I'm really lost for words. Five months ago, the... Arkansas Baptist College football team was expelled from our practice facility due to unpaid rental fees for maintenance and upkeep. Consequently, spring football practice was suspended and many of our promising student-athletes left, and many of the ballers that we were attempting to recruit, shunned our efforts. Fast forward to the third week of football in September. The Buffaloes are 2-1 with their only loss coming from FCS Houston Christian, in which they were very competitive for a half. I had no expectations for Coach Richard Wilson and his staff this season. After enduring so many challenges, just fielding a team for the 2025 football season would be considered victorious for the program. But these young men have tasted winning, and now they want more. Praying that our young men will continue growing in the Lord ✝️, hitting the books 📚, and balling 🏈 out on the football field. GOD'S PLAN 🙏🏻✝️🙌❣️show more

A few notes from day 1 of #Saints camp:... - Short practice. Heat not a factor (that'll change) - All the non PUP players were in action (a few roster spots still open). Always a nice thing at this stage. - Rattler took 1st team reps (Shough will get 1st team tomorrow). Low-key practice in general. Rattler looked the most composed out of the three. Best throw was a layered ball to Olave on a deep dig. - A lot of designed QB runs today - Shough looked like a rookie getting into 11s for the first time -- some tough moments (a couple would-be sacks). The good news is that's exactly what he is. I expect him to settle in quickly. - We saw some combined drills. WRs working with RBs. TEs working with LBs. Just a practice tweak. - Jordan Howden got first-team reps next to Justin Reid. Will be interesting to see what happens when Blackmon shows up. - Haener had a couple nice balls to Michael Jacobson. Depth TE roles are suddenly very interesting to watch. - RB2/3 is very much up for grabs. Sounds like it'll be a rotation from day-to-day. Devin Neal got some work with the 1s. - Blake Grupe kicked today, went 5-for-5 (longest from 49) ... some decent left to right windshow more

My friend got a promotion in 4 days that... he had been waiting 2 years for Now he just sits and watches the agents do everything for him A few days ago he called me Complaining he was exhausted from work He sells corporate HR software Every day the same thing - searching for clients, researching companies, finding the HR director, calls and so on An hour per lead. 8 leads a day - that was the ceiling I told him to build a team of 4 agents in Claude The agents scan 200 company websites every night, write letters based on each company's specific problem, analyze when the right person is online, and prepare a full brief before every call Today he called again In 4 days his conversion rate grew by 37% His boss looked at the numbers in silence. Then looked up and said: "What do you need to roll this out across the entire department?" My friend is becoming head of the sales department and getting a percentage of the entire department's revenue full guide on how to build your first agent team - in the article belowshow more

Just did my first MOTS-c pin today and started... conservative at 2mg. Felt absolutely nothing right away, no energy surge or noticeable change yet. Did the pin at 5:00am and worked out at 6:30am. A few of you mentioned getting a pretty quick boost. For those who’ve run it (especially at lower doses like 2-5mg): How long did it take for you to notice energy, stamina, or “more in the tank” effects? Same day? Few days? Or does it build slower over 1–2 weeks? Am i on the right track with low-dose and let it build slowly, or crank this shit up? Reminder that MOTS-c is for research use only / not for human consumption. LFGshow more

I didn't hear Penny call my name at the... finish line. And tjo shem she tried. I think I know why I didn't hear her shout my name.....My goal was an 11:15 - 11:20 finish. We started in batches of 3 and I was in the 3rd wave. Out of habit, I switched my Garmin off twice at a water point and forgot to switch it back on for a while. My timing was off and I had no idea what time it was. I wasn't worried as I knew I was comfortably ahead of cut-off. At 72 kms, I heard a fellow runner tell another that "We have 2 and a half hours left to finish. We will come in at 11:10." Silly me didn't realize that these were group 2 runners and they had started earlier. Which meant I had even more time to finish and I'd caught up with many Group 2 runners. I had judged myself according to their progress. As I came closer to the finish line I saw the Group 3 clock say 10:58:22. I was stunned, mentally frozen so I switched off and chased my bronze medal with 1 minute 7 seconds to spare. A 10:58:53 finish was satisfying.show more

