🧵 AppLovin is now open to ALL DTC brands.... If you're spending $50K+/mo on Meta, you need to read this. Here's why AppLovin is different (and why brands are seeing better ROI than Meta) 👇 What AppLovin actually is: Full-screen video ads in mobile games. Not a feed. Not a search result. 100% of the user's attention for 35+ seconds minimum. The targeting is AI-powered and actually works: No demographic targeting. No interests. It predicts who will convert based on behavior patterns across millions of data points. Sounds sketchy? It's not. Brands are seeing 2-4x ROAS consistently. Attribution is cleaner than Meta: Click-only. No view-through confusion. 80% of purchases happen within 24 hours. D0 and D7 reporting built in. Real results we've seen: - $1.2M in revenue in 6 weeks (beauty brand) - Became #1 traffic source in <30 days (apparel) - Outperformed Meta ROI in multiple tests (supplements) Today it opened to everyone. Which means everyone will be promoting it. Here's what we're giving to brands that use our code: - Personal intro to top reps - $5K ad credits - Complete launch playbook - Winning creative library - Video strategy guides Why use our code vs. someone else's? We've already helped 20+ brands launch and scale. We know what works (and what doesn't). We built the resources we wish existed when we started. Comment "First" and I'll DM you a link to the complete resource guide shown below + a code to get $5K in ad credits with qualifying spend (must be following). First-mover advantage is real here. Don't wait until Q4 when inventory gets expensive.show more

Boom! Grok Tasks Make It One Of The Most... POWERFUL Real-Time AI Systems In The World. — My How to Use Grok Tasks With Hidden Tools For Powerful Daily Output. Grok Tasks are customizable AI workflows that integrate a variety of tools to streamline daily activities, from research and analysis to creative planning and problem-solving. I have been using them for quite sometime and because of the vital heartbeat of news and first person data on X, it is the most powerful AI platform available. By combining Tasks with tools like web searches, X platform interactions, code execution, and media viewers, you can build efficient, automated processes. These tasks work by prompting Grok with a clear description of what you want to achieve, and Grok will intelligently call the necessary tools in sequence or parallel to deliver results. Here's a step-by-step guide to creating and using Grok Tasks: Step 1: Define Your Task Start by clearly outlining the daily activity or goal. Consider what inputs you have (e.g., a URL, a query, or an attachment) and what output you need (e.g., a summary, calculation, or visual analysis). Break it down into subtasks to identify tool needs. For example, if your task involves researching current events, note that you'll need search and browsing capabilities. Step 2: Review Available Tools Familiarize yourself with the tools Grok can access. Here's a quick overview: - Code Execution: Run Python code for calculations, data processing, or simulations using libraries like numpy, pandas, or sympy. - Browse Page: Fetch and summarize content from any website URL with custom instructions. - Web Search: Perform general internet searches, returning results with optional operators like site:. - Web Search With Snippets: Get quick, detailed excerpts from search results for fact-checking. - X Keyword Search: Advanced search for X posts using operators like from:, since:, or filter:. - X Semantic Search: Find semantically related X posts based on a query, with filters for dates or users. - X User Search: Locate X users by name or handle. - X Thread Fetch: Retrieve a full X post thread, including context like replies and parents. - View Image: Analyze an image from a URL or conversation ID. - View X Video: Extract frames and subtitles from an X-hosted video. - Search PDF Attachment: Query a PDF file for relevant pages using keyword or regex modes. - Browse PDF Attachment: View specific pages of a PDF with text and screenshots. Select tools that align with your task. Aim for a mix to handle data gathering, processing, and visualization. Step 3: Craft Your Prompt Write a detailed prompt to Grok describing the task. Include: - The overall goal. - Specific steps or subtasks. - References to tools if you want to guide the process (e.g., "Use web_search to find sources, then code_execution to analyze data"). - Any constraints, like dates or limits. Example prompt: "Create a Grok Task for my morning routine: Search recent X posts about tech news using x_keyword_search, fetch a key thread with x_thread_fetch, and summarize with browse_page on linked articles." Step 4: Submit and Interact Send your prompt to Grok. It will process the task by calling tools as needed, often in parallel for efficiency. Review the output and refine with follow-up prompts if required (e.g., "Expand on that using view_image for visuals"). Iterate to fine-tune the workflow for reuse. Step 5: Save and Reuse Once refined, note the prompt as a template for future use. You can adapt it for similar tasks, making Grok Tasks a habitual part of your day. Finding Grok Tasks To discover existing Grok Tasks or inspiration for new ones, use X searches with tools like x_keyword_search or x_semantic_search (e.g., query: "Grok Tasks examples" with mode: Latest). Browse community-shared threads via x_thread_fetch, or web_search for tutorials on xAI features. Prompt Grok directly: "Show me popular Grok Tasks for productivity." 1 of 3show more

INTRODUCTION TO THE STOCK MARKET The stock market is... a place where individuals and institutions buy and sell ownership in companies (called shares or stocks). When you buy a share, you’re essentially buying a small piece of that company and participating in its growth, profits, and risks. People invest in the stock market to grow wealth over time, earn dividends, protect against inflation, and build long-term financial security. Unlike short-term trading, investing focuses on patience, discipline, and owning quality businesses. --- INTRODUCTION TO THE NIGERIAN STOCK MARKET (NGX) The Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) is Nigeria’s official stock exchange, where publicly listed Nigerian companies trade their shares. It hosts banks, telecoms, industrial firms, consumer goods companies, oil & gas firms, and more. Through the NGX, everyday Nigerians can own parts of companies like banks, manufacturing firms, telecom operators, and other major businesses driving the economy. Returns come from: Capital appreciation (share price increases) Dividends (cash payouts from profits) The NGX is regulated, structured, and accessible to both local and foreign investors through licensed platforms. --- HOW TO GET STARTED INVESTING IN NGX (TWO SIMPLE WAYS) Today, you don’t need to walk into a stockbroking office. You can get started fully online using digital investment platforms. Below are two popular and easy options that I personally use; --- 1) GETTING STARTED WITH BAMBOO Bamboo Bamboo is a digital investment app that allows Nigerians to invest in Nigerian stocks (NGX) and foreign stocks. Steps to get started: 1. Download the Bamboo app from the App Store or Google Play. 2. Create an account with your email and phone number. 3. Complete KYC verification Input your BVN Provide personal details 4. Fund your wallet via bank transfer. 5. Search for Nigerian stocks listed on NGX and place your first buy order. 👉 Referral code: ngxinvestor Bamboo is beginner-friendly and suitable for people who want a simple interface and access to both local and global markets. When done with registration to buy stocks on Bamboo, select the " Invest " icon on the bottom part of the screen, you will see that you can invest in USD or Naira assets, click on Naira, then select NG stocks, search for the stock of your choice and buy --- 2) GETTING STARTED WITH I-INVEST i-invest I-Invest is an official platform that allows Nigerians to invest in Nigerian stocks, Commercial Papers,Mutual Funds,USD Bonds etc... Steps to get started: 1. Visit the I-Invest website or download the app on App Store or Google Play. 2. Create an account 3. Complete required KYC documentation: BVN Valid ID Bank details Proof of Address etc... 4. Fund your account. 5. Start buying NGX-listed stocks directly through the app. 👉 Referral code: 22406 I-Invest is ideal for investors who want more Investment options because you can also invest in fixed deposit notes, commercial papers,USD Bonds ,life insurance etc.. After registration to buy shares ,click on " Invest " then select " Equities " ,then search the company of your choice then select "buy equities" --- FINAL NOTES FOR BEGINNERS Start small and grow with experience. Focus on learning before chasing quick profits. Invest in businesses you understand. Think long-term, not overnight success. The most important step is starting — clarity and confidence come with time and consistency. The first video is for bamboo Bamboo The second video is for I-Invest i-invest Please if anyone has any more questions please comment and I'll try to reply, and if you can DM I'll appreciate if you guys can use my referral codesshow more

