Own your personal agent, folks. Just built my own... little personal agent with Pi's Pi Durable. I wanted to see how quickly I could build an OpenAI dots clone with open-source tools. I am amazed at how quickly I got this off the ground. It's proactive. It keeps working when you're not watching. It remembers you, runs jobs on a schedule, waits for your approval, and uses its own computer. Pi Durable makes that possible. Every step is checkpointed. I can kill the process mid-task, and My Pi picks up right where it left off. Memory lives in durable documents. What My Pi learns about me in one Space survives a crash and carries over to every other Space. Approvals are durable too. It also has its own computer. Each Space gets a full Linux desktop that My Pi controls with screenshots, mouse, and keyboard. The model runs through OpenRouter, so I can swap models without changing anything else. That's all configurable however you like it. If you've been wanting your own personal agent, now is a great time to build one. I am building this as an experimental ground where I can test new ideas and experiment deeply with proactive personal agents. But I plan to open-source it after testing it a bit and adding more interesting primitives. The goal is to make it customizable and easy to build on, so others can experiment with their own personal agent functionalities.show more

Introducing Dexter 2.0 Open source. Built for financial research.... Like Claude Code, but for stocks. What Dexter does: • plans tasks • runs on its own • validates its work • researches stocks It uses OSS tools like , with a fresh stack of typescript, react, ink, and bun. Fast to build. Easy to use. No coding required. My favorite project of the year.show more

just vibe-coded an internal search tool that finds any... file on my computer and answers questions related to them. it's a custom Raycast extension powered by Anthropic's MCP (thanks Alex Albert & Marc Klingen for showing me!)—but it works with any LLM for Q&A across my local files. given Raycast’s slick UX + deep integrations, I’ve always thought it’s perfectly positioned to solve internal search like Glean does with enterprises, so I built one. code is in the comments—curious to hear your thoughtsshow more

I always wondered "What if I port my three.js... game to Rust? Will it improve performance?" I finally ported it to both Rust Desktop and Rust WASM (that runs on the browser) Comparing the three.js version with the Rust desktop I had a clear winner: Rust desktop. But now I took the time to port it to the web using Web Assembly (WASM) And my conclusion is... A tie! Both versions averaged 42FPS (60FPS if running one at a time) So if your goal is to ship a web game, it doesn't even matter the tech you use. (Three.js is recommended because the ecossystem is huge though) As long you optmize well (Web workers, reduce triangles, draw calls, etc) you should be good to go. But in the event you want to ship a native game to publish on Steam a system language (Rust, C++, etc) will be better for you. Now I want to port the three.js game to Desktop using Electron and see the results. I'll let you know. Btw, I'm open to new freelance projects. If you have anything for me, my DMs are open!show more

I take my notes like this. I created a... small script using Claude Code. You just go "jn " and it inserts to YYYY-MM-DD markdown file with a timestamp. Also you can type "jn" to open up all your notes on neovim, and see them by date and timestamp. Less cognitive overload. No need to find names for notes.show more

Q (Q Marsden) was diagnosed with schizophrenia during the... making of his new album, which spanned nearly three years, but he's been living with symptoms of the disorder since 2017. "I noticed that there was a lot of noise," Q recalls. "I would always explain it to people, and then they were just like, 'Oh yeah, I have those, too.' But then I'm like, 'No, I'm home alone and I'm trying to sleep. I'm hearing different pitches of voices and they're not me.' I know it's not me because I'm telling it, 'Stop, stop.' I'm moving in my bed, waking up, jumping, 'Stop.' And I ended up talking to it." Through imaginative songs that sonically build out the intimate experience of life as it blends with mental illness, Q explores his own stability and his ability to maintain. If you're building apps with and bolt.new, chances are... that you're using Supabase Edge Functions. They can be tricky to debug, so I created a guide for the Buildcamp students who are currently on the bootcamp. I'm happy to share this with you guys if it helps? It a repeatable process that gets me through 100% of my edge function problems. Just like this post and comment "Bugs" and I'll ping you a copy.show more

🚁 Adding an Apache attack helicopter today I think... I will rewrite the entire flight model today again to be ambiguous of what kind of vehicle it is Planes behave very different than helicopters and different than vehicles like tanks or pedestrians Because people here also requested "Guy with bazooka" so that will be next I have no idea if everyone else is just lying about using AI for their plane models but mine look so clunky (but I like the look), but I now tried with Claude 3.5 and 3.7 and Grok 3 and they all just generate clunky models, not beautiful like you see in other AI vibe coded games, so either they bs'ing or I'm retarded I also have to move sub parts of each model like for 30 minutes until everything fits, AI has a really hard time with 3d models But okay the look is kinda cuteshow more

