Working with animation styles in Runway I love how... it generated two completely different shots off the same prompt. On the left, we get a nice zoom out and a change in focus. On the right, it expands the world in front of the character. H/t Curious Refuge for the prompt: animation shot, cute girl with amazed expression, looking around in a magical candy land.show more

Pause the world. Keep the camera rolling. That was... the prompt. Coffee suspended mid-air. People frozen mid-motion. The camera moves through it all like time simply stopped. MiniMax H3 Max generated the full 15s shot in just 35 seconds on Pollo AI. Getting the effect right comes down to how you describe motion, stillness, and camera movement in the same prompt. There's a popular rumor that storyboards completely ruin character... consistency in AI animation. Well, yes and no. 😅 For this video, I generated myself in a bright new look, created a sketch storyboard in GPT Image 2, and animated it with Seedance 2.0. From my experience, if your storyboard is in hyper-realism, the likeness definitely tends to drift. But if you keep it strictly as a sketch? The face stays surprisingly consistent. I’m sharing the exact prompts I used for both the storyboard and the animation in the thread below! 👇show more

Currently testing multi-shots with Kling AI 3.0 to see... how it holds up. All of this was generated from a single image. This is also the raw audio (definitely an improvement over the delivery of dialogue). Consistency is honestly very impressive. Poor Barry, he just loves honey 🍯 Prompt: Shot 1 (3s): A cinematic shot of a British detective interrogating a bear in handcuffs. Medium over the shoulder shot as the British man says to the bear "Come on Barry! Why do you keep doing this? This is the third time in 3 months now! Shot 2 (4s): Extreme closeup focused on the bears face, it's expression is shame, it just looks down and says "I can't help it, I'm addicted, I really love honey" Shot 3 (4s): Extreme closeup of the Britsh detective with a disappointed expression. Shot 4 (4s): Extreme closeup of the bears T-shirt that says I love honey and then cut back to the detectives face looking disappointed and shaking his head. Off camera you can hear the bear say "I'm sorry, I won't do it again"show more
