Take a 102-year-old man from his home in Canada and you risk never seeing him alive again. That’s the MAID reality families fear. Ontario Provincial Police show up in Tillsonburg with a court order. Son: “Not opening the door. Break it if you have a warrant. It’s under appeal.” The father is clear: he’ll die where he chooses. He sounds clear and rational to me. The dispute? Sister wants the farm. Father wants to stay. She alleges dementia, son says he is clear and rational. Police are caught in the middle. But enforcing a Thursday night order on Good Friday with no time for legal response is dirty pool. In the end the officers leave because they are not going to kick down the door and the son knows it. The son also says he doesn't trust the police or the courts. These days, I don't blame him at all.

Most Canadians have no idea what the Islamic call to prayer actually says. The media give Canadians a gentle one-line summary and stop there. They do not broadcast the full words. The full text is harder to wave away. Many hear it as a claim of dominion over the ground it covers. The media translate it as "Allah is great." That is wrong. The word is akbar, the comparative. It means greater, as in greater than all else. "Great" hides what the word actually claims. The 'call to prayer' is an aggressive public religious proclamation declaring that Allah is greater, that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is Allah’s messenger. When amplified over a city, it asserts Islamic theology into shared civic space. One direction. On a schedule. Heard as a claim of dominion over the ground it covers. Dominion. Canadians used to call this country The Dominion of Canada. Canadians should not be bullied into pretending that this is just a harmless cultural chime like a church bell. Canadians have every right to object to the precedent in Regina, Saskatchewan. Amplified Muslim religious proclamations should not be allowed in Canada. We have seen what became of the United Kingdom, and its own government is now investigating the Muslim rape gangs and the cover-up. Islamic scriptures, tradition and classical law contain commands to fight and subjugate unbelievers, and to kill apostates. They permit the enslavement of non-Muslim captives and their use as sexual property. These have never been formally repealed. They remain the position of all four Sunni schools, and they are still issued as religious rulings today. The troubling point is not that every Muslim acts on these texts. Plainly they do not. The troubling point is that the texts remain unrepealed, taught as authoritative, and still acted upon by those who choose to. Regina is 'the camel's nose under the tent.' A man said to be Peel Regional Police Sergeant Harinder SOHI is visible in videos and photographs of the Sunday November 3, 2024 attack at Brampton Hindu Sabha Temple. (Attached) Purported Peel Police Sergeant smiles and moves his lips as the protest leader yells "Who's the terrorist?" and the crowd yells, "Indian Government". The anonymous source, X account Bellator, posted a photo and video purported to be Sgt. SOHI holding a Khalistan Flag and protesting outside of Brampton Hindu Sabha Temple on Sunday, November 3, 2024. The post also notified numerous people on X including yours truly. Many news media reports indicate that the Khalistan protesters trespassed into the temple lands and also physically attacked and assaulted Hindu worshippers. As of Monday, November 4, 2024 a few minutes after midnight, Peel Regional Police Communications informed this reporter that the protest is still ongoing at the temple. I've asked to speak with the Duty Inspector - the senior officer in charge of everything in the middle of the night. Peel Police Communications took my number and told me that the D.I. is at the protest and that they will relay my message to the D.I. immediately. I told the Communications operator that I will send the videos and photo of purported Sgt. SOHI for examination. I informed that I have an urgent deadline. As of 1:15am I have not heard back from the Peel Regional Police so I am publishing this post. What say all? Is this Sgt. Sohi or not?

🚨BREAKING: Ottawa Police command officers pushing new internal charges against Detective Helen Grus over documentary appearance. Two highly placed sources, neither of them Detective Grus nor anyone on her legal team, advise this reporter that Ottawa Police command has held two meetings in April concerning Grus’s appearance in the coming major documentary Silencing Detective Grus, as well as other online shows and news media. I am satisfied the information is credible. One of these same sources told me in September 2022 that Grus would soon be unsuspended and ordered back to work at the Robbery Squad. That was two weeks before Grus or her lawyer were informed. The source was correct. Now I am told Ottawa Police command officers are divided. Some are pushing new internal disciplinary charges against Detective Grus. Others are advising OPS to leave the situation alone. More to come.

