I have received several questions from people asking about... visiting & investing in Cape Verde. Yes, Cape Verde is absolutely visa free for Nigerians. you only need a flight & hotel. You can also register at the airport with the immigration authorities and show your return ticket. In terms of accommodation, it is quite expensive. Decent Hotels can be up to €50 to €100 (₦160k) per night in the capital city Praia. There are very fancy restaurants as well as local Nigerian restaurants in the Sucupira area where you can find delicious Egusi & Okro. Except you are visiting from Switzerland, Cape Verde will give you one of the best vacations of your life due to the beauty and peaceful nature of the islands. I highly recommend renting a car and traveling to explore the islands 🌳🏔️. However, please note that Cape Verde can be very frustrating if you don’t speak Portuguese or their Kriolu dialect as almost nobody speaks English there. It is a massive crisis that can be averted by understanding what AI and Robotics will bring about. Solutions are knowing how to use these tools and new industries that will rise. But this situation is also on ALL OF US. No “job” is safe from founder to entry level in most industries. You and I, by what we do, will be “replaced” ultimately. What to do? AI and Robotics are tools, the next decade is owned by those who know how to use them expertly, but this is also temporary. We have to understand that what we do for “work” will change giving ultimately a greater value to those that are: Creative Flexible Always learning Willing to be wrong Love being human Love being alive Know history Covet wisdom Knowing all tech has downsides Building strong family and friends Realize many institutions have failed The first four are required for you to be able to live through this period with your sanity intact. The rest will allow you to thrive. There are no true careers at this point anymore. There are advocation and vocations which will either earn you money or give life meaning. We will learn that we are not “what we do”, just like we knew for 99% of human existence. (From... a full-time Vtuber and manager) 1 - Let people know you are in it full-time: Let your audience know this relies on their support without holding them hostage; Let them know you value their support, yes also to lurkers, yes also to people who can only be there for a few minutes a day. They are who made you. 2 - Be greatful: Don't whine about failures, celebrate the times you get back up. Nobody likes consistent negativity on their feed. Of course you can express when you are struggling, BUT consider building yourself AND your audience up, tons better for your MH. 3 - Budget properly: Yes, that new model or $300 background looks good, but surviving looks better, staying out of debt feels loads better. Keep aa 50-50 from your goals as a wage and only reinvest 50% of your VTuber stonks into VTubing, especially into projects that make very little back like music, skebs, etc. 4 - Be friendly, not a pushover: Risking your safety, mh, privacy is never worth it. Nobody should be making demands beyond the boundaries and timescale you set. Collab not comfortable for your schedule, don't do it. Friends pushing you to show your irl info, not your friends. Chat asking too much from you, you can give them a friendly no. It's your space, curate it to your needs. 5 - Work hard and reflect: Nobody wants to admit they have been lazy or could have done more, but sometimes it's good to admit to yourself that you were expecting too high a number for the content you put out. It sucks, but looking into your weaknesses as well as strengths is the only way to do better in the future. 6 - Make time: Don't spend 12h a day streaming when you get paid less than minimum wage per hour, stop burning yourself out for zero discoverability. Har har Mahadev. - If you are in Kashi, you definitely need to stay on the Ghat. I have come multiple times & the goto place for us is Hotel Alka on Meer Ghat. Amazing location (close to temple), rooms are super clean, food is top notch. Try to book the Deluxe or Royal View or Premium View rooms. They range in 4000 to 7000 per night. Since we booked months back, we got the Premium Rooms at great Valuation. You can see the Ganga ji directly. - If you book rooms on the Ghats, you will have to walk the last mile. Autos will come to a certain distance, then you will have to walk the small Gullis (Small streets). The stay is worth the walk. So if you have elders traveling, you need to plan accordingly. - If you want to visit Kashi Vishwanath ji, the best way is to book an aarti ONLINE. This is the only way you can get into the main Mandir without huge queues. Very affordable darshans, worth it. Login to We booked 3 AM mangla aarti and evening 7 PM sapt Rishi aarti. Avoid agents. They will take much more than online prices, so be aware. - Pls note that crowd management inside Kashi Vishwanath Mandir is really bad. I hope Modi ji does something about it. I saw lots of elders who came all