We had this EXACT SAME issue on launch day... (not posting that clip), as well as this one moments after in our private lobby. It was so loud we didn't even notice what was being said. That it's still happening a week later is a big problem. Please don't stream YAPYAP right now.show more

USC – 15 YEARS LATER, WHY ARE WE STILL... PAYING IT? The Universal Social Charge was introduced by the Fianna Fáil–Green Government in Budget 2011, at the height of the financial crisis. It came into effect on 1 January 2011 and was presented at the time as an emergency/temporary measure. We are long past that recession and the bailout era. Then in 2016, Simon Harris described USC as a “hated temporary USC” and said it had been introduced as an “emergency and temporary measure.” Fine Gael went into that election promising to abolish it. Watch the video below. That was 2016. This is 2026. Ten years later, USC is still on our payslips. That speaks for itself.show more

Jenna Villa on defeating LMU in the WCC Tournament... after LMU's win nine days ago in an OT game in Corvallis gave them the WCC #1 seed: "We take a lot of pride in Gill and our home court so seeing another team celebrate on our floor, no matter who it is, it's a big deal to us. We just talked about that that game didn't really matter. This is the one that mattered and sending them home today was our focus."show more

I see a lot of people sharing stories so... I think I might as well. The first SpaceX launch I watched live was Jason 3 on January 17 2016. The fifth landing attempt and the first one following the first successful RTLS a month before. We didn't get this video until the day after launch. This was the point where I really got interested into spaceflight as a whole. I have highly mixed feelings about the state of the company just over ten years later as they have gone public today but it's been one hell of a ride, that's for sure.show more