Every serious Claude Code user is using this repo.... if you're not, you're leaving 90% of Claude Code's power on the table. It's called claude-code-best-practice - 84 sourced tips, implementation examples for every major feature, workflow comparisons across 8 major repos, and the actual tips from Boris Cherny (creator of Claude Code) compiled in one place. Here's what's actually in it: → 84 tips organized by category -- prompting, planning, CLAUDE.md, agents, commands, skills, hooks, workflows, debugging, utilities, daily habits → best practice + implemented examples for every core concept: subagents, commands, skills, hooks, MCP servers, plugins, settings, memory, checkpointing, CLI flags → workflow comparison table -- Superpowers, BMAD-METHOD, Get Shit Done, OpenSpec, gstack, HumanLayer -- what makes each unique, how many agents/commands/skills each has → orchestration workflow -- Command → Agent → Skill pattern with a live demo → Boris Cherny tips compiled across 3 tweet threads (13 + 10 + 12 tips) and 5 podcast/video appearances → "billion dollar questions" section -- open questions about CLAUDE.md, agents vs commands vs skills, specs -- that nobody has definitively answered yet here's a few of the tips that actually change how you use it: → use subagents with "say use subagents" to throw more compute at a problem -- offload tasks to keep your main context clean → spin up a second Claude to review your plan as a staff engineer before executing → CLAUDE.md should target under 200 lines -- wrap domain-specific rules in ` ` tags so Claude doesn't ignore them as files grow → compress KV context at max 50%, not at the end -- avoid the "agent dumb zone" by doing manual /compact proactively → after a mediocre fix: "knowing everything you know now, scrap this and implement the elegant solution" was #1 trending on GitHub in March 2026. 19.7K GitHub stars. 1.7K forks. 🚨 The CEO of Antrhopic said a one-person billion-dollar... company will exist by 2026 sounds crazy until you see what non-technical people are doing with Claude Code right now $10-50k/mo selling automation pipelines that take 1-2 weeks to set up Some ideas almost nobody's running yet: 1. Proposal & SOW generator for agencies and consultancies every agency writes proposals from scratch or copy-pastes from old ones and forgets to change the "client name" Claude reads the prospect brief or discovery call transcript, generates: - branded proposal with scope, timeline, deliverables - quick win plan (how exactly we will do a good output) - SOW with payment milestones - pricing options (good/better/best) - follow-up email sequence charge $500/mo per agency agencies close 20-30% more deals when proposals go out same day.. you're selling speed and save them $1k+ on the guy who does it manually and anyway not quality, without personalisation 2. Job posting-to-intel pipeline for sales teams companies reveal everything in their job postings and don't realize it Claude monitors target account career pages daily, flags: - "Head of AI" posted = they're buying, not building - 3 DevOps roles = scaling infrastructure = budget unlocked - new VP of Sales = restructuring = old vendor contracts up for review package it as buying signals delivered to Slack every morning $500-1,500/mo per sales team this is data that Apollo and ZoomInfo don't sell 3. Support ticket-to-documentation pipeline for SaaS every SaaS with 1,000+ users has the same problem.. docs are 6 months behind the product Claude crawls your help center, pulls recent Zendesk/Intercom tickets, cross-references finds questions asked 200 times last month with no matching article drafts the missing docs in your existing format.. flags stale articles for update $1,500-3,000/mo retainer the ROI math: 30% of support tickets deflected = thousands saved per month.. pipeline pays for itself week one 4. Vendor contract review & renewal tracker mid-size companies have 50-200 active vendor contracts sitting in folders nobody opens Claude reads each contract, extracts: - renewal dates and auto-renewal traps - termination notice windows - price escalation clauses - SLA commitments vs what you're actually getting delivers a dashboard with "contracts expiring in 30/60/90 days" and flags where you're overpaying $1,000-2,000/mo per company CFOs will approve this before you finish the pitch.. one caught auto-renewal pays for a year of your service 5. Employee onboarding doc generator for HR teams every company with 20+ employees has the same problem.. new hire starts Monday and nobody has their docs ready Claude reads the role title + department, generates: - personalized welcome packet - 30/60/90 day plan with milestones - tool access checklist by role - manager-specific onboarding schedule - policy summaries tailored to their department charge $300-500/mo per company HR managers spend 4-6 hours per new hire on this.. companies hiring 5+ people a month will never cancel the pattern is always the same most people will use Claude Code to build apps a small number will use it to sell pipelines to businesses still running on manual labor only the second group builds real recurring revenue the niches are wide open right now because every developer thinks this work is "too boring" boring = no competition = you set the price screenshot this. save this. repost it to save a friend's next yearshow more

This app uses AirDrop to send files from your... Android phone to your Macbook! Yes, it actually uses AirDrop. That means you don't have to install ANYTHING on your Mac to send files from your Android phone! Here's a video of a Galaxy Z Flip 5 AirDropping a file to a Macbook running macOS Ventura 13.5.1. (Thanks to u/FragmentedChicken for testing this app for me and sharing the video!) A few months ago, Twitter user @Linus13499209 brought an app called WarpShare to my attention. WarpShare is an app made by the developers of MoKee, an AOSP-based custom ROM that was popular in China. Since MoKee wasn't as popular outside of China, it seems the existence of their WarpShare app slipped under the radar. I was skeptical about whether it would work at all. Grishka, the developer of NearDrop, an open source port of Google's Nearby Share to macOS, told me that they were under the assumption that AirDrop requires the use of AWDL (Apple Wireless Direct Link, Apple's proprietary WiFi-based protocol) to communicate both ways. However, it seems that AWDL is only required for your Android phone to be discoverable by your Mac (ie. to send files from your Mac to your Android phone) but not the other way around. Because of this, though, WarpShare only supports sending files from Android to Mac but not vice versa. Your Mac also needs to have AirDrop discoverability set to "everyone" for this to work, as "contacts-only" requires Apple-signed certificates. Plus, it also doesn't support sending files from Android to iPhones or iPads, even when "everyone" mode is enabled. Still, if you find other Android --> Mac file sharing options to be lackluster, give WarpShare a try! The fact that it works at all is incredible, which is why I'm sharing this news here. If you want to download WarpShare on your Android device, you'll need to compile the app from its source code. If you're a Patron/X subscriber, however, I will share my