Have visited their outlets multiple times at Majiwada & Kapurbawdi in Thane and it is the same at both places. Starting with ACs not cooling enough, to understaffed outlets. Self-order machines are either defunct or not allowing customers to make the payment forcing them to again stand in queue and make their payments.
