🚨BREAKING: Another ICE agent has been caught on video... illegally pointing a firearm at a U.S. citizen, in Lemonwood, California. In the video, an unmarked ICE vehicle is stopped in the middle of the road… no vehicles are in front of it, and nothing is preventing them from driving forward. Instead of continuing to drive down the road, the ICE agent is blocking a pickup truck from turning, while pointing a gun, out their window, directly at the driver of that truck. The truck backs up, but the agent still keeps the firearm pointed at the driver. Only AFTER people begin honking their horns does the agent lower their weapon, and drive away. The law states that pointing a firearm at someone is considered a serious threat of deadly force. It is only justified when an officer has an objectively reasonable belief that they are facing an immediate threat of death, or serious bodily harm. It is not legally allowed to be used to control traffic, and it is not legally allowed to be used as intimidation. And that’s exactly why this video should be alarming to you. The agent is not boxed in… nothing is preventing them from driving down the street. Meanwhile, the agent is the one preventing the truck from continuing its turn. And they are doing so while pointing a gun at the driver. So, the question becomes… What immediate threat justified the ICE agent to stop their car, and point a firearm at a U.S. citizen? Because we are seeing a growing pattern, of publicly documented incidents, where ICE agents point firearms at legal observers, journalists, and bystanders during enforcement encounters… when they are not facing an immediate threat of death. That is not how public safety works. Pointing a firearm at someone is one of the most serious things an officer can do, because it instantly escalates an encounter into a potential deadly force situation. And that is exactly why the law is supposed to restrict it. Every unnecessary drawn gun increases the risk of a wrong judgment, and a fatal mistake. And when there is no accountability, for when that line gets crossed, drawing a gun because the normal for every situation. A police sergeant in New York City was sentenced... to 3 to 9 years in prison for killing a man on a motorized scooter by tossing a picnic cooler full of drinks at him. Erik Duran, 38, is the first NYPD cop sentenced to prison for an on-duty death in at least 2 decades. TORONTO, ONTARIO - A 16-year-old who shot at police... during a traffic stop in Toronto on Sun, Apr. 20 has died in hospital after being shot by police officers. The incident occurred in North York. The Special Investigations Unit (SIU) said a Toronto police officer stopped an Infiniti car over a Highway Traffic Act infraction in the area of Sheppard Avenue W. and Bathurst Street at around 11PM that night. "There was an exchange of gunfire during which two police officers discharged their firearms," the SIU said in the release. "The male was struck and was taken to hospital where he passed away. There were six people in the car when it was initially stopped for a missing front licence plate. Surveillance video obtained by CBC Toronto appears to capture the moment gunfire erupts. In it, the suspect vehicle appears to be boxed in between two police SUVs. It appears that one officer is on the road next to the driver's window before something happens that sends the officer scrambling to take cover in front of the car's hood. From that position, one of the officers reaches up and fires into the car at least three times while another officer, whose uniform is more visible, pulls out their gun and aims into the car.show more

You can clearly hear a woman say, “She is a citizen of the United States!” Another agent warns him that people are filming behind him. The agent turns, looks directly at the camera, and says, “Get back or I’ll shoot you.” The man filming, in shock, replies, “You’re going to what?!” And that’s when the agent actually pulls out his gun and points it straight at an unarmed man who’s just holding a phone. All because they were… filming.
