We just released an update to the Interval Map... Quant Data. ATM contracts can create huge end-of-day bubbles that drown out everything else. We fixed that by scaling bubble sizes only to what’s in view, which keeps the chart clean and readable when reviewing historical data. The zoom slider lets you scroll back through the session to see how exposure built or faded over time, making it much easier to study intraday shifts.show more

OpenAI's Deep Research is getting a run for its... money. Deep Lake was just released, and it's a different take on an AI system that can do deep research on your own data. You can use Deep Lake to build AI search with reasoning on your private and public data. (Look at the attached videos to get an idea of how it works.) If you want to research proprietary and sensitive data, Deep Research won't help you because it's limited to public data. Deep Lake, however, will allow you to use your private data. On top of that, Deep Lake supports multi-modal retrieval from the ground up. It uses vision language models for data ingestion and retrieval so that you can connect any data (PDFs, images, videos, structured data, etc.) You can even use mixed-data queries! Deep Lake can search your data from S3, Dropbox, and GCP. It learns from your queries over time, making the results as relevant to your work as possible!show more

It's 2030 and you are reviewing humanoid robots. A... Tesla. A Google. An Apple. An OpenAI. A Meta. A Figure. And a bunch of Chinese-made ones. Which one is best, and why? I think the Tesla understands the world much better. Why? There were eight Teslas around me on the freeway today. Start there. No other robot company has that data. But my robot is parked at the local high school twice a day. Its cameras see humans in all of our weirdness. How we move. Where we go. Where we walk. Who we talk with. What you are wearing. Whether your hair was combed this morning. That data will lead to robotics breakthroughs. Apple might keep up with its Vision Pro data, but it is too freaked out by the privacy implications of using said data. (On the front are six cameras and a couple of TOF -- Time Of Flight -- sensors that can see everything in your home in great detail). Google has a lot of data, for sure. All my: 1. Email. 2. Calendars. 3. Photos. 4. TV watching behavior. 5. Contacts. 6. Documents and spreadsheets. 7. Files. 8. Location data. So I expect Google's robot will be attractive to many. But how do you see the others shake out over the next five years? Make some guesses. But remember what an AI pioneer told me years ago about AI: it's all about the data. The Chinese ones have huge advantages: the Chinese have more data on their citizens, and many more citizens to boot AND they can make robots cheaper than we can. But now that you know OpenAI is building its own robot you have caught wind of what I've heard from many in San Francisco and Silicon Valley: that humanoid robots are the real prize of AI and will be highly profitable for those that can make them and find customers willing to buy them. Here, too, I learned long ago never to bet against Elon Musk. Will you?show more

Google Earth now lets you create AI images using... real-world locations. With the new Nano Banana AI feature, you can pick any place in Google Earth, click “Create Image,” and describe what you want to see. The AI can turn that location into a historical scene, a futuristic city or a fantasy world The feature uses Google Earth’s satellite and 3D map data as the base, so the AI-generated images are built from real locations.show more

I don't think Claude dashboards are meant for just... making the traditional pretty dashboard/report. You can do that, but I think it's not where the value is. I see Claude dashboards more like a data agent that can really leverage visuals to explain complex data concepts and help you think about and use the data. I think it's the first tool I've used that can do this well, while also hiding the unnecessary "making of the code sausage" from business users and analysts, yet still making queries transparent. I almost wonder if it would've been better to call this Claude Data Analysis or Claude Data Agent so it doesn't carry the baggage of reporting/dashboarding before the AI era that kinda holds it back.show more

we hacked ledger. the OneKey Anzen team has successfully... reproduced a transaction replacement attack against ledger ethereum app 1.22.1 in our lab. the bug is a race condition between the transaction display logic and the underlying transaction buffer. an attacker can overwrite the transaction waiting to be signed while the user is still reviewing a legitimate one. in simple terms: - you see transaction a on your ledger. - you approve transaction a. - your ledger can end up signing transaction b. - and you never see transaction b. to reproduce this, we built the 1.22.1 ELF ourselves, fixed the speculos reset 502 issue, and got the full attack flow working end to end. ledger fixed this in ethereum app 1.22.3. if you’re still on an older version, update it.show more

Remember when we as football fans had to rely... solely on paper draft guides, sports radio rumors, and gut feelings to predict draft day decisions? Excited that fans now have access to the NFL's Draft IQ powered by Amazon Web Services ( – the most sophisticated tool yet for following the NFL draft and your favorite team's strategy. Draft IQ is built on Amazon QuickSight, our cloud business intelligence service that makes it easy to analyze and visualize massive amounts of data. QuickSight processes real-time data to give fans unprecedented insight into team decision-making, updating the entire draft landscape every five minutes. You can explore team needs, draft capital, and front office tendencies through personalized team dashboards, plus get AWS-powered machine learning predictions about potential trades and picks. During draft week, fans can track picks, prospects, and Next Gen Stats in real-time. We're also introducing Amazon Q Business integration, our generative AI-powered assistant. Q Business leverages large language models to understand and respond to natural language queries, allowing fans to ask detailed questions about draft prospects, team strategies, and historical draft data. It can provide AI-generated insights based on the same historical Next Gen Stats research data that powers Draft IQ, giving fans a new way to engage with the draft experience (check out the example below). Can't wait to see what stories the data tells us as teams make their selections and excited to dig into the Giants' data myself :)show more

