NEW CLIP: Kiss my feet, Prove your worth You’re... back again, of course you are. Pathetic little wallet in hand, eyes glued to my sweaty feet after a brutal gym session. You didn’t earn this view. You never do. But I let you watch. Why? Because I like seeing you squirm. You obsess over every inch of my new gym set like it’s holy. It is. I wear it, so it’s worth more than you’ll ever be. Your only job? Fund it. Worship it. Then fall to your knees and thank me for the honor of licking my post-workout feet while I laugh at how desperate you are for crumbs of attention. You don’t get the gym. You don’t get the body. You definitely don’t get the girl. All you get is the chance to pay for the privilege of watching me enjoy it all without you. Athletes should be met with movement problems to solve... not given solutions. Take John Carver ripping 250+ foot single leg throws with a 16 oz plyo for example. This was in Fall of 2023 whenever John made a jump from touching low 90s to sitting low 90s touching 96.6. Spinny upper half, long arm action, bailing out towards 1st base after front foot strike were amongst things we talked about needing to be addressed within the throw. Single leg throws, overload balls, and long toss are a couple of the many variations we used. When designing practice the first question you need to ask yourself is how the athletes individual constraints are influencing the throw. The next question is what attractor needs to be destabilized. And the last question is how can I destabilize that attractor? It’s not as simple as saying to fix the issues that we identified John to have you need to do xyz drill and you’ll get xyz result. Skill acquisition is a constant relationship between perception of the task and environment and the individuals capacity to create action. It’s thousands of reps of exploration with the right constraints applied that lead to the final outcome. 16 oz 250+ foot single leg throws are as impressive as it gets for a thrower so if you can do the same or know someone who can do the same tag me in a videoshow more

I graduated!!! I earned a Bachelor of Arts in... Sociology with a concentration in Psychology, summa cum laude! Five years ago, I started this journey with an eighth-grade education, and even that was from a Scientology school, where critical thinking was discouraged and the quality of instruction was subpar, to say the least. I did not get here alone. Thank you to NYU School of Professional Studies and Angie Kamath. Thank you to everyone who supported me, encouraged me, and believed in me, especially on the days I was not sure I could do this. And there were plenty of those days. To my therapist, who told me not to give up when I was told I likely would not be accepted into a prestigious program. To my tutor, without whom I likely would have given up at the harder points along the way. To all those here who have sent me loving messages on social media. And to everyone else who has cheered me on in person through the ups and the downs of it, it means more than I can put into words. It got me over this finish line of being a student again and graduating. That goal once seemed impossible. To those who have asked me, “Why this? Why now?” I pursued higher education to reclaim a piece of myself. When you come out of a high-control group like Scientology, or even a high-control family, there are parts of you that were never allowed to fully develop. Those parts include your curiosity and your ability and right to question. Education was discouraged because knowledge creates confidence in your ability to trust your own mind and navigate the world. That leads to true independence, and that would never be allowed. I wanted that back. But more than that, I needed to understand. I needed to understand how my mother could have us join Scientology when I was just eight years old, and how my family and I could be part of something like this and stay in it for so long. I needed to understand how these systems work, how they influence people, and how they take hold. Without education, access to real information, and support, people can fall into systems that work against their best interests. Some assume that because they are educated, even highly educated, they would never fall for something like this. But it turns out that is not necessarily true. What many of us are impacted by, but never quite understand, is how high-control groups operate. Many still do not understand how misinformation spreads, and how tribalism and radicalization shape what we think, what we believe, and who and what we trust. Without that awareness, none of us are immune. Today, we are seeing how these forces can influence good people and distort reality. History has shown us that this is not new; it just comes in a different form now. Social media connects us in ways we never imagined, but it also creates echo chambers that reinforce beliefs and justify behavior without question. Real critical thinking is hard when we are fed so much by algorithms designed to appeal to us. In learning and achieving this milestone in my own life, it has helped me take a good, hard look at my own beliefs and ideologies. This journey was about healing for me, but also about figuring out how to help others in whatever way I can in the future. So what is in my future? I am considering continuing my education and possibly pursuing a master’s degree, with the goal of contributing to advocacy and policies that protect people, not systems. For now, I am taking this moment in. I am proud of myself. And I am grateful. Thank you for being on this journey with me.show more

