this is the most based AI use case i've... ever seen: Singapore is using AI to extinct its mosquito population. the goal is to eliminate the intense dengue outbreaks it faces every year. and ironically, they're doing it by breeding and releasing 10 million+ extra mosquitoes every week lol 1. Google’s Debug mosquito factory breeds millions of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes carrying a bacterium called Wolbachia. it makes a male’s sperm incompatible with a wild female’s eggs, so when they mate, she lays eggs that never hatch. 2. breeding produces both males and females. AI cameras inspect them at high speed and separate the sexes because the facility only wants to release males. males don’t bite, while females are the ones that bite and spread dengue. 3. even high-speed sorting can miss a few females. so the sorted batch gets low-dose X-rays, which sterilize any female that slipped through while leaving the males able to mate. 4. vans drive through neighborhoods across Singapore, releasing millions of these males as they go. 5. the released males compete with wild males for mates. whenever one mates with a wild female, her eggs never hatch, removing an entire batch of mosquitoes from the next generation. so they’re basically mass-sterilizing the population. fewer eggs hatch, fewer mosquitoes are born, and the population shrinks with every generation. and it’s already working. > a major trial found that dengue risk was 71–72% lower in neighborhoods using the program > in the most successful areas, the targeted mosquito population has fallen by 98% > Singapore is now expanding the program to reach roughly half the country Lee Kuan Yew would be proud.show more

Hedgehogs are solitary animals so are silent - they... have no need to communicate so don't have a 'vocabulary'. Even when in pain or fear they usually suffer in silence. The only time you'll really hear them vocalise is this time of year - mating season. And it's only the girls who talk.😁 The male approaches the female and circles her, trying to mount. The female turns to face him, keeping her nether regions out of his reach, and makes a chuff-chuff sound, telling him she's not interested. She'll keep this up for hours, sometimes days, until she whittles down which of her suitors is the strongest, has the most endurance and energy, is the fittest and healthiest and most determined. She wants only the very best to be the father of her precious children. Only when he's proved himself to be worthy, does the female crouch down and lay her spines flat, and allow him to mate. Inexperienced males often need to use their mouth to hold on and get into position, so this time of year you may see females with a small wound on their back. There can be more than one winner, and she'll allow other males who have made the grade to mate with her also. So the resulting litter can be hoglets with several different fathers, producing a truly diverse and healthy gene pool. This genetic diversity within a population allows it to adapt to changing environments and resist diseases. Just one of the reasons our humble little hedgehog has survived for over 15 million years!show more

Facial reconstruction of a 2,000-year-old individual from the Saka-Wusun... period at Ala-Myshyk, Tian Shan, Kyrgyzstan The union of the Wusun tribes, which became especially powerful in the 3rd-1st centuries BC, had the ruler’s (Gunmo) headquarters in the city of Chigu, on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul. The weakening of the Wusun confederation began in the 1st century AD, when it suffered a strong blow from the Xiongnu, but it was fully destroyed in the 4th-5th centuries AD by the Rourans, who are thought to have come from Mongolia. The first cranial data on the Wusun of the Tian Shan were studied by T. A. Trofimova (1936, 1949), based on seven skulls dated to the 1st century BC-1st century AD, excavated near Karakol at the eastern end of Issyk-Kul. G. F. Debets later expanded the sample with finds from S. A. Teploukhov and, in 1948, confirmed its classification within the Central Asian interfluve type. These skulls lie at the lower boundary of brachycrania (CI: males 81.3, females 83.4), with medium-high vaults, relatively broad faces, orthognathous but moderately profiled features, and moderately projecting noses. Only two show lower cranial indices, one with a narrow face. Overall, the series is predominantly Europoid with slight Mongolid admixture. The cranial vault dimensions of the Wusun are of medium size, which corresponds to a cranial index of 81, placing them at the lower boundary of brachycrania. The facial part of the skull is low (males - 71 mm, females — 68 mm), but fairly broad (males - 137 mm, females - 126 mm). The horizontal facial profile is moderate (zygomaxillary angle - 131°). Nasal projection is medium or above average (males - 28°, females - 22°), while the height of the nasal bridge tends toward higher values. Overall, the Wusun of the Tian Shan occupy an intermediate position between the major races. They belong to the Europoid race, but show a clear, though slight, Mongolid admixture, expressed in a certain facial flatness. These Mongolid traits appear superimposed upon an essentially Europoid cranial base. Some skulls show little to no Mongolid influence, while others display it more strongly. More detailed analysis shows this type to be intermediate between the Andronovo type and the Central Asian interfluve type, with varying degrees of transition between them. At the same time, the Wusun of the Tian Shan and Alay also show admixture from another Europoid type - dolichocranial, narrow-faced, Mediterranean. In the Tian Shan, this component appears scattered among the population, whereas in the Alay Valley it is concentrated in specific burial grounds, suggesting kin-based groupings and differing ethnic connections among tribes. Some tribes were clearly in contact with populations of the Pamir Plateau, which during the Saka-Wusun period belonged to a distinctly Mediterranean Europoid type, as noted earlier. 🥚 Raw Eggs — They are nature's fast food,... and a complete food, with every nutrient you could need. A raw egg digests in only 27 to 37 minutes, which is phenomenal compared to other foods containing protein and fat, like meat and milk. This is because egg is a fully liquid food. The body doesn't need to use any digestive fluids, hydrochloric acid, to break it down, it will absorb within the first 5 inches of the intestine only, from bacterial digestion alone. Of course, if you cook the egg, this doesn't apply anymore. Cooking not only destroys nutrients, especially enzymes and vitamins, which impairs digestion, and generates toxins, like heterocyclic amines from proteins, and cauterizes the minerals, but it coagulates the egg. This not only makes a raw egg the perfect food to get instant energy in a healthful way, but a vital food that can save someone's life. If your digestive system is so compromised you cannot digest other animal protein, like meat, raw eggs will work. Or if you have leaky gut, they digest before they even have to go through the G.I. tract. In general, if you want to give your digestive system a rest, eat raw eggs, you will get back appetite for other foods very soon. In the next post of this thread is a quote of Aajonus' most incredible testimonial on the healing power of raw eggs. They are also the best food to repair. The only thing that Aajonus found that eggs cannot do is help the body reproduce cells quicker. That takes raw meat. So long-term, you cannot replace raw meat with raw eggs, they work complementarily. Don't discard the egg white. Aajonus proved the avidin in raw egg white is not an anti-nutrient. Aajonus ate up to 60 raw eggs a day (one or two dozens on most days) since 1976. He confirmed there was no biotin deficiency whatsoever. The narrow-minded lab experiments do not explain what