We’ve been stranded since 9:00 AM, and now we’re told an engineer will only arrive at 3:00 PM to inspect the aircraft because of a so-called technical issue. Yesterday’s flight was cancelled. Flights have reportedly been getting cancelled from 5 days, and even today there’s no certainty. Is this what you call aviation safety and passenger service? Are we idiots standing here for hours with no information, no accountability, and no respect for our time? Two major runways were shut down, and inbound flights were temporarily halted as Port of Seattle police descended on the scene.