compiled APK with you. Long Announcement (but there's a discount code at the... end, it's worth it🤣) Back in 2016, when my son Aaron (then just 11 years old) invented the numeric damage counters and we decided to put it in production, our mission was clear: make tracking damage in the Pokémon TCG fast, easy, and accurate. By displaying exact values, players could simply add the numbers without second-guessing. This approach proved so effective that Pokémon themselves adopted this system for their Worlds dice at the 2018 Nashville Championships (read: they totally copied us 😆). And the rest is history💪 Now with this new menace Grimmsnarl ex — where damage constantly shifts turn by turn — clear and quick damage tracking has never been more essential. - In the first photo, Munki is at 10 damage and Grimmsnarl ex at 70 — all displayed using just one numeric counter each. And that's the beauty of numeric damage counter, just 1 damage counter 95% of the time takes care of what you need to display - In the video, you’ll see how easy it is to update damage. No need to pick it up and fumbling for the next number — Just identify the next number you need and rotate to it. -Still prefer D6 dice? That’s cool — some players do out of habit. But once damage hits 60+, you'll need two dice to show the total, whereas numeric counters still get it done with one. (If you're sticking with D6, check out our Drilled D6s — hands down the most stunning dice you'll find. Totally unbiased opinion, of course 😆) - Compare our design with the Pokémon ETB counters in the last photo — by design our counters increase in size with the number for quick visual clarity. Plus, since each one is precisely machined from billet aluminum, they stand firm and resist rolling, even when the cards are being moved. Still on the fence? No worries — we’ve got two great reasons to try them: 🔸 Use code marnie18 for 18% off your entire order when you include any damage counter set. 🔸 And enjoy a 30-day, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee. If you don’t love them, just send them back. Clearer play. Cleaner board. Smarter counters. 👉 What are you waiting for?show more

✨ I open sourced my first Chrome extension 🚀... SuperLevels I vibe coded it to replace all my Chrome extensions that are increasingly being bought up by spyware and malware companies who sell your data or worse hack your accounts and steal your stuff/money/data, which I'd call one of the top security risks right now For example: Chrome extensions can read your cookies or localStorage data, including session tokens, then login to your web or email accounts and hack you, they can inject code into any site to pull data form any site you browse, then break into your crypto accounts, drain your wallets, and selling your browsing history to ad companies, but that'd actually be the most favorable thing to happen of all these! Chrome extensions are just very very very unsafe So I coded my own, that I can trust because I made it, and I can read the source code: my extension is called 🚀SuperLevels and has all the features that the Chrome extensions I used to use have but all built into one safe one The cool thing is it's 100% open source and free, and you can audit the code first with AI yourself before installing it, and then if you do install it, customize it to your liking again with AI It has these features that improve my daily workflow while browsing the web: 🚮 Tab Cleaner Automatically closes inactive tabs after a configurable timeout (default: 5 minutes). Set excluded hosts to keep important tabs alive. View and re-open recently closed tabs. 🍪 Cookie Editor Full cookie manager for the current site. View, edit, add, and delete cookies. Export cookies as JSON. Expand any cookie to see and modify all fields including domain, path, SameSite, secure, and httpOnly flags. 🔀 Redirect Tracer See every redirect hop your browser took to reach the current page. Shows status codes (301, 302, 307, etc.) with a visual chain. Copy the full redirect chain to clipboard. 🌙 Dark Mode Instant dark mode for any website using CSS filter inversion. Adjustable brightness. Toggle per-site or globally. Images and videos are automatically re-inverted so they look normal. 𝕏 X Dim Mode Custom dim theme for X/Twitter with 7 color palettes: Dim, Slate, Jade, Plum, Dusk, Ember, or a custom hue. Live preview in the popup. ⚡ JS Toggle Disable JavaScript per-site with one click. Useful for debugging, reading articles without popups, or testing progressive enhancement. Page reloads automatically. 🚫 GDPR Cookie Consent Dismisser Auto-hides and auto-clicks cookie consent banners. Supports OneTrust, CookieBot, Didomi, Quantcast, GDPR plugins, and dozens more frameworks. Toggle off if a site breaks. 🎨 Live CSS Editor Write custom CSS for any website, applied in real-time as you type. Saved per-domain. Supports tab key for indentation. 📺 YouTube Unhook Removes YouTube distractions: no homepage feed, no sidebar suggestions, no end screen overlays, no Shorts. Search still works — just no algorithmic recommendations. 🎵 Music Recognizer Shazam-like music identification for any tab. Captures 10 seconds of audio and identifies the song via ACRCloud (free signup, bring your own API key). Results link to YouTube. History of recognized songs. 🖼 Picture-in-Picture Pop the largest video on the current tab into a floating PiP window with one click. 🗺 Google Maps Links Re-adds clickable Maps links and map preview cards to Google Search results. 🖼 View Image Adds a "View Image" button back to Google Images, linking directly to the full-size original image. {} JSON Formatter Auto-detects pure JSON response pages and formats them with syntax highlighting, collapsible sections, and a dark theme. GTA 6 drops in 6 months > 0.01% will... sell tools and make $50K+ > 0.1% will run servers at $5K/mo > 1% will stream and cover rent > 98.89% will just play be at least 0.1%. (with Claude Code it's easy mission) Some ideas nobody's running yet: 1. Sell FiveM scripts with zero coding experience Claude writes Lua now. server owners pay $50-389 per script on the Cfx Marketplace developers on Tebex report averaging €5,000+/mo within 90 days of launching you don't need to know code. you need to know what server owners are desperate for: - custom job systems - economy balancers - UI panels - vehicle systems - whitelist managers 1 script/week × 7 months = 30 products if each sells 10 copies at $100 avg, DO THE MATH 2. Run a paid RP server as a subscription business this is the one that sounds fake until you do the math 50 members × $15/mo = $750/mo 100 members × $20/mo = $2,000/mo 200 members × $20/mo = $4,000/mo 500 members × $25/mo = $12,500/mo the top servers have WAITLISTS. people paying to get in Claude builds every script you need: jobs, economy, housing, factions, police systems you're not a developer. you're running a private club where members pay to stay then grab gaming UGC clips and run them through an AI UGC engine (shorts, reels, TikToks) BOOM, nearly free user acquisition and you don't need to explain the demand. if they're watching GTA content, they're already dying to play. just show them your server exists 3. Build AI-powered NPC packs for server owners RP servers live or die on immersion. right now most NPCs are lifeless markers on a map connect Claude API to in-game NPCs and suddenly: - shop owners haggle with players - cops interrogate with real dialogue - quest givers remember your backstory - bartenders gossip about other players' crimes no server has this yet. package it as a plug-and-play script at $200-500/server 100 servers and you feel good on what's nobody selling yet 4. Position yourself for the $240M GTA 6 creator economy Rockstar acquired FiveM in 2023. launched the paid marketplace January 2026 currently hiring 4 Creator Platform roles they're building the Roblox of GTA Roblox paid creators $1B in 2025. top 10 averaged $33.9M each GTA 6's player base is older, richer, and already spent $8.6B on GTA Online the creator cut of that $8.6B was zero. because there was no creator economy that changes with GTA 6 even if only 100,000 creators show up and it matches Roblox payouts that's $10K/creator average. top 1% will clear $500K+ for making content inside a video game this is the rare bottleneck where demand is guaranteed 6 months from now every niche will be taken right now most of them are empty the earlier you start, the less competition you face it's your turn ❤️show more

