This umpire initially called the runner coming home out.... The catcher drops the ball and then the umpire rules him safe because of the dropped ball. Then the catcher after a couple of seconds goes and tags the runner and the umpire calls him out. I don’t know what game the umpire is watching but it clearly isn’t this one. And I don’t know where he received his training. After the catcher dropped the ball, if he thought the runner didn’t touch home he should have made no call. But clearly he does. What do you think?
