I want you to just take a look at what was taken down with the timestamps TeamYouTube has provided A video where i am reacting to a video that is currently on their platform and a video where I'm saying "top 5 gooners" got taken down under this policy with both appeals getting rejected in under an hour TeamYouTube can i get a REAL HUMAN to look at these videos fairly and not a robot. Not one of those links saying "We have previously looked at the video and unfortunately it goes against our community guidelines" the appeal system does not work correctly.show more

Can someone at TeamYouTube explain how a video I reacted to is still up and fully accessible (and rightly so because there's nothing wrong with it) and yet MY video gets taken down, even after I'd actually edited out some parts before posting, and I get a strike for it. Just what the hell is going on?!? Can I please get a HUMAN to look at this for once??? TeamYouTube . My channel Just got hit with INAUTHENTIC... CONTENT . YouTube's AI Wrongly flagged my channel as low effort and mass produced content. All of our scripts are Original. Every topic is distinct and well researched, covering distinct historical subjects with genuine educational depth. No two videos are the same and no template can produce what we make. These are 3 hour long documentaries. We use real archived historical footage that takes a long time to find and source and edit with the narration. We do not use AI images or video. This is not something you can template. This is not something you can mass produce. The render time alone makes that impossible. I did everything right. I made a detailed appeal video explaining the entire workflow of my channel. How we write the scripts, how we do the editing, how we record the voiceovers, everything in full detail. That video has zero views. It was auto rejected. No one at YouTube watched a single second of it. $5,500 from last month is on hold. $2,200 from this month is on hold. That is $7,700 sitting frozen because an automated system made a decision that no human being has actually verified. Real people are being affected by this. I am not asking for a free pass. On June 26th, I received a community guidelines strike... on a livestream for someone in the background of the video, saying to "suck a dick" at 02:08:02. It was removed for harassment and unwanted sexual activity. I appealed & it was denied within 5 minutes. No Human, just TeamYouTube automated AI system. According to YouTube's own rules and their requirement that you take a community guidelines class after the strike, this should NOT constitute a removal, given the context. The context is: A wife told their husband to suck their ex's dick in a joking manner. I removed the part in question and reuploaded the entire 3-hr-long livestream censored. Then, on July 3rd, YouTube AI automation took down the same censored video for me, saying "suck the titty" at 2:42:30 regarding TransFirebat fighting with their wife on camera about breastfeeding... Prior to this, TransFirebat has shown themselves on camera randomly flagging these videos and telling others to report me to get my channel terminated. It seems it has worked just like TheQuartering did a few months ago. Both of these strikes are wrong, and I can't get in contact with anyone about them for a manual human review. That's all I want. Hell, if you have a contact at YouTube, I'll compensate you for it... Transfirebat is on camera calling me the f-slur multiple times, and graphically describing committing SA against an ex, yet that content is still on YouTube. I just want to understand how that is allowed, but the two instances here are not. I love freedom of speech, but this is AI making incorrect content decisions, either through false reports or because its system doesn't understand the context of what's being said. The word "suck" seems to trigger the AI system. Nobody should have to endure false community guidelines strikes from YouTube's AI system with no recourse. 15 years, 1700+ videos, one more strike, I'm gone from YouTube. I've accepted that this could happen tomorrow, next week, or after this post goes out. I am at the end of my rope with absolutely no options other than asking the internet to raise awareness of this. I stream once a week, and thankfully, this is not my job anymore. If my channel is terminated, this is the reason why. I am pretty sure I see a gun, I see him doing something in the area of the screwdriver was found and I see a recoil, but first, let's break it down, this first video, I think it is clear he is running with a gun, this looks like the barrel to me. Hello TeamYouTube , my most watched (6M+ views) 3... year old youtube video of original Minecraft gameplay got community guidelines warning for gambling and external links. This was definitely a mistake because I checked the entire video and the video only contains gameplay footage recorded by me. Description contains links to my own social media and a popular game server hosting website. Still my appeal was denied within seconds. There is option to edit the video in Youtube Studio to trim/blur problematic part. But, the part which was referred as problematic in the video contains is just normal conversation with my fellow creators within the game(video attached) so removing it makes no sense. After 9 years and over 400k subscribers, my channel was removed after a strike that was flagged at the 0:01 timestamp of a long video, before I even said anything. I did not even have time to appeal that specific strike before the entire channel was deleted. I appealed the termination through the standard process, but that appeal was rejected almost instantly. Strain Show was built around education, science, history, safety, policy, and legal industry coverage. I do not believe the channel violated the rules it was accused of breaking. The Counter-Strike Content Scene might have a big problem... on YouTube... YouTube removed my video for promoting unlicensed gambling despite it NOT containing any mention of gambling / case opening websites. They refuse to back down and at the same time they REFUSE to specify at which time the "promotion" is located. If they don't give us this information, I will not know how to avoid this in the future, and releasing videos becomes quite scary as I risk the removal of the entire channel despite not doing anything wrong intentionally. This is a extremely frustrating problem to have as I see a multitude of channels directly promote gambling sites and nothing is done to them, while at the same time I chose to NOT take gambling website money to avoid problems like this, it makes no sense. The only thing they have provided us is a link to their policy (I will share this in the post below so you can read it too if you want) which states Direct promotion of gambling is not allowed, but I repeat, there was none. As it was a documentary about a Counter-Strike player - Xantares, there were images of him wearing jerseys that had the names of gambling websites on them, but that is not a direct promotion. I'd like to ask the community to like & retweet this for visibility, and ideally if anyone is in contact with a person on the YouTube team that could give us a good faith explanation of what we did wrong, it would really help out not only just me, but the entire community because if I won't be able to release videos due to fear of getting strikes, I will not be the only creator is affected. At the same time I decided to upload the video here, on X, to invite the community to point out if they see how I broke the YT policy.
