Shroyer was arrested here for disrupting a House Judiciary Committee meeting. Upon his arrest, he was given a deferred prosecution agreement, meaning the charges would be dropped if he agreed to certain conditions. Those conditions included agreeing not to "utter loud, threatening, or abusive language or engage in any disorderly or disruptive conduct at any place upon the US Capitol grounds or within any of the Capitol Buildings with an intent to impede, disrupt or disturb the orderly conduct of any session of Congress." On January 6, with the deferred prosecution agreement still in effect, he entered the area of the protests/riots in a restricted area on Capitol Grounds, from which he called into Infowars and said, "We literally own these streets right now.” He made an agreement as part of his DPA and he appears to have broken it.
