It's a movement that gets away from a depressed scapula which is common in bodybuilding exercise selection. Overhead shrugs can contribute to shoulder stability, making your shoulder joints more resilient to stress and injury. It forms part of my shoulder health plans. Additionally the upper play a role in neck strength and stability. Strengthening these muscles can help reduce the risk of neck pain and discomfort. Just because your baby’s eyes are open doesn’t necessarily... mean they’re awake. And the same holds true in reverse. Weird, right? During active (or REM) sleep it’s not uncommon for your baby to open their eyes for brief periods, to make noises, and to move their body actively. The (open eyes) phenomenon, known as psychological lagophthalmos, is common in newborns and may be attributable in part to immaturity of their central nervous system. The important thing here is not to be too quick to assume your little one has finished sleeping just because their eyes open. This video is a great example. Baby’s eyes are partially open, but he is in the midst active sleep (which comprises half or more of each newborn sleep cycle). Likewise, there are situations where your child may appear to be asleep, but isn’t. Particularly in bright, noisy, or otherwise overstimulating environments your child may feign sleep (when they are feeling overwhelmed) as a sort of defense mechanism. This is called habituation. And while it may look like sleep it does not provide the same restorative benefits - and often concludes with prolonged periods of crying as a sort of stress relief. Long story short, you can’t always judge your baby’s level of alertness from their eyes alone - so be sensitive and observant in both circumstances. Some people might think that just because my human... can't walk at all, that my life is dull and all I do is work. Nothing could be further than the truth! I get loads of time to do regular dog stuff where I'm just in "on call" mode and just do tasks when needed. I have time to socialize with pals, I get to play, have lots of recreational walks, help other dogs learn, and of course I do training to keep my own skills sharp or learn new things because I love learning. And I have the bonus that I'm seldom home alone, bored. In full public working mode I get to see all sorts of cool places and things. I've even helped teach humans about disabilities and I've been on TV. Example: - If the best price in the market is $10.00, but you get filled at $10.02, that 2 cents difference looks tiny… but over thousands of trades and millions of users, that’s real money. - You didn’t pay a commission, but you still paid in the form of a slightly higher price! You feel like it’s free, but you get slightly worse prices on every trade! That cost is invisible - but you're still paying it! In addition: Those firms (Citadel etc.) also get visibility into retail order flow. They see what millions of small traders are doing and can position themselves more effectively to profit from you!!!