the way, but they get squeezed inside the mandir. Anyway, that's part of the deal 😀😀 - If you take the darshan ticket it will be worth. You can only carry tickets and id card while entering. Best to leave your chappals and electronics in the room. Yes, only carry the bhakti here with you. And maybe some cash. - Now there are locker systems inside the temple complex, which you can use for free. Kashi is full of pujaris who want to make a quick buck (unlike many other places). So try not to talk to anyone, be confident & use the free facilities. - In Kashi, it's very easy to get misguided by shop owners. So only and only ask your questions to the police officers. Kashi temple is full of them 👍 - Now, the best part. Ganga ji. Do not miss taking bath in her. Take her blessings. Always cross the river and take a bath. You can negotiate and pay ₹50 per passenger to move to the other side and enjoy your bath. If you can swim, then you can go deep as well. I enjoyed the swim like anything, went 50 metres across the river. - The best places to eat are near the Manikarnika Ghat, Main Corridor & the Godowalia Chauraha. Tons of chats, kulfis and jalebis to eat. Don't miss the Tamatar Chaat, Aloo Tikkis, Chura Mutter & Banarasi Pan. Kashi Chaat Bhandar is amazing. - The Annapurna Devi annadanam (bhojan) is very famous. They serve lunch bhiksha and dinner bhiksha to thousands everyday. Wonderful hot hot food. You can have there itself. Please do contribute back generously to the annapoorani temple trust so that this tradition continues. - You can visit all the ancient temples in Kashi, Kalabhairava being one of the best. The Banarasi Sarees are amazing. Try to ask the boatmen to take you to the weavers home directly and buy. You will learn some amazing stuff. - There is one Ganga Aarti on Assi Ghat early in the morning. And the other aarti happens in the evening by 7 PM. You can take a boat so that the view will be spectacular. But remember to take boat early, reach the Ghat by 6 PM so that you can be right in the front. The city has definitely become cleaner, lots of effort to remove all debris from Maa Ganga. The temples are magnificent. Ghats are extraordinary. The energy is vibrant. You will find such ancient temples, that you can actually feel the vibrations. Tip: In Kashi, everyone will DEMAND money for everything. Right from purohits, street vendors & small children. However I would like all pioneers understand why we call GCV, it is not because ourselves greedy. It is because Pi need to start from high price to protect it on open mainnet. We all know a lot of pioneers come from the bottom of our society. They are in hardship, they even cannot afford food and place to live. And these kinds of pioneers has occupied most community. Nobody can prevent them to sell Pi becuase they are Pi holders. They need to survive, this is also the reason why there are a lot under table exchange to FIAT. I've bought over 30 RV & MH parks in... the last 5 years. Lately? 2 per month. Want our playbook? Here ya go: How to buy a small, off-market mobile home or RV park that can 2x your money in 1-2 years, in 5 steps: 1. Pick a city in a red state. The two biggest factors: Crime & unemployment rates Crime: CrimeGrade . org Unemployment: SimpleMaps . com Cities with 3k - 30k people are best. This is the sweet spot for enough population & not to much competition. You want parks with almost no web presence & little to no reviews. A DG nearby is great. Walmart is better. But remember, “if no DG, it ain’t for me.” If there's a Whole Foods you ain't getting a good deal, I promise. Growth rate is good too, but #3 to the two above. Don't worry about the path of progress as much as other asset classes might. 2. Find the leads Get on Google Maps and search "mobile home park" in your target area(s). Avoid NY & CA (not landlord friendly). Make a Google sheet of the leads & use Loom to record your screen. Spend 30 mins doing this. OR, use something like Outscraper to do it for you. Be warned though, that if you don’t do this yourself the scraped results may not be as accurate. If you’re targeting a smaller geographical area I would do it by hand. If a whole state, use software. You’re looking for phone numbers. Use SearchBug . com to see if cell or landline for pennies. Or Phone Validator Go to Upwork and hire a virtual assistant to keep doing this for you, assuming you are targeting a larger area. They will cost around $4/hour. Use that same Loom link in your posting so applicants can see what the job will entail. When working, Loom it! You’ll never know when you’ll need it. When in doubt, Loom it out! More leads = better deals. 