My final video from last nights findings. As I... was walking down canal street I noticed this girl walking down the street alone only to be stopped by 2 Pakistani lads (in fairness they seemed similar age). After she started walking backwards and they followed I hung back to see if she was ok. They ended up talking right in front of me. Whilst the guys were trying it on with her and you could say the girl was flirting back she then looked at me right in the eyes and said “help me, help”. I’m not sure how serious she was but a taxi was booked for her to get home. Blur added for the girls privacy. Dads please tell your daughters not to be out on the streets drunk alone in this day and ageshow more

I spent 48 hours running AI from my phone.... Here are 11 things that turned out to be possible and 3 that almost cost me money Forgot my laptop at home and thought the day was lost. Opened a terminal from my phone and decided to see how long I could last Lasted 2 days. Not just lasted but made $840 What works from a phone: 1. Set up Claude Code through SSH in 10 minutes while riding the subway 2. Get Telegram pushes every time a wallet enters a position 3. Copy a trade with 1 tap without taking out my earbuds 4. Launch scripts by voice through Shortcuts 5. Monitor 3 wallets simultaneously without a single lag 6. Get a morning report at 7 AM as a regular message 7. Rebuild the bot when it crashed while sitting in a cab 8. Check PnL without opening a browser 9. Add a new wallet to tracking in 30 seconds 10. Set up auto-copying without confirmation on verified wallets 11. Get a full strategy breakdown of a wallet through Claude Code in a regular chat And here is what almost killed the deposit: 1. My finger slipped and I entered at twice the planned size. Did not notice for 20 minutes. Got lucky that the position ended up in profit but it could have gone very differently 2. My phone died at 2 AM. Missed the exit signal and the position dropped $110 while I slept. By morning I realized that a power bank is just as much a part of the strategy as the bot itself 3. The delay when copying was 40 seconds. On a 15-minute market that is an eternity. The price moved from 8 cents to 23, and instead of a 12x return I got a 4x. Still profit but you feel the difference immediately Total for 48 hours: +$840. Screen time on the phone: 47 minutes. Never needed the laptop The entire time I was following the same wallet. That is the 1 that was sending me signals at 2 AM: The phone turned out to be a fully functional control panel. But this control panel has no safety switch. And that is worth remembering every time you are tapping with 1 hand in the coffee lineshow more

Day 436 of documenting 0-1M Checkmate. For the last... 436 days I publicly built this store online, X was mainly the daily notebook, but i also made several videos revealing nearly everything about this store without fully doxxing. We started with 1 product and finished with 37 as we crossed this finish line. It’s not the craziest numbers, but the i hope it shows people who are just starting out, the game of consistency. While documenting this publicly, it was the complete opposite of a straight line up. Many times we ran it up, thought we were in the clear, made mistakes, got reset back to virtually zero. In fact, we actually were set back to nearly zero twice and it’s all documented somewhere in the X posts. I could have easily faked revenue to say i got here earlier, I could have easily jumped on X only posting our best days, but that’s gay and what most people do. We did not miss a single post throughout building this store. Every single day we posted. The reason I used these photos/videos instead a regular ss is because this is the exact table & chair that I made my first $ online in. This broken chair, a broken table, and this laptop that would proceed to break in the process (have a new one now) but it felt like a more full circle moment This store was in the jewlery & fashion accessories niche. Margins were healthy due to low cogs, and it cash flowed nicely but were most likely going to move on from it. Have much better plans in place but was a sick ride. Over 23,000 total orders. This was ZERO to a million. 436 days without a single day missed of posting, which also means not a single day missed of work. Despite the internet turning into a world of fake weird shit, authentic shit still exists. Gonna start dropping some archives of all the shit I filmed behind the scenes that never got posted. Real 🅿️, put a milly up on the board publicly. 🧘♂️show more

