One cool use for Atlas is creating "bullet time"-style... effects using only a few cameras. In this case, I was able to use 3 iPhones + my finely honed juggling skillz to synthesize a smooth camera trajectory between each pair of cameras. Next up, something I haven't REALLY managed to get... working for a long time is synchronized, uncalibrated videos for person tracking. Whenever I used something like vggt, there was just enough residual error that it didn't work and gave crap results. I have a version now in Rerun that takes time-synced, but uncalibrated sparse videos -> calibrated, gravity-aligned videos within a reasonable error. Yellow cameras are basically the naive vggt cameras (actually g3t in this case), and blue ones are after running the optimization post-processing pipeline. Kornia has been shipping some cool stuff recently; in particular, they have an easy-to-use bundle adjustment pipeline in rust with kornia-rs. I was trying to use pycolmap but I kept having issues with it so it was a really nice alternative. Yesterday someone suggested I create a fight between Alucard... and Drolta Tzuentes using Kling AI 2.6. I usually work with Text to Video, but in this case I had to use Image to Video. The base image is a fusion of two images created in Niji and combined with GPT Image 1.5. Then I added the right prompt to give the fight speed and dynamism. Made this commercial demo entirely with Seedance 2.0 via... Yapper Everything you see here is done by one single prompt shot, from the cuts, edits, graphic effects, to the voice over. Basically within the prompt I gave detailed instructions on how many shots I wanted, the timestamps, the copywriting, visual and graphic effects, etc. The full prompt sample is available for my subscribers only in the comment section below ⏬ + + + There are so many use cases for Seedance 2.0 instead of just recreating existing IP. I think for me as a copywriter, what I like about it is that I can create a pre-visualization of an ad we're about to make, with its specific tone and style. Like I said before, the AI generated content here wasn't meant to be the final product, but rather a starting point for our creative direction regarding the potential style that will go into our ads. It's just that it's now so much faster to iterate ideas, and to test many different concepts with Gen-AI.
