understand why we call GCV, it is not because ourselves greedy. It is because Pi need to start from high price to protect it on open mainnet. We all know a lot of pioneers come from the bottom of our society. They are in hardship, they even cannot afford food and place to live. And these kinds of pioneers has occupied most community. Nobody can prevent them to sell Pi becuase they are Pi holders. They need to survive, this is also the reason why there are a lot under table exchange to FIAT. Even 0.85$ or maybe 0.01$ they will sell Pi. What will happen, if the price is this low? I don't think this price can make eco develpe well. I talked with a Chinese mall rep, he told me many merchants hesitate to put their high value products on the mall is because the price big difference. If they use a price, then pioneers barter and sell in a lower price mall. It will hurt these merchants. This is the reason most merchant won't put high value products. How about the low consensus price bartered by pioneers? Yes, the merchant get a lot of Pi. However they still cannot survive if close mainnet more than 3 months-6 months. The pioneers will used up all his Pi. Then Pi has no relationship with him/her. For myself I have no Pi to use even if I have all basic coin and security circle migrated. I've bought over 30 RV & MH parks in... the last 5 years. Lately? 2 per month. Want our playbook? Here ya go: How to buy a small, off-market mobile home or RV park that can 2x your money in 1-2 years, in 5 steps: 1. Pick a city in a red state. The two biggest factors: Crime & unemployment rates Crime: CrimeGrade . org Unemployment: SimpleMaps . com Cities with 3k - 30k people are best. This is the sweet spot for enough population & not to much competition. You want parks with almost no web presence & little to no reviews. A DG nearby is great. Walmart is better. But remember, “if no DG, it ain’t for me.” If there's a Whole Foods you ain't getting a good deal, I promise. Growth rate is good too, but #3 to the two above. Don't worry about the path of progress as much as other asset classes might. 2. Find the leads Get on Google Maps and search "mobile home park" in your target area(s). Avoid NY & CA (not landlord friendly). Make a Google sheet of the leads & use Loom to record your screen. Spend 30 mins doing this. OR, use something like Outscraper to do it for you. Be warned though, that if you don’t do this yourself the scraped results may not be as accurate. If you’re targeting a smaller geographical area I would do it by hand. If a whole state, use software. You’re looking for phone numbers. Use SearchBug . com to see if cell or landline for pennies. Or Phone Validator Go to Upwork and hire a virtual assistant to keep doing this for you, assuming you are targeting a larger area. They will cost around $4/hour. Use that same Loom link in your posting so applicants can see what the job will entail. When working, Loom it! You’ll never know when you’ll need it. When in doubt, Loom it out! More leads = better deals. 3. Call the leads Call up the owners and be real. Don't talk about any accolades. He doesn't care and it will only hurt you. You're a hard working country boy. You have a wife and kids (I hope you actually do). Are you a democrat? Don't tell the owner. (Sorry, democrats). Here's your general pitch: "I'm not a broker, I'm just looking for some good real estate and don't want to waste your time with a lowball offer. I can pay cash and close fast" Tell him about your wife and kids and what you do on the weekend. Most importantly, LISTEN. He's going to talk your ear off. This is a good sign. 4. Ask the right questions Ask him: How many pad sites? How many of those have a unit on them? How many of the units are RVs? (It's common for there to be a mix of MH/RV) Any single family homes on the property? Rent? Are the units park owned or tenant owned? (this is key) If a mix, what's the mix? Park-owned homes you have to maintain. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Tenant-owned homes are key (lot rent). This means you only rent out the land and underground infrastructure. Depending on the state, sometimes you can sell back or give away the park-owned units to the tenants to absolve yourself of maintenance. Check the laws! You'll command half the rent but enjoy 90% less hassles. $250 - $350 is common lot rent in the midwest and SE. What's the occupancy and rental amount of each type of unit? Any outbuildings on the property? Septic or city sewer? If septic, conventional or aerobic? Sewer is best. Septic isn’t a deal breaker but you REALLY want to have it inspected. If there’s a lagoon or wastewater treatment plant I want you to throw that phone as far as you can, block their number and never speak of it again. Within city limits or no? City limits are best but rare. Outstanding municipal or zoning issues? How much is insurance? How much is landscaping? Asphalt, cement or dirt roads? Condition of the roads? Any drainage issues? Is there a manager? What do you pay them? (Best if no manager) Any pending litigation? What are total collections? How do people pay rent? How many are delinquent? What condition are the units in? Do you have a lien on the property? How long have you owned it? 30 or 50 amp? City maintained streets? City water or well? City is best. Keep in mind, that’s a lot of questions to ask. You have to feel it out, if he’s being standoffish, don’t keep pushing, just call back. This isn’t a used car lot, this is a relationship you’re trying to build. Don’t try and close on this first call. The key question: "If we were to make a deal, what's a ballpark offer you'd expect?" NEVER anchor him with the phrase "bottom dollar." Using the word "ballpark" keeps numbers loose. Whatever number he says, you want to pause and hem and haw over it. Embrace the silence and awkwardness. Back to car sales, they call this the “silent walkaround” when valuing a trade-in. Don’t say a thing about the asset, but point out the flaws with your body language. Touch the dents and scratches as you pause. Do the phone version of this. Tell him you'll get back to him tomorrow. Thank him profusely for his time and congratulate him on the park he's built. 5. Underwrite Before you do anything, check with the city to ensure the park is in good standing. Get that in writing. Don't trust the seller. Buyers are liars? So are sellers! Now's time to crunch numbers: What's a cap rate? The net operating income of the park divided by the price you'd like to pay. If you want your money back in 5 years and you're willing to pay up to $1m, you need $200k net profit per year. This is a 20% cap rate (20 cap). It's aggressive but possible on a smaller, rural park. (Yes, it really is, even in 2023) You probably won’t find a park that big in a small town for a good price, though. Start w/ a smaller park & higher cap rate. More room for error. $300k - $1m purchase price. First do some market research: Remember all your leads? Call competing parks as a potential tenant and ask what their lot rent is. Put this in a spreadsheet to get average lot rent & park-owned home rent. Keep in mind many of these parks will be undercharging as well. It's common to find parks charging $100 that could charge $250. When calculating cap rate BE CONSERVATIVE. Don't count on 100% of people staying if you increase rents, even though most will. Use $190 to be safe. Shoot for a park that will net $100k/year after rent increases that you pay no more than $600k for. It’s hard but not impossible. Or maybe you find a $30k/year park to get your feet wet. At least you're in the game. The more leads you scrape, the better chance of finding this park. Shoot for as much seller financing as you can get. Finance the rest with friends/family or savings. Once you find this park, get it under contract. Use a standard, simple real estate form that you can find on your state's real estate commission website. Texas' is called TREC. Yes, get it under contract before seeing it. Put down earnest and option money, and then go see it. Don't dress like a city slicker. Be personable and be willing to stay a while and BS. Drive a Tesla? Rent a truck. Drive a Prius? Just quit. Inspect the condition of the units, even if you aren't buying them Crappy units = more tenants willing to abandon them. And they aren't cheap to remove or move. Verify everything he said on the call If all looks good, start on the inspections: Septic or sewer lines SFH home inspection. Check with the city for outstanding issues or litigation Check for liens Wastewater treatment plant? If so, abandon ship! Electrical infrastructure Use professionals for all of these. Ask for: Rent rolls. They will likely be handwritten, that’s ok. Bank statements. Ask to speak to a few tenants to get their experience. Inspect their lease. Ask for vendor invoices or history of payments. Ask to speak to vendors. At some point before you close, list the property on Craigslist, FB Marketplace and Zillow. See how demand is for vacancies. If all still looks good, close on the property. 