A truck driver in Australia once won $250,000 on... a scratch card while pretending to win a scratch card for a TV news crew. He didn’t know the ticket was real until he scratched the last panel. He turned to the camera, completely flat, and said, “I just won $250,000. I’m not joking.” Then, holding his chest, “I think I’ll have another heart attack.” The “another” was the part most viewers missed. A year earlier Bill Morgan had been in a serious accident, developed a heart condition from it, had an allergic reaction to the medication that was supposed to fix it, and his heart had stopped for 14 minutes and 38 seconds. Paramedics revived him. He slipped into a coma. His family was told to prepare to turn off life support after 12 days. The day they were going to make the decision, he woke up. Fully himself with no brain damage. Within twelve months he got engaged, found work again, bought a $5 scratch card on a whim, and won a Toyota Corolla worth around $30,000 Australian dollars. That was the win that brought Nine News out to film him. They asked him to re-enact the car-winning moment in the same shop. He picked a fresh ticket off the counter at random for the re-creation. Scratched it. Won the jackpot. The cameraman thought he was acting until he saw the numbers. The shop staff opened champagne. Bill called his fiancée from the counter and told her they could now buy a house. She later said, on camera herself, “I just hope he hasn’t used all his good luck up.” She’s been with him for 27 years. They still live in the house. He’s in his mid-sixties, retired due to ongoing heart issues and arthritis, and he still walks down to the same kind of corner shop every week and buys a $5 scratch ticket. He doesn’t expect to win again. “I’ve had a bonus of 22 years,” he says. “Even if I’m not real well I shuffle down the road and smell the roses, look at the sun, and think about how lucky I am.”show more

💥Y’all, listen to this video. It’s so strange that... I came across this bc I’ve been trying to figure out this “67” thing for a while. Read below. ⬇️ 💥I want to start out by saying - no one knows the time or day. 💥As many of you know here, my Son is Autistic. And sometimes with an Autistic child, they can repeat things that they’ve heard, over and over for days straight. 💥About 7 months ago, My Son one day started saying “67”. He wouldn’t stop for days. Then all the children at his school started saying it. My friends would call me and tell me their children were also saying it. 💥Last night, my Son asked me “Mommy, is the devil gone yet? Mommy, the devil is about to leave earth.” 👀 💥IN THE LAST DAYS, GOD SAYS, I WILL POUR OUT MY SPIRIT ON ALL PEOPLE. #MiamiFL transfer QB Darian Mensah will look to follow... in Cam Ward and Carson Beck’s footsteps, work with Shannon Dawson 🏈 , and raise their NFL Draft grade. Last year in speaking with NFL clubs, if Mensah declared for the draft, a near unanimous comparison emerged, both stylistically and in upside: Packers QB Jordan Love Mensah returned to school, and has a chance to clean up some footwork and balance techniques, and contend fora top-10 draft selection even in loaded draft. Last year, Mensah finished with Over the last five years, just 20 draft eligible QBs have had a 30+ TD and sub-10 INT season at the Power 4 level. ✅100% of QBs who did that were drafted (minus Julian Sayin, who was not draft eligible) ✅9 of those QBs went on to be 1st round pick (including Fernando Mendoza). ✅Just 3 hit that number two straight years - Bryce Young, CJ Stroud and Caleb Williams Potential rare company for an already well-liked NFL QB prospect now playing with an elite supporting cast and a coaching staff that’s done wonders to develop NFL QBs at Miami Hurricanes Football Big year for Darian Mensah coming! #ShrineBowlWhosNextshow more

The ground shook on Iwo Jima in 1945. Smoke... choked the air. Marines were pinned down, nowhere to run. And in that frozen second, a 17-year-old made a decision no one should ever have to make. Jacklyn Lucas was just a teenager. He had lied about his age to join the fight. Too young for war. Too young for what was coming. But there he was, on a battlefield that did not care how old you were. Then it happened. Two enemy grenades landed near his fellow Marines. No time to think. No time to hesitate. Lucas moved. He threw himself directly onto both grenades, pressing them into the sand with his body. He knew what it meant. He knew what would happen next. The explosions hit. Sand, metal, and shock tore through him. His body absorbed the blast meant for everyone else. Around him, Marines who should have been gone were still breathing. He had taken it all. By some miracle, he survived. But survival came at a cost. His body was shattered. Dozens of wounds. Long months of recovery. Pain that never truly left. At 17, he had already given more than most people ever will. He received the Medal of Honor. One of the youngest ever. But medals do not follow you home at night. The war stayed with him. The memories. The weight of that moment. The knowledge of what he did and what it took from him. He lived a long life after that day. But the world moved on. The story faded. The boy who jumped on 2 grenades so others could live slowly became just another forgotten name in history. 17 years old. One decision. A lifetime of scars. And today, almost nobody remembers. 🙏show more

