✨️ I finally did it!! ✨️ What a journey... it has been. Pokemon Go helped me escape when I was suffering severely from mental health. I met some truly amazing people. I was welcomed into the local community with open arms, and I've never looked back. Pokemon Go has helped me take my shiny hunts to the real world and I've had so many amazing memories through the game. I went to Japan and met friends who I would've never met otherwise. The game isn't perfect and so many things make us unhappy, but for the most part, I can say I've made so many memories through this game, that make me so thankful. Thank you to my local community and the new friends I've made through raiding and community days. Thank you to my online friends, both the ones I've met and the ones I'm yet to meet. Yet here we are. Why do I trade? To provide to my family and to the ones that supported me. To achieve all the goals that 18 year old me set out to achieve. I was lost, yet I didn’t stop because I knew that I had bigger things planned for me. Was it hard? Absolutely. Was it worth it? Absolutely. The flood affected me so bad that I was... traumatised by the sound of rain for days. I couldn’t go to the office or attend some meetings. Disappointed clients! My son couldn’t also go to school for a whole week, and the time he managed to go, we had to go drop and pick him by walking through the water that wasn’t flowing. The days I was able to go out or it’s important to, I had to follow trailers and trucks just to cross the water. No bike, no bolt or anything to come around. My car was also badly damaged by water because I drove it through the water. In fact, I spent so much that I got angry yesterday when I was asked to pay another money to fix something again that was damaged by water. We had to buy a pumping or draining machine to start draining the water into the coastal road drainage which became a waste of money and effort because the rain was just back to back. My plan is now to just move out of this location, despite having 8months lefts in rent, to a better on, free from flood and stagnant waters.show more

And with that, time to never turn on fatal fury ever again!!! Right before ENC imma play the game for a couple hours, but thats it. The game patched me out of existence. MY NOSE BROKE… Again. As most of you know,... I’ve broken my nose more times than I can count. The first major break was so severe the doctor told me it was one of the worst he’d ever seen. It required two surgeries just to put it back together, and I was strongly advised to never let it get hit again. I didn’t listen. It broke again. Another surgery. And honestly… it never healed the way it should’ve. Over time, the trauma caused scar tissue to take over, leaving me with a nose that didn’t function properly and didn’t look right either. So for the final time, I trusted Dr. Jay Calvert to take on what was basically a reconstruction job — reducing the scar tissue, restoring proper breathing, and rebuilding the structure from the inside out. Surgery was a success. Now it’s a full year of recovery before we see the final result.