I can’t sleep. Someone tell me where did we... get it wrong? How can this mammoth crowd be in CBD, for an Occupy StateHouse protest, but walk in the opposite direction? Something’s not right. I know we scored huge but that wasn’t the plan. We’ve been massively infiltrated and the people upfront in these marches are co-opted. So how do we get the masses to not follow one massive train and instead split into various cells with independence of thought? This is the big question. #OccupyStatehouse2025 #OccupyUntilVictory #SiriNiNumbersshow more

It pains me to know that the belief is... that a therapist role is to "validate". I do not validate. If you are with me in a clinical setting and what you're saying doesn't make any damn sense, I'm going to have you walk me through it. What I've discovered is that a lot of the dysfunction people have is that they've never articulated their beliefs and so have no idea how absurd they are. Simply going through the exercise of having to explain yourself can be deeply rewarding. It's something we call "accountability". You literally account for yourself. Sure, I've had some female clients chimp out and flee never to be seen again at their first contact with a mirror. I've had many others weep openly that actually being held psychologically. One I will never get out of my mind was a wonderful 30-something year old woman who cried and said, "I have been in therapy for 7 years. Why has nobody ever challenged me and help me see that I'm the one causing all this shit?" That's an important question. And it's crucial that if you see a therapist, you don't see a charlatan. You can tell the good ones by their headgear.show more

HTML Artifacts are a big part of how I... work with agents now. Artifacts can be more than just static files. When combined with agents, they can take action or help you take action. This unlocks all kinds of interesting ways to work with agents. This is clearly the future. Check out this writing and scheduler artifact I built in a few minutes. It uses a bit of HTML and JS. All the data is in markdown (Obsidian vaults), so the agent can access and modify it at any time. No DB needed. No sophisticated functionalities. The agent decides all that for me based on the skills, context, and memory it has access to. The best part about this simple stack is that all the important information stays with me. This has allowed me to build a recursive self-improving system and automations that can better tap into coding agents like Codex or Claude Code. I could have paid or built an entire app for scheduling posts, and there are so many of them out there. But I don't need to. I've realized a simple artifact does the job. And the simplicity of it is actually an advantage. Very little maintenance for very high returns on personalization, time, and efficiency. The other benefit of this is that I can add features as I please. That level of personalization feels magical, and we should all be pursuing more of it. All of this just keeps compounding. Of course, this example is just about writing. But I have similar artifacts for research, design, experimentation, evaluation, and so much more. And no, I didn't actually publish the post example I shared in the clip. It was just for demonstration purposes. I actually spend more time than this when writing together with agents. Lastly, having built my own agent orchestrator tool has made me realize that simplifying the tool stack is a superpower. If you are curious about how all this works, I will do a live session next week:show more

Tomorrow is a big day for me. I’m going... to do an activity in my daughter’s class (she’s 5), and I’ll be teaching them what AI is. She’s excited about it, but honestly, I think I’m even more excited. I’ll tell them a little bit of history, we’ll play some games… I’ll try to make it as fun as possible, but always with a focus on ethical and responsible use. Of course, it won’t be a tutorial on how to use any tools, lol. They’re still very young, and in my opinion, it’ll be years before they actually need to start using these tools. But I think it’s important for them to start getting some awareness so they can be prepared for the future that’s coming their way.show more

A small church under 200 A medium church 700-1000 A larger church 3000-5000 Let me say first off, walking into any church without knowing anyone is incredibly brave, full stop. I am an extrovert with a larger personality and I found it hard. I am actually going to stop there today. I feel like I can write a series on going to church. How fun would it be the have a series every sunday talking about the church you visited, how it made you feel, what you experienced, how your past experience influences current moments. T/W: suicide, eating disorders I’m self-conscious about how I... look. I get criticism on every move I make both publicly and privately. Every time I take an action I hear the potential criticism in my head… but I do it anyway. The criticism does always come. I get criticism on my body too. I can love myself at any size, but the never ending pressure to please everyone and to try to be so strong people can’t criticize me is tiring. Sometimes I wonder if my problems are really my own. When I’m alone, I only have love for myself without an ounce of shame or self-hatred. I like myself and who I see in the mirror. But hate and criticism can eat away at you. “Are they right?” “Should I really be eating that?” “People will judge me.” I’ve never recognized a negative voice in my mind as mine. I can’t think of one person who would say I’m the negative voice in their head either. But the negative voice in my head has left me suicidal before. I don’t hate myself. But sometimes people treat me like they hate me. It’s hard not to internalize it. Today, I want to remind you- you don’t have to hate yourself even when the world treats you like they hate you. It’s safe to make mistakes. It’s safe to love yourself and your body even when others laugh at you. Every time I get a message about how someone loves their body a little more after reading my messages, it reminds me why I keep opening my heart. It’s hope. We all need hope. I hope you choose to appreciate your body today ✨ it and you are beautifulshow more

