Mohammad thanks everyone who has given to his campaign,... confirming that he regularly receives your contributions. This is a scam-free campaign supporting an extended family with a newborn suffering genocide-induced developmental issues, failing to draw in what is needed for nutrition. Please chip-in & spread widely! Link in the comments: "Thank you everyone for your ongoing contributions. We have regularly received your contributions, which we are surviving on." The effects of genocide are causing terrible developmental issues for their newborn son, and their lack of financial resources, limiting their ability to provide adequate nutrition, only intensifies this. Mohammad asked me to share this extended note detailing their struggle: "I wanted to share with you what we’ve been going through lately regarding my little boy. He’s now about two and a half years old, and it’s been a really tough journey. It seems he suffered from oxygen deficiency at birth, but with everything that happened at the start of the war, his condition wasn't properly caught back then. Even now, he still can’t walk or speak, and his comprehension is quite limited. What’s frustrating is that we’ve taken him to so many neurologists and orthopedic specialists, and all the tests came back 'normal' and 'excellent,' yet there’s no progress. On top of that, the nerve medications he needs are nowhere to be found in Gaza. It’s a very heavy situation to handle, and I just wanted to keep you in the loop about our reality."show more

President Carter’s time on this earth is coming to... an end according to his grandson Jason Carter. What a great man. At 99 he has accomplished so much. With an election coming up let’s remember all he has done for voting rights. Jason Carter: "My grandfather is doing okay. He has been in hospice, as you know, for almost a year and a half now, and he really is, I think, coming to the end. I’ve said before, there’s a part of this faith journey that is so important to him, and there’s a part of that faith journey that you only can live at the very end and I think he has been there in that space."show more

Usually I don’t speak on political issues often however... Charlie Kirk’s death (RIP) hits a little too close to home. Perhaps it is because anyone who has some resemblance of a following who is outspoken against any narrative online has probably received some sort of threat in their inbox. (I know I have) It is baffling to me that one could harbour such a large amount of hate inside of them to want to have another silenced for having differing opinions than their own. I think about all my outspoken friends who are in positions faced to the public and of course myself and what this potentially means for all of us. This of course, would never stop me from speaking out to what’s right, so perhaps that is also why I wanted to make a comment. To me it is disgusting behaviour to mock/be happy about the death of people you disagree with that have done nothing wrong. I think about all my friends, family who could be wrongfully persecuted based off the delusions of perceived “sides”. The amount of hate manufactured and projected onto you for just living your life and not complying to a certain ideal is insane. I don’t like fear mongering but I also think it’s important to stay vigilant to what’s going on around you. It is a very real reality that there are people out there that hate you just for simply being you and what you represent to them. We’ve seen evidence of this twice this week and I suspect more to come unfortunately. I am always hopeful so I will leave this message on a positive note, that just as much hate has also been met with just as much love. There are many amazing kind hearted people out there standing up for what’s right and building community, coming together. Even if they are moving in silence behind the scenes or in front stage, I see you and I honour your work.show more

CONTEXT MATTERS!!! A lot has been said about Yusuf’s... diary session, particularly his comment that his previous connections were good people, but he felt they lacked “depth.” But before you judge his words, watch the clips. Here is Yusuf having a genuine conversation with the same people he spoke about in his Diary Session. He listened, engaged and shared parts of his own life, just like everyone else in the house does. And then watch the second clip. Yusuf is literally being mimicked and mocked by Bells while sitting right there. Imagine opening up about your life and your experiences, only for those same experiences to become something someone uses to ridicule you. So when Biggie asked Yusuf about his connections in the house, what exactly was he supposed to call that? Was he supposed to pretend everything was perfect? Was he supposed to describe a connection as deep when he personally didn't feel that depth? Yusuf was answering a question about HIS experience. He never said they were bad people. In fact, he specifically acknowledged that they were good people. He simply said he didn't enjoy having certain conversations with them because he felt they didn't connect with him on a deeper level. And somehow, that has been twisted into Yusuf believing he is better than everyone else. It is even more painful because Yusuf has never pretended to come from a life of privilege. When these Housemates sit down and talk about their lives, their families, their relationships, their struggles and their experiences, Yusuf is allowed to talk about his own life too. If your life has been easier, beautiful. If you have had opportunities Yusuf didn't have, beautiful. If you didn't have to struggle for certain things, you are blessed. But please don't assume that because you didn't experience something, somebody else must be lying about experiencing it. Yusuf has spoken about where he comes from because it is part of his story. He has spoken about the struggles, the sacrifices, the auditions, the doors that didn't open and the few that finally did. He even spoke about getting an audition with Ruth Kadiri in March and how that opportunity became significant in his journey. He isn't saying he suffered the most. He is saying, “This is MY story.” And nobody should have to apologise for telling their own story simply because someone else finds it uncomfortable. Yusuf came into Biggie’s House with a dream. A dream to be seen, to showcase his talent and to change his circumstances. He isn't asking for pity. He is asking for a chance. So before you judge his words, watch the context. Before you call him arrogant, watch what happened before that Diary Session. Before you decide that his story is a lie, remember that you were not there for the life he lived before Biggie’s House. Let Yusuf be Yusuf. And Yusfuls, if you believe he deserves the opportunity to keep telling his story and fighting for the future he dreams of, KEEP VOTING. We are not here to compete over who suffered the most. We are here to make sure Yusuf's journey doesn't end here. 🎥: Big Brother Naija #YusufMuhammad #BBNaijashow more