3. Call the leads Call up the owners and be real. Don't talk about any accolades. He doesn't care and it will only hurt you. You're a hard working country boy. You have a wife and kids (I hope you actually do). Are you a democrat? Don't tell the owner. (Sorry, democrats). Here's your general pitch: "I'm not a broker, I'm just looking for some good real estate and don't want to waste your time with a lowball offer. I can pay cash and close fast" Tell him about your wife and kids and what you do on the weekend. Most importantly, LISTEN. He's going to talk your ear off. This is a good sign. 4. Ask the right questions Ask him: How many pad sites? How many of those have a unit on them? How many of the units are RVs? (It's common for there to be a mix of MH/RV) Any single family homes on the property? Rent? Are the units park owned or tenant owned? (this is key) If a mix, what's the mix? Park-owned homes you have to maintain. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Tenant-owned homes are key (lot rent). This means you only rent out the land and underground infrastructure. Depending on the state, sometimes you can sell back or give away the park-owned units to the tenants to absolve yourself of maintenance. Check the laws! You'll command half the rent but enjoy 90% less hassles. $250 - $350 is common lot rent in the midwest and SE. What's the occupancy and rental amount of each type of unit? Any outbuildings on the property? Septic or city sewer? If septic, conventional or aerobic? Sewer is best. Septic isn’t a deal breaker but you REALLY want to have it inspected. If there’s a lagoon or wastewater treatment plant I want you to throw that phone as far as you can, block their number and never speak of it again. Within city limits or no? City limits are best but rare. Outstanding municipal or zoning issues? How much is insurance? How much is landscaping? Asphalt, cement or dirt roads? Condition of the roads? Any drainage issues? Is there a manager? What do you pay them? (Best if no manager) Any pending litigation? What are total collections? How do people pay rent? How many are delinquent? What condition are the units in? Do you have a lien on the property? How long have you owned it? 30 or 50 amp? City maintained streets? City water or well? City is best. Keep in mind, that’s a lot of questions to ask. You have to feel it out, if he’s being standoffish, don’t keep pushing, just call back. This isn’t a used car lot, this is a relationship you’re trying to build. Don’t try and close on this first call. The key question: "If we were to make a deal, what's a ballpark offer you'd expect?" NEVER anchor him with the phrase "bottom dollar." Using the word "ballpark" keeps numbers loose. Whatever number he says, you want to pause and hem and haw over it. Embrace the silence and awkwardness. Back to car sales, they call this the “silent walkaround” when valuing a trade-in. Don’t say a thing about the asset, but point out the flaws with your body language. Touch the dents and scratches as you pause. Do the phone version of this. Tell him you'll get back to him tomorrow. Thank him profusely for his time and congratulate him on the park he's built. 5. Underwrite Before you do anything, check with the city to ensure the park is in good standing. Get that in writing. Don't trust the seller. Buyers are liars? So are sellers! Now's time to crunch numbers: What's a cap rate? The net operating income of the park divided by the price you'd like to pay. If you want your money back in 5 years and you're willing to pay up to $1m, you need $200k net profit per year. This is a 20% cap rate (20 cap). It's aggressive but possible on a smaller, rural park. (Yes, it really is, even in 2023) You probably won’t find a park that big in a small town for a good price, though. Start w/ a smaller park & higher cap rate. More room for error. $300k - $1m purchase price. First do some market research: Remember all your leads? Call competing parks as a potential tenant and ask what their lot rent is. Put this in a spreadsheet to get average lot rent & park-owned home rent. Keep in mind many of these parks will be undercharging as well. It's common to find parks charging $100 that could charge $250. When calculating cap rate BE CONSERVATIVE. Don't count on 100% of people staying if you increase rents, even though most will. Use $190 to be safe. Shoot for a park that will net $100k/year after rent increases that you pay no more than $600k for. It’s hard but not impossible. Or maybe you find a $30k/year park to get your feet wet. At least you're in the game. The more leads you scrape, the better chance of finding this park. Shoot for as much seller financing as you can get. Finance the rest with friends/family or savings. Once you find this park, get it under contract. Use a standard, simple real estate form that you can find on your state's real estate commission website. Texas' is called TREC. Yes, get it under contract before seeing it. Put down earnest and option money, and then go see it. Don't dress like a city slicker. Be personable and be willing to stay a while and BS. Drive a Tesla? Rent a truck. Drive a Prius? Just quit. Inspect the condition of the units, even if you aren't buying them Crappy units = more tenants willing to abandon them. And they aren't cheap to remove or move. Verify everything he said on the call If all looks good, start on the inspections: Septic or sewer lines SFH home inspection. Check with the city for outstanding issues or litigation Check for liens Wastewater treatment plant? If so, abandon ship! Electrical infrastructure Use professionals for all of these. Ask for: Rent rolls. They will likely be handwritten, that’s ok. Bank statements. Ask to speak to a few tenants to get their experience. Inspect their lease. Ask for vendor invoices or history of payments. Ask to speak to vendors. At some point before you close, list the property on Craigslist, FB Marketplace and Zillow. See how demand is for vacancies. If all still looks good, close on the property. 