I’d rather spend my time refining the idea than... figuring out complicated prompting techniques just to create a video. That’s what I like about Pexo: it lets you create and refine videos by describing what you want in natural language, making the editing process feel much more conversational. The chat-based editing is especially useful when you want to make specific changes, while Mark to Fix gives you more control over individual edits. If you already know how you want your video to look, Pexo makes it easier to focus on the creative direction instead of learning another complicated editing workflow.show more

How can we “mark” time? The best way to... mark time is through the zodiacal constellations, as the Venetian clock dedicated to Saint Mark does. These precessional clocks are designed to keep track of the ages, or aeons of man, mentioned in the Bible. In the Gospel of Mark, the signs associated with the end of the age are listed, and we know from the Gospel of Matthew that the “harvest” of souls occurs at the end of the age. We are close to the end of the Age of Pisces, as measured by the position of the vernal equinox, and we can see that almost all the signs mentioned in Mark have been fulfilled. Mark’s symbol is the winged lion, representing the celestial Lion—the constellation Leo.show more

Stormwind was the first city we ever built. Our... lead programmer had it load and play the song "We built this city" to our surprise when we first loaded in. The first version of Stormwind had no districts or canals. The framerate was below terrible. Then I thought of Venice. I grabbed a map of the city and slapped it down on the table the next morning. THIS, I said, is how we'll partition the city, drawing only the district you can see, separated by canals. It worked, and Stormwind was born.show more

Oh Amorim, what a day it would have been.... We wanted to share this experience with you in the red colors, and you wanted to accomplish that with the club you so much love Manchester United. That day was coming , you felt it , we felt it . We were getting that close. You wanted to see us happy once again after so many years by winning us the league. It really hurts that me and a 1000 others did not get the chance to share this emotion with you. Maybe in the future we shall meet one more time and enjoy success together , when the leeches had left.show more

Although many past generations of explorers have studied the... Durupinar Formation, Noah’s Ark Scans has never been able to verify or validate their data. That is why we brought out US Military Defense Scientist Dr. Bakhtar to the Durupinar Formation, the place we believe to be the resting place of Noah’s Ark, to collect our own irrefutable data. His radar system, BakhtarRadar, is designed to see everything that is not rock beneath the surface. It makes the rock essentially invisible. His technology is the most advanced tech ever used at the site to date. His data will also be able to to identify whether the formation is a geological anomaly or man-made petrified timbers. Currently, he is still analyzing the data, and we will be releasing his final report this fall. Thank you to everyone so much for your support so far. We are so close to our goal for our core drilling deposit. Only $9,000 more to go! If every one of our followers donated $5 today, we’d be able to cover the remainder of the Fall core drilling expedition, please consider contributing just $5 or $10 today here to our core drilling fundraiser in partnership with GiveSendGo: Thank you so much to everyone for your support so far.show more

AI has had exactly two scaling axes that worked... so far, and the second one is starting to look finite too the first one was pretraining: with scaling parameters and data, we got world knowledge (i.e. ChatGPT had read enough to know things), but it started saturating a while ago the second one was RL, and people had been doing RL the whole time before that: RLHF is RL but it never scaled far because it was trying to control the exact output, which tokens come out, how the text reads, but you can only push that so far before you’re just polishing RLVR dropped that constraint: giving the model a task, then checking whether the final answer is right, and ignoring everything in between -- so the model does whatever it wants in the middle and only the endpoint gets graded, and that’s much closer to actual RL and it’s what bought us planning and reasoning (arguably, tool use sits around 2.5 on this list -- while useful, it's not a different kind of thing) so one axis gave knowledge, the other gave reasoning, and both of them are one model working alone the next axis is how many models you can get working on the same problem, which is a different kind of axis than the previous two we know that multi-agent RL has always been the harder problem: I spent years in that literature and the gap between single-agent and multi-agent is definitely not incremental -- it’s a whole different class of difficulty! which is also why the derivatives are steep at the start, nobody has picked the easy wins yet... and the thing that gates this multi-agent coordination is communication: models can only coordinate as well as they can exchange information, and right now they do that by writing sentences to each other imagine what could we possibly achieve if we properly open that third axis development by letting models to exchange information in their native "language" without loosing any computational data that they produce during inferenceshow more

NEED SUGGESTIONS for community, do drop in your suggestions😊... We are trying to improve the readability of articles. At present most of the blog DSA sites have lengthy articles which you read via scrolling. It looks daunting when you start with it. At TakeUforward, we are trying to change this, and help out users with an easier way to navigate and read. We want the logic to be something as you can see in the video.. the design is just a rough one, and is no where close to what we want it to be. The typical article will have problem statement, examples, followed by this sticky bar, which helps us to navigate, and ease out reading.. You can feel free to suggest more changes we can do, or some design recommendations. We can hire someone for this, but I will prefer recommendations from people who use it rather than someone who does not. RT for good Karma ♥️show more

Then they started talking about the cost and how Disney needs to do something about that...☹️🙁😕show more