6. Post-closing strategy Meet all the tenants in the evening, they're at work during the day. Shake their hands. Tell them you want their experience to be amazing & you want them to stay Give them your number Ask what can be fixed If fixes are cheap, do them ASAP Tell that tenant once fixes are made. Address them by name. Clean up the park. Hire a tree guy to clear out low hanging branches. Do some simple landscaping. Find the tattletale in the park and get all the dirt. Who are the druggies and abusive husbands? Get them out ASAP if you can. They are much more expensive than the temporary vacancy hit. Fix potholes and drainage issues. ADD VALUE. Show you care. Wait a couple months before making any changes. Bring lot rents closer to market. Be upfront about this. They will understand if they've been getting a deal. Give people 2-3 more months' notice to give them time. Keep renting out vacancies at new price. This isn't self storage. You won't raise rents yearly. Don't be a jerk. Let them know what to expect. Once rents are raised and park is stabilized, you are 9-12 months in. Search Loopnet for the most active MHP brokers Hire the best one & pay what he or she commands. Sell on the market for 7-10% cap You've just 2-3x'ed your money. Rinse & repeat. I have done this over many times. Not all of my deals were bangers, but most were. THERE ARE STILL DEALS OUT THERE. There's a lot of fine print, and things can and will go wrong, so don't be dumb. Do your own research. Not everything can be explained in 1,700 words. From Lindsey Graham To those who are perpetuating false... narratives against the United Arab Emirates and President Sheikh محمد بن زايد personally, you are full of it. I met with him today for an hour and a half. Not only is he alive, but he is also well and as sharp as I’ve ever seen him. To those powers that feel the need to attack MbZ and the UAE for doing the right thing - you do so at your own peril. Our meeting today was very enjoyable and informative. We discussed the historic moment that is facing the region. I told him how much I appreciated his courage and vision to create an Islamic country that can be integrated into the world in a win-win fashion, both for the people of the UAE and for those who visit and do business with the country. However, there are other voices in Islam that have the darkest vision of mankind. Those voices are distinctly in the minority, in my view. MbZ’s decision to embrace the Abraham Accords and to modernize his country while still maintaining the faith is the biggest change in the Middle East in my lifetime. What the United Arab Emirates have done to try to integrate the region with the whole world is one of the bravest and most consequential decisions any Middle Eastern leader has made. I was very candid with MbZ that he cannot do this by himself. Other people in the region have to buy-in to what’s happening with the UAE, not just be casual observers. To the region: Understand that history is about to be made. President Trump wants a region that looks more like the UAE and less like the Ayatollah. The region can only move forward if it follows the vision that embraces the light instead of going backwards into the darkness. The UAE’s vision for the Middle East and the 2030 vision previously expressed by the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia is something I would fully embrace because it would be great for South Carolina, and great for America. All cops are ******** As I was walking to... catch a bus, sirens suddenly started coming from several directions. My attention was drawn to a lone police officer and two PCSOs fighting to save a man’s life. A passenger on a bus had gone into cardiac arrest and, without hesitation, they were on the floor administering CPR in a desperate attempt to bring him back. Within moments a trainee doctor joined them, and the fight to keep the man alive continued. A few minutes later — although it felt far longer — more officers arrived along with the first paramedic car. The man’s heart stopped more than once, but the effort never stopped. CPR continued, equipment arrived, and after a long battle at the scene the patient was finally prepared for transport to hospital in a critical condition, connected to everything possible to keep him alive. Medics later told the officer and PCSOs that without their immediate actions, the man would not even have made it to an ambulance. By pure chance they had been on a bus behind when they were alerted, and with no kit and no time to think, they went straight to work. Once relieved by paramedics and other officers arriving, the first officer went straight back to duty, protecting the scene and asking people to use an alternative route as the pavement had been closed. Having moments earlier been pumping a man’s chest trying to keep him alive, he then found himself dealing with the annoyance of members of the public unhappy at being told they could not walk through. It was a telling moment. I spoke briefly with the officer afterwards. He told me he has dealt with injured people before, and has been present at scenes involving the deceased, but this was the first time he had to perform CPR himself on the street. Those who have been in that position will know exactly how something like that stays with you long after the incident is over. For all the criticism aimed at police on social media, this is the side rarely seen — usually unreported — and forgotten with all the hate-officers going from routine patrol to life-and-death in seconds, doing everything they can to save someone they have never met, and carrying the weight of it afterwards. I do not know what the outcome will be for the patient, but one thing is certain — without that officer and those PCSOs, he would not have left that place alive. My thoughts are not only with the patient, and I hope he makes a recovery, but also with everyone who was there, especially the first officer on scene and the PCSOs. Today they made the difference. Cole Tomas Allen, the man accused of opening fire... at the White House Correspondents’ dinner at the Washington Hilton in Washington, D.C. Saturday, reported released a manifesto to his close family members only minutes before the shooting took place. The dinner, an annual event with President Donald Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, and other Trump administration officials in attendance, was cancelled and its attendees evacuated after gun shots rang out late Saturday night. On Sunday, the New York Post obtained and published what they report to be Allen’s full, 1,052-word manifesto in which he refers to himself as “Cole ‘coldForce’ ‘Friendly Federal Assassin’ Allen.” Among the many chilling details laid out in the manifesto, included in full below, are the following: Allen maintained he was “no longer willing to permit a pedophile, rapist, and traitor”(referencing left-wing conspiracies related to President Trump) to commit crimes. He planned to target numerous Trump administration officials “prioritized from highest-ranking to lowest.” Allen was willing to “go through most everyone” in attendance at the event “if it were absolutely necessary,” rationalizing the violence because all those present “[chose] to attend a speech by a pedophile, rapist, and traitor and are thus complicit.” Various talking points and accusations levied against President Trump in the note appear to come directly from various misleading left-wing conspiracies and talking points spread by Democratic Party members and other U.S. leftists. Recently did an interview with the lead developer of... Knight's Path on the title's future release and the state of the industry. The Western AAA gaming industry has shifted its focus away from its core audience, favoring products for smaller, less engaged demographics. This shift has led to a noticeable disconnect between large publishers and their traditional fan base. This has, however, created an environment for indies to thrive. They can prioritize authenticity and community, crafting games that resonate with their players and that is exactly the case with Knight's Path. In December of 2023, Knights Path: The Tournament was released to Very Positive reviews on Steam. It is a short medieval RPG featuring challenging combat, an immersive progression system, and a nice