6. Post-closing strategy Meet all the tenants in the evening, they're at work during the day. Shake their hands. Tell them you want their experience to be amazing & you want them to stay Give them your number Ask what can be fixed If fixes are cheap, do them ASAP Tell that tenant once fixes are made. Address them by name. Clean up the park. Hire a tree guy to clear out low hanging branches. Do some simple landscaping. Find the tattletale in the park and get all the dirt. Who are the druggies and abusive husbands? Get them out ASAP if you can. They are much more expensive than the temporary vacancy hit. Fix potholes and drainage issues. ADD VALUE. Show you care. Wait a couple months before making any changes. Bring lot rents closer to market. Be upfront about this. They will understand if they've been getting a deal. Give people 2-3 more months' notice to give them time. Keep renting out vacancies at new price. This isn't self storage. You won't raise rents yearly. Don't be a jerk. Let them know what to expect. Once rents are raised and park is stabilized, you are 9-12 months in. Search Loopnet for the most active MHP brokers Hire the best one & pay what he or she commands. Sell on the market for 7-10% cap You've just 2-3x'ed your money. Rinse & repeat. I have done this over many times. Not all of my deals were bangers, but most were. THERE ARE STILL DEALS OUT THERE. There's a lot of fine print, and things can and will go wrong, so don't be dumb. Do your own research. Not everything can be explained in 1,700 words. VTubing is for everyone! I don't like to bring... this up, but recent events in the VTuber community made some people really vile. I had my M&G at HolMat last week and had people come up and just yell at me for being a girl in the "womans world", that is VTubing, no idea about who I was, or why I was there. I had the same group return to my handler multiple times, I felt really worried about the person carrying me around having to deal with this repeatedly and tried to steer them away from the group. It seems they found my YT and left me a handful of the same comments, luckily all caught by moderation tools. While I will refrain from M&G's for a little until this calms down I want to say this; I have been managing for over 1.5 years now, I deliberately take on male VTubers to show them that they can still do it. I take on people that have babiniku accounts, those that are changing from one gender presentation to another and want help, and those that have no gender presentation in their avatar. A lot of male VTubers struggle to find a manager because the stereotype is that all male VTubers are evil and it perpetuates a stereotype that extends beyond entertainment industry subcultures like streaming. VTubing has always been a medium, while character and marketing matters, it's about what makes you happy, YOU are the person that makes the content. Use whatever you want as an avatar, use a voice changer if that's what you want to do. Every month I have a male client bring up they can't do it the same way, that it's easier if jiggle physics or a cute voice is the answer to fast growth. And I tell them yeah, I can also do ASMR, I can do drama content, collab with a larger person, and get to x amount of viewers. There are shortcuts in every entertainment profession and subculture. Does it last? Do quick fixes for anything ever last? Yes, great physics and an expensive model can get people in, but if your value, your way of interacting with people, your content plan and marketing is ass, you can pack up. Most of us start on a small budget, premade or resold models, and it's the same in the big league entertainment industry too. Can I take out a loan and put myself on a billboard tomorrow, can I pay the most expensive model artist and rigger and get in along corporate VTubers tomorrow? Sure. Will it last, will it be genuine, will people trust me? Hell no. Genuine communities and growth build trust. I think streaming, creative industries, entertainment, are full of people, regardless of gender, that will see success and call it "easy", because of what they see as the end product. They don't see most VTubers working a second job, they don't see the managers, they don't see 100+ hours a month going into content production, years invested in singing and voice lessons, model redebut after redebut. I think a lot of male VTubers get a bad rep, because so many