You can download it, or host it outside China, and use it however you want. If you use its chat interface that's based in China, it will have to comply with the Chinese regulations. oh yeah heres a better look at the animation... that plays when going from lyrics to chair section you can barely see it in game and the duplicate hand on the chair is covered by the "Shucks" graphic so i never fixed it (it would be a really easy fix tho)show more