Back when I had nothing… I was a nobody... to most people. TBH, my parents didn't even see me getting to where I am today. It's just the truth, the chips were stacked for my sister. Not me. But it's just not the reality today. However, there was ONE person in my life that didn’t see me that way. My significant other saw something in me before a lot of things. Before all my wins. Before the $. Before any proof. And honestly… that means a lot to me, if not the most of all. I’ve always been wired a little different. I’m a mix of finance, engineering, and tech, with a sprinkle of obsession. I learned and studied from the best. Warren Buffett for how to invest. Elon Musk for work ethic and where the future is going. And once I saw it… I went all in. Bc when you truly understand what you own… you don’t need 20 bets. What you really need is conviction and just a few bets. That’s how I approached everything in my life. All the way from Apple… to Tesla… to 𝕏… to xAI… and now SpaceX. I believe I have an eye for spotting the best entrepreneurs and companies early, before it becomes obvious to everyone. And when I see it, I back it 100%. That’s just who I am. I don’t need a big circle. I’ve already got my day ones. I don’t need approval. I grew up my whole life with doubt and hate, so what’s one more? At this point, the levels are just too different. And yeah… it's true, it actually gets harder to make new friends when you’re moving like this. So I stay loyal to the ones who were there when I had nothing. I made it with Apple - youngest in, youngest out. Then I made it with Tesla… while people were laughing, doubting, calling me crazy, telling me I was going to go bankrupt with Elon. Fast forward to today, now I'm heading into something even bigger. If the story plays out the way it’s shaping up… SpaceX could have the largest IPO in history this year. The company is talking about raising over $75B… at a $1.75-$2 trillion valuation. For context… the biggest IPO ever - Saudi Aramco - raised about $29B. This would be more than double that. Let that sink in deep. To me this is more than just an investment. This is owning a piece of the future of space, energy, AI... extending the light of consciousness forward in case something happens to Earth. People can call me crazy. People can call me cocky. Arrogant. But the people that actually know me know the truth - I’m just real AF. I say what I believe, and I stand on it. And I genuinely don’t care what people think. I have two middle fingers always held high for those kind of people. That’s probably why I’ve been able to win the way I have. My significant other tells me to slow down sometimes. And I get it. But for me… What’s the point of life if you play it safe? If you see an opportunity that can change everything… and you just sit back? That’s not me. I’d rather go all in on something I believe in… live with intensity… take the hits… and actually feel alive and live life with fulfillment. Laugh if you want, doubt if you want. Some play it safe, a few go all in. You can call it risky. You can call it stupid. You can call it crazy. I call it living. Bc at the end of the day, I'd rather go all in on something I believe in and fail... than spend my life wondering "what if."show more