📌Messages tabled by Senona: “Hi General, I trust you... are well. You made arrangements that I meet this guy (Cat Matlala), because he’s your friend and brother, and he needed my help to speak to General Nkuwa to place orders on his contract. He volunteered information about the house address where Sibiya collects money using a state vehicle, and that he paid R2 million towards Sibiya for the purchase of his plot. He also told me about the townhouse, the fact that he is the one who introduced our meeting at the Ad Hoc Committee, and that he lied under oath. He invited me to make public the information that he gave me, which will put his life at risk. I am still going to that committee, and I hope he doesn’t mind me exposing him to both the General and Mr XXX (this name was reducted and the commission heard that the person named is very dangerous). I hope you won’t blame me for risking his life, because I have to tell the truth about our meeting. If he thinks he can fool the committee, it’s okay, but I will not say much, other than to simply play a recording of our meeting, because I have the record. What is worse is that after you told me about the discussion between you and him regarding Nkuwa, I asked you about your relationship with him. I still don’t know how the two of you met to discuss Nangi’s case. Besides voice recordings, cellular phone triangulation, my vehicle tracker, including access footage, will confirm the date and time of our meeting. And for his own sake, I hope that those timelines are in line with what he said before the committee in relation to his arrest. This man says he met you seven years ago, which contradicts what you told me, that you grew up together. I guess this will become clear as the investigation continues.” 🎯Verdict: No threats here, said #MadlangaCommissionshow more

Kirk Cameron is thriving after leaving California for Tennessee!... “When you’re a kid in California it’s great,” he said. But once you grow up reality sets in and you “realize how terrible the politics are and all of the other things that make it difficult to raise a family there.” He says then you realize: “Oh my gosh, we gotta move. We gotta go someplace where we can actually thrive.” Now in Nashville, he’s praising the locals: “There’s so many creatives here that have good values. They love their family. They’re proud of their country — and the whiskey is great. So, if you like whiskey and hot chicken, Nashville is the place to be.” Who else is ready to vote with their feet and move to a state with better values? (Video: AI)show more

Unfortunately he won't take the room for 5 days... because as he puts it, it's not permanent and he believes he will be back on the streets afterwards as it's happened to him previously he tells me. I've tried my hardest to reassure him that I won't let that happen but he says he's been let down so many times before that he just doesn't believe it and is happy where he is until I can find him a permanent room in a shared house I've spoken with him long and hard over the last week and I've come to the conclusion based on everything he's told me and my research that he's not a British army veteran with a service number he talks of being a mercenary part of the 13 commandos part of the French foreign legion and has the cap badge on his hat. What I do know is he's a 59 year old man with health problems but no drug or alcohol problems that is living in a tent in wasteland. My level of support hasn't changed he shouldn't be in wasteland in a tent rotting away with no family no support in 2025 I'm going to try my hardest this week to secure a room in a shared house the 5 night stay at the guest house is non refundable but it is what it is I just wanted to make sure he woke up on his 60th birthday in a better place. We tried our hardest but it doesn't always work out how you planned it in your head. Thank you all for sharing and raising awareness and thank you to Robert a long time supporter who has purchased a birthday cake for me to give him tomorrow 💙show more

