This tiny umeboshi has completely bewitched me. I want... to add it to everything. What an amazing superfood. Tonight I made umeboshi onigiri three ways: chopped umeboshi mixed in with sides rolled in black and white sesame seeds; nori-wrapped with umeboshi plum in the center to look like the Hinomaru (Japanese flag); and umeboshi yaki onigiri stuffed with BBQ chicken, a dash of Japanese barbecue sauce, extra umeboshi—brushed with sesame oil and tamari while grilling—and sides rolled in furikake. Not sure if barbecue-stuffed onigiri is a thing, but it felt right to me. Out of all the onigiri I’ve made, these are my favorites. 🍙show more

SPICY TUNA 🍣 CRISPY SUSHI Ingredients: •Sushi rice •Rice... vinegar •White sugar •Tuna / salmon sashimi •Spicy mayo (kewpie mayo, sriracha, sesame oil) •Soy sauce •Green onion •Optional: wasabi, sweet chilli sauce, black sesame, thinly sliced jalapeño, avocado Directions: 1.Wash and cook the rice, the rice needs 4 hours in the fridge to fully cool. Do this before hand. 2.Dissolve the white sugar in the rice vinegar & slowly fold into the rice 3.Add the rice to a shallow dish lined with cling wrap and press down to ensure it is compact. Put in fridge for several hours. 4.Chop up the tuna or salmon, add spicy mayo, soy sauce, sweet chilli & green onion. Catwoman uses a grapple gun to zip up to... buildings and she has a built in wingsuit. #LegoBatmanGame We already knew this, I just wanted to see it in action in a free roam setting. I’ve started to make my peace with it somewhat. I’ve already made my peace with the wing suit, but the grapple will take and getting used to only because I think she should be able to utilize her whip as the grapple and please do not give me that thing about “it’s not long enough” she was able to utilize it in the Arkham games (please see my attached screenshot reference of me literally playing Arkham city right now and the whip length) and it didn’t even properly wrap around things and the length was inconsistent when she used it to get to the top of buildings I’m not saying that she needs to be able to scale the buildings like she doesn’t ask them because I understand the movement will not work like that in this game giving the open world, but it will be very nice if her grapple to zip up to buildings was replaced with her whip. It’s a Lego game who cares about the inconsistent lengths of the whip? Regardless, I am super super excited and I cannot wait to get this game in my hands on the 19thshow more

Back when I had nothing… I was a nobody... to most people. TBH, my parents didn't even see me getting to where I am today. It's just the truth, the chips were stacked for my sister. Not me. But it's just not the reality today. However, there was ONE person in my life that didn’t see me that way. My significant other saw something in me before a lot of things. Before all my wins. Before the $. Before any proof. And honestly… that means a lot to me, if not the most of all. I’ve always been wired a little different. I’m a mix of finance, engineering, and tech, with a sprinkle of obsession. I learned and studied from the best. Warren Buffett for how to invest. Elon Musk for work ethic and where the future is going. And once I saw it… I went all in. Bc when you truly understand what you own… you don’t need 20 bets. What you really need is conviction and just a few bets. That’s how I approached everything in my life. All the way from Apple… to Tesla… to 𝕏… to xAI… and now SpaceX. I believe I have an eye for spotting the best entrepreneurs and companies early, before it becomes obvious to everyone. And when I see it, I back it 100%. That’s just who I am. The company is talking about raising over $75B… at a $1.75-$2 trillion valuation. For context… the biggest IPO ever - Saudi Aramco - raised about $29B. This would be more than double that. Let that sink in deep. To me this is more than just an investment. This is owning a piece of the future of space, energy, AI... extending the light of consciousness forward in case something happens to Earth. People can call me crazy. People can call me cocky. Arrogant. But the people that actually know me know the truth - I’m just real AF. I say what I believe, and I stand on it. And I genuinely don’t care what people think. I have two middle fingers always held high for those kind of people. That’s probably why I’ve been able to win the way I have. My significant other tells me to slow down sometimes. And I get it. I have this idea to add a body positivity... pep talk to my podcast on Fridays I’ve struggled with my own body image, comments people have made irl and online, and in my own mind. It hurts to say this, but it’s the truth.... I’m disappointed in the amount of issues I’ve had with my R1S. This is going to be a long post. I’m disappointed that an issue that was found AT DELIVERY (Feb 8th, 2024) is still not solved. I owe it to all of you, especially my followers, to be open and honest. No car is perfect, but at some point you have to stop with the “I’m going to be nice and keep giving you chance after chance.” I live about 90 miles away from my service center. So that is 180 miles round trip. I’ve had 8 service appointments with number 9 scheduled for this Monday! 9th appt is for the R1T front driver suspension sagging. Some of my issues were solved. But the major issue on my R1S is not resolved sadly. The issue is my passenger door. It’s badly out of alignment, makes lots of noise when driving and rattles. The door has been realigned 4x now, the hinges have been replaced and it’s still making the noise and rattling and not able to be aligned. Now, the door is worse than at delivery and is rubbing the fender when you open it. It has now pulled paint off the door. I was told, that “Other R1S are doing this and currently no fix that engineering will have to come up with some fix.” Video attached. My R1S & R1T are leased. Between my R1T and my R1S, I have driven roughly 1450 miles of my lease mileage limit in service appt trips. I think this is unacceptable for ANY Vehicle regardless of power train. The R1S has done about 1k miles of the 1450. What I would say going forward, if you are buying a Rivian product, DO NOT TAKE DELIVERY of the vehicle if there is anything wrong with it at all. Make them find you another VIN. I still support Rivian. They are dear to my heart. But enough is enough. With almost 200k worth of vehicles in my garage, this is NOT the experience anyone would expect. I have had my share of issues with my Tesla vehicles, but nothing to this scale where I have been to a service center this much so early in the ownership. I have begun background processing about the situation, and expressed our intention and what we want done. I want to make this clear as well: every time I go to service, they are super nice & friendly. I appreciate that so much but, at the end of the day, it can’t get my R1S fixed. I will still continue to support Rivian just like I do with all EVs. But this does make me question my R2 purchase when it comes time. As much as I don’t want to go back to an all Tesla household, it’s looking like that is what will happen. I strongly LOVE my R1S. It’s been one of my absolute favorites. Mine just isn’t built well at all and sours the entire experience. Maybe if the background process makes progress and they do the right thing, or replace the vehicle our perception can change. There are plenty of ppl out there without issue. So keep that in mind. I’m just not one of them unfortunately. I’ll do my best to keep this updated as things progress. I’m hoping Rivian just does the right thing.show more