boys are raised without putting emphasis on empathy and creativity, watching my brothers be told they should not pursue art, that theatre class is a waste of time, and that they needed to go study x or y to make money for their families in the future was heartbreaking. Nobody should have to look at others and feel so much hatred for society they turn against a whole group of people. If you want to pursue entertainment, please do. If you want to grow and try and make a name for yourself, you should start there, not with yelling about how you already failed. "Oh but I can't", "Oh but the odds are stacked against me", look at the big streamers, look at Ironmouse who overcame everything with hard work, look at Kiara who rose from the ashes, look at everyone that fights against their odds every day and give it your all. 🥚 Raw Eggs — They are nature's fast food,... and a complete food, with every nutrient you could need. A raw egg digests in only 27 to 37 minutes, which is phenomenal compared to other foods containing protein and fat, like meat and milk. This is because egg is a fully liquid food. The body doesn't need to use any digestive fluids, hydrochloric acid, to break it down, it will absorb within the first 5 inches of the intestine only, from bacterial digestion alone. Of course, if you cook the egg, this doesn't apply anymore. Cooking not only destroys nutrients, especially enzymes and vitamins, which impairs digestion, and generates toxins, like heterocyclic amines from proteins, and cauterizes the minerals, but it coagulates the egg. This not only makes a raw egg the perfect food to get instant energy in a healthful way, but a vital food that can save someone's life. If your digestive system is so compromised you cannot digest other animal protein, like meat, raw eggs will work. Or if you have leaky gut, they digest before they even have to go through the G.I. tract. In general, if you want to give your digestive system a rest, eat raw eggs, you will get back appetite for other foods very soon. In the next post of this thread is a quote of Aajonus' most incredible testimonial on the healing power of raw eggs. They are also the best food to repair. The only thing that Aajonus found that eggs cannot do is help the body reproduce cells quicker. That takes raw meat. So long-term, you cannot replace raw meat with raw eggs, they work complementarily. Don't discard the egg white. Aajonus proved the avidin in raw egg white is not an anti-nutrient. Aajonus ate up to 60 raw eggs a day (one or two dozens on most days) since 1976. He confirmed there was no biotin deficiency whatsoever. The narrow-minded lab experiments do not explain what actually happen and then draw the wrong conclusion. What actually happens is that biotin mixes with avidin to make a compound that cleans the body of biocarbons, which are leftover byproducts from macronutrient digestion that need to be eliminated by the body. This is actually a good thing. Plus, there is an excess of available biotin in raw egg compared to the amount of avidin. It is also recommended by Aajonus to not eat raw egg yolks alone either, as it creates imbalances when on a raw diet (this doesn't apply on a cooked diet). He did the experiments on animals, feeding them raw egg white and raw egg yolk separately, and it made them extremely hungry, they required twice as much food, had huge imbalances emotionally, caused obesity, water retention, all kinds of problems. So, if you go to a restaurant, you can request the egg white to be included in your steak tartare, just like Aajonus did. What about salmonella? Salmonella is already on our skin, in our eyes, our nose, our mouth, recycling dead cells. They are beneficial bacteria, not pathogenic. Of course, this isn't medical advice. Look into Aajonus and more broadly into terrain theory vs germ theory. Don't refrigerate eggs. Only in the USA do people do this. If you wash the egg, you remove the protective membrane around it, then health departments require them to be refrigerated. Just don't wash the eggs. Eggs are a bit of a fragile food, many of its natural bacteria die when in cold temperatures, so it's better to keep them at room temperatures, or they will lose digestibility. You can blend raw eggs, however it will oxidize them, destroying certain nutrients. There are three enzymes in the egg white which prevent certain hormones that help certain diseases progress like cancer. If you as little as whip the raw egg with a work, these enzymes in the egg white oxidize within seconds. Raw eggs are a detoxification food. They are rich in cholesterol. If you drink alcohol, eat plenty of raw eggs (before, during, after), and you will avoid a hangover. The cholesterol in raw eggs is very good at collecting the alcohol and other toxins. They also enable the body to make solvents to break down toxicity like cellulite. Raw eggs can be fermented, and aged in various ways. Century eggs, the real ones (which are around 25 years old), can cost a thousand dollars. They transform in all sorts of