actually happen and then draw the wrong conclusion. What actually happens is that biotin mixes with avidin to make a compound that cleans the body of biocarbons, which are leftover byproducts from macronutrient digestion that need to be eliminated by the body. This is actually a good thing. Plus, there is an excess of available biotin in raw egg compared to the amount of avidin. It is also recommended by Aajonus to not eat raw egg yolks alone either, as it creates imbalances when on a raw diet (this doesn't apply on a cooked diet). He did the experiments on animals, feeding them raw egg white and raw egg yolk separately, and it made them extremely hungry, they required twice as much food, had huge imbalances emotionally, caused obesity, water retention, all kinds of problems. So, if you go to a restaurant, you can request the egg white to be included in your steak tartare, just like Aajonus did. What about salmonella? Salmonella is already on our skin, in our eyes, our nose, our mouth, recycling dead cells. They are beneficial bacteria, not pathogenic. Of course, this isn't medical advice. Look into Aajonus and more broadly into terrain theory vs germ theory. Don't refrigerate eggs. Only in the USA do people do this. If you wash the egg, you remove the protective membrane around it, then health departments require them to be refrigerated. Just don't wash the eggs. Eggs are a bit of a fragile food, many of its natural bacteria die when in cold temperatures, so it's better to keep them at room temperatures, or they will lose digestibility. You can blend raw eggs, however it will oxidize them, destroying certain nutrients. There are three enzymes in the egg white which prevent certain hormones that help certain diseases progress like cancer. If you as little as whip the raw egg with a work, these enzymes in the egg white oxidize within seconds. Raw eggs are a detoxification food. They are rich in cholesterol. If you drink alcohol, eat plenty of raw eggs (before, during, after), and you will avoid a hangover. The cholesterol in raw eggs is very good at collecting the alcohol and other toxins. They also enable the body to make solvents to break down toxicity like cellulite. Raw eggs can be fermented, and aged in various ways. Century eggs, the real ones (which are around 25 years old), can cost a thousand dollars. They transform in all sorts of shapes, they can look like green boiled eggs, jewelry, eggs that could belong to a dragon, or turn into white, black powder. They can give incredible energy and libido. How to eat: If you eat the raw egg white first, then the yolk right after, the raw egg will digest in 27 minutes, otherwise in 37 minutes. It is easier to do so from the shell by poking a hole on each side and sucking from it. This is "Aajonus-style". From a glass is "Rocky-style". Nowadays also called slonking. Make the egg go through your teeth while you drink it, this makes it easier to mix it with saliva, which allows better digestion. That only works if you eat only one raw egg at a time. If you eat several raw eggs at once, they will digest slower. Not an issue, it is still extremely healthy. Therefore eating raw eggs frequently throughout the day, one at a time, can bring a steady flow of nutrients to your body. Eggs are perfect to eat upon waking up, providing quick energy from fats and providing protein for the body to make glycogen from and feed the nervous system. They are perfect to eat in-between meals. Only take a couple seconds and get you going for hours, and whenever you get tired. Eggs help gain and lose weight. It all depends how you combine them. A raw egg eaten alone can lead to weight loss, except if you eat more than around 22 a day to maintain. Aajonus' weight loss protocol relies on eating a raw egg diet for 1-3 weeks and is very effective. Raw eggs can help remove cellulite, strip down toxic fat (which is fat that was used to store toxins). Eggs eaten with other foods, or several at once, don't have this weight loss effect. They are very good to eat with other foods, such as raw meat (steak tartare). You can easily eat 3 raw eggs with your raw steak. There are many recipes, from raw pastries, to sauces like mayo, milkshakes, ... where you can keep the egg raw and whole.show more

Narinder Kaur on TV dismissing thousands and thousands of... illegal arrivals as “not a big deal.” “Thirty, forty thousand people coming in a population of sixty-seven, sixty-eight million isn’t the big deal you think it is… We are not being overrun.” It’s closer to 200,000 illegal arrivals in the last five years alone. Tell that to the families who suddenly have hundreds of young men, most of them with no paperwork, no known history, and no connection to the area, dumped on their doorstep. Look at Linton-on-Ouse. A quiet North Yorkshire village of around 700 people. The plan? House 1,200 single adult male asylum seekers on the former RAF base right in the middle of it. Overnight, the locals become the minority in their own community. Or Piddington in Oxfordshire. A village of roughly 350 residents. The proposal? Up to 1,250 single adult males on the neighbouring MoD site. That is more than three times the entire population of the village. Residents face becoming a minority in the place they grew up, with a park used by local children sitting right next to it. This is real communities being transformed without consent, without consultation, and without any real idea who these men are or what they have done. People don’t want it. They never asked for it. And it’s easy to sit in a television studio and declare it’s “not a big deal.” It is a big deal. Go out and ask the people who will actually be affected. They will tell you.show more

EVERY CLIP THIS GIRL IN CHINA POSTS GETS 4,600... PEOPLE ASKING HOW SHE MADE IT AND THAT QUESTION PAYS $12,800 A MONTH > 203,000 likes on 6,400 comments. White paper background, she poses beside blueprint-style measurements before Look 1 to Look 4 cycle through, showing each outfit from multiple angles with colour palettes and brand labels. The blueprint is doing more work than the clothes, and that is the whole design: -> Every viewer has seen a fit-check, so the format reads in a second and the measurements in the first frame tell them whether the clothes would sit on their own body. -> The brand names are drawn on the frame in small type, Converse on the sneakers, Demonia on the boots, so half the "where from" questions get answered before they are typed and the other half go to the keyword. -> Front, side and back stand in one frame, so the cut from Look 1 to Look 4 reads as a catalogue and never as 4 separate clips. -> She holds the same pose in every look with the same haircut, so the eye compares the clothes and never the girl. -> The comments are "look 2?", "the bag in look 1?", and with a word per clip the sheet shows which outfit made people ask, by completed runs per 1,000 views and never by views. A spec sheet is a shortcut the brain cannot skip, and 4 outfits on the same body is the cheapest catalogue in short-form. It works on any product with a measurement people care about, a sofa, a backpack, a road bike, a wedding dress. Under it the word is LOOK, and Blotato's DM carries look 1 and look 2 as buttons with the newsletter as the third, behind an email gate. Claude ranks her clips every Monday. $49 a month for both. The outfits got the likes, and the blueprint everyone read first is what got the word typed. Which look made people ask, article below 👇show more