Here's your blueprint for building in GTA 6 ecosystem... before it goes mainstream: the ideas on what to build in GTA 6 ecosystem went crazy, now let me show you HOW first, understand the size of what's coming: 1: GTA 5 generated over $8 billion in lifetime revenue 2: GTA Online alone pulls in $800 million per year just from in-game purchases analysts predict GTA 6 will hit $3.2B in YEAR ONE and one firm says $7.6B in the first 60 days this will be the biggest entertainment launch in history. not gaming. entertainment and do you know what happens in GTA 6 now??? no dominant servers. no established tools. no go-to creators. no infrastructure. NOTHING the people who build now will own categories for the next decade Steps which you can do RIGHT NOW: Step 1: Pick your lane there are 4 and you only need one: - Builder: tools, bots, dashboards for server owners - Operator: run a server, community, or paid service - Creator: clips, guides, streams, newsletters - Seller: digital assets (scripts, lore packs, voice packs, skins) if you code or use n8n → Builder if you're good with people → Operator if you already make content → Creator if you can write or design → Seller --------- Step 2: Learn the stack while nobody's watching - Lua basics (the language behind GTA mod frameworks) - how FiveM servers work (the architecture transfers to GTA 6) - Discord bot development (every server needs one) - AI tools you can plug in (Claude API, ElevenLabs, n8n) you don't need to master any of this you need to be 2 months ahead of everyone else that is the ADVANTAGE --------- Step 3: Join the communities forming right now the Discord servers and X accounts building for GTA 6 are tiny today join now. contribute. help server owners for free the people who show up early become the trusted names when 100M players flood in, those names become the gatekeepers in potential it's yours 6-7 figs + successful own community as the game will be launched lol, I know even the guys who buy PS5 to play in GTA in 6 months... the biggest gaming launch which EVER existed --------- Step 4: Ship ONE thing before launch Builder → Discord bot kit for RP servers Operator → niche RP server (racing league, police sim, business world) Creator → daily GTA 6 newsletter or TikTok clip page Seller → AI character backstory packs or NPC voice packs one product. shipped. before anyone else has one --------- Step 5: Build in public for 90 days post weekly progress on X, Tiktok, Youtube the person documenting the ecosystem for 3 months before launch will look like a veteran on day one by release you will have: - one shipped product - a small audience that trusts you - relationships with 10-20 other builders - enough knowledge to move fast while everyone else is still googling basics --------- CONCLUSION every platform shift follows the same pattern Roblox made devs millionaires. Fortnite paid creators $700M+. FiveM turned one Australian dev into Rockstar's official partner GTA 6 is the next one and it's BIGGER than all of them the difference? right now you're reading this before 99.9% of the world even thinks about it most people will download the game, play for 2 weeks, and go back to scrolling a small number will build inside the ecosystem while it's empty and own their lane for years nobody is talking about this not on youtube. not on linkedin. not in any newsletter this is one of the biggest builder opportunities of the decade hiding behind a video game i'm writing a full article on this right now: "How to build and monetize in GTA 6 ecosystem using AI (RESOURCES)" if this post gets 1,000 LIKES ❤️ i'll publish it next week follow so you don't miss it glshow more

Disappointments surround us from all sides. We feel broken..... But we will definitely come back from under the rubble.. We in the north Gaza cling to the land like the roots of trees clinging to the soil. There is no wind that can uproot people who want to remain in their place. We are not just numbers.... We have a case. But there is no justice in this world.. My friends and loved ones.. Based on your advice, I decided to buy cat food and not wait. But I decided not to buy for a very long time for fear of wasting money. I also want to buy now so that I do not feel regret if a ceasefire occurs. Everyone knows that we have to buy from the black market, and unfortunately the prices are very ridiculous. So I will buy enough to last 3 months.. I will try to do my best to find food for cats, but if I cannot, the alternative option will be to use canned human food... I already have enough cat food to last until the end of December. But I want to buy it now because canned meat is available now.. I also mix bread with cat food to make it last longer...as shown in the video below I had a beautiful shelter before the war.. it was completely destroyed.. It had more than 60 cats. There are now about 25 cats left, and there are some cats nearby who find love and food, so they come to eat with the cats in the shelter. I would be very grateful for your support at the following link You can donate via PayPal There are days left until the end of 2024. It has been a year full of pain, patience, pain, fear, hunger, humiliation, oppression and suffering. I don't want this year to end with cats suffering as we do. Your support will help save cats from starvation I am very grateful to everyone who supports me morally and financially, and to everyone who retweets. Thank you all, friendsshow more

I've bought over 30 RV & MH parks in... the last 5 years. Lately? 2 per month. Want our playbook? Here ya go: How to buy a small, off-market mobile home or RV park that can 2x your money in 1-2 years, in 5 steps: 1. Pick a city in a red state. The two biggest factors: Crime & unemployment rates Crime: CrimeGrade . org Unemployment: SimpleMaps . com Cities with 3k - 30k people are best. This is the sweet spot for enough population & not to much competition. You want parks with almost no web presence & little to no reviews. A DG nearby is great. Walmart is better. But remember, “if no DG, it ain’t for me.” If there's a Whole Foods you ain't getting a good deal, I promise. Growth rate is good too, but #3 to the two above. Don't worry about the path of progress as much as other asset classes might. 2. Find the leads Get on Google Maps and search "mobile home park" in your target area(s). Avoid NY & CA (not landlord friendly). Make a Google sheet of the leads & use Loom to record your screen. Spend 30 mins doing this. OR, use something like Outscraper to do it for you. Be warned though, that if you don’t do this yourself the scraped results may not be as accurate. If you’re targeting a smaller geographical area I would do it by hand. If a whole state, use software. You’re looking for phone numbers. Use SearchBug . com to see if cell or landline for pennies. Or Phone Validator Go to Upwork and hire a virtual assistant to keep doing this for you, assuming you are targeting a larger area. They will cost around $4/hour. Use that same Loom link in your posting so applicants can see what the job will entail. When working, Loom it! You’ll never know when you’ll need it. When in doubt, Loom it out! More leads = better deals. 3. Call the leads Call up the owners and be real. Don't talk about any accolades. He doesn't care and it will only hurt you. You're a hard working country boy. You have a wife and kids (I hope you actually do). Are you a democrat? Don't tell the owner. (Sorry, democrats). Here's your general pitch: "I'm not a broker, I'm just looking for some good real estate and don't want to waste your time with a lowball offer. I can pay cash and close fast" Tell him about your wife and kids and what you do on the weekend. Most importantly, LISTEN. He's going to talk your ear off. This is a good sign. 4. Ask the right questions Ask him: How many pad sites? How many of those have a unit on them? How many of the units are RVs? (It's common for there to be a mix of MH/RV) Any single family homes on the property? Rent? Are the units park owned or tenant owned? (this is key) If a mix, what's the mix? Park-owned homes you have to maintain. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Tenant-owned homes are key (lot rent). This means you only rent out the land and underground infrastructure. Depending on the state, sometimes you can sell back or give away the park-owned units to the tenants to absolve yourself of maintenance. Check the laws! You'll command half the rent but enjoy 90% less hassles. $250 - $350 is common lot rent in the midwest and SE. What's the occupancy and rental amount of each type of unit? Any outbuildings on the property? Septic or city sewer? If septic, conventional or aerobic? Sewer is best. Septic isn’t a deal breaker but you REALLY want to have it inspected. If there’s a lagoon or wastewater treatment plant I want you to throw that phone as far as you can, block their number and never speak of it again. Within city limits or no? City limits are best but rare. Outstanding municipal or zoning issues? How much is insurance? How much is landscaping? Asphalt, cement or dirt roads? Condition of the roads? Any drainage issues? Is there a manager? What do you pay them? (Best if no manager) Any pending litigation? What are total collections? How do people pay rent? How many are delinquent? What condition are the units in? Do you have a lien on the property? How long have you owned it? 30 or 50 amp? City maintained streets? City water or well? City is best. Keep in mind, that’s a lot of questions to ask. You have to feel it out, if he’s being standoffish, don’t keep pushing, just call back. This isn’t a used car lot, this is a relationship you’re trying to build. Don’t try and close on this first call. The key question: "If we were to make a deal, what's a ballpark offer you'd expect?" NEVER anchor him with the phrase "bottom dollar." Using the word "ballpark" keeps numbers loose. Whatever number he says, you want to pause and hem and haw over it. Embrace the silence and awkwardness. Back to car sales, they call this the “silent walkaround” when valuing a trade-in. Don’t say a thing about the asset, but point out the flaws with your body language. Touch the dents and scratches as you pause. Do the phone version of this. Tell him you'll get back to him tomorrow. Thank him profusely for his time and congratulate him on the park he's built. 5. Underwrite Before you do anything, check with the city to ensure the park is in good standing. Get that in writing. Don't trust the seller. Buyers are liars? So are sellers! Now's time to crunch numbers: What's a cap rate? The net operating income of the park divided by the price you'd like to pay. If you want your money back in 5 years and you're willing to pay up to $1m, you need $200k net profit per year. This is a 20% cap rate (20 cap). It's aggressive but possible on a smaller, rural park. (Yes, it really is, even in 2023) You probably won’t find a park that big in a small town for a good price, though. Start w/ a smaller park & higher cap rate. More room for error. $300k - $1m purchase price. First do some market research: Remember all your leads? Call competing parks as a potential tenant and ask what their lot rent is. Put this in a spreadsheet to get average lot rent & park-owned home rent. Keep in mind many of these parks will be undercharging as well. It's common to find parks charging $100 that could charge $250. When calculating cap rate BE CONSERVATIVE. Don't count on 100% of people staying if you increase rents, even though most will. Use $190 to be safe. Shoot for a park that will net $100k/year after rent increases that you pay no more than $600k for. It’s hard but not impossible. Or maybe you find a $30k/year park to get your feet wet. At least you're in the game. The more leads you scrape, the better chance of finding this park. Shoot for as much seller financing as you can get. Finance the rest with friends/family or savings. Once you find this park, get it under contract. Use a standard, simple real estate form that you can find on your state's real estate commission website. Texas' is called TREC. Yes, get it under contract before seeing it. Put down earnest and option money, and then go see it. Don't dress like a city slicker. Be personable and be willing to stay a while and BS. Drive a Tesla? Rent a truck. Drive a Prius? Just quit. Inspect the condition of the units, even if you aren't buying them Crappy units = more tenants willing to abandon them. And they aren't cheap to remove or move. Verify everything he said on the call If all looks good, start on the inspections: Septic or sewer lines SFH home inspection. Check with the city for outstanding issues or litigation Check for liens Wastewater treatment plant? If so, abandon ship! Electrical infrastructure Use professionals for all of these. Ask for: Rent rolls. They will likely be handwritten, that’s ok. Bank statements. Ask to speak to a few tenants to get their experience. Inspect their lease. Ask for vendor invoices or history of payments. Ask to speak to vendors. At some point before you close, list the property on Craigslist, FB Marketplace and Zillow. See how demand is for vacancies. If all still looks good, close on the property. 6. Post-closing strategy Meet all the tenants in the evening, they're at work during the day. Shake their hands. Tell them you want their experience to be amazing & you want them to stay Give them your number Ask what can be fixed If fixes are cheap, do them ASAP Tell that tenant once fixes are made. Address them by name. Clean up the park. Hire a tree guy to clear out low hanging branches. Do some simple landscaping. Find the tattletale in the park and get all the dirt. Who are the druggies and abusive husbands? Get them out ASAP if you can. They are much more expensive than the temporary vacancy hit. Fix potholes and drainage issues. ADD VALUE. Show you care. Wait a couple months before making any changes. Bring lot rents closer to market. Be upfront about this. They will understand if they've been getting a deal. Give people 2-3 more months' notice to give them time. Keep renting out vacancies at new price. This isn't self storage. You won't raise rents yearly. Don't be a jerk. Let them know what to expect. Once rents are raised and park is stabilized, you are 9-12 months in. Search Loopnet for the most active MHP brokers Hire the best one & pay what he or she commands. Sell on the market for 7-10% cap You've just 2-3x'ed your money. Rinse & repeat. I have done this over many times. Not all of my deals were bangers, but most were. THERE ARE STILL DEALS OUT THERE. There's a lot of fine print, and things can and will go wrong, so don't be dumb. Do your own research. Not everything can be explained in 1,700 words. I'm hosting a live, free webinar this Tuesday to cover this stuff in more detail. Including: 1. How to do everything above in more detail 2. How to ETHICALLY wholesale deals like these if you can't afford to buy them. 3. What hard questions to ask GPs of parks like these (like me) if you want to invest in them. 4. Live Q&A with me Comment below and me or my assistant Kelly will DM you the invite link. See you there! Or just follow me Chris Koerner for more RV/MHP content.show more

