Stealth “unmarked” Robotaxis seen testing with roof-mounted Starlink Performance... dishes. 🚗📡 My brother and I have seen numerous Model Ys, all mounted with the exact same configuration (one roof crossbar with a mounted Starlink Performance dish). They’re driving all over Austin—especially in the same areas and routes as the official Robotaxis. We’ve seen plenty of stealth Robotaxis driving around Austin, but these appear to be specifically testing the network and high-speed bandwidth that will inevitably be in all Cybercabs! The beginning of the in-motion high-bandwidth network… then you throw in compute—the hivemind. I can’t say exactly what they’re testing, but that’s what it looks like. With the big SpaceX + xAI merger news (eventually Tesla), it’s exciting to see all the pieces starting to fall into place! 🎥ARTSIMAGEshow more

Elon Musk said 2.5 weeks ago that Tesla will... scale to 1,000+ Robotaxis in the Bay Area and 500+ in Austin by the end of 2025. With the service now open to the public, they’re going to need those cars! Makes sense.show more

As foretold in the prophecy, Tesla now has 69... Cybercabs in Texas. 😎 It’ll be crazy to look back at these numbers one day when they have millions of Robotaxis around the world. This is just the beginning. Still so exciting.show more

In light of the Cybercab event this week, here... are my expectations: Of course the first official Robotaxi rides in a Cybercab will happen. Good chance it's limited to a certain portion of the geofence, especially for the launch event to avoid any edge cases I think Elon will say a few words. Likely nothing we don't already know - thanking the teams and explaining the importance of and vision for Cybercab Frankly though what happens at the event doesn't matter. It's what the Cybercab service looks like the following day. I think best case scenario would be Tesla having ~25 active Cybercabs operating in Austin for a majority of the operating hours (6A - 10P). I think we all need to be prepared for somehwere around ~5-10 Cybercabs to be active for a week or so after the event and then a slow build from there While we don't know how many active Robotaxis Tesla has in Austin, we can guess it's ~50-75 on any given day. I think increasing that fleet by up to 50% is the most we should be hoping for. I think the survey going around where ~50% of people are expecting > 100 Cybercabs to be deployed is overly optimistic. Not that it can't happen, and I'd love to be wrong, it would just be a stark departure from everything we've seen/heard so far This event shouldn't be viewed as a scaling announcement, but rather a beginning of operations and celebration of the Cybercab. I know Elon said over the weekend Tesla is "about to" flood Austin with Cybercabs, but in his mind that could mean later this year with V15, not this week Given Ashok's recent commentary about why they're going broad instead of deep (more different cities instead of higher fleet volume in each), I'd be more impressed with Cybercab starting operations in the other active Robotaxi cities in the following week or two after the event. To me, that would be a great signal that the validation is going well with Cybercab more generally, not just in the Austin geofence where Tesla has extensive data So while this is a huge milestone (no wheel, no pedals, purpose built for autonomy, cost profile, attention-grabbing design etc.), I'm still not expecting to see hundreds of Robotaxis in Austin or other cities until later this year or early '27 $TSLAshow more

These two products have completely changed my life -... Tesla and Starlink. My Tesla can take me anywhere with the press of a button. What used to be time spent focused on driving and stressed has become time I can spend talking with my family, helping my kids, answering messages, being productive, working with Grok, or simply enjoying the ride. Starlink gives me high-speed internet anywhere I am, allowing me to share my experiences, ideas, and passion for these companies with people around the world. Whether I’m on a road trip, in the mountains, or somewhere far from traditional internet service, I’m always connected. Elon has spent decades pushing toward a future that most people thought was impossible. Agree with him or not, it’s hard to deny the level of commitment, risk-taking, and execution required to build companies like Tesla, SpaceX, Starlink, xAI, 𝕏, and more all at the same time. This is why I’m comfortable putting my trust, my time, and ALL my capital behind Elon and the team… I know where these companies are headed from using the products day in and day out extensively. When I look at Tesla, I don’t just see a car company. When I look at Starlink, I don’t just see an internet provider. Others may. Not me though… I see the foundation of technologies that will positively impact billions of people, our kids, and the next generations over the coming decades. These two companies combined is a $100 trillion opportunity in the making… sounds crazy today to many, but u bet it won’t in the future.show more

ermmm I got 2 more babies xD i had... to go back and get the other sisters they’re all from the same litter i felt so bad :c but once they’re all 3 bonded with my 4 older female rats im going to do a big cage upgrade and they’ll all be in the same one! but this is two of the new babies the other one is shy and sleepy 😴 ill try to take a pic of all 3 of them later! so the video is 2 of 3 of the new babies, and the 2nd pic is their cage until they bond with my adult rats and get a bit bigger, in which case by then i will be moving all of 7 (YES now SEVEN hahah) of my female ratties to the big big cage next to my older pack of 4 girls’s cage (u can see champagne -the albino- and oreo-the one below) saying hello in pic 4 :3 and what’s crazy is that the current rat cage for my 4 older girls is a pretty good size, so moving all of them to the larger cage is going to be crazy for them, im gonna make it like a rat theme park hahashow more

Starlink is about to make its current network look... like the warm-up. V3 satellites start deploying this month, with the full constellation eventually delivering more than 100x the bandwidth of today’s 11,000-satellite network. That means a lot more room for more people, more devices and more data. The next Starlink upgrade is not exactly subtle. Starlink SpaceX / Writer: Annette, Grok Imagine Designer: Jannéshow more

22M people are already carrying Starlink around with them.... Starlink is now live in 167 countries, with 22 million mobile subscribers and 13 million using high-bandwidth service. That’s not just remote cabins and emergency kits anymore. Cars, ships, planes, phones, homes. The sky is becoming part of the network people actually use every day. Everything Michio Kushi said in 1983 is becoming a... reality, especially with Neuralink and Starlink. One will integrate humans with machines, while Starlink will provide this new species of humans with virtually unlimited bandwidth. That is why they want the entire sky to be filled with these satellites. This will create powerful elites and easily controllable servants.show more

You would think supermarkets have the same standards in... all of their stores, but you'd be mistaken. When I went to a supermarket in a migrant neighbourhood in Brussels years ago, I noticed this for the first time. Food on the floor, packages torn open, security guards at the entrance. Never seen anything like it in the white areas of my country, even though they're the exact same stores. I wonder if these companies have different guidelines for stores in migrant areas, or if those store managers have just given up.show more