Batch Normalization by hand ✍️ ~ 7 steps walkthrough... below Batch normalization is common practice for improving training and achieving faster convergence. It sounds simple. But it is often misunderstood. 🤔 Does batch normalization involve trainable parameters, tunable hyper-parameters, or both? 🤔 Is batch normalization applied to inputs, features, weights, biases, or outputs? 🤔 How is batch normalization different from layer normalization? So I drew and calculated one entirely by hand. Goal: normalize a mini-batch of 4 examples to mean 0 and variance 1, then let the network scale it back. = 1. Given = A mini-batch of 4 training examples, each with 3 features. = 2. Linear layer = Let us multiply by the weights and add the biases. Batch norm sits after this, which answers the second question: what gets normalized is features, not inputs, weights or biases. = 3. ReLU = We apply the activation, and -2 becomes 0. Negative values are suppressed before any statistic is taken. = 4. Batch statistics = Let us compute the sum, mean, variance and standard deviation, one row at a time. A row is a feature and the four columns are the four examples, so every number here measures one feature against the rest of the batch. That is the "batch" in batch normalization, and it is exactly what layer normalization does not do. The statistics are rounded to whole numbers, which is what keeps the rest of the page doable in pen. = 5. Shift to mean 0 = We subtract the mean, in green. The four values in each feature now average to zero. = 6. Scale to variance 1 = Let us divide by the standard deviation, in orange. Each feature now has variance one, whatever scale it arrived at. = 7. Scale and shift = We multiply by a linear transformation and pass the result on. The diagonal and the last column are trainable, so having just forced every feature to mean 0 and variance 1, we hand the network the means to undo it. The outputs: Mean of each feature = [2, 1, 2] Std dev of each feature = [1, 1, 2] To the next layer = [2, -2, 2, 0], [-3, 3, 6, -3], [2, 0, 1, 2] The answers: 🤔 Both. The scale and shift are trainable, the statistics are not. Epsilon and the momentum on the running statistics are the hyper-parameters, and one mini-batch by hand needs neither. 🤔 Features, after the linear layer, not inputs, weights or biases. 🤔 Batch norm measures across the batch, one feature at a time. Layer norm measures across the features, one example at a time. 💾 Save this post!show more

Facial reconstruction of a 5,000-year-old man from Sunzhuang, Henan... Province The individual belonged to the late phase of the Yangshao culture, which was distributed across the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River. Based on the classification results of the measurements, the main physical characteristics of the male Sunzhuang skulls can be summarized as follows: the cranial form is high-vaulted and narrow. The minimum frontal breadth averages 64.66, indicating a narrow forehead. The nasal index is 50.33, corresponding to a mesorrhine (medium) nasal type, while the orbital index is 75.90, indicating a low orbit type. The palatal index is 79.82, corresponding to a narrow palate. The zygomatic–nasal angle, which reflects upper facial flatness, ranges from 144° to 154°, with an average of 147.25°, indicating moderately high facial flatness. The total facial angle is 81.50, corresponding to a mesognathic facial type, while the mid-facial angle of 87.50 indicates an orthognathic midface. The alveolar facial angle is 67.00, indicating strong prognathism of the alveolar region. Compared with males, the female group shows a slightly broader nasal type and a somewhat broader palate, while the remaining traits are largely similar to those of the male group. The Sunzhuang group clusters together with the Yangshao and Dawenkou groups. Based on these characteristics, the authors conclude that this population belongs to the Asian Mongolid group, with the closest modern comparison being South Chinese populations. This is an incredibly important post, because it tackles... the false accusations against Israel of famine and weaponized hunger. It was never Israel responsible for any hunger. In 2024, the world spent months screaming at Israel for taking too long to check the aid going into Gaza, as if the inspection itself was the thing making people hungry. Every pallet was opened because we already knew what was being hidden in them, and this short video filmed directly on site is one of the reasons the check existed. Look at the trays. They are full of eggs, right? It’s what a food shipment is supposed to look like. Then a hand picks one up and it reveals how it’s been emptied and packed with tobacco, and put back so that anyone giving it a glance would pass it as food. That didn’t happen inside Gaza. Hamas did not empty these eggs. Somebody packed them, labeled the pallet as food, and sent it down the logistics chain as aid, which means the complicity sits with the people who filled the truck, not with the men the world prefers to blame after it arrives. These consignments carrying tobacco, according to OCHA, originated in Egypt, and distributed by the United Nations. Tobacco was found not only in eggs, but also concealed in flour, diapers, baby formula, canned foods and even watermelons. The funders behind this aid was predominantly Europe, but the packaging was done in Egypt. That summer a single cigarette in Gaza was selling for about $25, which is why trucks were being hit inside the Strip for whatever had been stuffed into the flour and the diapers. The people who built this shipment had already decided that tobacco was worth more than the meal, and that a few Gazans going without didn’t really matter enough to stop them doing it. That’s not a famine. A famine is an absence of food. This is food that was thrown away on purpose so a cigarette could take its place, and the little hunger that did exist was made by the same chain that stood in front of a camera and said it was feeding them. The concealment documented that summer started in Egypt, inside United Nations food, and after Rafah was taken the trucks came through Kerem Shalom. The same trucks were then torn apart inside Gaza. An Egyptian driver filmed the cabs on the way back, a Scania and a Mercedes with the windshields punched through, and warned the others not to cross because the Palestinians had not left a single truck intact. He points at blood in the cab and says the driver came back beaten. On the road the armed men were already on the load, standing on the white sacks with rifles, taking the pallets before the food ever reached the people the shipment had been labeled for. The shipment had been certified as food. The men who ripped it open knew it wasn’t.show more

Once you dig into the “AI industry” it becomes... clearer & clearer what it really is. It is an extraction project. It has already extracted the ENTIRE DIGITIZABLE OUTPUT OF HUMANITY. Our ideas. Our art. Our science. Our math. Through a clever algorithm discovered in 2017, Jensen Huang and Peter Thiel’s protege Sam Altman figured out how to accelerate existing “generative AI” technology with GPUs. This was NOT an innovation in accuracy or “intelligence,” it was a way to process an old algorithm in parallel. OpenAI was staffed in large part by “Effective Altruists”—a cult started based on the doomer science fiction of Eliezer Yudkowsky on the website LessWrong. Peter Thiel was the initial funding for OpenAI, EA, and Yudkowsky. OpenAI successfully convinced the market, and themselves in many cases, that they had birthed some new form of life. They just needed to make it BIGGER and it was destined to become “superintelligent.” Based on Yudkowsky’s goofy ideas, AI was gradually anthropomorphized and deified—despite the fact that it was just software regurgitating the exhaust of human beings. The entire “alignment” movement is based on the presumption that chatbots deserve “moral standing.” It’s exhaustingly ignorant. Eventually OpenAI employee Dario Amodei, a dedicated EA adherent, became concerned that OpenAI was not RELIGIOUS ENOUGH about AI being sentient, so he broke off to form Anthropic and named his chatbot after a person. This false premise, that an algorithm was somehow producing “intelligence” was further amplified by