Here ya go, a chinese fiora gets in 200-300 more damage so if I start at 70% hp it wouldn't change anything if the Fiora player is competent enough. Yes there's no bone plating, but the dummy got more armor to compensate + it was overkill even with my completely trash mechanics. Steel Caps passive does not change anything this early on.