With the local elections closing in and Labour facing... a historic drubbing, Oldham MP Jim McMahon has been put to work shoring up the bloc Muslim vote. Here he is canvassing with Councillor Fida Hussain and his biraderi entourage. Nobody should be surprised by McMahon's desperation. He understands what is at stake. If Labour loses control of Oldham Council, its leverage over the National Inquiry's investigations into the Pakistani rape gangs operating in this town is significantly weakened. The machine that has managed this cover-up for two decades runs on council control. Lose the council, and the machinery starts to seize. Which brings us to Fida Hussain. The National Inquiry has powers to compel witnesses. It should use them. Hussain ought to be summoned to testify on what he knew about Shabir 'Daddy' Ahmed and his gang, when he knew it, and what, if anything, he did with that knowledge. McMahon standing shoulder to shoulder with him on the campaign trail is not an image the MP should be comfortable with. It is, however, a revealing one. _________ I’m Raja Miah MBE. 🚨 BREAKING What if mass… isn’t a fixed property?... Scientists just found evidence that mass can change. Not in theory. Inside real matter. They detected a rare state called an η′-mesic nucleus where a particle gets trapped inside a nucleus… and its mass shifts. Let that sink in. Same particle. Same physics. Different environment… different mass. That means: Mass isn’t just “what something is.” It’s how it interacts with the vacuum around it. And the vacuum? It’s not empty. It’s a hidden structure that gives particles their properties. Mass may come from the vacuum The vacuum changes in dense matter So mass itself can change This is huge. Because it flips the idea that mass is fundamental. Instead: mass might be emergent. In my view: Mass isn’t a property… it’s a response to time/field structure. Change the structure… you change the mass. So the real question is: Are particles “things”… or just stable patterns in a deeper field? Follow me physics isn’t discovering matter… it’s discovering what creates it.show more

It's fascinating that I can take pictures in London... with one of the most prominent Jewish figures from Finland, yet low IQ freaks would rather blindly trust fabricated images and old Grok misinformation. Instagram isn't a place where you can pick and choose country. It detects where you are based on your signup ID, which App Store you're linked to and other information. A VPN wouldn't be able to bypass it. I literally only have the option to show the United Kingdom as my country, or no location at all. My retarded enemies want you to think I can simply select wherever I want, but this is physically impossible. I'm sharing a screen recording to prove it. Months ago, an account complained that I live in the UK, long before anyone began pretending I'm in India or fabricating images. The timeline doesn't add up, because it's simply a lie. But it honestly doesn't matter how many times you inbred miserable losers post your fake images. I'm not anywhere on the subcontinent. Never been there. I'm in the UK and I moved here from Iran. I speak Persian and English. If you doubt this come on a space any time and I'll slap you around in my native language. When the X country update rolls out, it will once again base itself on signup IP, bank information, verification and other core details. It will place me in the UK where I live and where I do important work with important people, and it will place most of you in third world slums.show more

Perrie admits she’s “frustrated” by how Jesy Nelson has... portrayed the breakdown of her relationship with Little Mix, adding that she feels the group consistently tried supporting Jesy at the cost of their own mental health, and that accountability should be taken on all sides: “Sometimes you just won’t win with people. And what annoys me the most… I have to be careful how I say this because I don’t want to seem like a bitch… But what upsets me the most when situations like this happen is when the other person doesn’t take any accountability. That boils my blood. I’m not blaming everything on you [Jesy]. I’m not saying, ‘She’s this fucking monster and everything was her fault’ and blah blah blah. But take some accountability for your actions and realise you were difficult. You did have difficult moments. Granted, there were reasons for those moments... but you can only pick somebody up so many fucking times before you start losing track of your own sanity. You want to be there for that person, but if they can’t accept the help and they can’t accept the love you’re trying to show, how do you win? You can’t. I hate that. I don’t like putting the blame on people. Don’t put the blame on me and make me out to be something that I’m not. Yes, I’m not perfect. I might not have been there enough, or I could have done better I suppose… but I thought what I was doing was enough. I thought I’d tried everything. So to then sit there in further interviews and discuss it publicly and be like, ‘I wasn’t supported’… You were, though. You were. So just take some accountability and I’ll feel better about it. I’d say [I’m] more frustrated than angry, because I don’t like being painted into a person that I’m not. Because I’m an open book, I have to be real. It exhausts me when I see people that I know inside and out not being genuine. It frustrates me.”show more

I gave Claude one prompt - and by morning... it made $3000 on Polymarket. The whole build took 2 hours. The scariest part - anyone can do this. Simple mechanic: you place YES and NO orders - and collect rewards. I had no idea what would happen next. The bot just started placing orders on both sides. Three scenarios: 1. Neither order filled —> you just collect Rewards every day. This is the main income. 2. One filled —> bot instantly hedges on the opposite side. YES + NO fully hedged. One contract pays $1, position closed. At some point I closed the laptop. The bot didn't need me anymore. Works best on niche markets with low competition. Primaries, minor sports, regional referendums. Your share of the pool is significantly larger there. Anyone with Claude and 2 free hours can repeat this today. The only question is: how motivated are you to actually do it?show more
