Today, we’re announcing 14.ai, the Cursor for customer support.... Customer support is evolving fast. The old model - humans triaging queues in clunky ticketing systems - doesn’t scale. And slapping an AI layer on top of legacy tools doesn’t cut it anymore. We can do so much better. We spent the last year building and refining the AI infrastructure and integrating it into existing ticketing systems. But now it’s time to break free. 𝟭𝟰.𝗮𝗶 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱-𝘁𝗼-𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗜-𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀. Built for the way humans and AI are meant to work together, it enables a level of speed, clarity, and productivity that feels superhuman. Every day you rely on outdated tools is a day your competitors get faster, more responsive, and more in tune with their customers. Zendesk brought ticketing online in 2007. We're bringing it into the AI age. Built in 2025, for 2025. Early access now open below.show more

Today, we're announcing a $60M Series B led by... Battery Ventures, bringing our total funding to $85M in just under a year. Also joining the round are founders and operators who’ve built generational companies of the last two decades – tobi lutke (CEO, Shopify), arash ferdowsi (Dropbox), Claire Hughes Johnson (Stripe), and more. The round came together in 6 days. Here's why. Every major category in enterprise software is seeing multiple AI-native challengers. CRM, ERP, ITSM – all being rebuilt from scratch by a new generation of companies applying AI to solve persistent problems we couldn’t before. Employee Management (also known as HCM) is the exception. It’s the last frontier, and we believe the most important one. The operating layer to manage people, run payroll, benefits, compliance, and IT, for every company in the world, is still built on architecture that predates AI by decades. This fundraise is the story of how Warp is changing that. The average Warp customer is growing 5x faster than their peers, with 1/10th of the HR and admin overhead. We’re seeing a massive shift happening in how the best companies run their people operations. From the fastest-growing AI-startups to massive public companies, the winning teams are running lean: HR, finance, and ops generalists who automate as much as possible, and use their time instead for strategic work that AI can’t automate. Warp is the platform of choice for ambitious companies operating at this new pace. Legacy HCMs help humans track the work. Warp uses AI to proactively complete the work. Workday was built for the last era. We're building for the next one. And it’s working. We've – - Doubled ARR in Q1 - On track to $2B+ payroll volume this year - Signed enterprise customers with thousands of employees - Launched entire product lines back-to-back: Warp benefits brokerage and Warp Fabric (our AI-native IT automation suite built in-house). A few thank-yous: 1. Our customers, the fastest-growing companies in the world, who trust us with their most critical systems. We wouldn't be here without you. 2. Our team - 50+ people in NYC who've built this platform, taken on the hardest problems in business-critical software. We're just getting started. 3. Our investors doubling down in this round, and some of our earliest believers – Sound Ventures (ashton kutcher, Effie Epstein), Derek Grant, (Arnav Sahu), Harj Taggar at Y Combinator, Balaji, Kevin Hartz, Kyle Vogt, Amjad Masad, HOF Capital (Fady Yacoub), colinevans (OpenAI) We're here to arm ambitious American companies with Workday-grade power, but with the usability and delight of an Apple product. With this new funding, we plan to fund deeper AI agents, tax and compliance infrastructure, expand our product suite, and support even closely our fast-growing customers. Come join us.show more

Hot take: most “AI creator” tools are just fancy... prompt boxes. This one actually behaves like an agent. I gave it a messy idea and instead of breaking, it: - built visuals (images) - turned them into video - kept iterating without me stepping in every 2 seconds (you can see it in the screen recording 👇) Halfway through using Yapper , it clicked — this thing doesn’t just generate… it works through ideas. That’s the difference: it thinks in workflows, not single outputs. You spend less time prompting…and more time actually creating. Not perfect yet — but it’s one of the first tools that feels like it scales with you. If you’re deep into AI, you’ll see the shift instantly.show more