shapes, they can look like green boiled eggs, jewelry, eggs that could belong to a dragon, or turn into white, black powder. They can give incredible energy and libido. How to eat: If you eat the raw egg white first, then the yolk right after, the raw egg will digest in 27 minutes, otherwise in 37 minutes. It is easier to do so from the shell by poking a hole on each side and sucking from it. This is "Aajonus-style". From a glass is "Rocky-style". Nowadays also called slonking. Make the egg go through your teeth while you drink it, this makes it easier to mix it with saliva, which allows better digestion. That only works if you eat only one raw egg at a time. If you eat several raw eggs at once, they will digest slower. Not an issue, it is still extremely healthy. Therefore eating raw eggs frequently throughout the day, one at a time, can bring a steady flow of nutrients to your body. Eggs are perfect to eat upon waking up, providing quick energy from fats and providing protein for the body to make glycogen from and feed the nervous system. They are perfect to eat in-between meals. Only take a couple seconds and get you going for hours, and whenever you get tired. Eggs help gain and lose weight. It all depends how you combine them. A raw egg eaten alone can lead to weight loss, except if you eat more than around 22 a day to maintain. Aajonus' weight loss protocol relies on eating a raw egg diet for 1-3 weeks and is very effective. Raw eggs can help remove cellulite, strip down toxic fat (which is fat that was used to store toxins). Eggs eaten with other foods, or several at once, don't have this weight loss effect. They are very good to eat with other foods, such as raw meat (steak tartare). You can easily eat 3 raw eggs with your raw steak. Next, Head to Burial Grounds left-side door and interact with the keyhole. 5. Interact with the door again and hold it to open the door and to unlock the underground area. 6. This will spawn a Zursa Bear during a special round (starting the second special round) you need to kill him and he will drop The Lantern 7. Place The Lantern in the center of the Underground Room in Burial Grounds. 8. Constellations will appear around the wall. Interact with them as they’re shown on the table in this order: left, right, back, front. 9. Once completed, Astrid will appear and talk, she will then travel to different areas of the map. She will occasionally stop and you will need to kill frost zombies next to her. 10. Once all the Soulboxes are completed an Obstacle Course will form on the outside of The Lighthouse, climb to the top by Jumping / Wall Jumping up 11. Once you reach the top, Listen to the Astrid talk and pick up The Jotunn Star Wundersignal: 1. After completing Jotun Star Quest Head to The Lighthouse and inside on a shelf there will be a Crowbar 2. There are Multiple Wooden Boxes around the map with red IDs on the bottom right corner of the front of the box in red (for example III-6) use The Crowbar on the Wooden Box that has the Roboterteile ID (the IDs are on the shipping manifest in the War Factory Admin Room), this will give Flak Gun Round War Factory Core Foundry Fjord Road Dry Dock 3. Head to Turret Gun beside The Lighthouse and place Flak Gun Round then melee with Jotunn Star 4. Next, Head to The Robot Head in spawn and interact with it to search broken piece to get The Transmitter 5. Go to Tyr’s Head and place it inside the Wall Machine thingy at the top of the Ladder 6. Next, whilst inside of Tyr’s Head underneath the balcony there are 3 white lights, 2 of these lights will blink, count how many times it blinks -Both lights will remain on, There is the sound of a light turning on to indicate the start of a new light flashing cycle where both lights will flash at the same time to a certain count (for example left 2, right 5). Both lights will be on and then it will flash another set (for example left 6, right 4). (Unsure if these 2 combos have to be put into console in order but correct entry will give two different voicelines.) After entering one correctly you will be kicked out to hear voiceline and can re-enter console to input the 2nd shortly afterwards. 7. Now head to Core Foundry, and use a molotov to burn the ascender to access the consoles. 8. Ascend and interact with the consoles, The next part is timed and has a cooldown if you fail - you need to Calibrate the Amplitude and Frequency using the flashing light code. 9. Once this has been done head to the room Next to the Radio Tower and pick up The Wunderbarrage Controller Atomkraft Core 1. Find three uraniums: Uranium #1 Find the Fishing Rod (Olaf’s Personal Item) locations: - Dry Dock - Storm Bridge - Fishery Island - Beacon island Look for a Glowing Green Fish jumping around the water at each Fishing Location and use the Fishing Rod at that location once you see it Fishing Locations: Eidskallen Landing x2 Beacon Island x2 Eidskallen Square x2 Dry Dock (found one so far) Fishery Island x2 Tyr’s Foot (found one so far) Once the fish is caught it will spawn an