Now that the tribunal's ruling is in, Detective Helen Grus and her counsel Bath-Sheba van den Berg are free to speak. Ottawa had two or three sudden infant deaths in a typical year. In early 2022 Grus counted six. A seventh came that same week. She took the numbers to the Chief of Police the same day. That is the job. 🚨BREAKING🚨 Alford vs. Canada has just been granted leave for appeal at the Supreme Court of Canada. Why is this case important to ALL Canadians? There are individuals currently in Parliament who have committed treason yet their identities remain hidden under the pretext of national security. And if any Member of Parliament dares to speak out, they could face up to 14 years in prison – even if the matter is undeniably in the public interest. A victory in Alford v Canada would affirm that no member of parliament is above the law for actions that threaten our democratic institutions. So, how did we end up here? Well, it all started in 2017 with the creation of the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians Act (NSICOP). Section 12 of the act in particular, has been instrumental in silencing voices and shutting down open discussion - all under the guise of confidentiality. In Alford v. In my 15 years on the Toronto Police, I never once asked for permission to investigate anything. I would ask for assistance. I would ask for resources, maybe some advice. I’d even go to the Crown. But I never asked permission because law enforcement officers, sworn officers, don’t have to ask permission. We have set this system up so that officers have independence—autonomy to act as they see fit under the law and their oath of office. And we do that to prevent outside interests from interfering with police officers, individual police officers, and organizations." "200 years of Western law and tradition — which ensured the independence and autonomy of individual police officers — thrown out the window by a corrupt, politically controlled policing organization." My address to supporters of Ottawa Police Detective Helen Grus last night. Never have I seen citizens unite to publicly honour a serving police officer in this way. Helen’s integrity, courage, and devotion to her sworn duty have inspired so many Canadians – but these same qualities caused a corrupt core of public officials and Ottawa Police command to target her in 2022. Their goal was to stop Detective Grus and deter other officers from investigating or even asking questions – about a possible connection between Covid-era vaccines and a cluster of unexplained infant deaths in Ottawa. Deaths that were almost triple the usual rate, according to sworn tribunal testimony. And so it was that the Ottawa Police – under the documented and well-proven influence of Public Health Agency of Canada personnel – suspended, investigated, charged, and convicted Detective Helen Grus of ‘Discreditable Conduct’ over an ‘unauthorized investigation’. The Tribunal officer’s written decision convicting Helen Grus amounts to a public admission that political corruption has infected both the Ottawa Police and the Tribunal. That decision claims Detective Grus should have asked for permission to investigate “due to the political and societal ramifications” of her inquiries. But the independence and autonomy of police officers has been the cornerstone of British and Canadian policing since 1829. For nearly 200 years, no officer ever needed permission to investigate a possible crime. Until now. In just five years, politicians have imposed new laws, policies, and practices designed to place operational policing directly under political control — weaponizing law enforcement to advance government agendas and punish dissent. Betraying their oath, compromised police leaders have allowed and even embraced the political hijacking of our police forces. Today, more and more Canadians see even local police officers not as defenders of justice and the Rule of Law, but as government enforcers. Don’t know about the Helen Grus case? That’s because the legacy media – kept alive by over $8 billion in federal handouts since 2018 - refuse to cover it. The autonomy and independence of police officers is foundational to a free society. That’s why politicians and despots throughout history have always tried to control law enforcement operations. Now, with politicized policing and a growing web of laws designed to silence opposition and criminalize dissent, Canadians are running out of time to stop this descent into authoritarianism. Contact your local police board or municipal leaders. Demand politics stay out of investigations and that officers remain independent. 4. Refuse to fund censorship. The agency's latest report, quietly released after months of pressure from independent researchers and parliamentary inquiries, reveals that boosted individuals experienced mortality rates markedly higher than their unvaccinated peers. According to data obtained last fall through a Freedom of Information request, this trend became evident as early as late 2021 - so Statistics Canada, updates on vaccine related deaths mysteriously ceased by mid 2022. Independent media outlets like slay news and well us, have long tracked whistleblower claims now validated that the boosters heavily promoted by Trudeau Government carried severe risks. The third and fourth boosters pushed in 2023 targeted the elderly and immunocompromised. Yet the report shows deaths spiked across all age groups as people - either coerced or fooled by the safe and effective government propaganda - continued to line up for yet more shots of a vaccine our government had already confessed did not prevent transmission or infection. Posts on social media since the announcement erupted with outrage pointing to censored doctors like Byram Bridle and many others who warned of mRNA side effects years ago. The agency offers no explanation for the delay in acknowledging these findings, nor does it address the fate of officials who dismissed early concerns as misinformation. This revelation lands as Health Canada grapples with ongoing vaccine injury claims, with over 10,000 reports logged by late last year. The data stands unrefuted. The boosters, touted by Trudeau Government as the key to ending lockdowns, have a lethal legacy - the impact of which we may not know for decades. Meanwhile, Health Canada and many provincial health agencies continue to recommend the COVID vaccines.

🚨Breaking🚨 David Romlewski, a participant in Freedom Convoy, is seeking leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada. This marks the first such attempt among those charged and arrested during what has been described as Canada’s largest peaceful demonstration. His case carries significant legal weight, as its outcome could impact all ongoing trials and appeals relating to Freedom Convoy 2022. Justice Mosley has already ruled that Justin Trudeau’s invocation of the Emergencies Act was unconstitutional - an illegal overreach of government power. This explains why, after hundreds of arrests, the Crown quietly dropped most of the "disobey order" charges. Rather than addressing the illegality of the order itself, prosecutors shifted their focus, aggressively pursuing bogus mischief charges under Section 430(1)(c) of the Criminal Code. The courts then convicted individuals as parties to an offense without identifying a principal offender. In effect, simply walking through downtown Ottawa when at the time of the demonstration could have been enough to land someone in jail for mischief. Insane, isn’t it? They also had a contingency plan… if a judge acquitted a Convoy participant of mischief, the Crown would appeal the decision until they secured a judge willing to overturn the acquittal. Romlewski experienced this firsthand - after his initial acquittal was overturned in Superior Court, his request for leave to appeal at the Ontario Court of Appeal was denied. He is now diligently preparing his factum to seek leave for appeal at the Supreme Court. At this stage, three of the nine Supreme Court judges will determine whether Romlewski’s case has the “national importance” required to proceed. Given the fact that this case essentially criminalize peaceful assembly, I think it’s fair to say that this effects all 40 million Canadians. Let’s hope that three of the nine justices will agree that this issue merits a full hearing. To all nine Supreme Court justices, Canada is counting on you to uphold justice and remain steadfast against political pressure.
