This is a prime example of what Trump's ICE... is doing. David Huerta, a US citizen and the president of SEIU California and SEIU-USWW was at the facility documenting what was going on. He has now been arrested, injured and charged with obstruction of Federal officers. In the video below, you can clearly see the gate opens, and Huerta is standing to the passenger side of the van on the sidewalk when an ICE agent goes up to him. He instantly takes a step back away from the van as the van steers to the right. The officers push him down and then arrest him. The van literally pulled into the facility gate 7 seconds later. This isn't obstruction. This is free speech. This is absurd.show more