Irradiated Ravager (HVT) that will disappear and respawn somewhere else, chase it down and kill it (check your map to see its location, it shows up as an HVT). It will drop a Uranium. Uranium #2 Next, Craft an ARC-XD (there is one for free in Eidskallen Square on top of a box near the flame trap, you can get it by fishing as well) and melee the vent at Core Foundry to the left of the zipline to open the Secret ARC-XD Course. Blow up the boat full of barrels. Once the course is completed the 935 Genetic Lab room will be open and another Uranium x2 will be inside a Prison Cell There are several Jars with Heads inside in this room, all labelled A,B,C,D,E Look down the Hallway inside the Lab and note which numbered rooms have Nuclear Symbols 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D and 5 = E Take one Jar at a time that corresponds with the Numbers next to Nuclear Symbols and place them on the machine to the right of the cell door, once the correct jars are placed the Jar on the left side of the machine will glow purple and you can pick up acid There is a Big Chunk of Meat on a desk next to multiple drawings in the same Room, interact with it, then Pick up The Necrospike Once you have The Necrospike, use it on the Prison Cell Door, this will trigger a lockpick mini game. Spin the lockpick until the lock turns white 3x to unlock the cell, then pick up the second Uranium. Uranium #3 Next you need to craft or obtain the Glocke Drop, once you have one call it in, then shoot 20 mid-air zombies it throws up. This will drop the third and final Uranium. 2. At the Dry Dock, you need to call a WunderBarrage (unlocked by completing Wundersignal steps) in on the “02 Building” at Dry Dock (where there’s debris on the stairs), this will open the stairs to the Machine Workshop. 3. Inside The Workshop there is a Claw Machine which you can place all of The Uranium inside of and play a mini-game. -Have a big group of 7 cores and a small group of 2 cores. 4. Once you complete the Mini-game you will be able to pick up The Atomkraft Core (Note: you drop if you zipline, and cant sprint with it) 5. Head to Quick Revive and place The Atomkraft Core on generator next to quick revive. Go into the shed behind quick revive and turn on the generator. You must now defend the The Atomkraft Core until it’s charged. In interrupted you must turn on the generator again to continue. 6. Take the The Atomkraft Core to the barrel on the Storm Bridge and a Mini-Cutscene will play between the Giant and The Robot. Vegvisir 1. After the cutscene finishes, The Dravakar Shard will spawn at Tyr’s Foot, pick it up 2. Pick it up and place the Shard inside the Bloodheim Hall on the bonfire 3. Use WW range attack to light the fire 4. Use Disciple Injection (there should be a free one around the map) and throw zombies into the bonfire (I only had to throw four) 5. A lockdown will start. Kill the boss zombie and pick up the Sunstone from the bonfire 6. Put the Sunstone in the church and do a range WW attack on it. 7. Around the map, there will now be floating rocks and runes. Above the church there will now be a compass with runes and arrows. -Shoot the floating rune rocks with the ranged WW in the order of the arrow lines. If an arrow has 1 line, then that's the first one. If an arrow has 2 lines, that's the second one, etc. 8. Go into Tyr's Head and interact with the console to start the boss fight. i turned 25 today, and the best gift i... could give myself was this → building a school 🏫 for years i thought i’d need to save money before doing this, but today i just took the decision. we’re starting with two villages, one in bihar and one in madhya pradesh. i spoke to my maternal uncle in a small village in bihar, and with his support, we’ve begun. our Rightfit (We’re hiring) team will live in villages for 6–12+ days at a time, in b/w every 6–12 months, we’ll be visiting different villages across india where education is most needed. we’ll be teaching kids, parents, and teachers, while also learning from their culture, food, and daily lives. this will be one of the many initiatives we are building at rightfit. our community with more than 7,000+ members is also completely free. people have already found jobs, mentors, and opportunities there, without paying a single rupee. we’ve seen how powerful free knowledge-sharing can be, and we want to bring the same spirit into rural education 🙌 this school will always be free, no revenue model, no hidden agenda. we believe education should be free for every child, and we hold on to the philosophy that knowledge only grows when it’s passed on. i don’t know where this will go, but if even one spark is lit inside a child, it will mean we’ve done something meaningful. so yeah, we’re building something amazing, something a little crazy!!! if you want updates on our journey, routes, plans, growth, failures, join our waitlist by sending your email at 🌼 if you’d like to be a part of this, write to us at [email protected] 💌 [ rethinking education in indian villages ]show more
