Okay I need your help y'all. You might remember... my truck's transmission took a shit a while back, so I swapped it out with a top‑of‑the‑line 800 HP RevMax 68RFE. They’re supposed to be top of the line, built like a tank, made in the USA… all the things. Now I’m having what looks like a 4th–5th gear slip. Might be converter lock/unlock, might be something worse. I don't know for sure... I just want them to look at it before I blow up another one. I can't take it apart or I'll void their warranty. Problem is: they will not respond. My shop has sent four requests to RevMax and all we’ve gotten back are automated "we received your ticket" emails. I paid over $20,000 for this project. For that kind of money, I expect somebody to pick up the damn phone and help resolve an issue with one of their top‑shelf products.