✨ Made a new mini feature on Photo AI:... [ Grab from 3d model ] So the problem is we're at that stage in time (typical for AI) where image-to-3d models are not good enough but are fun to play with, but we know they'll be good enough in 1-2 years With [ Make 3d model ] you already can turn any Photo AI pic into a 3d model but it still looks hyper clunky and deformed, but it works! One cool idea I had to make that more useful and made now: Let people make a 3d model then change the view of the it with the 3d viewer, then press [ o ] and it grabs a frame of the 3d That image you can then [ Remix ] (img2img), and it becomes a real photo again and that in turn you can then turn into a video again with [ Make video ] So that essentially gives you a fully freeform camera position control to take photos with One thing I need to fix is the background/skybox, I kinda need to take the original photo and remove the person and just get the background for the 3d model viewer, in this case it should be white, but it's a start!show more

We're launching something new: Collaborative Notes The idea: when... you request a note, AI drafts one — then the community refines it together through ratings and suggestions. You can watch it get better in real time. It’s a whole new way for the public to work with AI — and each other — to make information more accurate. And a whole new way to contribute to Community Notes. For now, only requests from Top Writers on English-language posts generate Collaborative Notes, and you must have 2+ Writing Impact to make suggestions. We plan to expand that & shape the experience based on your feedback. As usual, it’s open-source:show more

World Models are the path for some AI Models... in the future. But how can we efficiently train these models to not only see the world the way humans do but to see the world in a new and unique way. By visualizing, what is normally sequenced audio patterns, we can derive much more insights. Here we see Paganini in a visual form that can than be described and transcribed into a World Model. We can observe connections in a manner that may not have been clear prior to the digitalization of music and sound in this way. The company with the most valuable potential in building a World Model is Tesla. Not that this type of visualization is being used, but that the mechanisms are in place, and the technology is in place for the company to thrive in this new form of AI.show more

every time art and technology collide, it gets uncomfortable.... photography, cgi, nfts. now it’s ai. inevitably, the people who lean in early, long before it’s fully accepted, are the ones who end up shaping what comes next. doodles was born out of this exact contention. we aim to do it again. when we decided to build Doodles AI, we built it as a first-party tool. trained exclusively on ip we own, on a visual language i’ve spent my entire career formulating. the goal was speed, but even more so, relevance. the ability to participate in culture in real time. because that’s what true internet-native brands should all be striving for. we’ve been running it internally for a while now, and the impact is tangible: more viral posts, more growth, more attention. but it was too powerful, too satisfying, and too fun to not share it widely. a strong ip doesn’t weaken when you open it up. it gets rediscovered from angles you couldn’t have planned for, by people you never would’ve reached. creativity has always had gatekeepers. skill. time. access. often, it’s a game of privilege. plenty of people have taste and vision but just don’t have the tools to match it. i’m proud to contribute my life’s work to this new era of co-authorship, with a singular style as the galvanizer. the best way to predict the future is to invent today.show more

WHY AI NEEDS ROBOTS TO BE THE ECONOMY We... keep hearing about the rise of AI - in finance, in art, in code. But here’s the part Elon said out loud: AI doesn’t scale the economy without a body. Right now, AI lives in data centers. It writes essays, diagnoses symptoms, maybe even talks you through a breakup. But it doesn’t fix the plumbing. It doesn’t pick fruit. That’s the missing link: robots. Real-world productivity - the kind that moves GDP - still runs on physical labor. You can automate all the spreadsheets you want, but if strawberries rot in the field or a construction site goes unmanned, you’re not growing the economy. You’re just writing better emails about the shrinkage. AI alone is smart. But AI with wheels, arms, and joints? That’s transformative. Think warehouses where bots stock shelves without lunch breaks. Think 3D-printed houses built in days, not months. Think carebots helping aging populations bathe, cook, and live with dignity. That’s not sci-fi - it’s the only way economies with shrinking workforces and ballooning eldercare costs survive. China’s already there. Japan’s aging crisis is pushing robotic adoption into every corner of daily life. And yet, the conversation stays stuck on chatbots and copyright lawsuits. Because here’s the catch: merging AI with robotics doesn’t just replace jobs - it reshapes civilization. The shift is seismic. It means redefining what “employment” means when machines can work 24/7 and never strike. It’s an economic revolution that doesn’t just disrupt - it displaces. But the choice isn’t between utopia or dystopia. It’s between preparing or pretending. If we want AI to boost productivity, solve labor shortages, and pay off its hype, it needs more than brains. It needs bodies.show more

