I genuinely didn’t know what to do with Billy... at the start. I thought it was a step too far when he was roaring crying in stress for days. But this is him today looking spectacular. A lovely kind person paid for his eyes to be fixed in April in an operation. Billy is about 7-8 we think. All being well is new life is only starting. We tried hard to find his backstory but nothing. Next step is more relaxing, then his operation and then a home. For now Billy is very happy and very well. Delighted for the little man (8/8)show more

We were never fully satisfied with the animated components... available outside. Some looked good but were hard to customize. Some were easy to use but felt too basic. So 2 months ago, we started building our own. It started as a Framer component library. Then we expanded it to Next.js and MCP, so people can use it with code and AI builders too. Brady has already shown he is ready for adoption.... He's been perfect in foster. Walking, being in the car, with people, with dogs, with cats. He's got a fantastic personality. He is nearly 2 years old. He enjoys a play and a zoom but is also happy to chill when needed. He's very food led and is already learning his boundaries. He loves to follow his foster around and see what he's doing. Brady can definitely live with other dogs but would be very happy as the only dog in an active household too. My wifey found him!!!!!! 2 miles into the Forrest!... We ran into some campers that saw him and split up into two directions. Wifey actually climbed up to the top of the mountain and found him hiding from wolves and coyotes and bears in like a rock cave. She took a video and saw his eyes glowing and he was keeping quiet which was smart cause of predators I had just buried my little dog after 20 years together and Bruno is only 4 so I feared the worst and wifey kept saying she’ll find him and she did in pitch black dark with just a flashlight after almost 5hrs Sorry for the drama but I had a presentation planned and my 11yr old daughter ran up and told me that one of the smaller kids opened one of the sliding doors and he went exploring but we have some construction going on so he couldn’t get to the park that we normally go to next to my house and he crossed a dark semi busy highway which was a first and ended up 2 miles into a pitch black Forrest How she found him I still don’t know. I had grabbed my tent ready to sleep the night deep in the woods too. But I got lucky, he’s the sweetest animal and my best friend we do everything together everyday and he sleeps in my bed with me every night so I was heart broken until my wife faced time’d me and said look who I found and I bust into tears of joy not gonna lie and said how the F did you find him, and she said his magical glowing eyes and for the first time I laughed and could feel my heart fill with joy Sorry for the long story.show more

We finally pulled the plug on per day pricing.... It had to be done. The problem with per day pricing is it always creates winners and losers. - If we’re on site for 8 hours and don’t quite finish, we feel obligated to work extra to get it done. We lose. - If we finish a project in 5 hours and the customer paid for 8, they feel like they lost. It’s a simple system to start with. Customers understand it, it’s easy to quote, but it’s not scalable. It relies too much on experience and too much back and forth. So we switched to project based pricing. Now we’ve got 3 tiers of brush density and 3 tiers of terrain. Tier 1 is easy, Tier 3 is tough. Pricing scales per quarter acre, with volume discounts on larger jobs. It seems more complex on paper, but in reality it’s repeatable, reliable, and something we can train any new hire to do. We calculate the project, send the estimate, and that’s it. No more “estimated days” language. No more winners and losers. We’re much happier with this system.show more

This statement by Morgan Wallen at is Chicago show... ruffled the feathers of a lot fans back in Pittsburgh. Wallen was in Chicago playing at Soldier Field where it was raining. He says to the crowd “ I just wanna say that it is raining right now and we gonna’ play through it” and kind of chuckles. Many took that as a slight to Pittsburgh where he canceled his show due to weather concerns but which ended up being a beautiful night there when the concert would have started. A lot of fans in Pittsburgh are wondering why he didn’t “play through” there when it ended up not raining at all. 🤔 Many said they still haven’t received their refund and wondered why he wouldn’t just reschedule. Some said all they got was a promo code for a future concert. 🤯 Some of people in Chicago said they only went to see Brooks N’ Dunn, who were opening for him in Chicago and said they left after they played and didn’t stay to see Morgan. You think his comment was much to do about nothing or was he slighting Pittsburgh?