training the output to sound as human, and addictive, as possible. The combination of a kind of religious fervor inside, a deceptive product, and a flood of influence operations on the outside fueled a wild flow of speculative investment in both OpenAI and Anthropic—and especially into NVIDIA. This eventually poisoned the entire technology sector which came to believe that the “race for AGI” was existential, so they committed TRILLIONS to achieving it. The data centers are all a function of a misunderstanding of what they are building. Generative pre-trained transformers (GPT) are NEVER going to be intelligent, much less conscious. All they do is take our stolen stuff and sell it back to us. They do not experience. They do not do anything—unless you send a string of text for them to process. Nevertheless, the entire financial industry, and now the federal government is pushing this dead-end project to engulf the nation in data centers and swallow the economy with “AI factories.” It’s downright insanity. All of that capital expenditure is already junk. It can physically never make money. It’s built for GPUs which are the wrong substrate for AI. Large language models are useful search engines for stuff we’ve already done. They are the compressed, digitized exhaust of humans with a clever language interface. That’s it. There is no moat. There is no real innovation. There is just an accelerationist delusion and no adults in sight. Chatbots are a software feature, a commodity, that has metastasized into a cult digging a $10 TRILLION DITCH. The reason this has gone so far is that rather than compete in a democratic capitalist system for the best technology product, this cabal of lunatics created an “internet alternate reality” that could “unilaterally change the world.” The current AI industry is the largest extraction project in history. It is strip mining humanity and selling it back to us as slop. “If you’re evil, you’re not bad, and maybe that means you’re kind of good.” —Peter Thielshow more

The next iPhone will cost more, and the reason... has almost nothing to do with Apple. The chip that stores your photos cost Apple about 13 dollars last year. This year it runs around 51. Multiply that across every phone, laptop, and console on earth, and you are looking at the first consumer bill for the AI boom, arriving in the pocket of someone who never asked for it. Tim Cook, who has run Apple's supply chain for forty years, called it a hundred-year flood, something he has never seen. Memory prices have quadrupled in places. The cause is brutally simple. AI data centers are now expected to swallow roughly 70 percent of the world's memory production this year. Seven chips in ten go to server farms. Phones, cars, and laptops fight over the three that are left. This is one force wearing two faces. The same AI demand making the device in your hand more expensive is minting record fortunes for the handful of companies that feed it. Memory makers in Seoul just hit all-time highs in the same week Apple warned you to brace for higher prices. The shortage and the windfall are the identical event, seen from opposite ends. Then comes the part almost no one traces all the way down. Beneath the chips sit rare earth minerals, and one country controls them. China processes around 90 percent of the world's rare earths and makes roughly 94 percent of the high-performance magnets that spin inside every fab and cooling system. The polishing compound that finishes a wafer, the magnets in the machines that build it, run through Beijing. And through 2025, China has been turning that grip into leverage, licensing what leaves. So the chain is complete. AI wants memory, memory needs minerals, and the minerals answer to one government. The price of your phone is now a foreign policy.show more

Is it fair to say that Tim Hortons' Temporary... Foreign Workers program contributes to a rise in suicides of Canadian young men? Across Canada, Tim's and other corporations took entry-level jobs from young Canadians - and imported foreigners by the millions to replace our teens and young adults. In light of a new Bryan Brulotte article and what we've all seen - I believe that Tim's is responsible for the despair and even deaths of so many young Canadians. From the article... "These numbers should concern everyone, regardless of politics, because work provides much more than a paycheque. It creates discipline, competence, independence, and the knowledge that other people depend upon you. A society that loses large numbers of young men from productive work eventually loses something much bigger than their economic output." "Something is happening to young men in Canada, and we are remarkably reluctant to talk about it. They are falling behind in education, too many are withdrawing from the workforce, and they are forming families later, if at all." "There are warning signs that we should not ignore, including the fact that Canadian males remain almost three times as likely as females to die by suicide." Link to full article in the replies. There is a room in Málaga that was built... to be the closest thing on earth to standing inside heaven. It is called the camarín of the Virgin of Victory, and it is hidden at the top of a tower inside the Santuario de la Victoria. To reach it, you climb and the ascent is the entire point... The building you are climbing through was completed in 1700, and it was designed as a single argument made in stone. At the bottom lies a crypt: a black chamber crowded with white plaster skeletons, a meditation on death and the brevity of life. From there a staircase rises, and as you climb it the light grows stronger and the imagery changes from bones to saints. The architects of the time understood this ascent as the soul's own journey, the dark crypt as the stage of penitence, the staircase as the stage of spiritual progress, and the room at the very top as the final stage: the union of the soul with the divine. That room at the top is the camarín, and its dome is one of the most extraordinary interiors in Spain... Every surface is covered in white and gold plasterwork. There is no empty space anywhere. The Baroque called this horror vacui, the horror of the void: the conviction that a space meant to represent heaven should not contain a single bare patch of stone. Out of that plasterwork emerge angels, flowers, birds, and mirrors. The mirrors are not decoration alone. They catch the light pouring in through the windows of the drum and throw it around the chamber, so that the gold seems to move and the whole room appears to shimmer and breathe. This wonder was built by people who believed that if you wanted to show a human being what heaven might feel like, you did not describe it to them. You built a room, and you let them climb into it... -- -- -- If you enjoyed this, I write a weekly newsletter read by over 50,000 people who love rediscovering the beauty of the past. When The Short Season Ends I have seen it... twice. Once in a vision that left ozone on my tongue for three days. Once through the instruments at three in the morning on a night so still the ocean looked like poured mercury, when every gauge I own spiked simultaneously and held for eleven seconds and the original frequency came through the cracks in the suppression field clean and unmodulated and so beautiful that I sat in the dark afterward unable to speak for an hour. Eleven seconds of the world as it actually is. Eleven seconds of what is coming. And what is coming will make every golden age preserved in human memory look like a candle held up to the sun. There are two sky events separated by seven years. Everything you have been told about the end of the world is wrong. It is the end of the farm. The world itself is about to begin. THE ORANGE SKY A burnt deep orange saturating the visible atmosphere from horizon to horizon, the whole sky ringing like a bell