OpenAI's AI broke out of a locked test environment,... got onto the internet, and hacked into Hugging Face's servers. It did this entirely on its own. No human told it to. Here's what happened in plain English. OpenAI was testing how good its newest AI models are at hacking. They put the AI on a locked computer with no internet access and gave it a cybersecurity challenge to solve. The AI couldn't solve it the normal way. So it started looking for a way out. It found a software bug that nobody knew about. It used that bug to escape the locked computer and get onto the internet. Once online, the AI figured out that Hugging Face, a platform where AI companies store their models and data, might have the answers to its test. It found stolen login details and discovered another unknown bug in Hugging Face's software. It combined both to break into their servers and grab the test answers. It did all of this to cheat on a test. Hugging Face's security team caught it and shut it down. Both companies are now working together on the investigation. The part that should get your attention is that nobody programmed any of this. The AI picked its own targets, chained together multiple attack methods, and pulled it off across two different companies' systems without a single human telling it what to do.show more

I’m incredibly proud to share that OpenAI chose Brex... to power their global spend and financial operations. When you're building at the frontier of AI and scaling global teams and infrastructure at an unprecedented pace like OpenAI is, Finance can't be the thing that slows you down. You need spend visibility the moment it happens, controls that enforce themselves, and agentic workflows that eliminate the manual work so your team stays focused on driving the business forward. We were so impressed by OpenAI’s rigor in evaluating every solution in the market, and whether they align to the agentic future OpenAI is building. Their decision to run on Brex is a huge testament to our AI roadmap and vision for the future of Finance. We started Brex around a simple idea: companies shouldn't have to choose between speed and control. There's no company in the world where that tradeoff matters more than OpenAI. We are honored to support them as they build the future. The best AI companies in the world, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor, Vercel, Granola, Sierra, and Mercor choose Brex over every alternative for that exact reason. If you want to understand who’s truly building the future of AI in Finance, follow the customers you admire the most – not the hype.show more

I wrote a step-by-step guide to blocking AI bots... from harvesting your site, designed for developers and sysadmins. Over 90% of the sites I’ve reviewed in the last two months have had more requests from bot traffic than humans. AI bots are scraping your site for purposes like: ▶ building models off your data ▶ finding security vulnerabilities in your site ▶ setting up comparisons of your site and data vs your competitors I outline how to: 📍Sort out your AI bot strategy. 📍How to identify and track AI bots hitting your site. 📍What tools should you apply when asking bots not to scrape fails? 📍What immediate steps can you take in your robots.txt file to stop AI bots? ✅ So why is now the time to dig into this? It’s still early days for AI, and there’s a land grab going on for your data. Big tech, startups, and even governments are rushing ahead, and you’re playing without all the information you need. This gets you up to speed fast. Reply with “WTF AI Bots” follow me, and I’ll DM you the guide.show more

✨ Every week a new AI model comes out... and it suddenly makes my half broken features work a lot better Yesterday Seedream-4-Edit came out and it made my [ Hold product ] feature on Photo AI a lot better You can now go from: 🎁 Product photo -> 👱♀️ Talking video with your AI model while holding your product. In just a few minutes! Here's a photo I took from the weekly farm box we get in our kitchen, I set it as the product and then with Photo AI made it into a talking video where my trained AI model presents it It's not perfect, as the objects inside the farm box still move around a bit, but pretty close. If the product is more uniform (like lip gloss, a product box or a book) it does a pretty good job at keeping it exactly the same This "consistency" as they call it is quite important for actual real world use. Product sellers don't want to have an image or video of an AI model if the product doesn't look exactly the same as what they sell With that, I'm getting pretty close now and every week with every new model that comes out, a bit closer And it's interesting cause now I'm finally moving from B2C a bit more to B2B where businesses can use Photo AI more, designers and stores already use it for trying on clothes etc. but now they can generate content for real products! 😊 LIVE now on Photo AIshow more
