This past summer we started utilizing VBT for Peak... Velocity. We also used Peak Velocity in-season for 12 Weeks on Deadlift, Squat and Bench. Prior to 2025 we didn’t use any VBT and made the plunge with OVR Performance in 2025. After talks with Joe Kenn we went all in on Peak Velocity. Top Video = 2024 off season @ 90% no VBT 515# Bottom Video = 2025 In season WK 12 @ 90% PkV 565# Just by “coaches eye” we can tell the bar moves much slower on top video. Sure…We can say the athlete got stronger in 2025. But that’s doesn’t necessarily result in bar speed. Not only did he get stronger, he is moving a heavier load faster! We saw similar results across the board at the end of the season. PkV for squat, deadlift and bench….Im all in on it!show more

Wembley 2026 pitch loading in. Established in September 2025,... this pitch was built and held in a winter dormancy at the turf farm. Once into Wembley it’s time for some nutrient, lights and growth to re commence. You could play on this tomorrow, but it’s a busy season ahead. I started 2025 in a rehabilitation center, after spending... 4 months at the hospital. But the wound did not heal correctly so I had to go back to the hospital for more surgeries. After that I did 3 different rehab centers, until I was finally released on May 15th 2025 after 8months of medical procedures. 2 days later i was finally on my way to join my new unit at their safehouse, which were already on a combat rotation. Previously part of an assault group, I joined back the fight as a drone operator and fought all summer 2025 in Zaporizhizia and Sumy. After few weeks of leave in September, We redeployed in our new AO in October, where I am still fighting currently. We spent Christmas on the front and we remain on position for the new year. Entering 2026 on the frontline in Ukraine is a great feeling. I am very grateful to be able to keep fighting after being so badly wounded. But the fight is not done yet. Happy new year everyone! Boos at the end of games at the Tottenham... Hotspur Stadium have become so normal this season under Thomas Frank. Full focus now on what the board will deliver at the club in the next couple of transfer windows because this isn't good enough, the fans deserve much better. The recruitment needs to be top quality to make a real difference. One huge positive at the moment is we are still only 4 points from the top 5. Look at Pedri. No, we can't rely on him... like this next season. Initially, I thought we just needed a midfielder to rotate with him and take some of the workload off his shoulders, that's why I was pushing for Bernardo Silva. Now, though, I'm convinced Barcelona need a top-quality midfielder who can genuinely challenge him for a starting place, or even bench him when necessary. The fans could see the red flags of relegation, but Vivienne, Lange and Vinai couldnt Not getting a single penalty all season An entire squad of failing relegation players somehow still being selected for their national sides and playing brilliant whilst away on duty The Sporting Director we'd have rathe kept in Paratici, leaving instead of the other Sporting Director we all despise in Lange We are living and breathing witnessing the worst season in the entire history of Tottenham Hotspur as a football club. I do not understand how weve had the worst luck and the most jarring situations happen this season and what it is that we as fans have done to deserve this. Josh and I got to climb the Matterhorn! Quite... the travel experience going to Zermatt for the day - it was raining so we never actually saw the top of the mountain. And we were in the clouds and wind for the top on our climbing day - it was actually somewhat character building. After climbing the Eiger in shorts and a sun hoodie I didn’t quite take the Matterhorn seriously enough - it would have been nice to have gloves for all the ice encrusted ropes at the top… but we tread carefully and still had a pretty good time. Just a little chilly! And less scenic than we hoped for. But very memorable.show more

Hey everyone! Before we play our first match, I’d... like to share a bit about our offseason. This is one of the most important times of the year for any team, and we made sure to make the most of it. We started tryouts with only 8 days of rest after the previous season ended. We didn’t waste a second. We wanted to be ready, and to do so, we tested between 30 and 35 players, becoming the team that conducted the most tryouts. We gave opportunities to everyone: players with previous experience, those without, T2 players, ranked grinders… If we saw potential, we opened the doors. Our goal was clear from the start: find young grinders hungry to compete and eager to learn. We were looking for talent we could develop and take to the top here at GIANTX. This reflects our philosophy: not just signing stars but building them, betting on the future, and nurturing young talent. I also want to give a massive shoutout to GX Cloud and Liquid purp0 , who worked tirelessly to make this offseason a success. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to secure not only the best players in terms of skill but also those who align perfectly in terms of synergy and personal values. It’s been an intense and exciting offseason full of key decisions. Now, we’re ready to take on the new season with everything we’ve got. We have sat on this video for a day... as we wanted absolutely no negative publicity for Jerry Rice or the tournament but this TMZ story has now come to light and we feel the need to set the record straight on what took place. We meant absolutely no disrespect to Jerry or the 49ers when asking this question as we have a profound respect for the great players that have played this game, especially (in our opinion) the greatest receiver of all time. The confrontation that followed was very unfortunate but we were not trying to elicit a negative reaction and there were no "smirks" as Mr. Rice suggested. We simply wanted the input of the greatest receiver in league's history about the Chiefs receiving corps and if it had improved enough to continue winning at a high level after an historically rough season for the group. World Models are the path for some AI Models... in the future. But how can we efficiently train these models to not only see the world the way humans do but to see the world in a new and unique way. By visualizing, what is normally sequenced audio patterns, we can derive much more insights. Here we see Paganini in a visual form that can than be described and transcribed into a World Model. We can observe connections in a manner that may not have been clear prior to the digitalization of music and sound in this way. The company with the most valuable potential in building a World Model is Tesla. Not that this type of visualization is being used, but that the mechanisms are in place, and the technology is in place for the company to thrive in this new form of AI.show more