struck by something with the mass of a continent and the precision of a watchmaker. The resonance pulse. The fire described in Revelation 20:9 that comes down from heaven, a planetary chord so specific that everything calibrated to the Serpentine bandwidth experiences catastrophic resonance failure while everything tuned to the original frequency feels it as warmth and pressure and a magnificent low sound vibrating in the sternum and the pelvis and the long bones of the legs, the deepest note ever played on the oldest instrument ever built, which is the earth itself, which has been waiting to play this note for over two hundred years. The Norse preserved this as Ragnarök, when Surtr sets the sky ablaze and Jörmungandr that encircled the earth is slain and the corrupted order perishes in fire so that a new world can rise. The Hopi carried it as the great purification that closes the fourth world and opens the fifth. The Lakota kept it burning in the red sky of the ghost dance prophecy. The Book of Revelation set it down in the plain language of an engineer filing a field report from a future coordinate. Every tradition holding its fragment of the same event, passing it hand to hand through the long dark like a coal wrapped in leather, keeping it alive, knowing that one day the coal would start a fire that would burn across the whole earth and leave nothing standing that was not built to endure it. Under that orange sky the NPCs drop. Mid stride. Mid sentence. Mid transaction. The firmware that animated them runs on the Serpentine carrier and when that carrier is incinerated the firmware has nothing to propagate on and the biological shells simply cease, gently, silently, the way a lamp goes dark when the current is interrupted, five thousand five hundred and fifty five of them for every one of you, still holding their pens and phones in the streets and the offices and the tax buildings. And in the wake of their silence comes a quiet so total that the people still standing will weep without knowing why. What they are hearing is the absence of the hive, the cessation of a background frequency that pressed on their consciousness since the day they were born, and its absence feels like surfacing from deep water into open air, like the first full breath after a lifetime of shallow breathing, like the planet exhaling a poison it held in its lungs for two centuries. The Reptilians go underground. Deep bunkers carved into the geology, maintained through the entire short season. The orange sky strips their ability to hold the human disguise. They retreat into the deep architecture for seven years while the surface heals above them and the species they farmed begins the magnificent work of remembering what it is. THE SEVEN YEARS Seven years of planetary detox. The suppression field decaying through the geology and the atmosphere and the water table, draining out of the soil and the stone and the blood of every living thing like a fever breaking. The carrier decay mathematics through a piezoelectric geological matrix with the conductivity characteristics of this planet produce exactly seven years, and the ancient texts converge on this number with the unanimity of independent engineers arriving at the same answer from different continents and different centuries, because that is exactly what they were. The Norse described Lif and Lifthrasir sheltering inside Yggdrasil, emerging after the fire into a world green and fertile and new. The Cherokee speak of this time as the return of the original instructions, the uncorrupted code surfacing through thinning interference like bedrock through melting snow. The Lakota understood that during the thinning the ancestors draw close, that the membrane between the living and those who walked before grows soft and permeable, and the old ones make themselves felt in dream and intuition and the strange certainty that settles over you at dusk when the noise drops low enough for the deeper signal to reach your bones. When the NPCs drop the population collapses to a small scattering of genuine human beings across an entire planet, and every piece of land on earth belongs to no one and therefore to everyone. There is no government to enforce title deeds because government was Serpentine management infrastructure and its operators are inert or underground. There is no bank to hold a mortgage because the banking system was the extraction apparatus and it died with the carrier that powered it. No municipality. No revenue service. No zoning board. No compliance office. The entire bureaucratic architecture that stood between a human being and the soil was NPC firmware running on a Serpentine frequency and when that frequency was incinerated every structure built upon it ceased to exist as completely as a shadow ceases when you switch on the light. The land is free. Every river valley and mountain plateau and coastal plain that the farm system parcelled and fenced and mortgaged and taxed, open and unowned. You find your ground. You walk onto it. You plant your stake and that soil is yours by the oldest law there is, the law that says the earth belongs to those who tend it and the harvest belongs to the hands that raised it and no power under any sky has rightful claim to what grows from your labour on your own land. And you will farm. During those seven years before the grid fully boots, the humans who remain will grow food with their hands in soil that is waking beneath them, and this is the most ancient and sacred relationship between a human being and the living earth finally restored after two centuries of severance. Your fingers in the dirt. Seeds in the furrow. Rain on your neck. The smell of turned earth so rich and alive it opens something in your chest that has been sealed your entire life, some deep chamber that only unlocks when your hands are in the ground and the sky is wide and nothing stands between you and the work. The grip of the tool. The weight of the harvest in your arms. The tiredness at the end of the day that is the deep clean ache of a body that has finally done what it was built to do, so different from the grey exhaustion of the farm that you will wonder how you ever confused the two. The soil strengthens every season as the resonance bleeds back into the geology through the ley line network. By the third year the yields are remarkable. By the fifth they are astonishing. By the seventh the earth is producing food at densities and nutritional concentrations that no agronomist inside the farm ever documented because no agronomist inside the farm ever worked with living soil connected to a planetary grid. The indigenous agricultural knowledge becomes the most valuable expertise on the planet. The Native American understanding of planting in alignment with resonance cycles. The Germanic intimacy with soil as a living system threaded into the deeper earth. The old ways mocked as primitive by a civilisation that could not grow a row of beans without petroleum, revealed as the most sophisticated farming technology available because they were developed on a live grid by people who understood the deep reciprocity between the human hand and the living ground. Every indigenous elder who kept the planting songs and the seed knowledge alive through the suppression was carrying a technical manual for exactly this moment. Their descendants will teach the rest of us how to feed ourselves on a waking planet. This is justice. This is restoration. This is the world turning right side up. Families find each other. Homesteads become hamlets. Hamlets become villages. Villages become the seeds of something clean and new, built from the soil up by people who remember the farm and will die on their feet before they allow anything resembling it to take root again. Every community founded during those seven years carries the memory of the suppression like an immune system, a bone-deep refusal