CBum did have to get as low as 1500... calories on his off days 1800 calories on training days So we can assume an average of around 1700 This is not depletion either This was in the thick of his prep At 250 lbs!!! (he said his weight in the same video) using TONS of drugs Granted he was lean as fuck & attempting to get even leaner but again 2 5 0 POUNDS WITH DRUGS and he was doing HOURS of cardio per day (he also said this in the same video) So, yes…your average Joe that weighs 180 trying to get that last bit of fat off to get to a pretty lean 175 might need to drop as low as 1700, 1600, 1500 calories per day!show more