Around 8:55 am on Boxing Day 26th December 2025,... as I was coming back from my night duty, I saw this car doing like 80-90 miles/hr on a 60 mile/hr road. Temperature was 1 degree Celsius and roads were icy. I was worried because that road has loads of bends and it was crazy to see someone speeding like that on that road. Not up to 3 minutes, this chap approaching a bend suddenly went on his brakes, then lost control as the car started skidding. To our left is a hill, and beyond this hill is a river. This guy climbed that hill with speed. He drove on it for like 5 seconds while trying to re-establish control of the car, then the car came down and he struggled for another 3 seconds and then regained control, he sped off and continued driving. By this time, I had slowed down and was observing what was happening as I was just behind him. The broken parts of his car littered the road but this dude continued driving and speeding. This got me worried, he had a near death experience, every normal person would stop, park and soak in whatever that happened, and most especially, see his car and the damage done. This guy continued speeding like a mad man. I couldn’t call police because I was driving and not allowed to touch my phone, but I was dead worried this dude might be driving a stolen car ( because how do you smash your car in this economy and not park to even see the damage?). The tyre might be damaged and if he continues speeding like that, can have a tyre burst and crash into on coming vehicle. So I made up my mind to follow him. I started flashing lights, he noticed and slowed down, then I went close but he sped off again. I followed him again and continued flashing lights. I was just policing him until he parked and I double crossed him and had a go at him. I sha called the police and passed his details to him. So I’m posting the plate number in case someone stole your car, definitely must be this guy!! Contact police, they have the details and the area the incident took place.show more

Next, Head to Storm Bridge and pick up Chili Chunks behind the truck next to Deadshot 3. Place Chili Chunks on the table in the middle of the Skalen Market 4. Next, Head to Burial Grounds left-side door and interact with the keyhole. 5. Interact with the door again and hold it to open the door and to unlock the underground area. 6. This will spawn a Zursa Bear during a special round (starting the second special round) you need to kill him and he will drop The Lantern 7. Place The Lantern in the center of the Underground Room in Burial Grounds. 8. Constellations will appear around the wall. Interact with them as they’re shown on the table in this order: left, right, back, front. 9. Once completed, Astrid will appear and talk, she will then travel to different areas of the map. She will occasionally stop and you will need to kill frost zombies next to her. 10. Once all the Soulboxes are completed an Obstacle Course will form on the outside of The Lighthouse, climb to the top by Jumping / Wall Jumping up 11. Once you reach the top, Listen to the Astrid talk and pick up The Jotunn Star Wundersignal: 1. After completing Jotun Star Quest Head to The Lighthouse and inside on a shelf there will be a Crowbar 2. There are Multiple Wooden Boxes around the map with red IDs on the bottom right corner of the front of the box in red (for example III-6) use The Crowbar on the Wooden Box that has the Roboterteile ID (the IDs are on the shipping manifest in the War Factory Admin Room), this will give Flak Gun Round War Factory Core Foundry Fjord Road Dry Dock 3. Head to Turret Gun beside The Lighthouse and place Flak Gun Round then melee with Jotunn Star 4. Next, Head to The Robot Head in spawn and interact with it to search broken piece to get The Transmitter 5. Go to Tyr’s Head and place it inside the Wall Machine thingy at the top of the Ladder 6. Next, whilst inside of Tyr’s Head underneath the balcony there are 3 white lights, 2 of these lights will blink, count how many times it blinks -Both lights will remain on, There is the sound of a light turning on to indicate the start of a new light flashing cycle where both lights will flash at the same time to a certain count (for example left 2, right 5). Both lights will be on and then it will flash another set (for example left 6, right 4). (Unsure if these 2 combos have to be put into console in order but correct entry will give two different voicelines.) After entering one correctly you will be kicked out to hear voiceline and can re-enter console to input the 2nd shortly afterwards. 7. Now head to Core Foundry, and use a molotov to burn the ascender to access the consoles. 8. Ascend and interact with the consoles, The next part is timed and has a cooldown if you fail - you need to Calibrate the Amplitude and Frequency using the flashing light code. 9. Once this has been done head to the room Next to the Radio Tower and pick up The Wunderbarrage Controller Atomkraft Core 1. Find three uraniums: Uranium #1 Find the Fishing Rod (Olaf’s Personal Item) locations: - Dry Dock - Storm Bridge - Fishery Island - Beacon island Look for a Glowing Green Fish jumping around the water at each Fishing Location and use the Fishing Rod at that location once you see it Fishing Locations: Eidskallen Landing x2 Beacon Island x2 Eidskallen Square x2 Dry Dock (found one so far) Fishery Island x2 Tyr’s Foot (found one so far) Once the fish is caught it will spawn an Irradiated Ravager (HVT) that will disappear and respawn somewhere else, chase it down and kill it (check your map to see its location, it shows up as an HVT). It will drop a Uranium. Uranium #2 Next, Craft an ARC-XD (there is one for free in Eidskallen Square on top of a box near the flame trap, you can get it by fishing as well) and melee the vent at Core Foundry to the left of the zipline to open the Secret ARC-XD Course. Blow up the boat full of barrels. Once the course is completed the 935 Genetic Lab room will be open and another Uranium x2 will be inside a Prison Cell There are several Jars with Heads inside in this room, all labelled A,B,C,D,E Look down the Hallway inside the Lab and note which numbered rooms have Nuclear Symbols 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D and 5 = E Take one Jar at a time that corresponds with the Numbers next to Nuclear Symbols and place them on the machine to the right of the cell door, once the correct jars are placed the Jar on the left side of the machine will glow purple and you can pick up acid There is a Big Chunk of Meat on a desk next to multiple drawings in the same Room, interact with it, then Pick up The Necrospike Once you have The Necrospike, use it on the Prison Cell Door, this will trigger a lockpick mini game. Spin the lockpick until the lock turns white 3x to unlock the cell, then pick up the second Uranium. Uranium #3 Next you need to craft or obtain the Glocke Drop, once you have one call it in, then shoot 20 mid-air zombies it throws up. This will drop the third and final Uranium. 2. At the Dry Dock, you need to call a WunderBarrage (unlocked by completing Wundersignal steps) in on the “02 Building” at Dry Dock (where there’s debris on the stairs), this will open the stairs to the Machine Workshop. 3. Inside The Workshop there is a Claw Machine which you can place all of The Uranium inside of and play a mini-game. -Have a big group of 7 cores and a small group of 2 cores. 4. Once you complete the Mini-game you will be able to pick up The Atomkraft Core (Note: you drop if you zipline, and cant sprint with it) 5. Head to Quick Revive and place The Atomkraft Core on generator next to quick revive. Go into the shed behind quick revive and turn on the generator. You must now defend the The Atomkraft Core until it’s charged. In interrupted you must turn on the generator again to continue. 6. Take the The Atomkraft Core to the barrel on the Storm Bridge and a Mini-Cutscene will play between the Giant and The Robot. Vegvisir 1. After the cutscene finishes, The Dravakar Shard will spawn at Tyr’s Foot, pick it up 2. Pick it up and place the Shard inside the Bloodheim Hall on the bonfire 3. Use WW range attack to light the fire 4. Use Disciple Injection (there should be a free one around the map) and throw zombies into the bonfire (I only had to throw four) 5. A lockdown will start. Kill the boss zombie and pick up the Sunstone from the bonfire 6. Put the Sunstone in the church and do a range WW attack on it. 7. Around the map, there will now be floating rocks and runes. Above the church there will now be a compass with runes and arrows. -Shoot the floating rune rocks with the ranged WW in the order of the arrow lines. If an arrow has 1 line, then that's the first one. If an arrow has 2 lines, that's the second one, etc. 8. Go into Tyr's Head and interact with the console to start the boss fight. HOW WE MAKE OUR TRIPS MAGICAL - Cooking classes.... In Mexico City, our guide took us to the market, then we all made extra-spicy salsa together. This is a beautiful way to visit places you wouldn't know about and get involved in a tactile activity. Perfect for families and older parents and very inexpensive. - The $325 underwear. We'd been traveling for weeks and needed to do our laundry. Our