little story. It served as an announcement, a combat concept demo, and a teaser for the forthcoming open-world RPG Knight's Path, which is currently in active development. I asked what their plans were regarding the scope of the full release. While you might get the impression that Knight's Path is an arena fighting game, that’s not the case with the full release. "Knight's Path will be a proper open-world, story-driven RPG. Of course, as a small indie team, we’re keeping the scope modest. The open world will be compact but dense, featuring one town, one village, castle ruins, forests, valleys, and other areas to explore." Many gamers would agree it is better to have a limited number of fully fleshed-out areas than to present a gigantic, empty world. This has been a major criticism levied towards recent releases like Pokémon Scarlet and Violet and even modern Assassins Creed, which tends to rely on repetitive gameplay loops scattered across an overly large map, which can feel more like busywork than meaningful exploration. I have always believed that quality over quantity is the best way to go. The team has also made this a priority with things such as the story and weapon types. "We plan to include three main weapon types: longsword, sword and shield, and bows. These will feature the full progression system seen in the demo, with skill levels such as Novice, Adept, Expert, and Master. Players will need to learn individual skills from different trainers to progress. In addition, we’re introducing secondary weapons like spears, halberds, and other polearms. These won’t have RPG-style progression but will still offer variety in combat." Regarding the story, they plan to be bold and strive to create a 16-28 hour-long main campaign. "The story will be divided into four chapters, with each chapter offering around 4–7 hours of gameplay. As in the demo, the player character begins as a nobody, slowly learning how to wield a sword and eventually becoming a knight. However, the progression will be much more realistic than in the demo, where the peasant hilariously transformed into a champion in just four days." This is a far cry from many games that are released nowadays. In just 2024 alone at a glance, the AA release Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn provided an average of 8 hours of content, Princess Peach: Showtime at 10 hours, Silent Hill 2 Remake at 15, and even the GOTY winner Astrobot holds an average playtime of 10 hours. A major issue within the industry is the way we are treated by the people who only have jobs because of our favorite hobby. In 2024 the gaming industry is forecasted to generate $208.7 BILLION dollars, up from 5.4% in 2023. Compare that to Hollywood, which is a measly $12.3 billion. The gaming industry employs 727,000 individuals in the United States alone. So, you'd think these people would have a little bit of respect for gamers, though so many who are vocal on social media show nothing but contempt for us. Perhaps this is because of fear if they do not show loyalty to a cause or "fit in" that they may not secure funding or genuinely believe in what they preach, but the team behind Knight's Path isn't worried about that. "We are independent developers, and we plan to stay independent so we can stay true to our vision. Knight's Path is a game made by gamers for gamers. We’re prioritizing fun gameplay above all, and we firmly believe this is exactly what gamers want." I also raised some questions about their big plans moving forward. In the demo, one of the major criticisms I had was with the voice acting. I had guessed it was done via AI, which was confirmed. "You guessed correctly– the voice acting in the demo was done by AI, and it was probably the loudest critique we received, and we totally understand why! Back then, we didn’t have much of a choice, but for the full game, we don’t plan to use any AI voices. Luckily, after the demo release, many voice actors reached out to us, volunteering to lend their voices to the full game. We absolutely plan to answer their call and give them that opportunity." AI can be a useful tool, especially for developers starting out who can't commit a lot of money to voice acting or just want to see a version of the product that's closer to what they envision the full release to be, but going from that to real voice actors will bump the experience to the next level. I myself played the demo in its entirety and really enjoyed my time with it! I thought the game was reminiscent of Gothic 2 and even The Witcher. I was happily surprised when I didn't encounter any bugs or glitches and while some areas have not been fleshed out like the voice acting, I would recommend putting the game on your wishlist to see what this team does in the future when they finally deliver their updated demo and the eventual full release of the game.show more

It’s embarrassing, it’s trashy, and it’s the opposite of how I want to present myself publicly. I stayed silent for months while lie after lie was spun about me behind the scenes because I didn’t want to air private, messy moments from a relationship I genuinely cared about. I stayed silent out of fear, because I was told no one would believe me because he would be blindly believed on his large platform. In one of our very last conversations before I blocked him everywhere mid-October, he threatened to do a show on me, contact my employer, and “turn me into the next Lindsey”. Why? Because I didn’t want to continue apologizing to him for the 300th time about venting to someone I thought was a friend. I stayed silent because of these threats. But after Wednesday, after Chelsea posted the private video Aidan gave her, (the same one he threatened me with directly back on 10/2), and after the gaslighting, I don’t have a choice anymore. So here is the timeline. Here are the receipts. Here is what actually happened. September-October 2025- I Stayed Silent Through Months of Smear Campaigns For months, several creators repeated the same false narrative that “Aidan never said a bad word about Meredith.” Jess. Glarer. Auntie Deb. Kim. Ray from Dallas. Others. November 2025 -The Rumors About “March 4” and Joe Flipperhead Flips to Team Aidan Aidan texted Joe his entire made-up version weeks ago. Joe circulated those texts on purpose. Joe threatened me with posting a video montage of mine and Aidan’s private texts. Joe is a pussy so he eventually had Kristy post it for him. November 26-27, 2025- Ratchet Chelsea: The Full 48 Hour Meltdown 11/26/25— The Unprovoked Attack & The March 4 Video On Tuesday night, Chelsea came out of nowhere and launched herself straight at me, accusing me of all kinds of conspiracies from harassment to the horrific crime of sending a friend request, which is explained in vivid detail in the below post (she’s since gone somewhat viral, love this for her!) She spent the next 24 hours thoroughly embarrassing herself and the moment anyone challenged her story even slightly, she did what she always does: she imploded. Her accusations spiraled into her posting the March 4 video. On 11/26/25 at 11:08 PM, Chelsea posted the first clip–a blanket, context-less snippet of me drunk saying something I immediately apologized for the next morning. At 11:50 PM, I responded because at that point, I had no choice. 11/27/25— The 9-Minute Backpedal Then on Thanksgiving, Aidan tried to save face by posting that he “didn’t want the video to be public.” And like clockwork, nine minutes later, Chelsea came charging into the comments like a Temu-sponsored bat out of hell, scrambling to apologize, trying to rewrite reality so it looked like he didn’t send her to do it. It was panicked, sloppy damage control. An amateur quality cover-up attempt that only made it more obvious how coordinated this all was. She wasn’t apologizing because she grew a conscience. She was apologizing because she got caught doing exactly what she’d been primed to do. I wonder if Aidan called her “you should’ve waited at least 20 minutes, dumbass!!!”