I feel like my heart would be at ease if I edited it myself. and I edited it myself right after the video was taken. Since it's a video that I'm editing for the first time, the outcome might look strange. But, since I really want to show it to you as fast as possible, I did my best on the editing. so, I hope you guys will like it!!" 🫧show more

its me, blank - i'm starting a new company... called S7RX and im going to do what i've never done before - sharing it all here you probably know me as the founder of openpurpose but in short - i'm a designer turned founder - i started my studio 17 years ago called 3drops in stockholm which i rebranded to openpurpose a couple of years ago and grew it to over 70 members globally working with leading tech companies in us besides running the agency, over the past decade i took on a few personal projects that meant something to me - like leading the digitization of the global visa system for over 65 countries and working with a few enterprise founders to launch daring projects to future proof their organizations along the way i experimented with dozens of ideas which some turned into ventures and a few became companies with their own dedicated teams but for as long as i can remember i only had one dream - to launch a brand that earns like a tech company but feels like a lifestyle brand so now at the age of 36, i'm doing just that and calling it S7RX my first product is launching next week and with that we are officially starting this new journey so follow on IG to see the stories and say hi : ) this will be differentshow more

On dolling and my transition, part n. I had... decided to doll today and I had recorded an absolutely wonderful session filled with the passion of someone who has been away from it from a long time. Pressed record and it didn't start. Whoops. The 12 seconds is from when I sat on the remote and the menu came up 🫠 anywayssss Was not a waste of time, I gained insight and new questions, of which I'm very happy with. The nature of each mask has changed for me again. I think I'm reconnecting with the doll side and away from the female mask side a bit. It felt like what I was aiming for with the female mask I could do with makeup. I didn't need it. However... I loved using my Moli 茉莉兔兔 Barbie (and holy shit I want one of the new ones, they look incredible) and my Dreammask Studio Q04 (the very functional silicone doll) and feeling the gags silence and objectify me. I missed that. I loved the snugness. I have yet again hit the confusion of "I don't know exactly who I want to play with (doll? Man? Woman? Trans woman?)" I do want to play though, rest assured. On dysphoria, it assures me that bottom surgery is in my future. That said, holy fuck is it ever a procedure. It will derail my life a great deal when it happens. I dont want to doll without the hips, and I imagine my relationship to it will continue to change. I will continue to move how I love to shape my body physically until I hit that target. #femalemask #rubberdoll #transshow more

~ About ‘Loser (ft. Yena)’✨ 🐹: Yena joined me... on this track. I actually came up with the concept for this one as well. Honestly, other than DSYLM, I created the concepts for all the other songs too. For this song, I tried to be imaginative with it. 🐹: I’ve never dated anyone during my student years so I imagined a lot about what it would feel like if students were in a relationship. 🐹: It also reflects a bit of my own personality to lead to kind of childish arguments. Like, one says 'You think you can live without me?' and the other snaps back,'Well, can you live without me then?' Then the guy says something like I’m good-looking and all… you’ll regret it if you let me go' and the girl’s like 'you would regret it just as much if u let me go!' I wanted to try with this kind of concept. 🐹: When I heard the song, I just felt like Yena would be the perfect fit for it. So I reached out through my company and asked if she’d be interested in working it with me, and thankfully she said yes. That’s how this really wonderful song came to be. 🐹: So, I think this might be the song where my imagination came through the most. It might feel a little unrealistic though.. because seriously who would bicker like this in real life, right? #Dont_Say_You_Love_Me #Jin_Echo #Jin #방탄소년단진 #진show more

I've been testing out Windows 11's new Haptic Signals... feature on compatible hardware, and I think I love it. I'm someone who yearns for small UX details like this, and I'm so happy to see Microsoft leaning into subtle but quality UX implementations like haptics across the Windows Shell. These new Haptic Signals provide a subtle bump when interacting with certain UI elements and actions, such as snapping app windows or dragging files in File Explorer. The feedback response feels great and intentional, and makes using the OS feel more satisfying. There's still room for improvement, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't impressed with this first implementation. It's only supported on a handful of devices for now, but that should change over time. I've always loved the haptic feedback layered throughout Google Pixel phones, and now Windows is getting its own version of it. More UX niceties like this, please!show more
