I recently FOIA’d a shooting in Peoria that wasn’t... very exciting at all but I ended up watching all 6 hours of bodycam footage anyways. In this video: -the crowd won’t let anyone near the guy who’s shot in the chest. -the crowd fights the cops, who have med kits and are trying to rescue their friend. -because of the violent crowd, fire and EMS are 6 minutes late (time is kind of important with a sucking chest wound). -a cop loses a very important staccato magazine. -after fire and ems arrive there are still several felony arrests for fighting cops. We are reaching out to Westfield Police to try to find out if anyone was arrested or seriously injured during this fight that broke out during The Pylon 7v7 Tournament. Those that reached out are concerned that coaches of 14 and 15-year-olds are fist fighting over football.  An eyewitness told me this started after a parent of a local Indiana team threw a punch at a team out of Chicago. Two other eyewitnesses say it was the other way around! And someone from the Chicago team punched the Indiana coach 1st. You may remember in Arizona last month a fight broke out at another 7V7 tournament where police say more than 100 people were involved.