A Meal, A Melody Created with HappyHorse1.1 on BudgetPixel... AI Prompt: Create a 15-second ultra-realistic cinematic short film in 9:16 vertical, 4K HDR, 60fps, set in a lively evening street food market. Use warm golden lights, realistic cooking, natural human expressions, cinematic camera movement, authentic food preparation, detailed steam and smoke, and a vibrant but emotional atmosphere. Keep the same street food vendor and homeless musician consistent throughout the video. Scene 1 (0–3s) The street food market is closing for the night. The vendor serves the last paying customer and looks at the final hot meal left on the grill. He begins cleaning his small food cart. Scene 2 (3–7s) Across the street, an elderly homeless musician quietly plays a worn-out guitar. Only a few coins lie in his open case. The vendor watches silently, then wraps the last freshly cooked meal and walks toward him. Scene 3 (7–11s) The vendor kneels beside the musician and offers him the meal with a warm smile. The surprised musician gratefully accepts. Instead of speaking, he gently begins playing a beautiful melody just for the vendor. Nearby people stop to listen. Scene 4 (11–15s) The touching performance attracts a crowd. People begin placing money into the musician's case while the vendor smiles quietly from his food cart. The musician looks up with tears in his eyes as the screen slowly fades. Ending text (last 2 seconds): "Kindness always finds its audience." Style: Emotional cinematic storytelling, ultra-realistic live action, warm evening lighting, authentic street food preparation, realistic crowd reactions, shallow depth of field, smooth handheld and cinematic tracking shots, subtle slow motion during the musical performance, no logos, no watermarks, no subtitles except the final text.show more

Sent a friend a Polymarket wallet. Told him: this... is definitely a quant. He made $310,000 in just 8 months. Friend replied: 'bro, this is info from Econ 101. Feed these formulas to your AI agent and it will replicate his results'. 1 minute to set up. I checked. Started digging. Same markets as thousands of people. Same prices. But there was one thing he did differently. He held his position. Most people exit an event within 1-2 days. He sat until resolution. A formula from Econ 101. V = A / (1 + k × D). Sounds complicated. In reality — one sentence. And it explains why 89% of traders lose money for no reason. The brain devalues everything that's far away in time. Say you enter a market with +80% potential. Resolution in 10 days. After 2 days your position is up 30%. Brain recalculates: +80% in 10 days feels like +32% today. The gap between that and your +30% - a measly 2%. You exit. In reality you just walked away from another +50%. Impeachment. Entered at 12 cents. Day 3: price at 28. Position up 133%. Any normal person exits. Day 19: resolves at 91. +$34,000. If he exited on day three - $4,800. A 7x difference. Set up an agent in 1 minute. One instruction: don't exit until resolution. 31 trades. +68%. When I traded manually - 47 trades and +16%. This is how Wall Street quants trade Polymarket. One formula and 1 minute to set up an agent. Try it, ask your agent to optimize your strategy and let me know how much your winrate improved.show more

Carnivore Weight Loss - 15.2 pounds ( 18 days... ) What I did: - No calorie restriction, AT ALL - No meaningful exercise - ONLY Carnivore Diet Started 247.8 lbs --> Now 232.6 lbs Diet consists mainly of - Steak and butter - Scrambled eggs - Bacon - Butter by itself - Store bought beef jerky - Burger patties without a bun or ingredients - A cheese and sausage dish within the first week Food Quantity: Consuming 2000-2500 "Calories" on most days. I'm not a big fan of thinking in terms of "Calories", but it's the old way of thinking Avoided these things: - Almost no cheese - Almost no milk - Abstaining from junk food, carbs, dessert, etc Salt: - My weight absolutely did go up and down on the scale 2-4 pounds, depending on how much salt I was eating in the previous one or two days - When I eat a lot of salt, my body seems to hold 2-4 pounds of extra water Exercise: I have engaged in no meaningful exercise, outside of - Walking from point A to point B - One flight of stairs per day - A few reps on a small forearm machine ( Captains of Crush ) Slip-ups - Had popcorn one night in the first week - Tried methylene blue in the first week, hated it - Had a tiny bit of broccoli and onion in the first week - Eucharist at church (yes seriously🤣, I'm being thorough) - Cheese AND cracker plate ... unfortunately I ate a few crackers about a week ago Other than that, Pure Carnivore (as I understand it) No meaningful exercise. 15.2 pounds lost in 18 days. I'm sure I would have lost considerably more if I exercised ... but this has been diet-only Ask me anything you're curious about, I'm an open book!show more