. The Coordination Between Aidan & Chelsea Is Obvious Chelsea had virtually NO followers Wednesday morning. Aidan was one of the first. We’re supposed to believe someone with 150k followers just stumbled on an account that starts posting HIS private messages and HIS private videos? Kk. Aidan commented on her posts that same day, clearly encouraging it, continuing to this day, all while pretending he's not directing it. Kk. She confirmed in my DMs back on 11/6 that she and Aidan were aligned. And she literally wrote at 4:04 AM that she had “proof,” videos & screenshots she would release if I didn’t “stop calling” her, calls she still hasn’t produced a single shred of proof of. Then yesterday within 9 minutes of his post, she writes: “Sorry for going rogue, Aidan, I hope you don’t hate my guts.” Going rogue? From WHAT? Who gave you the material in the first place? The coordination is obvious to anyone with functioning brain cells. The “I never wanted this public” lie Aidan’s post yesterday claimed he “never wanted this to be public.” He’s been threatening me for months behind the scenes to post the infamous video. To do a show on me. To send things to others to weaponize against me. If this were true, why did he instruct Chelsea to post it? Why did he share it with Jess Machado to threaten me with for the last month? Why did he share it with Joe Flipperhead, and God knows who else? If he didn’t want it public, he wouldn’t have shared it with anyone, let alone the girl I caught him cheating with. The timeline is clear– Chelsea posted a video at 11:08 pm on Thanksgiving Eve, I responded at 11:50 out of self defense. He leaked first. He escalated first. He weaponized it first. Trying to rewrite that now is gaslighting, pure and simple. The “Meredith accused him of abuse” narrative is FALSE My actions tell the truth: • I never went to police. • I never filed anything. • I never told anyone he hit me. • I never repeated it. • I apologized the next day. • We stayed together for FOUR more months after that night. • He called me 100+ times some days, even indicating he’d end his life if we broke up. It was me politely tapping the brakes because I didn’t even want to entertain whatever bad path it could lead us back down. And then? He texted me asking about my brother’s wedding, how I am, etc. I ignored him for a full week. Until I had no choice but to speak to him about MereNeill. That silence, from me, is what triggered his latest meltdown. Not mine. His. So no, Auntie Deb, your version isn’t “a different perspective.” It’s just wrong. Because he thinks I was the first one to tell Karen he heard the recording, which he absolutely did (unless Aidan is lying about who he played it for, but we know he’s actually telling the truth on this for once). She was informed of it the very next day, which is why she called you and you know this. This was two full days before I was even aware of a call at all. Will, for someone with your track record, maybe sit the “women are dangerous” narrative out. You’re not fooling anyone. The Feds investigated that “investigation” too and have since indicted Matthew Farwell in Sandra Birchmore‘s murder. Additionally, Trooper Fanning was in one of Michael Proctor’s abhorrent group text message threads where he disparaged Karen Read. Fanning was subsequently internally investigated by MSP for this, and his failure to properly “supervise” Trooper Proctor—interesting that such a person would be chosen to “supervise” the jury. In a statement from the State Police, they said: “The Department’s internal affairs investigation determined that there was insufficient evidence to prove or disprove the allegation that Lieutenant Fanning violated rules and regulations by failing to uphold the responsibilities of a supervisory member. This allegation has been classified as unfounded.” Frankly, given the circumstances of this case, it would be concerning if any member of the State Police oversaw and supervised the jury. Why was ANY member of the State Police supervising the jury? Has anyone ever heard of this before—Police Officers from the same agency that investigated, testified against & was a part of the prosecution against a defendant having one of their personnel in charge of and in direct control of the jury? This can’t possibly be a standard practice due to the obvious existing conflict, no? Plus, were it standard protocol, then why wasn’t the defense made aware of this fact until 10 minutes before making closing argument, after a nearly 10 week long trial? ——— Something majorly stinks about this, and perhaps it sheds some light on something peculiar that one of the deliberating jurors, who was recently interviewed by Aidan Kearney, kept saying in regard to the jury’s deliberative process. Specifically, something that stood out to me from juror Ron’s interview was his repeated use and references of the other jurors’ use of the term “distractors” to qualify or describe the abundant evidence representing “reasonable doubt” brought out by the defense at trial. “Distractors.” It’s somewhat of a novel term, especially in this context, and is obviously antithetical to a jury’s duty to assess a case based on the proof beyond a reasonable doubt standard, which is inherently intertwined with an assessment of the existence of, or lack thereof, reasonable doubt. There was no evidence or instructions from the court that came out at trial directing jurors to view defense evidence or ARCCA experts, for instance, as “distractors,” and the jury is very specifically instructed not to view/consume/bring any outside information into their deliberations. In other words, if they’re unsure who the ARCCA experts were there on behalf of (the Feds), they’re specifically told not to “fill in the blank” with information that’s not there, or evidence that didn’t come in at trial. So where did the information—this use of the term “distractors” come from? Who fed this term and this concept to the jury? The reason why it seems like it was “fed” to the jury is because it goes against everything the court, Judge Beverly Cannone, instructed them on. So, what prompted the whole “distractors” concept to taint the jurors’ minds and deliberations? ——— What immediately came to mind was the jury tampering by court clerk Becky Hill in the Alex Murdaugh murder trial. In that case, according to Murdaugh’s attorneys, Ms. Hill “invented a story about a Facebook post to remove a juror she believed might not vote guilty”. Judge Clifton Newman, who oversaw the murder trial, removed the female juror from the panel. According to the Murdaugh defense motion, Ms. Hill had gone to Judge Newman – the day after Murdaugh testified, not long before closing arguments – claiming that she had seen a post in the local Facebook group ‘Walterboro Word of Mouth’ from the juror’s former husband, Tim Stone. The post purportedly claimed that the juror was drinking with her ex-husband and, when she became drunk, she expressed her views on whether Murdaugh was innocent or guilty. A follow-up post from an account called Timothy Stone apologised for the post saying that he was driven by “Satan”. Murdaugh’s attorneys claimed that the Mr. Stone behind the Facebook posts was actually a random Georgia man who was ranting about his wife’s aunt – and has no connection to the case. Additionally, information from jurors had come to the defense’s attention about inappropriate comments supposedly made to them by Ms. Hill while she was “supervising” them—the same role as “supervisor” that Trooper John Fanning allegedly played in the Karen Read trial. In Murdaugh’s case, the jurors were *actually* brought back into the court and were called to the stand one by one and questioned about potential comments that may have tainted their verdict. A female juror, identified only as juror Z, said that Ms. Hill had told some of the jurors to “watch [Murdaugh] closely.” “To me, it felt like ... she made it feel like he was already guilty,” juror Z said. A separate juror, Juror E, said that he heard Ms. Hill say “watch [Murdaugh’s] body language”, but claimed that this did not affect his decision. ——— There were reports, at the time of the dismissal of the 3 defense-favorable jurors at Karen Read’s trial, that right before closing arguments, Trooper Fanning had reported the information responsible for dismissing these jurors to Judge Cannone. Among that information was reportedly a story about one of those jurors, claiming they’d been overheard discussing the case while drinking at a bar (or something to that effect)—a story that sounded highly suspicious at the time, particularly given the fact that Trooper Fanning had allegedly had that information weeks before, but never reported it to the court. The similarity in Becky Hill and John Fanning’s “stories” leading to the dismissal of defense-favorable jurors is rather uncanny. ——— Is it not problematic to have individuals—with conflicts of interest, who are also potential witnesses, and who seemingly have a vested interest in the outcome of the trial—be in charge of overseeing and supervising the jury? I’ve attached the referenced MSP Internal Investigative Report for Trooper Fanning to this post (attached in the comments below). What’s troubling is that, despite acknowledging in their report that “these allegations came to light on June 10, 2024, during the trial,” they