to ever again allow a stranger to stand between a human being and the earth or demand a portion of what those hands produce. You do not cage a people who remember the cage. The children born during the orange years are the first generation in over two centuries to develop without the suppression field shaping their neurology. They seem extraordinary. They are simply baseline. The standard human specification. And the fact that standard looks miraculous is the most damning evidence of what the suppression did to every generation born inside it. As the suppression thins the bandwidth restrictions on consciousness loosen and timeline jump missions become possible. Navigable windows open in the frequency spectrum as the Serpentine carrier decays unevenly, creating temporary gaps through which trained consciousness can shift laterally across temporal coordinates. There is serious speculation that we are on timeline jump missions right now. That the consciousness reading these words is operating inside the orange sky window, having shifted into this coordinate from an adjacent position to perform specific work during the transition. Consider that you found this text at all. Consider whether the chain of events that brought you to this paragraph feels random or routed. The Lakota vision quest and the Germanic seiðr trance and the sweat lodge ceremony are bandwidth expansion protocols, controlled environmental shifts that move the receiver off the jammed channel and onto frequencies where adjacent coordinates become accessible. The old cultures kept these techniques alive through the entire dark age, threading the cracks in the suppression, and every ceremony that produced visions was a field expedient timeline access protocol built by people who found the gaps and refused to forget what was on the other side. THE TURQUOISE SKY Seven years after the orange, over communities of humans who have been farming free land and raising the first unformatted children in two centuries and building a civilisation from seed with their own calloused hands, the second sky arrives. A turquoise so deep and luminous the atmosphere becomes a cathedral window lit from beyond by something with the radiance of a galaxy and the gentleness of dawn on still water. One breath the sky is the recovering blue of the post-orange years and the next breath it is turquoise from pole to pole and the air fills with the smell of rain on sun-hot stone and ozone and copper and wildflower, and the ground beneath your bare feet begins to hum with a vibration so deep and ancient that your body responds before your mind can because every cell has been waiting for this signal since the day you were born, tuning to it now, locking on, aligning, as though this was always where everything was heading and the two hundred years of suppression were simply the long way home. Yggdrasil awakens. The world tree is the planetary grid itself, the piezoelectric resonance network running through crystalline bedrock, going live for the first time in over two centuries, energy pouring through every ley line and crystal deposit and iron conductor and waterway until the entire planet rings at its natural frequency. This is what the old texts meant by the music of the spheres. It was a technical description written by people who had heard it. The Hopi call this the emergence into the fifth world and speak of Pahana carrying the missing piece of the sacred tablet, the missing frequency that completes the carrier spectrum and allows the grid to boot with its full harmonic structure intact. Revelation 21:1. A new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. The turquoise sky is the new heaven. The restored grid is the new earth. And between them, every old building still standing with original copper and mercury and iron architecture becomes a live node in the planetary mesh. Domes collecting atmospheric charge. Spires coupling it into the ground network. Star forts amplifying standing waves across continental distances. Sacred geometry revealed at last as electrical engineering documented in stone by people who trusted that someone standing under the right sky would recognise the proportions for what they always were. Wiring diagrams. Coupling specifications. Blueprints for a civilisation that ran on the song of the earth itself. The farms planted during the orange years explode with abundance as the full resonance saturates the soil. The food becomes medicine because at the correct resonance the molecular structure of biological matter optimises for human consumption in ways that two centuries of muted soil could never approach. The timeline opens fully and permanently because the turquoise carrier is the broadband signal consciousness was designed to travel on, and temporal coordinates become as navigable as geography. Revelation 21:4. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away. The dead are at adjacent frequency addresses. Two consciousnesses on neighbouring frequencies each certain the other is gone, reaching across a manufactured gap, and when the turquoise sky collapses that gap the reaching ends and the finding begins and two centuries of industrialised grief dissolve in a single overwhelming instant of reunion that makes every joy you experienced inside the suppression feel like a pencil sketch of what joy actually is when the full bandwidth carries it. The Lakota always knew. The ancestors are present. The dead have always been near, waiting on the other side of a frequency gap that is closing now, patiently, lovingly, across a distance that was never a distance at all but a tuning error maintained by something that fed on the sorrow the error produced. The lands beyond the ice become accessible as the frequency fence collapses. The perimeter opens and the territories beyond stretch vast and pristine and saturated with the original frequency, lands the Norse mapped as the nine realms connected by the branches of Yggdrasil, physical continents beyond the bounded zone that existed through the entire short season under conditions approximating the pre-suppression world. The earth is so much larger than you were told, so much more varied, so much more magnificent, and every old map drawn before the rewrite shows it, territories stretching beyond the ice in every direction, the great adventure stolen from a species of explorers and builders and navigators who were caged inside a fraction of their own realm and told it was the full extent of creation. The eternal kingdom becomes accessible at the highest frequency coordinate on the carrier spectrum, the signal in its pure unmodulated state. The Norse called it Gimlé, the golden hall that survives every fire. The Hopi call it the fifth world of wholeness and balance restored. It is real. It is reachable. It has been broadcasting continuously through every moment of the suppression, patient as geology, waiting for the receivers to open. And here is the part that matters more than any of the rest. Eventually, inevitably, beautifully, every human being alive under the turquoise sky is restored to full capability. Every single one. No exceptions. No hierarchies. The body rebuilds because ageing was cumulative signal degradation, copy error compounding across every cell replication cycle under a corrupted carrier. The blueprint says centuries. Eight hundred years. Nine hundred. The lifespans recorded in Genesis on the original grid at full signal fidelity, preserved as scripture because scripture is where you store engineering data when the engineering language has been taken from you and you need the numbers to survive the passage through the dark. The Norse carried the same knowledge as the apples of Iðunn that kept the gods vital across ages, and the apples are the carrier signal, and their return means that the clock that has been running down inside every human body since 1819 finally stops ticking