June 4th, 1994 our lives forever changed. We said,... “I do!”. With those two words, we said, yes, to all the highs, the lows, and everything in between. God has blessed us with four absolutely amazing children who are now amazing adults, with their own best friends/significant others (that they’re doing life with), we have three incredible grandsons, and a beautiful granddaughter on the way. We’ve lived where we both grew up (on the East Coast), and have now been out here in San Diego for just over 11 years. We’ve gotten jobs (and lost jobs), we’ve had more times than we can count where we couldn’t make ends meet, even though both you and I were working two, and sometimes three jobs at a time, and we’ve been blessed in ways that we could’ve never dreamed of. We’ve watched both my parents pass on, and are now dealing with the overwhelmingly difficult challenge of seeing your parents struggle with their own health in ways that no one should have to go through. Through it all (even in the midst of the chaos), we’ve been blessed to be by each other‘s sides! I thank God for you every day, Jillian! I love our adventures together (the big ones where we fly to somewhere we’ve never been before, and the little ones where we hop in the car with no agenda, and just drive). I love when we find ourselves in deeper conversation, laughter, and tears of joy then ever expected, and in the moments of silence, where no words are even spoken, but when we’re together, just being where our feet are. As the world (as we know it), keeps getting crazier and crazier, let’s continue to keep Christ in the center of all we do, keep leaning on and lifting each other up when it’s needed, and keep living the lives that we have been so incredibly blessed to live together. I love you with all my heart Jillian. Happy 32nd (heading into our 33rd year), Anniversary.show more

"Life Is Truly Tough, but God Is Always Keeping... Watch by Our Side Disasters keep happening, job opportunities are hard to come by, and we encounter obstacles at every turn. On top of that, we endure the torment of illness, financial constraints, and betrayals in marriage. Faced with various pressures of life, our hearts feel anguished. We cannot help but wonder: Why is life so painful? How can we break free from this suffering? Please read a passage of God’s words. Almighty God says, “Humanity, having strayed from the Almighty’s provision of life, is ignorant of the purpose of existence, but fears death nonetheless. They are without help or support, yet still reluctant to close their eyes, and they steel themselves to drag out an ignoble existence in this world, sacks of flesh with no sense of their own souls. You live in this way, without hope, as do others, without aim. Only the Holy One of legend will save the people who, moaning in the midst of their suffering, long desperately for His arrival. So far, such belief has not been realized in those who lack consciousness. Nevertheless, the people still yearn for it so. The Almighty has mercy on these people who have suffered deeply; at the same time, He is fed up with these people who lack consciousness, as He has had to wait too long for an answer from humanity. He wishes to seek, to seek your heart and your spirit, to bring you water and food and to awaken you, that you may no longer be thirsty and hungry. When you are weary and when you begin to feel something of the bleak desolation of this world, do not be lost, do not cry. Almighty God, the Watcher, will embrace your arrival at any time. He is keeping watch by your side, waiting for you to turn back around. He is waiting for the day you suddenly recover your memory: when you realize that you came from God, that, at some unknown time you lost your direction, at some unknown time you lost consciousness on the road, and at some unknown time acquired a ‘father’; when you realize, furthermore, that the Almighty has always been keeping watch, waiting there a very, very long time for your return.” "show more

🚨 BREAKING :Roy Keane on Man United offering Bruno... Fernandes a new contract. 🗣️Roy Keane: "It tells you everything about where Manchester United are at right now. Why are we offering a new contract to a 32-year-old who is clearly on the decline? We saw him at the World Cup — he struggled. He came back and even in pre-season he missed two penalties that you just expect him to score. Look, Bruno has been a good servant for this club. But if I was on the board, I’d be saying let’s be brave. Sell him to a club that needs him now, and reinvest that money in a younger player who can take us forward for the next 5 years. The problem is we keep repeating the same mistake. We did it with Cristiano — bringing back a legend past his peak hoping for magic. And we all knew he had nothing left to give at that level. A player who didn’t win the big trophies in his prime, what’s he going to do for us at 32? United need to stop looking backwards and start building for the future. Otherwise we’ll be having this same conversation in 2 years."show more