didn’t immediately initiate an internal investigation, but instead waited until AFTER the trial ended, July 3, 2024, to launch their internal investigation, almost as if they were planning on not initiating an investigation had Karen Read been convicted, because apparently in that case the misconduct would’ve been justified… or something? It should also be noted that this same practice was employed for most, if not all, of the other Police Officers in this case, whose misconduct was exposed by the defense throughout the prosecution’s case at trial—whereby, despite admissions and the existence of evidence of their misconduct, the MSP, NCDAO and Canton PD seemingly did everything they could to avoid initiating any investigations or holding their officers accountable for their misconduct until after the trial ended—when they could no longer justify not doing anything. It makes you wonder: Had Karen Read been convicted, do you think they’d (the MSP, NCDAO or CPD) ever launch any internal investigations into the misconduct of their officers, as evidenced at trial, weeks before? ——— It should be mentioned that in the Sandra Birchmore case, which Trooper Fanning led the investigation of, despite the Feds spoon feeding the State Police & NCDAO (DA Michael Morrissey’s Office) overwhelming evidence + probable cause, in addition to punting the ball back to the state to do the right thing and charge Farwell with murder—a state level charge, they’ve refused to take any action to this day. In fact, not only has it now been nearly 6 months since the Feds apprehended & indicted Farwell, but the NCDAO, Fanning and the State Police, aside from taking no action, have made no statements and are still of the official position that Sandra Birchmore killed herself. To try to save face, the NCDAO, through its former spokesperson David Traub, tried to create the impression that the DA’s Office had been long working in collaboration with the Feds to secure an arrest in the Sandra Birchmore case, claiming that “two of [the NCDAO SPDU’s] detectives were present at the command post ... while federal authorities were attempting to take Matthew Farwell into custody”—whatever that means. This, of course, is patently absurd because the DA’s Office and State Police could’ve “secured an arrest” years ago—nobody was stopping them, but instead they framed Sandra Birchmore for her own murder. Spokesperson Traub then had the gall to say that “much of the information that they [federal authorities] built on originated with our investigation, including the collection of thousands of text messages.” (See a collection of statements from the NCDAO on the Birchmore case from reporting over the years, attached in comments below). While the Feds might be somewhat playing along with this narrative, don’t be fooled. Perhaps it’s to appease the very individuals who they’re investigating for the supposed coverup of Sandra Birchmore’s murder. Why? If the Feds had actually been collaborating with the State Police investigators from the NCDAO who investigated Sandra’s death, then at the Feds’ press conference announcing Farewell’s indictment, U.S. Attorney (at the time) Joshua Levy wouldn’t have feigned ignorance when asked who the lead investigator was on the case before his agency got involved (see clip 3 attached). Had the Feds actually been *collaborating* with the State Police & the DA’s Office, John Fanning’s name would’ve been the first thing uttered out of Josh Levy’s mouth. On a side note: I think this is very telling. Does it mean the U.S. Attorney’s Office is investigating Fanning? Who knows. But one thing’s for sure: Josh Levy 100% knew who the State Police lead investigator was and he deliberately avoided saying it. This observation is reflected in FBI Special Agent Chenee Castruita’s 45-page long probable cause affidavit for the arrest of Matthew Farwell, which notably contains ZERO references whatsoever to John Fanning, or any of the other involved State Police investigators for that matter. That’s telling. If there was so much “collaboration,” like DA Michael Morrissey’s Office wants the public to think, then not only would USA Josh Levy have had, at the very least, Trooper Fanning up there side-by-side with him at that press conference, but he would’ve acknowledged him by name in his press conference. Why hasn’t the NCDAO charged disgraced former Stoughton cop Matthew Farwell with murder? Is it yet another case of “pinning it on the girl” to cover up for fellow Police Officers’ crimes? ——— Of note, Trooper Fanning grew up in Stoughton, graduating from Stoughton High School in 1998, the same year that Matthew and his twin brother William—who also grew up in Stoughton—then 12 years old, became participants in the Stoughton police youth program. As Karen Read points out in the interview with Ted Daniels: “There were familiarities among players that never should’ve happened. There’s a sleeve of homicide in the Norfolk DA’s office, as there is in the other counties of Massachusetts. And yet, the person assigned to investigate this case—ostensibly investigate this case—lives a mile down the street from the crime scene.” (See clip 4 attached). Why is it that when there’s seemingly crimes—in this case murders, involving cops, that the NCDAO SPDU appears to send the most conflicted Trooper with the closest ties to that cop/those cops? In Officer John O’Keefe’s murder, the Trooper that lives down the street from 34 Fairview and is “second family” with the Alberts is obviously the last person who should’ve ever responded to that case, yet he was the lead investigator. Alright. I’m honestly relieved that this is finally coming... out, so we can finally put an end to the fairytale conspiracies about March 4, courtesy of Joe Flipperhead and the ratchet harem. Since Aidan and his Dollar-Tree-sidekick Chelsea want to drag March 4th into the public arena, let’s do it properly– with facts, not the fairy tale he’s been feeding everyone. The rumors flying around are completely untrue, and I’ve wanted to defend myself for weeks, but Aidan has spent the last month threatening me, telling people that if the truth ever came out he’d “turn me into the next Lindsey,” that everyone would believe him because he has a platform, and even declaring he’d tell his followers to contact my work. Well, here we are. Since he chose to drag this into the public and sic his ratchet brigade on me, I’m finally telling the actual story. That night wasn’t some dramatic “Meredith tried to send me to jail” moment. It was a drunk, disgusting fight between two adults—the kind Aidan has on rotation with every woman he dates. Both of us were very intoxicated, but he was blackout drunk, verbally abusive, and filming me against my will. I told him to stop. He didn’t. I’d found out about him sexting another girl and had bottled up emotions for months, which is what started the argument. So yes, I said “you hit me,” specifically because I believed he wouldn’t share the video if I said that. I said it so he would STOP RECORDING ME, and he has a full video that I clearly say, “I’m only saying that so you’ll stop recording me.” I never reported anything to the police, never intended to, never would. He knows this. We discussed this fact many times the next day and several occasions in the last few months. That context has been deliberately cut out to push a fake narrative, but don’t worry, I’ll be posting the full videos that I took of that night. When he’s threatened me with releasing this very video, he admitted it would be edited out and no one would believe me over him. Meanwhile, the victim cosplay he’s doing now? Pathetic. I sat next to him during court, then eventually throwing up in a bag on the way home. Then he used that same car to drive to his house for his spare key, and back again. Do you really think if his narrative were true, he’d stay with me for months to come and not file his own police report? But he also knows he thrives off playing victim, and he knows he has people willing to believe anything he says without question. Over the last month, behind the scenes with recording gate, he’s been telling me and others that if I ever spoke up, he’d ruin me. That he’d twist the story because he has the bigger platform. After dedicating the best years of my life to save San Francisco, I have made the heartbreaking decision to leave this great beautiful city behind. I did the best that I could every day and I know so many honest good caring San Franciscans out there are hurting just as much as I am and I've met so many of you who desperately want the same healing and recovery for this city that I do... The truth is... the daily chaos, lawlessness and human