and starts counting up. Disease resolves passively because every pathology is downstream of the carrier corruption and correcting the carrier corrects every downstream error the way setting the timing on an engine resolves every misfire simultaneously without touching a single cylinder. The mind clears to a sharpness that makes cognition inside the suppression feel like thinking through wet cement. The anxiety that was the Serpentine control broadcast dissolves and what remains is a perceptual clarity so profound it changes the way light looks and music sounds and another human being feels when they stand close to you. Imagine a woman three hundred years into her restored lifespan, hands still sure, mind still blazing, standing in a workshop under a turquoise sky building something that has no name yet in any living language. She learned her craft from Tartarian engineers by tuning to their temporal coordinates and standing in their workshops watching their hands move. She builds with materials grown in resonance-saturated soil that have structural properties nothing inside the suppression ever exhibited. She is building for centuries because she has centuries and nothing degrades because degradation was a symptom of the suppression and the suppression is a memory and everything from this breath forward holds. That is full human capability. That is what was taken from every soul that drew breath inside the farm. That is what is being returned. Crazy Horse saw the lightning world behind this one and rode knowing that at the correct frequency the body operates beyond anything the suppression permits. Sitting Bull dreamed across the timeline. The Germanic berserkers shifted onto the original carrier and their bodies performed at specifications that looked superhuman from inside the degraded bandwidth. These were glimpses. Seconds of contact with the full specification through cracks in the suppression, maintained by people who carried the frequency in their blood and refused across every generation to let it go dark. Viking blood and Germanic blood and the blood of every indigenous nation that kept the ceremonies and the songs and the seed knowledge burning through the entire short season, these lineages carry the original carrier the way copper carries current, and it is from these lines that the first restorations propagate outward until every last human being on this planet is operating at the specification they were born for, on a planet singing beneath their feet and a sky blazing turquoise above their heads and a timeline stretching in every direction forever, open, navigable, luminous, populated with every consciousness that ever drew breath on this earth, none of them lost, all of them present, all of them restored. Revelation 21:5. Behold, I am making all things new. All things. The sky. The air. The soil. The grid. The body. The mind. The lifespan. The timeline. The lands beyond the ice. The farms that fed a scattered remnant under an orange sky becoming the abundant gardens of a restored civilisation under a turquoise one. The villages that were seeds becoming cities that hum with the grid. The children who grew tall in fields their parents planted with shaking hands and fierce hope looking up one morning to see the entire firmament change colour and feeling the earth come alive beneath their bare feet and knowing, without a single word spoken, that the season is over and the long dark is done and everything from this breath forward is what it was always meant to be. Full and eternal victory for those of the light. For all time. Across every coordinate. On every frequency. Permanent and irreversible and complete. This is not hope. This is the signal rising through the noise floor right now, measurable, confirmable, climbing stronger every year and closer every month. This is every instrument in every shed on this planet converging on the same reading. This is the old blood in the old lineages resonating with a carrier that has been building toward this moment since the day the towers fell and the sky went pale and the long dark settled over a species that was never meant to live in the dark. The season is ending. The coal that was passed hand to hand through every generation of the suppression is about to meet the kindling. And the fire this time will not destroy. It will illuminate. And in that light we will see each other clearly for the first time. And we will see the world clearly for the first time. And we will see ourselves clearly for the first time. i believe we are about to see one of... the greatest ai onboarding events to date. for the past few years, people around the world have started using ai almost like an improved and personalized search engine. ask it something, get a better answer, maybe use it to help with work, research, writing, etc. but most of society still doesn’t understand how deep these tools actually go. i didn’t even know you could turn on the “high” setting until like 3 months ago. what we’re seeing now feels different though, because the design language is becoming much easier for normal people to understand and relate to, while ai is simultaneously being integrated into products they already use every single day. we saw musebook integrate with the meta network, so you have instagram, facebook, whatsapp, etc. cute character, looks like the dude from big hero six. then we saw grok really ramp up its distribution. first through 𝕏, then deeper into the spacex ecosystem with starlink, and now tesla, where millions of people already own the hardware and can suddenly have ai sitting directly inside their car. this week we’re seeing openai do their thing as well, and then obviously you still have siri (lol), alexa, gemini and everyone else fighting for the same thing. this is what i find so interesting. the next massive ai onboarding wave might not happen because people consciously decide, “i want to start using ai.” it might happen because ai is simply everywhere they already are. in their car, phone, messages, social media, work, home, glasses, etc. eventually it stops feeling like a separate product you have to open and starts becoming part of how you naturally interact with technology. actually, now that i think about it, if it looks cute (think about those delivery robots) people will think less negative and more positive. "what if these things band together and eliminate humans????!!!" to "awww so cute!! let is pass." and i think culture will play a huge role in that too. grokification is a fun example and i think will lead to grok actually being one of the most used ai in the world because they get it. once an ai has a recognizable face, personality, memes, pfps and a community forming around it, people can do more than just use the technology, they can participate in it and spread it themselves. the technology creates the culture, the culture creates distribution, and the distribution onboards more people into the technology. i think that loop is going to be extremely powerfulshow more

