Exactly four years ago this month, I was staying... in this beachfront apartment in the Caribbean when I lost $40,000 in the Luna crash. I had $20k staked in UST on Terra and another $20k in LUNA and eco-coins. By March 13th, my entire $40k was worth about around $1. I posted about it at the time, this isn’t new. What I didn’t fully comprehend was the knock-on effect. The whole market came crashing down. It was a genuinely dark time. Why didn't I cash out? I couldn't. All the funds where locked into a 30 day unlocking protocol. I couldn't access the coins to sell them. That moment marked the end of my COVID travels. A few weeks later, I flew back to England for the Queen’s Jubilee. Whoo-hoo! Loved it. 💕 I posted the 'don't worry' clip on Twitter a few days before the crash. The irony. A fun new hobby of mine is taking the... Tesla to different areas to see how FSD performs. A few days ago I drove from Long Island to Atlantic City. FSD did 99% of the driving. The traffic was very mixed for most of the trip so I considered it a real challenge. Here are a few interesting moments. First time I had Tesla FSD disengage because of weather. I used to own a company that went bankrupt... a year ago. At the time, it felt like everything was collapsing because of a series of wrong decisions—decisions that, looking back now, turned out to be blessings in disguise. During that time, I was hustling every single day just to cover rent and put food on the table. In the middle of all that chaos, I was learning how to trade. Deep down, I already knew I wanted to trade more than I wanted to save the company… but I still gave everything I had trying to keep it alive. After multiple deposits and plenty of setbacks, I finally became profitable on my last one (January 2025). At one point I was down to 0.28 SOL. I even wrote down: “I will turn 0.28 into 100.” That was my first real goal—about 25K at the time. I’ve never been the type to post PnLs, but I took a lot of inspiration and motivation from others. Might as well share my journey too. (And engagement farm) I genuinely believe everything happens for a reason—and God wouldn’t place a dream in your mind if you weren’t meant to achieve it. Bit of end of cycle / start of year... testing AKA gym yap Front Squat 140kg: Very happy with this given I've only been back squatting for 9 weeks, and that's the longest cycle I've been able to string together in like 5+ years. I can technically call this a PB since it was beltless, sleeveless and less fat bodyweight so over the moon here. Backsquats of any nature keep tweaking my lower back so gonna stick with fronts for the rest of the year. Bench 140kg: Ive done this a lot in the last 10 years, but I was always 105kg bodyweight or more. So to do it at 97kg is a big win. Pressing power has been feeling horrible for the last year or so and I couldn't figure out a good programme, so happy that it's finally clicked again. Deadlift 200kg: Tweaked my lower back 3 times last year and put a lot of effort into fixing it up and strengthening it. 200 was easy so I did attempt 220kg but as soon as it left the ground either I would have failed or had a 10 second grind on my hands so decided to just not risk it. Goal for last year was to get healthy enough to be able to train the deadlift again and I achieved that so despite being far from my best of 262.5kg I've very pleased Ive been able to get to a position where I can train it again without headaches or lower back tweaks. OHP 80kg: Haven't trained OHP in a year or more, and stopped doing behind the neck press 3 months ago when I started benching more, so just wanted to do this for fun. Bit off my best of 95kg but its funny how much strength you retain without even doing a vertical press. Cutting down to 90kg again over the next 2-3 months then will see where I can take these over the rest of the year. No real numbers in mind, just happy to be able to train hard.show more

I’ve also never gotten an abortion you guys are kinda dumb conception doesn’t work overnight but i’ve never had any sort of medical intervention for that in my life, my location had mistakenly shown i was in a hospital so my friend told me to lie about it to my ex at the time and it spread around. this brings me to the hotel situation. im being accused of trashing this hotel room from last year which i shared for a convention with some ex friends . i slept in the corner away from everyone you can literally see my stuff neatly away from everyone else’s I told my friend previously i had no MONEY for the hotel payment was only brought up afterwards. 1/?show more