suffering on our streets are not accidents but a deliberate result of a cruel, sick game engineered by corrupt politicians and non-profits who benefit from the suffering of the less fortunate. I don't hate everyone who votes differently or works in non-profits... there are plenty of decent people trying to help, but far too many bad apples in the Democratic party are working hand-in-hand with these organizations to keep the crisis alive. I'm infuriated by this broken, predatory system that devastates the vulnerable, attacks those trying to help and enriches those who have blood on their hands... all on the taxpayers dime. That's why I'm done playing along and refusing to sacrifice my life to their endless failure. Yet even as I leave, I'll never stop fighting for the less fortunate by demanding secure treatment beds, real enforcement against fentanyl dealers and sober housing that actually saves lives instead of enabling death. I can continue my art, music and citizen journalism in another city that is cleaner, safer and dare I say more friendlier to me, a conservative Patriot who loves our great beautiful country. Day and Night I walked these streets up and down the block, handing out food, clothing and blankets to the less fortunate while listening to their stories. Through citizen journalism, I documented the homeless crisis on the ground, sharing videos and photos to raise awareness. I spoke passionately at City Hall meetings, demanding accountability from leaders who seemed indifferent. I appeared on national and international television to share my story with the world about the fentanyl genocide devastating our city. Today, with a heavy heart, I regret to inform our community that I am relocating to a safer area outside San Francisco. I can no longer tolerate the chaos and stress of day to day survival in this city. It has taken an undeniable toll on my physical, mental and spiritual well being. Our corrupt and incompetent local and state leaders have deliberately enabled chaos on San Francisco's streets, creating a perpetual crisis that funnels billions of taxpayer dollars into the hands of corrupt non-profits and organizations. These entities thrive on the suffering of the less fortunate, profiting from endless contracts for shelters, outreach programs and harm-reduction initiatives that fail to reduce harm or homelessness. Harm reduction is causing more harm. Progressive policy is making everything progressively worse. I am done being a guinea pig in their social experiment. Year after year, billions have been spent, yet the humanitarian crisis has only worsened, with more tents, more overdoses, and more despair. Fentanyl overdoses are on the rise, homelessness numbers are climbing and our public spaces have all but deteriorated, all while the same politicians get elected year after year. It is a calculated system of human suffering and I am done living through the nightmare every single day. I've been documenting the truth about San Francisco's streets for years, but as I prepare to leave for good, this frontline perspective might go with me unless I am able to find a nice small town where I can continue my work from afar. My home burned down to the ground, I know what it's like to have nothing and work your way up from rock bottom. Every day, more people overdose and more people show up in San Francisco from all over the country. It's a never ending cycle. I have lost too many family and friends and I refuse to be next. I am profoundly tired of the fentanyl genocide that has turned my once beloved city into a hell hole. I have seen one too many open air drug markets, claiming thousands of lives each year. The drug dealers operating freely, the human feces and needles littering streets and sidewalks, the judges letting the fentanyl dealers out of jail, the fentanyl showing up on playgrounds and in schools, the women giving birth on the sidewalk, the still born babies found in port-o-pottys, the people jumping off of buildings, the people living in the sewers, the non-stop every day looting of our grocery store, the robbery of our local restaurants, the targeting of our mom-and-pop shops, the risk of riding public transportation, the waking up to burglars kicking in my door and fighting them off, the sound of going to sleep to people screaming and waking up to emergency sirens, the billion dollar tech offices and third world conditions across the streets, the constant threat of The Big Earthquake, power outages, infrastructure breakdown, skyrocketing cost of living, it's all become unbearable. Homeless encampments blocking public spaces, the high risk of fentanyl exposure and rampant property crime have eroded any sense of normalcy. Personal safety threats from erratic behavior, boarded-up stores and political hostility weigh heavily on me. I no longer desire or wish to endure these heartbreaking struggles. Building a life for myself, let alone a family, in this decay, is almost impossible. The frustration with leftist policies enabling open drug scenes, health risks from biohazards and store closures reducing access to essentials has taken its toll. I have personally witnessed at least a dozen grocery stores close down and my heart is broken as I wonder if I am slowly living in a food desert because of rampant, unchecked crime. They defunded the police and the judge releases criminals out of jail the next day. I am sick and tired of fighting off the same bad guys every day. The Urban decay is not just in areas like the Tenderloin, SOMA and Union Square, but all over the city. The difficulty in regular social life is noticeable and everybody is on guard making human connection even more challenging unless you are a millionaire. I walk into small businesses, stores and restaurants and all the workers are on edge wondering what chaos will happen that day. Tourists ask me what is happening to the city? All I do is shake my head. This is not the San Francisco I grew up in. My City has become unrecognizable. The Full House Days are long gone and it will take years, if not generations, for San Francisco to recover from all the damage done. Years of frontline activism without any city wide solutions have left me absolutely drained. Every day feels like the same nightmare, repeating the same chaos day after day without end. I don't want my life trapped in this cycle of sirens, screams and unchecked decline. It's time to step away from this chaos. I do not want to die here. The threats to personal safety, the constant exposure to violence and humanitarian crisis has become too much for one lifetime. I shouldn't have PTSD from living in San Francisco, but I do. Honestly, we all have survivor's guilt. I refuse to let this environment claim my future or my dreams. Relocating means saving my health, mental well being, spirituality and opportunity to thrive elsewhere. No more waking up and counting the bodies on the sidewalks or navigating hazards just to live daily life. I deserve a chance to build without the shadow of this humanitarian crisis looming over everything. I've sacrificed my personal health, safety and years of my life on the frontlines for the vulnerable while our local leaders profited from their pain... now, to keep fighting, I have to leave everything behind and start over. 🚨What If Earth's Oldest Civilization Never Left the Ocean?... What if the intelligence behind some UFO didn't actually arrive here from another star system at all? What if it has been here for longer than us, not hiding in the sky, waiting behind the Moon, or crossing the galaxy in the way that we imagine, but living beneath the oceans inside the one part of Earth we still barely understand? For decades, we have been looking up. The cultural image of UFOs is always the same thing with lights in the sky, craft descending through the atmosphere, visitors arriving from space. Even the word extraterrestrial pushes our attention away from Earth. It tells us the mystery must have to come from somewhere else. But what if that assumption is totally wrong? What if the most important part of the phenomenon is not its relationship to space, but its relationship to the oceans? Earth isn't a land planet it's an ocean planet with islands of land breaking the surface. Human civilization developed on those islands, built cities there, drew borders there, fought wars there, launched rockets from there, and then convinced itself it understood the world. But most of this planet is still beyond our direct reach. The deep ocean is dark, pressurized, vast, hostile to our bodies, difficult to map, difficult to monitor, and almost impossible to police in any sort of meaningful way. If there was another intelligence