We’re taking decisive action to protect consumers and support... reputable traders. Why? Because too many families are ripped off by home improvement work, or threatened by intimidation tactics if they’ve fallen behind with debt. And because too many businesses are being undercut by rogue operators. From September, a new government supported scheme will help you identify and hire trusted traders with confidence. It will also protect your money during building projects, with payments linked to key project milestones. In addition, we’re announcing tougher regulation to better protect people facing debt in England and Wales. This will help hold bailiffs to consistent professional standards, and give families a new independent complaints process if they are mistreated. We’re supporting businesses that already play by the rules, and making sure families keeping more of their hard-earned cash in their pockets. The latest in our everyday fixes to restore fairness and give families room to breathe.show more

🚨PSA: 🗣️ Child trafficking does not always mean ‘missing... child’. Many families traffick their OWN CHILDREN to other pedophiles and abusers in ‘the network’ for money and status. And the child will still go to school, church, may be a high achiever / performer, and they will look perfectly normal to outsiders and to other children. THIS IS MORE COMMON THAN YOU KNOW. IT’S HAPPENING IN YOUR COMMUNITIES. YOUR CHILDREN LIKELY SIT NEXT TO THESE TRAFFICKED CHILDREN AT SCHOOL AND DON’T KNOW IT. YOU sat next to and went to school with children being trafficked by their own families… and didn’t know it. #childrenslivesmatter #standbysurvivorsshow more

Unpopular opinion about El Salvador. A TON of workers... here are lazy as hell and i do hope this message reaches many Salvadoreños in the United States. You leave the job site, little will get done and yes tools and materials will disappear. I said it. If you’re going to build a home, start a business, or just hire a few helping hands for that side project, get ready to fire fast. Put in systems of checks and balances, hire solid management, use cameras, and lock up materials. If you have the time or money you or someone you really trust must manage the project on SITE. I’ve hired thousands of people throughout the last few 6 years while personally living in 9 Latin countries and El Salvador has been one of the hardest to work in. El Salvador also happens to be my favorite country at the moment with my favorite people. It’s beautiful, small, has a Chuck E cheese for my daughter but most important, it’s safe for my family. So why is it so damn hard to work with people here? I think it’s because of the civil war. This is going to sound crazy coming from a president of a non profit but free money destroys people. It enables them. It ruins their will to work ultimately creating a lazy and slothful person Over 2.5 million people from El Salvador live in the United States. MANY of them send money every 2 weeks to their aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews to “help” them. This has turned into dependency. It has created a cycle of entitlement rather than self-sufficiency. “Why would I work for 10 hours in the sun when I can tell my aunt that I need money for medicine?” There are kids here with no desire to self educate, no desire to work, because they’re sucking the tit of their families in the United States or Canada. 2 of my hardest workers who show up early, never miss a day are these two men in this video. No arms, and an elderly who just wants to work. Their speed compared to a young healthy man is slow in comparison but their will and desire to work is unwavering. They’re inspiring. They are happy at work. They don’t complain. They’re not rich working for me but they are ok. I believe they are hard workers because they were never a part of a welfare system given to them from family in the states. I also believe that the civil war has created a massive divide between the wealthy and the poor. Maybe this already existed but chatting with enough people you can put 2 and 2 together. The socioeconomic divides between the wealthy and the poor. Certain families growing incredibly rich over the suffering of the lower class. People have lost trust, they’ve lost hope. Their views on money and rich people are shaped by past experiences of being taken advantage of. People are sick and tired of making $75 per pay period in the farms of El Salvador. I know that’s a whole other discussion. How do we fix this? I don’t know but I know my mission with casa conejo is to inspire others to work their asses off and to get paid by the sweat of their brows. I want to create a micro economy that allows the poor of the poor to grow! To break the cycle of poverty. To shatter the idea of “we can’t make it in El Salvador” We can and we will by working our asses off and getting paid what we deserve. Once we’re open a percentage of profits will go towards these workers. The rest back into our projects of building schools, running our women’s shelters, feeding the elderly. Let’s do thisshow more

Yesterday, the Government of Jamaica welcomed the arrival of... relief supplies from the United Kingdom. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Government and people of the UK for their timely and support during this challenging period. Relief operations are fully underway. Supplies are being sorted, mobilized, and distributed across the island to assist families and communities affected by Hurricane Melissa. Many areas have already begun receiving critical aid, including food, water, medical items, and temporary shelter materials. We are aware that several communities remain isolated or are difficult to access due to damaged infrastructure. I want to reassure the Jamaican people that every effort is being made to reach them. Through coordinated efforts by the JDF, JCF, ODPEM, and local authorities, we are deploying relief by land and air. We are ensuring that every Jamaican receives the help they need. No one will be left behind.show more

An overlooked dimension in Syria’s analysis is personal and... emotional for the rebels: the longing for home and family reunification. In this multilayered event, the uprising of the displaced is clear. Since the offensive began, Syrian timelines are filled with videos of families reuniting, tears, collapses, and overwhelming emotions. Many of the fighters I have seen in videos are from displaced communities, separated from their homes and families for over a decade and fighting to go back to their towns. In this video, a rebel leader from Hama, prepping fighters from Homs to fight for their city: “Like I was happy to meet my family today (voice shaking), each of you will see your mother.” This motivation is a real one: “everyone of you will see his mother...” This is by no means the full picture or the only motivation. It's only a single aspect of it, but it’s a crucial one that deserves to be highlighted on its own to build the complex big picture of what's happening. I added another video from a list I'm compiling of videos of people reuniting with their families or places.show more

