Today we’re sharing an update on Claude’s protein design... capabilities. Working with Adaptyv Bio and Twist Bioscience, Claude designed de novo protein binders against 14 of 15 targets. With a 30k token prompt written by a human expert, Claude achieved hit rates up to 28.2% when designing against all targets simultaneously over 48 hours, with no human intervention or steering. When designing against a single target in a 24 hour campaign, Claude achieved an overall hit rate of 35%. We included all targets in Adaptyv’s BenchBB, and novel targets 15-PGDH and GDF-8. Claude performs at or beyond the level of the top competition participants in both hit rate and binding affinity.show more

Since the start of the conflict with Iran, Israeli... Air Force fighter jets have dropped over 2,000 bombs in hundreds of strikes against Iranian regime targets and military sites, according to the IDF. The number is around half of what the IAF used over the entire course of the 12-day war in June 2025 -- but in just 36 hours. During those 36 hours, IAF fighter jets have carried out over 700 sorties, the military says. The military says that it achieved aerial superiority within 24 hours of the start of the operation, after taking out numerous Iranian air defense systems in western Iran. IAF fighter jets are now using "stand-in" weapons over the capital Tehran, meaning bombs dropped directly over their targets, rather than ranged missiles. The military says it seeks to maintain air supremacy as it carries out strikes on regime targets in the Iranian capital. "In recent hours, air force aircraft have been operating with air superiority over the skies of Tehran, striking and destroying numerous targets," the IDF says in a statement. By morning the position closed in profit Let me tell you how I got here A week ago I asked Claude Code to write a script that pulls on-chain data from Polymarket and ranks wallets by win rate on 15-minute BTC markets In 20 minutes I had a table with hundreds of addresses, and 1 of them stood apart from the rest. More than 200 trades per day, surgical entry precision, and a profit curve going straight up I fed that address back into Claude Code and asked it to break down the strategy. Turns out the wallet monitors BTC volatility on Binance and Bybit every 100 milliseconds, and when it drops below 0.08% it enters Up and Down simultaneously at 25 to 35 cents A pure straddle: 1 side burns and the other flies to a dollar, giving 3 to 4x per position. Dozens of times a day I wanted to follow it but signals came at any hour, and waking up every 15 minutes for a notification was simply impossible. So I built something else Took an old Android phone and installed an agent running on the Qwen3-VL visual model. It sees what is happening on the screen and mimics human actions through ADB: taps, swipes, text input. We continue to analyze the technical details of the... war with Iran, and we would like to note the Iranian novelty - subsonic barraging anti-aircraft missiles Missile 358, equipped with compact turbojet engines. To some extent unexpectedly, they showed good effectiveness against Israeli reconnaissance and strike UAVs Hermes-900. The key role is played by the thermal homing head: it is able to reliably detect and track a wide range of heat-contrasting targets, including UAVs with various flight profiles. An additional advantage is the command and telemetry channel, which ensures data transmission and allows for radio correction of the trajectory. This is especially important in situations when the target attempts to disrupt the capture with infrared decoys or other means of counteraction. According to the stated parameters, the range of application of Missile 358 reaches about 100 km. At the same time, the maximum interception altitude is about 8.5 km, and the speed is up to 700 km/h, which expands the capabilities of the complex in covering objects and intercepting medium-altitude UAVs. Of course, this is a niche tool, and compared to solid-fuel missiles, the turbojet engine provides exponentially higher flight energy. This allows to dramatically increase the range at low speed, and the mass of the main units of the ammunition, its warhead and control system. On the other hand, this is a solution of necessity, because classic anti-aircraft missiles perfectly hit such high-altitude and slow-moving targets. But for such ammunition, no radar, complex and expensive beam installations are required, which greatly improves its survivability under constant air strikes. And in its niche of targets, there are enough of them, as such UAVs of Israel and the USA are the basis of UCAV, and are constantly over the territory of Iran. So with the 358th ammunition, you can score quite a lot of frags, and significantly complicate air strikes on Iran for the Epstein coalition. Russian Engineer -show more

Arm is a borderline 55, could end up at 2B long term where he profiles as an above average defender. 70-grade runner who this summer turned in < 4.00 home-to-first times.