operating here and it wanted to avoid open contact with us, the ocean would be the obvious place to be. But maybe hiding is the wrong word because a civilization that evolved in the ocean would just live there. When we imagine an advanced underwater intelligence as aliens using the sea as a base, as if they arrived from somewhere else and chose the ocean as cover, that could be way off. It could be one possibility, but the stranger theory is that they never arrived at all. They may have emerged here, in Earth's oceans, long before we ever existed. Life on this planet is ancient. For most of Earth's history, land wasn't even the center of the biological story. The oceans held the chemistry, the minerals, the heat, the pressure, the vents, the darkness and the protection. Hydrothermal vent ecosystems already prove that life doesn't even need sunlight in the simple way that we once thought it did. Entire ecosystems can be built around chemical energy rising from the seafloor. That should have changed how we (SETI) think about life, but humans still keep defaulting to our own surface bias. We imagine intelligence as something that crawls onto land, discovers fire, makes tools, builds cities and eventually launches machines into the sky. That is our path but it's not necessarily the only path. An intelligence that evolved in the deep ocean would have faced a completely different set of conditions. It wouldn't begin with fire, because fire is obviously useless underwater. It wouldn't develop metallurgy in the same way that we did, because open flame and smelting are surface technologies. It wouldn't need wheels, roads, walls or conventional buildings as we do. It would evolve inside pressure, darkness, currents, sound, vibration, magnetism, chemistry and geothermal energy. Its entire technological history would be alien to us even if it was native to Earth. So when people dismiss the idea of an ancient underwater civilization by asking where the factories are, where the ruins are, or where the tools are we have to question whether their technology would leave the same signatures ours does. Would they even build like we build? Industrialization may look totally different. A deep ocean intelligence might not construct dead machinery in the way we do. It might grow structures and use biological engineering before mechanical engineering. It might use mineral matrices, pressure systems, acoustic fields, electrochemical processes or living materials. It might not separate biology and technology at all. To us, that would look less like a civilization and more like an environment. A sufficiently old oceanic intelligence may not have cities that resemble human cities. Its infrastructure may be embedded into geology, vents, trenches, caverns, mineral deposits or biological networks. Its power systems may use geothermal gradients, tidal forces, pressure differences, ocean chemistry or field effects we don't yet even understand. Its communications may not use radio in the way we expect. Sound travels really well underwater. Electrical and magnetic sensitivity exists throughout marine life. A technological species born in that world might build an entire science around signals we barely even treat as communication. This would also explain why the UFO subject keeps revolving around water. The ocean appears again and again in the background of the mystery. USOs, transmedium objects, craft entering or leaving the sea, naval encounters, disturbances under the surface, objects tracked over water, and sightings near coastlines and military maritime zones all point toward the same possibility, that maybe water isn't incidental to the phenomenon, maybe it is central. If some UFO are connected to an ocean based intelligence, then what we see in the sky could only be the visible edge of something way bigger. The craft are not arriving from elsewhere in every case. They may be surfacing from their native domain into ours for short periods of time, crossing that boundary between ocean and air the way we cross from land into water with submarines and diving equipment. The only difference is that they appear to do it way better than we do. Human technology is divided by environment, aircraft are built for air, submarines are built for water while rockets are built for space. Each domain creates different engineering problems, so we build separate machines for each one. But UAP don't appear to play by the same rules. That is what makes the transmedium reports so important. If an object can move through water, air and possibly even space without changing its basic behavior, then it might not even be flying or swimming in the conventional sense. It could actually be controlling the interaction between itself and the medium around it. That kind of technology would make sense for a civilization born in the ocean because water is dense. It resists movement, crushes weak structures. It creates drag, turbulence and cavitation. If an intelligence developed vehicles in that environment, it would eventually need to master boundary control, so it would need to reduce friction, manage pressure, avoid destructive wake effects and move through dense fluid without wasting enormous amounts of energy. If that same technology was later used in air, it might appear to us as silent propulsion, impossible acceleration, no sonic boom, no heat plume and no obvious aerodynamic logic. So what looks impossible to us may simply be the result of a technological path that did not begin with wings and rockets. The old black budget explanation doesn't fully solve this problem either. Yes, some triangle craft, drones and experimental platforms may be human and it would be naive to deny that, but human secret technology still has to come from somewhere. If certain platforms show silent hovering, field effects, plasma signatures, extreme acceleration and transmedium behavior, then we are either dealing with a hidden human science far beyond public understanding, or we are dealing with something that we are trying to imitate. That is where the old 'alien reproduction vehicle' idea and the cryptoterrestrial theory start to overlap. Maybe some of what people call black budget technology isn't purely invented, it's most likely adapted from encounters with something already operating here. Going back to what Grusch said earlier, the implications are massive. If there are underwater bases, facilities, habitats or recurring operational zones known to governments, then this isn't just a question of disclosure. There's a sovereignty issue, who controls the oceans? Who has access to the deep sea? Who monitors undersea cables, nuclear submarines, offshore infrastructure, shipping lanes and military testing ranges? If an unknown intelligence can operate in those spaces without permission, then every major navy on Earth has a problem it cannot publicly admit. Scary thought and that may be one reason the subject is buried so deeply (no pun intended). Some people think that secrecy exists because governments don't want to admit aliens are real, but that may only be part of it. The bigger issue here could be that governments don't want to admit they aren't in full control of the planet. There is a huge difference between saying, 'We have evidence of unknown craft,' and saying, 'There may be advanced non human infrastructure in the oceans and we cannot remove it.' That would also explain the change up from UFO to UAP and from extraterrestrial to non human intelligence. Non human is pretty broad lets be honest. It doesn't tell us where they come from, it leaves room for extraterrestrial, interdimensional, post biological, artificial, ultraterrestrial, cryptoterrestrial or native Earth intelligence. That could well be deliberate. Perhaps the people closest to the classified material know the answer isn't as simple as aliens from another planet as Grusch implied in the clip. An ancient oceanic intelligence would also force science to confront its own blind spots. We know intelligent life evolved on Earth at least once because we are here. But we have no law of nature saying it could only happen once, only on land, only recently, or only through primates. Evolution isn't a ladder with humans at the top. It's a branching process with countless experiments, most of which vanished or left traces we don't fully understand. If an intelligent lineage emerged in the ocean and then moved into environments where fossilization, geological preservation and surface archaeology are poor, we probably wouldn't even recognize the evidence even if fragments existed. Ocean crust is constantly recycled through plate tectonics. Seafloor environments are really destructive. Structures