Okay, I’m obsessed with Jackson Koivun’s golf swing. This... time face on slow mo. Check out at 14 seconds. Truly a wtf moment. I know us armchair back experts are all idiots, but can you blame us when you see that position? Humans aren’t supposed to bend that way lol.show more

EVIL: There’s something about this case that feels darker... every time you look at it. You can read every headline, hear every argument, and still come back to the same chilling reality: three children are dead. When I look at Lindsey Clancy, I don’t see a sympathetic story. I see a case that makes your blood run cold. WARNING: this video may seriously creep you out.show more

Little old Leigh, I haven’t slept a wink. I’m... not sure I ever will again. I’ve never felt such a powerful punch of love hit me like that before, and I’m not even sure what to do with it all. Thank you isn’t enough, but let’s start there. Thank you for carrying us all this way. Thank you for making us feel special. Thank you for making all of this feel proper. Thank you to the grown ups who trusted us with such a mammoth thing. Absolutely stupid that you let us do that, but I hope we made you proud. The feeling I get from looking across and seeing my best mates on the planet literally living their dream, in full HD makes me so happy I could burst into bubbles. And thank you to Leigh. Our home. Our people. Nobody does it better. Last night was proof that ordinary people can achieve extraordinary things. Lottery Winners are massive. T KOKO xshow more

There's 2 fat dudes in Canada that are obsessed... with me. I challenged the main one (Aba) to a legally sanctioned boxing match, but he won't accept because he knows he can't use jump cuts, and edits to avoid a punch to the face. This dude has made around 60-70 videos on us. They ONLY get views when they talk about us... Imagine revolving your entire channel around hating on dudes that responded to you ONE time. Then you and your mouth breather stans mass reported the video to get it taken down when you were exposed as a liar...show more

Dear Africans. I know you think we are cowards.... You think we have allowed Mnangagwa to rule with impunity. This is is what we face. We have been facing this for the past 45 years. The problem is, we have been doing it peacefully but met with live bullets. SADC & AU are OK with us being killed. A time will come when we are going to pick matchets and guns and chop each other like what happened in Rwanda. SADC and AU will condemn us as barbarians. Millions of us have left our country not because we desire to be in your countries. We cannot live under this perpetual suffocation. Now we see that South Africans are tired of us. We don't want to be in your countries. We want to be in Zimbabwe. We have asked your presidents to restrain this rabid junta led by Mnangagwa but none of them has tried. We tried elections and we all saw what happened. We are at the end of out wits. and about to snap. If any of you can convince your governments to give us guns and a forest, you will see that we are not cowards.show more

I know sometimes it looks like I’m slow posting... stuff, but that’s only because I’d rather double check info with agents before putting it out. Transfers can flip quick, so I don’t want to be that account that posts unreliable rubbish. Do you think I should go back to tweeting how I used to just putting out what I hear, even if it might or might not happen? #WBAshow more

Hi Nong Orm, Today, I watched your interview. You... spoke softly and honestly about how the hate has gotten harder to bear. And for a moment, my heart just sank. I asked myself, “Why can’t she take a break from here?” But then I realized, it takes immense courage to keep showing up in the face of so much opposition. It’s not weakness that brings you here again and again; it’s love. It’s your connection to those of us who see you and treasure your light. It’s your humility, your laughter, and your fierce love for your fans that bring you back. You keep showing up, and somehow, miraculously, you keep smiling. Orm, I don’t know everything you feel. None of us truly can. But I know this: you carry all of this with strength, grace, and a quiet brilliance that refuses to fade under pressure. I hope you know that even when it feels like you’re being chipped away, something deeper is taking root. You are becoming. You are not buried; you are planted. You may never pass through this exact storm again, but the roots you’re building now will hold you forever. Your journey is just beginning. When the light at the end of the tunnel comes, and it will, it will be blinding. And for those who can’t handle that kind of brilliance, we’ll hand them sunglasses. I am rooting for you, your quiet power, creative fire, and joy that cannot be shaken. Light cannot be hidden. You are a legacy in motion. Thank you for sharing your vulnerability and authenticity with us. Always. With love from Mami A, Orm’s Mami Home Made with love for Orm Here always feels like home. #Ormkornnaphat #ออมกรณ์นภัสshow more

Giulia and IYO SKY talk in Japanese. Giulia: “Friendship... is just a chain that binds us together and makes us weak! All I care about is winning. The thing I help hitters with the most.. (1... good way to train it👇🏼) They start on time but never actually get loaded to GO. They think they’re ready. They’re not. So they start earlier next time. Same problem. —— This is a conversation I have with almost every hitter. When is the right time for you? - Based on your load style - Based on how long your load takes - Based on the pitcher’s velo, windup, or slide step —— If that’s you, try a “loaded at release” type load. Bobby Witt. Judge. Get your hip and elbow loaded early. Then stride with it ready to fire. “The pitcher is up there for 20 seconds telling you to get ready. Shame on you if you’re not ready to swing.” ____ If I have you in the cage, what I’ll do is have you get into a no stride position, get ready to swing and I stand there for 1-4 seconds… Holding my hand out over the plate ready to snap my fingers. When I snap, you swing. Do that 4-5x. You get the quickness, readiness feeling. Then we go back to stride with moving ball and you’re trying to time up that same GO move with the ball With your foot up in the air and the GO will make the foot go down. Not foot down then swing. That typically kills quickness. This works 95% of the time I’d say! —— > Send this to a hitter who needs it > Save it for when you need it.show more

Distressing content that breaks my heart! BULLYING! 😡😡 Being... a kid that was bullied at home by a parent, at junior school and down the park which was basically my whole life for a time, I feel I can speak on this subject. This is temporary, I always knew it was and I hope all that are going through this know this. I was lucky as I got to 6ft 1 at 12, my dad had left when I was 11 so that was over and suddenly I grew my wings and fought the older bullies back. I only extracted revenge on the few horrible ones who hurt all of us younger lot which was their way of simply masking their own weakness but it was glorious.❤️ I hope all kids and adults being bullied experience that euphoric moment when it’s over, it makes sure you never bully anyone yourself going forward. Don’t ever let weak bullies win. 🙏show more

This was the exact moment my brain got altered... in a way I still cannot entirely explain...😂 That eerie "okay" from Adam...the fact that you can hear that he is PISSED...but at the same time he is like "Yeah? Wanna fuck around?...Let's go then" So much is going on in one simple "Okay".... It still does things to me. I can't explain it...show more

I’m late to this, but I see both sides... of the coin here. On one, of course Kyle Fletcher’s gonna be bummed by getting screwed out of his big stadium moment in front of his family while his anxiety levels were at an all-time high. On the other, I wish he included more context as to why that happened and what happened to Adam Cole, as well as the fact that he may never wrestle again and how that was announced on the day of All In, because it makes complete sense as to why that happened when you take everything into account. Also, I can’t believe I’m saying this again but please walk with me on this one: ADAM. COLE. DID. NOT. GET. HURT. ON. THAT. FUCKING. POWERBOMB. YOU. IMBECILES. Watch his arms hit the fucking apron as his head hits nothing. You can say it was a dumb spot all you want, that’s not why Adam Cole is sitting at home right now.show more