hotel, Aman Kyoto, would have charged $325 for a small bag of laundry (standard price for all ultra-luxury hotels). I said "NO WAY!!!" and we decided to go into town and find a laundromat. It turned into an adventure (as we stumbled into place after place that wasn't quite right -- one lady translated for us and said, "Are you trying to wash your clothes? This isn't the right place. This place restores kimonos"). We finally found a local laundromat, took our best guess if it would work, and went to lunch. Now this is a fun ritual for us every time we travel. Sometimes cheaper is way more fun - We hire a local photographer. We love our memories of our trips and local photographers know the best spots/time to take photos. Find the best ones on Instagram. In Tokyo, we use the same photographer every year - On complex trips, I work with a travel advisor. I used a larger firm for a 6-week trip across multiple continents, which was invaluable: They helped us navigate different transportation, recommended which safari lodges to visit (and in what order), and even suggested where to economize & where to splurge. Sometimes I know exactly where I want to go so I call a more surgical travel advisor. In the video, he got our NYC hotel triple-upgraded. Or sometimes I just do it myself. TAs are especially helpful for Disney trips, honeymoons, and multi-generational trips. (They also cost you nothing, but you should look into how they work. I find them very valuable) - 1 major activity every two days. The ultimate luxury is time, so we have a rule: 4+ days in any location. We also book 1 major thing (food tour, museum, etc). The rest of the time, we've pinned a bunch of stuff and we wander where we feel like that day - We know exactly what we DON'T want to see. When I'm attending a private tour, I tell them what I want to experience and what I'm not interested in. Most tour guides will take you to the usual hotspots because it's safe and people can say they saw X or ate Y. I know exactly what I want to see. For example, on a coffee tour, I told them the exact kind of beans I wanted to try and what I was not into. People in hospitality love someone who knows what they want!! This level of intentionality means you get to experience magic (it's not rude) I travel several months per year and I want my travel to be incredibly meaningful for my loved ones and me. These are some of the ways I do it If you want to know more, let me know in the comments More details on the next postshow more

Agents: Quick thoughts & questions on how they operate,... their potential, and their limitations A Few Observations - ▶️"Book me a hotel" or "pull historical financials" are already (mostly) solved problems!! Agents can do a ton of tasks right now—like parsing public company press releases and navigating capture key info & complete bookings accurately. However, for more complex navigation flows, the tech still needs some work - but I'm very confident it’s essentially a solved or solvable challenge. ▶️Accuracy & Speed - The key metrics and agents should optimize for. ▶️Lower Build & Migration Costs It took me two minutes to build a new website (link: This is great for consumers—more choices, lower switching costs. Companies will increasingly compete on the quality of their products and services. ▶️Agents vs. Automation tools: The more I think about it, the more I realize that most “agents” are really just automation tools—kind of like how most robots🤖 are just machines lol ❓A Few Key Questions—Would Love Your Thoughts! ❔Remote Servers & Logins In many cases, we’ll want agents to act on our behalf (e.g., log in to to cancel an order). How will platforms like respond? Many websites may block remote servers for security. Is there a technical workaround? ❔Agent Generalization Do we need to train agents on each environment separately, or can one solution handle multiple sites and systems? This seems similar to RL/post-training challenges in AI research. Example: It's unclear to me whether $Devin was specifically trained on environment? ❔Frontend vs. Backend infra for agents to run on I had doubts about Anthropic's "Computer Use" feature, which seemed to run on the frontend, basically remotely controlling my computer so I couldn’t use it at the same time. This should deliver the highest accuracy, but it’s questionable how practical it really is. (Ref: It seems def possible for agents to work quietly “in the background” (like Devin) rather than remotely controlling a user’s PC, but how much accuracy are we sacrificing? A few $Devin test cases that got me thinking: 1⃣Pulling $META's MAU and DAU (1Q21–3Q24) into Excel (video attached) Took Devin 11min - it sent me back an Excel with 100% accurate data. This case was pretty tricky because $Meta changed disclosures and stopped reporting MAU/DAU after 4Q23. Devin didn’t hallucinate data for post-4Q23—it simply didn’t provide it! It really shocked me to see $Devin navigating $Meta's investor relations site (I didn't tell it to find the numbers there), opening each quarterly earnings report, and extracting MAU/DAU like a diligent intern. -> This confirms $Devin (and similar agents) can already accurately “read” screens. 2⃣Booking Hotel (video attached) Devin took 5 minutes to book the InterContinental NYC on after asking for my credentials. From $Devin's workspace, I could see it filling in the correct fields and making the right selections—fast and accurate overall. Interestingly, $Devin didn’t supply all the required information on the first attempt and got some error messages, then retried until it succeeded. It’s unclear whether Devin had been specifically trained on interface or simply learned to adapt on the fly. 3⃣Canceling the Booking This part was even more interesting. While booking didn’t require me to log in, canceling did—so $Devin had to access my (likely via a remote server) account using my Gmail credentials. It successfully canceled the reservation. I wonder how websites will handle future “remote” logins. Notably, Google blocked $Devin’s direct attempts to log in to Gmail when I specifically requested it. 4⃣Booking from Official Hotel Sites I asked Devin to book InterContinental NYC and Four Seasons Boston via their official websites. It made progress but encountered technical hiccups when trying to select the check-in/check-out dates. Insights from Scott Wu on Invest Like the Best: 1/ Self-Driving Cars as the First “Real Agents” Driving requires near-perfect accuracy (99.999%), making it much more demanding than digital or coding agents, which can tolerate more errors. Scott compares $Devin to circa 2014—already good enough to save 90% of your effort, but still short of flawless. 2/ Impact on Collaboration Platforms Tools like Slack and GitLab are likely to see major changes as agents begin to interact with and utilize them along with humans. 2025 should be all about agents - both the disruptors and those they disrupt!show more

🚨 BREAKING: New Alleged TPUSA Sexual Scandal at Turning... Point USA Event Garners Millions of Views 🚨 - A new alleged sexual scandal for TPUSA has garnered millions of views. I have written before about the sexualized frat-boy party culture at Turning Point along with the alleged cover-up by Turning Point action COO Tyler Bowyer of an employee sexual assault. On August 5, 2025, former Turning Point USA employee Morgan Ariel accused Emily emilysavesamerica “You got fingered in the middle of a hotel lobby at a TPUSA event while everybody watched and there were families around. You brag about having sex with married MAGA dads and doing drugs. You have been completely ran through by both single and married men in the Right-Wing. You call young virgins losers and encourage them to have premarital sex and you’re pro-abortion. You’re a disgusting feminist whore with a Jezebel spirit who uses filters in all of her videos and lives in rebellion to God while grifting off of the conservative movement and simultaneously trashes women who desire to live God honoring lifestyles because their engagement rings didn’t cost enough or their lifestyle isn’t flashy enough.” As of the writing of this article, the post has been viewed on X over 1.2 Million times. Ariel went on to say in another video post “Why is Turning Point USA like this? Charlie Kirk why do you platform and promote degenerate feminist whores who have sex in the lobbies of your events with teenagers around while black listing conservative Christian’s from your events?” and “TPUSA props up the most detestable vile human beings who uphold no conservative values.