The thing I help hitters with the most.. (1... good way to train it👇🏼) They start on time but never actually get loaded to GO. They think they’re ready. They’re not. So they start earlier next time. Same problem. —— This is a conversation I have with almost every hitter. When is the right time for you? - Based on your load style - Based on how long your load takes - Based on the pitcher’s velo, windup, or slide step —— If that’s you, try a “loaded at release” type load. Bobby Witt. Judge. Get your hip and elbow loaded early. Then stride with it ready to fire. “The pitcher is up there for 20 seconds telling you to get ready. Shame on you if you’re not ready to swing.” ____ If I have you in the cage, what I’ll do is have you get into a no stride position, get ready to swing and I stand there for 1-4 seconds… Holding my hand out over the plate ready to snap my fingers. When I snap, you swing. Do that 4-5x. You get the quickness, readiness feeling. Then we go back to stride with moving ball and you’re trying to time up that same GO move with the ball With your foot up in the air and the GO will make the foot go down. Not foot down then swing. That typically kills quickness. This works 95% of the time I’d say! —— > Send this to a hitter who needs it > Save it for when you need it.show more

Heeseung really went through so much these past two... days 😭💔 he had a bad cold, his throat hurt every time he spoke, and he even thought maybe he couldn’t perform... but the moment he saw engenes, he told himself, “I have to do this.” even though he was struggling, he still gave us his best, bcs he wanted to show us a high-quality stage. he put so much pressure on himself, even when he didn’t have to. just knowing that he pushed through all of that for us… I’m honestly so proud. thank you for standing on that stage and performing with all your heart heeseing :( even when it wasn’t easy. you were amazing, Heeseung. truly. 🥹💗show more

Distressing content that breaks my heart! BULLYING! 😡😡 Being... a kid that was bullied at home by a parent, at junior school and down the park which was basically my whole life for a time, I feel I can speak on this subject. This is temporary, I always knew it was and I hope all that are going through this know this. I was lucky as I got to 6ft 1 at 12, my dad had left when I was 11 so that was over and suddenly I grew my wings and fought the older bullies back. I only extracted revenge on the few horrible ones who hurt all of us younger lot which was their way of simply masking their own weakness but it was glorious.❤️ I hope all kids and adults being bullied experience that euphoric moment when it’s over, it makes sure you never bully anyone yourself going forward. Don’t ever let weak bullies win. 🙏show more

I’m late to this, but I see both sides... of the coin here. On one, of course Kyle Fletcher’s gonna be bummed by getting screwed out of his big stadium moment in front of his family while his anxiety levels were at an all-time high. On the other, I wish he included more context as to why that happened and what happened to Adam Cole, as well as the fact that he may never wrestle again and how that was announced on the day of All In, because it makes complete sense as to why that happened when you take everything into account. Thoughts from Pebble: -18th hole is the hardest hole... in golf 😬🤦🏻‍♂️ -Really up and down week… Swing felt really good at times and really bad at times. I don’t feel like I’m too far off but not sharp either. Will work on my swing with Sean and try and get it going this week. -My short game was consistently bad though haha 😅. Couldn’t figure out the bunkers very well, and chipping was off. Not technique wise, just off with my touch. -Speaking of which, a tip for all you amateurs. You have to open the face when hitting bunker shots. The leading edge just digs way too much when you keep that face square. When you open the face, it doesn’t dig as much and you can release it more which is a better motion overall. -My amateur partners were great to play with. Thomas and Michael were both really nice guys and I hope they enjoyed their time. The weather the first two days were really great. Pebble in good weather is so so sick. -Good part is that my putting has definitely improved from last yr. I had a little trouble with greens being so slow this week but I’m finding my groove with my putting way more than last yr.show more