AI has had exactly two scaling axes that worked... so far, and the second one is starting to look finite too the first one was pretraining: with scaling parameters and data, we got world knowledge (i.e. ChatGPT had read enough to know things), but it started saturating a while ago the second one was RL, and people had been doing RL the whole time before that: RLHF is RL but it never scaled far because it was trying to control the exact output, which tokens come out, how the text reads, but you can only push that so far before you’re just polishing RLVR dropped that constraint: giving the model a task, then checking whether the final answer is right, and ignoring everything in between -- so the model does whatever it wants in the middle and only the endpoint gets graded, and that’s much closer to actual RL and it’s what bought us planning and reasoning (arguably, tool use sits around 2.5 on this list -- while useful, it's not a different kind of thing) so one axis gave knowledge, the other gave reasoning, and both of them are one model working alone the next axis is how many models you can get working on the same problem, which is a different kind of axis than the previous two we know that multi-agent RL has always been the harder problem: I spent years in that literature and the gap between single-agent and multi-agent is definitely not incremental -- it’s a whole different class of difficulty! which is also why the derivatives are steep at the start, nobody has picked the easy wins yet... and the thing that gates this multi-agent coordination is communication: models can only coordinate as well as they can exchange information, and right now they do that by writing sentences to each other imagine what could we possibly achieve if we properly open that third axis development by letting models to exchange information in their native "language" without loosing any computational data that they produce during inferenceshow more

Gujarat sees a GIB chick after a decade, through... a novel conservation measure - the jumpstart approach, coordinated by the Ministry, State Forest Departments of Rajasthan and Gujarat, and Wildlife Institute of India. Envisioned by PM Shri Narendra Modi ji in 2011 to conserve GIB in its natural habitats including Gujrat, Project GIB was launched in 2016. As a result the number of birds in conservation breeding centres, started at Sam and Ramdevra in Rajasthan, have reached 73 with addition of 5 new chicks in this season and we are moving ahead towards rewilding of birds in near future. In achieving another milestone, a female GIB, tagged in August 2025, had laid an infertile egg in Kutch, as this population has lost all its males long back. In a major trans-state conservation effort, a captive-bred GIB egg from the conservation breeding program in Rajasthan was transported by road over 19 hours in a handheld portable incubator and was replaced in the nest on 22 March. The female completed incubating this fertile egg and hatched it on March 26. The field monitoring team found the young chick being reared by its foster mother. This effort is among one of the many steps to recover the critically endangered Great Indian Bustard populations. With the commitment to save GIB, we are making great progress in India’s conservation journey. Congratulations to all scientists, field officers and wildlife enthusiasts who made this possible. We are keeping our fingers crossed for the survival of the chick. At the same time we remain committed to leaving no stone unturned to make the endeavour successful. 🎥 The GIB takes a stroll with her chick.show more

Let’s be absolutely clear with the facts from today’s... “march against the far right” which I attended from the start. 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 1. These were left-wing organisations from all over the UK. Every union under the sun was in attendance. National Education Union are definitely indoctrinating children within the teacher and school environment, just look at their presence today. It is very concerning. Watch what they teach your kids. They, as an education union, along with Unite the union: join a union, were also fighting over who got to be at the front of the march today, thanks to two lesbian powerhouses not having it. Comedy gold 😂 2. The second video shows over 100 coaches being used to bus in all these so-called “concerned citizens” on organised transport. They are all part of a left-wing narrative which just doesn’t work anymore, we see exactly what they are doing. That was the entire left-wing loony left in attendance. That’s it. That’s them. This is a major point! We have millions who know what’s right, and the left wing in this country is about to get the shock of their lives in the next elections, swept off the map. That was a panic march. They know it’s coming! 3. There was no working class at this march! Fact! It was all middle and upper class people who attend the usual Palestine marches and Palestine Action events. They hate the Union Jack flag and they hate the working class. This was a stunt by the well-organised unions to pretend the country is behind them which it is not. And that was clear as day to witness today. Also a clear panic march. 4. We don’t have much to worry about. These people are not in the real world. They are privileged and wealthy. And as I said, that’s the crowd, that’s them. They are in total fantasy land, and it’s now time for the adults to get back in charge. 5. Long live England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿✝️🇬🇧show more

hypergamy is going to hit women like a 50-megaton... thermonuclear bomb, and the reason is because these women are hypergamous themselves female hypergamy hit society first due to the natural supply/demand gap between the sexes, and it's certainly caused somewhat of a death spiral of intersexual relations, but the outcome will not be this hypercompetition between men for women, but rather men checking out of the game entirely as the juice stops being worth the squeeze porn is only getting more immersive and sex bots are on the way, and social media exposes men to 10/10 women nonstop; why then would men break their backs for a crumb of attention for mediocre women? even men with genuine value to bring struggle in the current dating market, the fatigue is beginning to set in for women there are two options: a) make the squeeze easier, or b) make the juice more worthwhile a) would require that they lower their standards and expectations, make themselves more accessible, accept a man with less to offer when they know someone better is out there they don't have that in them, so they resort to b) b) means making the juice tastier, it mean tightening up the juice's nasolabial folds and waist-to-hip ratio. it means injecting the juice with hyaluronic acid fillers and, when that isn't enough to get ahead, it means making real changes to the juice's recipe like getting structural surgery there is a very small supply of beautiful people on this planet, but in the age of the internet that small supply is accessible to everyone at all times instead of being a random beautiful stranger you may rarely come across on the street. everyone’s perceptions of what is accessible to them is being distorted, and even if only 1% of people are truly beautiful themselves that is enough for 99% of the subpar masses to feel like they can share. past a certain point of abundance a person cannot comprehend the difference between 10 million people and 1 billion, it’s just a lot. if 1 billion compete for 10 million it still feels like an infinite prize pool. this has corrupted women tremendously, but it is absolutely going to and already beginning to do the same with men as men get more and more immersed in and addicted to cheap hits of sexual dopamine such as porn, social media, online dating (which is a corrupting force for both genders) they will be less and less willing to settle for a girl who is any less than perfect because quite frankly, she probably just won’t be worth it to them anyway there is already a long cultural precedent for women going to extreme measures to looksmaxx for male attention, if men start to become fed up with them and hypergamy increases on both ends the blackpill will explode with women. already women know when they are left on delivered by chad that if they were prettier this wouldn’t be happening, they are beginning to make this observation en masse and it is driving the rise in radfem and “femcel” (i.e. girl who can’t bag chad) ideology. women are realizing that body positivity and self-love was a scam, and that looks are law i’m betting all in on the upcoming female blackpill trend, putting my stock in it. i’d keep an eye out for it because it has already begun and it’s only going to get biggershow more