LISTEN TO THEIR HORROR‼️ For the Democrats, what was... the shutdown really about? Let’s think about it logically. Trump stopped all avenues for them to continue laundering our money. Do you think they fought that hard to provide healthcare to illegal aliens? Listen to their screams right here. These are screams of absolute horror and desperation. What did they really want that money for? Money for their families as they contemplate suicide or taking a deal to spare their lives? Money for their escape? Money to pay off bribes? It’s only my opinion, but I believe that for the democrats, this shutdown was their last move to protect their families as they are finally about to suffer their fate. For those democrats who did the right thing and crossed the aisle, I believe they took a deal and are now being controlled by the good guys. H/T And We Know©🇺🇸 Nick Sortorshow more

Donkeys are among the most abused and neglected animals... in our country. People take endless hard work from them, loading them with unimaginable weight, and once the work is done, they are left abandoned on the roads to eat garbage. In cities, where there is no grazing land, these poor souls are left without food, without water, without care. When work is needed again, the same owners catch them, exploit them, and then abandon them once more. This cycle continues until the donkey breathes its last. It is heartbreaking, it is cruel, and yet there are no rules or regulations to protect them. These gentle beings give their strength and labor to help humans earn a livelihood is it too much to expect that in return, they are given food, water, and basic medical care? Their suffering is silent, but their pain is immense. We must raise our voices for these voiceless souls, because they deserve dignity, compassion, and kindness too. #AnimalAbuseshow more

Our bakery is now closed. We are producing zero... bread for families in Gaza. This is particularly difficult to come to terms with when we remember what people have sacrificed throughout this genocide just for flour. Bread equals survival. When there was nothing else to eat, Palestinians risked, and so many lost, their lives trying to bring home enough flour to feed their families. We were so proud to build something sustainable in the North: a bakery families could count on for free bread. At full operation, we distributed up to 500 bundles every day - 10 loaves each, 5,000 loaves baked, so that 500 families were able to feel some relief knowing they had at least the bare minimum to eat. And we can scale up even further to 10,000 loaves per day. The ovens are there. The bakers are there. The families are waiting. The only thing standing between a closed bakery and thousands of loaves of free bread is funding. It costs just over $1,000 per day to operate our bakery and provide around 500 families with bread. Help us reopen The Sameer Project bakery. Help us provide bread to the families who have already endured far too much just to survive. Donate to our Food and Water Campaign. Many have lost their mothers and fathers… We try with all our strength to give them a glimmer of hope through educational sessions, entertainment, and food to ease their hunger… but we cannot do it alone. 🚨🇷🇺FMR RUSSIAN PRESIDENT: "DEATH FOR DEATH" Dmitry Medvedev: “To... the families of those killed in the terrorist attack, sincere condolences and sincere strength to all the loved ones of the victims. Terrorists understand only retaliatory terror. No trials or investigations will help if force is not countered by force, and deaths by total executions of terrorists and repressions against their families. World experience. If it is established that these are terrorists of the Kyiv regime, it is impossible to deal with them and their ideological inspirers differently. All of them must be found and mercilessly destroyed as terrorists. Including officials of the state that committed such atrocity. Death for death." Source: X, @worldview50show more

New images continue to emerge. Anti-Zionist Jewish youth had... come together to organize a Hanukkah meeting. The Israeli Police raided the meeting on the pretext that there was noise and complaints and dispersed the Jews by using violence. There have also been reports of teenagers being beaten by Israeli police and cameras being stolen to hide evidence. The only crime of these Jews is to be against Zionism and Israel. The Zionist government does not even allow Jews to celebrate their holy holidays because if you are anti-Zionism and anti-Israel and are with the Palestinian people, they will never tolerate you.show more

🫂Chef Khaled made his delicious yellow rice for the... camp today, my friends, and people were very happy when they received their meals because it's a favorite for many. I wanted to tell you we are working daily to distribute food and water for the camp, and we do this even when I do not mention it in my updates. These poor people rely on us to help them survive, and we wish we could do more for them in these cruel and miserable times. It is awful to see the horrific pictures of people living in tents who have nothing to save them from a bomb or a fire. My heart breaks for the animals too, my friends, because they are also helpless and they are suffering terribly in these conditions. I want to help them, my friends, and I can do this only with your generosity and help. If you could, will you please consider donating and sharing my message? You are our only hope in these desperate times and we are so grateful for your help 🙏 🫂🚨🆘️ 🙏💚🌱 🐾🐈🙏 🐾🆘️ 🕊show more

📍 East Colfax – Open prostitution and drugs continue... to take over. Neighbors are finding c0ndoms scattered across their front lawns and witnessing 24/7 public drug use and dealing. Teenage girls are being solicited while walking to their cars. Families are dealing with this daily reality right outside their homes. And it’s not getting better…it’s getting worse. Many of these women are victims: trafficked, exploited, addicted, or trapped in survival mode by pimps and predators. We need to rescue and support them, not leave them on the streets. Meanwhile, our community suffers. Politicians push bills like SB26-097 (to fully decriminalize buying/selling sex statewide). Thankfully this bill was killed in March 2026 when sponsors pulled it for lack of support. Still, the attempt shows misplaced priorities. Politicians wouldn’t tolerate this in their own backyards. Why is it allowed here? We need action: Target traffickers/pimps, expand exit programs for exploited women, addiction help, and prioritize public safety for East Colfax families.show more