can be buried, subducted, corroded, overgrown or mistaken for natural formations. If a civilization was millions or even hundreds of millions of years old, the survival of obvious surface style evidence would be highly unlikely. Even human civilization, after a few million years, would leave less behind than we like to imagine. Plastics, isotopic anomalies, altered sediment layers and some industrial traces might possibly survive, but buildings, machines and cultural artifacts would mostly vanish. So now imagine a civilization that even never built like us in the first place. This doesn't prove anything obviously, but it makes the dismissal less easy. Then there is the question of why such an intelligence would stay hidden. If it is older and more advanced, why not reveal itself? The answer could be as simple as open contact with humans may not benefit it. We are violent, territorial, extractive and unstable. We turn discoveries into weapons as quick as we can. We militarize frontiers, poison ecosystems, test nuclear devices. We drag the deep sea with cables, sonar, submarines, mining ambitions and military hardware. From the perspective of an older oceanic intelligence, humans probably don't look like peers. Instead we look like the dangerous surface species entering an adolescent technological phase that we are. That could explain the strange pattern of UFO interest in nuclear sites, military installations and weapons systems. If an intelligence lives here, our nuclear age is all of a sudden not just our problem. It is a planetary problem. Nuclear weapons, nuclear submarines, nuclear waste, missile systems and military escalation would all be highly relevant to any non human civilization sharing Earth with us. The same would be true of deep sea mining, ocean pollution, climate change, undersea military networks and artificial intelligence. We may think these are all just human issues, but a hidden Earth based intelligence would see them as threats to a shared planetary system. This gives the UAP phenomenon a very different emotional tone. It's not necessarily invasion or salvation. It may be monitoring, containment or quiet intervention when we cross certain lines. It could be an intelligence trying to stay out of sight while still making sure the surface species doesn't burn the house down. The ancient ocean theory also gives a different reading to secrecy. If governments encountered evidence of this, the first instinct wouldn't be public education. It would be containment, map the sites, track the objects and recover materials if possible. Then to build programs around the technology. Keep adversaries away from the data. Use ridicule to suppress leaks. Let the phenomenon remain absurd, because absurdity is an excellent security system. People don't demand answers from something they have been trained to laugh at. That could be why the UFO/UAP subject always feels half visible. There are official hearings, but not the full data. There are whistleblowers, but never the files. There are blurry videos, but not any context. There are pilots, radar operators and military witnesses, but the system keeps absorbing their testimony into classified channels. The public sees fragments while the real pattern remains locked away. As I always say... Disclosure for the few and not the many. If the ocean is actually involved as Grusch and Burchett imply, the missing data may be even more important than the aerial data. We shouldn't only be pressing what pilots saw in the sky. We should be asking what sonar operators heard under the water, what submarines have tracked. We should also be asking what undersea sensors have recorded near restricted zones and whether there are recurring coordinates, depths, magnetic anomalies, thermal signatures or unexplained acoustic events associated with UAP activity. We need to be asking whether naval archives contain the real spine of the phenomenon. The possibility of underwater bases actually changes how we think about disclosure. If the answer is extraterrestrial visitation, disclosure is about humanity's place in the cosmos. If the answer is an ancient Earth based intelligence, disclosure is about humanity's place on its own planet. That is more intimate and more destabilizing to me than E.T. It means the human story is not the only advanced story Earth has produced. It means our myths of ownership, dominance and uniqueness all collapse overnight, suddenly 'we are not alone' applies to home. That might be harder for people to accept than aliens from space. Aliens can leave but a hidden terrestrial intelligence is part of the planet will blow peoples minds. There is also a spiritual and philosophical layer to this. Many ancient cultures contain stories of beings from the sea, underwater kingdoms, gods emerging from water, serpent people, fish like teachers, luminous beings, and hidden realms beneath or beyond the visible world. That doesn't mean the myths are literal history of course, but it is interesting that human cultures repeatedly placed mystery, intelligence and otherworldly contact in the water. The ocean has always been the border between the known and the unknown. Maybe that symbolism came from imagination or perhaps some of it came from encounters filtered through the language of the time. If an older intelligence interacted with early humans, we wouldn't expect ancient people to describe pressure engineered transmedium craft or non human oceanic infrastructure. They would describe gods, spirits, shining beings, dragons, serpents, sky boats, sea people, underworlds and portals. Human language can only describe the unknown through the symbols available at the time. Even now, we struggle. We call them craft, orbs, drones, angels, demons, aliens, ultraterrestrials, interdimensionals. The labels change, but the confusion always stays the same. The ocean theory also sits strangely well with the consciousness aspect of the phenomenon. If an ancient intelligence developed through biology and field sensitivity rather than brute mechanical industry, it may have integrated consciousness into technology way earlier than we could have. We are only now beginning to wonder whether mind, perception and information are more deeply connected to physics than our materialist models allow. An older civilization may have already built that bridge. Its craft, communication systems and interfaces may respond to awareness, intention, emotion or neural patterns in ways that seem impossible to some of us. That would explain why the phenomenon often feels both technological and psychological. It behaves like machinery, but it interacts like intelligence. It appears on sensors, but it also appears in dreams, symbols, synchronicities and personal experiences. Skeptics see that as evidence the whole thing is imaginary. Maybe sometimes it is, but maybe the strangeness is part of the interface. A civilization that understands consciousness as a field related phenomenon would not necessarily separate contact from perception. It might use perception as one of the channels. This is where the theory becomes tricky, because it doesn't allow us to keep the phenomenon safely outside ourselves. If the intelligence is oceanic, ancient, field based and consciousness aware, then contact might not look like radio signals or embassy meetings at all. It could look like sightings, dreams, intuitions, symbolic downloads, altered states, close encounters, military incidents and physical traces all mixed together. That is messy, but perhaps the mess is not a flaw in the data, it could actually be the signature of a phenomenon that crosses categories we invented too recently to trust. All of this having been said, the theory still needs evidence. It needs coordinates, sensor data, sonar records, materials, biological traces, repeatable patterns and testimony that can be checked. However as a framework, it definitely needs more attention than it gets, because it explains why the UAP phenomenon feels close, evasive, ancient and deeply tied to Earth. The extraterrestrial hypothesis asks how they got here, although I have a theory about that. While the ancient ocean hypothesis asks whether they were already here. That is a completely different question. If what Grusch is saying is even partly correct, then disclosure will reveal that human civilization has been sharing this planet with another intelligence all along. Not openly or equally, and not in a way we were ready to understand, but sharing it nonetheless. The oceans would no longer be an empty wilderness. They would become the frontier of the greatest secret in human history. Could that be why the truth has been so hard to release.
