We introduced a completely new camera angle: through the... pieces, right into the face of the players. It feels magical so see the player's eyes, emotions and thought process in such an intimate way. I wish I could take photos from that angle :)show more

Bruh I felt so embarrassed when the guy told... the other guy to not come in front of the camera. I specifically kept the camera in a corner so that no one could see it and get awkward. You could see the embarrassment on my face, although it was in a light mood as those guys keep pulling each other's legs at the Gym all the time. But I still made it clear so no one else feels that way because he was so damn loud with “oye camera hai”. You don't own the gym, it's a public gym, so chill.show more

The way the gates struck the embassy after falling... from Heaven (albeit at a bit of an angle, so it wasn't dead-on) really cements it in my head. I would be so surprised if that *wasn't* where Lucifer and Lilith landedshow more

Today VAR cancelled a Colombia goal based on a... toe. In the camera angle they used to justify it, you can't see the player's foot at all. We know all players were 3D scanned before the tournament started to make these renderings. Is the computer calculating a probable foot position?show more

Most AI filmmakers know the names of camera angles.... Very few know what those angles are actually doing to the story. - A low angle is not automatically “cinematic.” - A Dutch angle is not something you add because the frame feels boring. - And a high angle does not simply mean “weak.” The camera should have a reason to be where it is. Here are 8 angles worth understanding: → Eye-level: For honesty, intimacy, dialogue and natural performance. → Low angle: For authority, threat, monumentality and pressure. → Ground-level: For speed, scale, physicality and extreme size contrast. → High angle: For vulnerability, isolation, exposure and entrapment. → Overhead / Top-down: For geography, choreography, patterns and surveillance. → Dutch angle: For instability, unease and moments when the story itself feels wrong. → POV / Subjective: For immersion, fear, urgency and restricted information. → Over-the-shoulder: For dialogue, eyelines, relationships and screen geography. But this is the important part for AI filmmaking: Do not prompt: “Cinematic low-angle shot of a powerful man.” Direct the geometry instead: SHOT SIZE + CAMERA HEIGHT + ANGLE + LENS + COMPOSITION + CAMERA BEHAVIOR + ACTION Example: “Medium-wide low-angle shot, camera 50 cm above the floor, 32mm lens. Commander stands screen-center beneath converging ceiling beams. Prisoner remains seated in the foreground. Locked camera. The commander slowly lowers his eyes toward him.” That gives the model something useful: where the camera is, what it sees, how perspective should feel, where the characters are, and what happens during the shot. The rule I keep coming back to: Do not choose the angle that looks coolest. Choose the angle that communicates the moment best. I put all 8 angles, their storytelling purpose, scene examples and AI prompts into one cheat sheet. Save it for your next AI film. Share it with someone who is still prompting “cinematic camera angle” and hoping for the best. PS:) Follow for more! . .show more

Here's the other angle i was talking about, the... guy you see is actually a good 2-30 feet away, it's all the camera angle, if you watch i point it out with cursor the exact moment he points the rifle, and it's nowhere near the car or Trump. When this first happened i though the same thing for a minute too, but again just camera angle.show more

An essential bit of gamedev math - atan2! We... often know a target's position and want to face it. But how do we get the angle? angle = atan2(y / x) Or in 3D... angle = atan2(x / z) (We can also see below, what happens if we use atan instead of atan2) #godot #gamedevshow more

I wanted to see how far AI could take... a cute animated story, so I turned a simple fantasy idea into a cinematic 3D animation with MiniMax Design. From character design and story development to magical environments, smooth animation, lighting, VFX, and the final magical moment, the AI-driven workflow helped bring the whole concept together. The best part It feels less like generating random clips and more like actually creating and directing an animated short film. Unlimited #MiniMaxH3 on Runwayshow more
