🚨This is going to be a very upsetting post.... Swipe at your own risk. 💔 Yesterday we were contacted about a paralyzed cat in the Bronx. We got him to our vet last night. Unfortunately we can not afford his care and we are not sure how we are going to get him what he needs.show more

When we went to the public shelter to take... this old boy, they warned us: “He’s aggressive.” We took him anyway. He wasn’t aggressive at all. He was terrified of humans. As time passed, the tumour on his side grew larger and larger, until we knew there was no choice—we had to get him surgery somehow. We were scared. He was scared. But thanks to the incredible people who donated about a month ago, Moshu got his chance. Today, his bloodwork is clear. The tumour is gone. And for the first time… he allows Melisa to come close. He may still look afraid, and he may never fully trust people—but he loves being with the other dogs. That’s where he feels safe. That’s where he belongs. Knowing he can live out his golden years without pain is everything. Thank you for believing in him when others didn’t. Thank you for helping to heal him. Moshu 🐾💛show more

A lot of our rescues are urgent, but this... sweet little boy was in a league of his own. We found him with a severe neck injury from a piece of string that had been digging into him, but he was so incredibly terrified of humans that he actually escaped down a hole to hide. It took 36 long hours and the help of a kind local boy to finally bring him to safety, but we were never going to leave him behind. Today, that terrible pain has finally been lifted. He is still very nervous, but he is starting to slowly open his heart to our team a little more each day. The bravest little survivor is finally in safe hands.show more

Some sad news today. Patrick was a member of... the Unsub community who came to see us at our Norfolk show, while battling stage 4 cancer. You all made this night so special for him by chanting his name and showing him so much love. This morning Patrick passed surrounded by his family. We are very thankful to his mom Shirley who allowed us to speak with him before he passed. Please send all the love to his mom and the rest of his family today. We love you Patrick. 🇺🇸 “To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die.” -Thomas Campbell Rest in peace. May 3rd 1996 - May 10th 2025show more

We have a very special elephant to introduce you... to! Chapeyu’s story is a unique one. Given his age, he is not a typical new rescue — but he desperately needed our help, and so we moved mountains to save him. We will share his full story later today. Watch this space! #animalrescueshow more

A donkey has been found tied to a tree…... his leg brutally bound around it… and now it is broken 💔 This is not an accident… this is human cruelty. His only “fault” was that he entered someone’s field in search of food… and for that, he was punished in a way that shakes humanity to its core. Our volunteers are bringing him from a neighbouring city… but we urgently need help to cover the transportation cost. There is no time… he has already lost so much blood… every moment matters. We are already struggling… but we cannot leave him there to suffer. Please come forward… help us bring him to safety and start his treatment. Even a small amount can save his life 🤍 💳 PayPal: ❤️ Construction GoFundMe: 🔗 Linktree: (If you face any issue donating, please use our Linktree for multiple options.)show more

Let me tell you something about this guy. I... met him, I had a Heart to Heart with him. Apparently he is a Celebrity Tiktoker. He told me his name is Ika Muji. Even though when he came to me his speech was a bit slurred, when we started the Health talk. He listened with Apt attention. He became active. When it got to the health question part. He raised up his hands and answered some questions I was impressed. He came close to me, told him his struggles and battle and how he wants to change. I even learnt about more drugs from him. One shocking thing he did that touched me, he said he wanted me to do a video and live tiktok with him because he wanted to spread message to his followers to stop doing drugs. Right there on tiktok live, Ika Muji and myself were talking. He was telling his followers the dangers of drugs and substances. Why they need to stop substances He was also grateful for the WE ARE NOT THUGS TEAM WE ARE NOT THUGS. Who are trying to rehabilitate him. This is my picture and video with him during the TikTok. Sometimes we just need to see the Diamond that is beneath that black carbon Please support this our DRUG FREE 20 CAMPAIGN by WE ARE NOT THUGS WE ARE NOT THUGS. . We may never know exactly why he has fallen... in love with you but getting into personal details as such isn’t really necessary. Just wanna thank you for being his safe space. It’s all we need to know. You didn’t save him, you just gave his life a new purpose. We love you too.show more

If I die before my dog, please let him... see my body. To him, I am his entire world, and he understands death more than we can imagine. If he senses my departure, he will grieve and remember me in peace. But if he never sees me again, he might think I abandoned him, waiting eternally for my return. If I die before my faithful companion, allow him to say goodbye to me. He deserves that closure, because we shared life in silences and glances, in moments of profound companionship. He wasn't just a dog; he was a friend, a guardian, and an extension of my being. Let him smell, understand, and grieve, because in this way his heart will find peace and his spirit can rest in tranquility, knowing that I didn't simply leave him. In his nobility, he would continue searching for me endlessly, but let him know that my love remains. In this way, perhaps, he can find his peace and a new beginning…show more

🚨 JUST IN: Greg Biffle and his family were... aboard his jet when it crashed this morning in Statesville, NC, his close friend Garrett Mitchell confirmed There were no survivors. Biffle was an absolute HERO, and I personally worked with him in Western NC after Helene as he risked his own life using his personal helicopter to save COUNTLESS lives. He delivered chainsaws, EpiPens, baby formula, fuel, and food to stranded families in inaccessible places surrounded by flood water, and asked for nothing from anybody. This is a tremendous loss for our country. I’m so sick to my stomach over this. Rest in peace, Greg, Cristina, Emma, and Ryder 🙏🏻show more