Biden comments as jury selection begins in Hunter Biden’s... trial. Notice how he isn't calling the trial a ‘witch hunt,’ or attacking the judges. He's not even attacking the judge's children: “As the President, I don't and won't comment on pending federal cases, but as a Dad, I have boundless love for my son, confidence in him, and respect for his strength.” "I am the President, but I am also a Dad. Jill and I love our son, and we are so proud of the man he is today. “Hunter's resilience in the face of adversity and the strength he has brought to his recovery are inspiring to us." "Our family has been through a lot together, and Jill and I are going to continue to be there for Hunter and our family with our love and support," Biden said. I also guarantee you that Biden won’t be attacking the jury if Hunter is convicted. Instead he focuses on his love for his son. Question to MAGA. If Hunter is Convicted, can I call this a witch hunt and say that all 12 jurors are biased against him? Will you say that as well? Consistency, right?show more

Good morning to everyone in Massachusetts who now sees... that there is hope in our state. The Charlie Kirk Vigil at Boston Common last night brought together so many patriots, united in prayer, strength, and determination for change. Thank you to every single person who showed up. You reminded us that we are not alone. One of the most inspiring parts of the night was hearing from the young speakers who talked about the impact Charlie had on their lives and why they feel called to get involved. Their words were powerful and showed that the next generation is ready to carry this mission forward. But this is just the beginning. We need to take that same energy back to our towns, our schools, and our communities. Get involved, speak up, and be part of the movement for a better Massachusetts. This is exactly what Charlie would have wanted. Not just a moment of mourning, but a spark that ignites real action. Together, we can honor his legacy by standing up for our values and shaping the future of our state.show more

“Shokunin Spirit” & Trading Last year, while traveling, I... saw a Japanese tour bus driver sitting in front of the wheels, carefully polishing them. He was waiting for his passengers and could have easily stayed on the bus to rest or play on his phone. But instead, he chose to clean the bus. At that moment, I understood why Japanese taxis and buses are always spotless and shining. That’s when I truly understood what “shokunin spirit” is all about—the dedication to excellence. I used to encourage people to aim for "financial freedom" or "F.I.R.E." as their goal when learning investing and trading. But in recent years, I’ve realized this approach is completely wrong because it puts the cart before the horse. Investing and trading are not easy. It takes more than just a few years to see results. It’s only those with a craftsman’s mindset—who are willing to constantly learn, refine their skills, and embrace challenges without focusing on immediate rewards—who have the best chance of succeeding. Financial freedom, in reality, is just a byproduct of this mindset. If your motivation is "financial freedom," it’s easy to feel frustrated and give up when progress is slow. But if you approach investing and trading with the craftsman spirit, you’ll see failures as part of the process and face them calmly, focusing on finding solutions instead of quitting. Successful traders (or entrepreneurs) don’t see "financial freedom" as their ultimate goal. Even after achieving it, their work and lifestyle often remain the same. What drives them is the craftsman spirit—the desire to keep excelling in the field they love and to push their boundaries. If you truly love your work and what you do, and you live each day fully, you don’t really need financial freedom. You’ve already found freedom in your mindset.show more

Friends, today I want to speak to you from... the heart. You can choose to look at Ukraine’s struggle with compassion — feeling the weight of unimaginable suffering its people are enduring. Or you can look at it with pragmatic clarity — realizing that supporting Ukraine is not just charity, but an investment in our shared safety and the future of our world. Everyone has their own perspective. But there is one truth that cannot be denied: we must stand together, and we must give everything we can. It is no longer about blaming hesitant leaders or pointing to failed diplomacy. That time has passed. Now it is about us. About you and me. About ordinary people who understand that the future depends on our choices today. I ask you — not just to donate, but to make a statement. To say with your action: I refuse to stand aside. I choose to protect the future. I choose to help. Find your reason. Make it personal. And let’s show the world what unity truly means. Together, we will endure. Together, we will winshow more

Israel’s war isn’t just affecting us as a people... in Gaza, it’s a war on every living and breathing thing in the Gaza Strip. Our people, our land and water, our entire environment, our homes, our animals and birds, our ocean, our memories, our streets and favorite places and everything that we love about Gaza. It’s affecting our physical and mental health. We are really suffering and I wish someone would stop this genocide. All those people you see who were forcibly displaced and had to walk for 5 or more hours to go south and leave their homes behind are suffering. Some of them are elders who couldn’t walk, and have already witnessed the ethnic cleansing during the 1948 Nakba, and were forcibly expelled from their homes in northern Palestine to Gaza. This is a genocide. This is ethnic cleansing. We deserve a better life. Ceasefire nowshow more