“ Jason D posted an alleged photo of the incident with a woman who appears to match the physical description of Emily and a man he described as Urban Meyer with his hands in close proximity to the woman. Some have made assertions that there is video evidence of the incident though requests to provide the video have not yet been returned. Photo confirmation has not been obtained at this time. This prompted commentary including from Ghost of Daniel Morgan 🇺🇸 who said “I still can’t believe that happened lmao, but let’s be real, TP had drag queens transformers just because they said MAGA, they’ve fallen down the slop hole massively.” And @reeseonable posted “Watching these faux right-wing influencers unravel is such vindication. Half of them are nothing more than OnlyFans rejects cosplaying as political voices & monetizing from it, while sleeping with married & unmarried men at TPUSA events, pushing pro-abortion takes, & parading their hyper-sexualized, godless lifestyles as if that’s what conservatism is now. They’re hypocrites, & they’re poison. They’re letting the left’s depraved culture bleed into the GOP, rebranding it as edgy & big tent, while mocking & attacking the very Christian & pro-life values that built this movement. They don’t stand for anything but attention, & we need to call them what they are—wolves in red hats.” Patriot J posted “I had no idea Charlie Kirk was running Freak Offs at these TPUSA events.” Predead Atheist Walrus said “Guys at this rate if you have a family you should be staying away from TPUSA events. They platform pornstars and very clearly don’t have any regard for the stuff families are exposed to at these “conservative” events.” Walter Sobchak said “TPUSA is a massive grift and MAGA is degeneracy distilled down to it’e essence and promoted as virtue by low-IQ deviants, perverts, and psychopaths to glorify the orange child-molester they worship as their lord and savior. VERY CHRIST-LIKE, MANY SUCH CASES” A Pattern of Allegations of Immoral Sexual Behavior at TPUSA Events This is not the first time allegations of immoral sexual behavior at TPUSA events and parties have been made. A Washington Examiner opinion article in 2018 titled Turning Point USA struggles with allegations of student sexual assault, harassment alleges “By all accounts, the 2017 Student Action Summit hosted last December by conservative college organization Turning Point USA was boisterous. During the day, more than 1,200 high school and college kids listened to speeches by big names like Ben Shapiro, Donald Trump, Jr., and Tomi Lahren. By night, some of those same students got blackout drunk. Witnesses describe a scene reminiscent of “Animal House.” Kids weren’t just drinking in their hotel rooms. They say some wandered drunk through the lobby. Students weren’t just roughhousing by the hotel pool. They say some were wasted in the water. And while many of the young conservatives proved a temperate bunch, the vomit in the bushes served as visceral testament to the appetites of the rest.” On August 5th Scott alleged that TPUSA featured speaker and paid Influencer “Benny Johnson takes the guys in the rooms during TPUSA events, while his wife waits for him to finish. Sometimes she joins the action. here is one of his make out encounters.” A screenshot of a post from Saeed Jones is shown saying “I made out with Benny Johnson in an empty dressing room at BuzzFeed holiday partying 2013. It haunts me to this day. Anyway it’s funny that’s he’s done literally everything BUT come out of the closet.” and “Benny and I went into a dressing room and started kissing. Would’ve gone further but he said something cringe enough to snap me back to my senses. I rolled my eyes and left.” and “Anyway I’m definitely not the only guy Benny Johnson has made out with. I’ve heard him and his wife are swingers. She’s pregnant with their fourth child now which… LOL. Anyway. When I warn y’all about sleeper agents, I’m speaking from experience. Demons walk amongst us!” On August 7, 2025 Milo posted “Got fucked over a balcony by a stranger at a TPUSA party, among other things. Allegedly of course.” Additional Background And Allegations Evan Kilgore made further allegations saying “TPUSA told me to remove all public affiliation with them after Jenna Ellis and Dan Bongino falsely smeared me and made fun of me for calling them out. There is a history of TPUSA always siding with those who oppose real Conservative Christian values and I’m done being silent.” and “TPUSA allegedly fired one of their employees after the influencer trip to Israel because she made a post about Jews needing to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior. TPUSA also allegedly fired a Contributor because he spoke out against the use of pride flags on set of The Chosen.” Morgan Ariel said “TPUSA kicked me out of their organization and blacklisted me because I exposed Israel and the Talmud right after October 7th. Charlie Kirk is owned by his Jewish donors and his loyalty doesn’t lie with Christians. Christ is King.” Kirk has also been accused of being anti-Semitic: This brought immediate backlash from pro-Israel influencers such as Laura Loomer who said “Turning Point USA Turning Point USA was able to grow as much as they did over the years because President Trump promoted them. I think tonight we all saw that they just view President Trump as a means for being financially secure. I get along with many people from TPUSA, but it needs to be said that you can’t call yourself a thought leader when you play both sides of every issue. Can you really call yourself pro-Trump anymore when you don’t challenge Tucker Carlson on his anti-Trump crusade that he’s been on for the last 3 weeks, going as far as saying Trump isn’t even America First? Tucker lied about the conflict in Iran and also just allowed Iran’s President to completely get away with lying by saying Iran has never killed a US citizen and that they didn’t try to kill Trump. I don’t want to hear anyone from TPUSA ever again say they think Islam is incompatible with the US Charlie Kirk . Obviously you do. You clearly have no issue with Tucker Carlson being a mouthpiece for Qatar and Iran and then spewing his anti-Trump and anti-American propaganda at your TPUSA event. You’ve got to stop playing both sides of every single issue. It’s time to draw a line in the sand instead of flip flopping on every single issue. This is about moral clarity. I’m sick of people letting this issue slide.” Nurit Greenger of Newsblaze said in a July 18, 2025 article: “Your July 2025 Turning Point USA Student Action Summit, held in Tampa, Florida, was a huge disappointment for me and many others. You of all people?“ and “How can you sit on the stage and agree with Madam Kelly that Jeffrey Epstein was working on behalf and for Israel’s Intelligence Unit Mossad?! These kinds of accusations benefit useful idiots. But you?” Greenger went on to say “So Charlie, there is a serious problem on hand which you help exacerbate.” and “Charlie, every Friday on your radio show you wish your audience “Shabbat Shalom” (Peaceful Sabbath); you of all people should have known better than to allow what we have watched and heard during your recent conference. Charlie, it would be better if you remained true to your strong moral compass which guided you throughout the years. Speak out against antisemitism, even if it comes from your friends and associates. Are you now walking in their path, as if your mask has fallen? Where is Turning Point USA going?” Stephen R Young said “Everybody that donates to turning point, USA should cancel their donations“. It is time for Turning Point and Turning Point Action, Charlie Kirk and Tyler Bowyer to be investigated and called to account and held responsible for any of these and many other allegations that are proven true. As always public comment by Charlie Kirk and Tyler Bowyer was sought and ignored.show more
