🚨BREAKING: In New York, an ICE agent was caught on video walking across the street and pepper spraying a woman directly in the face… for film them. In the video, a woman is standing, with several other civilians, on the opposite side of the street. They aren’t blocking traffic, or interfering with an arrest. In fact, you can’t even see an arrest taking place. They’re simply standing there, filming ICE agents from a public place. Then, the ICE agent deliberately walks across the street, approaches the woman, raises his pepper spray canister just inches from her face, and sprays her directly in the eyes. People standing around her are seen running away to avoid getting sprayed, too Only AFTER spraying her do you hear the agent say, “Back up.” And then they turn around, like they didn’t just assault U.S. citizens with a chemical weapon, and walk away. This should piss off every American. The First Amendment protects your right to record law enforcement in public. Pepper spraying someone for peacefully recording… is retaliation. The Fourth Amendment also protects people from excessive force. Under the Constitution, officers can’t use force that isn’t objectively reasonable under the circumstances. If someone is standing on the other side of the street, posing no immediate threat, not resisting, and not interfering… it’s difficult to justify blasting them in the face with a chemical weapon. And even ICE’s own use-of-force standards require force to be reasonable, necessary, and proportional to the threat presented. Nothing in this video suggests that standard was met. This is exactly why people should be concerned about masked federal agents operating with little transparency, or accountability… If agents can walk up to U.S. citizens and assault them with a chemical weapon for recording… that means your constitutional rights exist at the discretion of whoever is holding the pepper spray. And that’s not how a constitutional republic is supposed to work.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents just assaulted a U.S. citizen for existing on a public sidewalk in Minneapolis. In the video, a person is walking down the sidewalk when they notice ICE vehicles pulling out of a parking lot and begin filming. As one vehicle exits, an agent in the passenger seat raises pepper spray, aims it at the civilian, and sprays them in the face. No warning. No command. No justification. The person wasn’t interfering. They weren’t blocking the vehicle. They weren’t threatening anyone. They were simply recording government agents in public, exercising a clearly established constitutional right. This wasn’t a mistake. This wasn’t a misunderstanding. This was retaliation, intimidation, and an abuse of power… caught on camera. So the question isn’t whether this was legal. It wasn’t. The question is how many more Americans will be assaulted for exercising their rights before this stops? And when will the government stop treating U.S. citizens like criminals… or “terrorists”… for the crime of existing in public and holding power accountable?

🚨BREAKING: The President of the United States, on national television, just openly stated he is willing to violate the Constitution. Trump said he would send the National Guard or ICE to voting locations in November and “do anything necessary.” But that’s illegal… You cannot place armed federal agents at polling places to influence or intimidate voters. It’s exactly what the Constitution and federal election law are meant to prevent.

🚨An ICE agent accused a U.S. citizen of “impeding” because she refused to drive her car into another vehicle. In the video, an ICE agent yells at a woman, in her car, to move. She explains that she can’t move because she will hit another vehicle. She isn’t refusing… or trying to block them… she is trying to avoid committing a crime. “I’m not impeding. I’m trying to get out of the fucking way. You see how narrow it is.” The agent then tells her to back up. Her response… “You are endangering me. Get out of my way so I can back up. I’m going to hit this car.” And this is exactly why it is so dangerous when ICE agents claim someone was “weaponizing their vehicle.” Because we keep seeing the same problem… ICE agents create chaotic situations by blocking roads, surrounding vehicles, and giving conflicting commands. Then, when someone tries to navigate that chaos, they claim they were being attacked. When the government creates the danger, everyone else is left to deal with the consequences.

🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents are assaulting U.S. citizens on public sidewalks in Minneapolis. In the video, agents are walking down a public sidewalk. A man is standing there, doing nothing but existing in public space. He glances back, and an agent uses both hands to shove him off the sidewalk toward the street, then casually walks away. Moments later, another person is standing on the same sidewalk. An agent pushes them into the street, directly in front of a car, and continues across the crosswalk as if nothing happened. Let’s be clear about what this is. This is assault. This is use of force without legal justification. This is reckless endangerment, pushing people into traffic. This is deprivation of civil rights under color of law. This is law enforcement interfering with lawful use of public space without cause, orders, or any articulated threat. These are members of the community, on their own sidewalks, not blocking anyone, not threatening anyone, not committing a crime. ICE agents do not have the authority to clear sidewalks by force, and they absolutely do not have the authority to put civilians in danger because they feel entitled to the space. If any ordinary person shoved strangers into traffic, they’d be arrested on the spot. When federal agents do it, we’re told to look away. So ask yourself this: If armed federal agents can assault U.S. citizens for standing on a sidewalk, what exactly is left of the rule of law?

TSA agents make $35–$40K a year. ICE agents make $65–$100K+. So, instead of just paying TSA, the Trump administration decided to send ICE agents to international airports… to wander around terminals. Further proving this isn’t about reducing TSA lines… And another reason we need to defund DHS and move TSA under the Department of Transportation. 🚨BREAKING: Another ICE agent has been caught on video illegally pointing a firearm at a U.S. citizen, in Lemonwood, California. In the video, an unmarked ICE vehicle is stopped in the middle of the road… no vehicles are in front of it, and nothing is preventing them from driving forward. Instead of continuing to drive down the road, the ICE agent is blocking a pickup truck from turning, while pointing a gun, out their window, directly at the driver of that truck. The truck backs up, but the agent still keeps the firearm pointed at the driver. Only AFTER people begin honking their horns does the agent lower their weapon, and drive away. The law states that pointing a firearm at someone is considered a serious threat of deadly force. It is only justified when an officer has an objectively reasonable belief that they are facing an immediate threat of death, or serious bodily harm. It is not legally allowed to be used to control traffic, and it is not legally allowed to be used as intimidation. And that’s exactly why this video should be alarming to you. The agent is not boxed in… nothing is preventing them from driving down the street. Meanwhile, the agent is the one preventing the truck from continuing its turn. And they are doing so while pointing a gun at the driver. So, the question becomes… What immediate threat justified the ICE agent to stop their car, and point a firearm at a U.S. citizen? Because we are seeing a growing pattern, of publicly documented incidents, where ICE agents point firearms at legal observers, journalists, and bystanders during enforcement encounters… when they are not facing an immediate threat of death. That is not how public safety works. Pointing a firearm at someone is one of the most serious things an officer can do, because it instantly escalates an encounter into a potential deadly force situation. And that is exactly why the law is supposed to restrict it. Every unnecessary drawn gun increases the risk of a wrong judgment, and a fatal mistake. And when there is no accountability, for when that line gets crossed, drawing a gun because the normal for every situation. And when it becomes normal, more people’s lives are put in danger.

Some rare positive news: Yesterday, Chicago neighborhoods came together to protect kids from the chaos ICE keeps bringing to our streets. Neighbors blocked off roads, kept watch, and made sure children could enjoy Halloween safely… even though the fact that this was necessary is beyond outrageous.

🚨This is how ICE agents act when they think no one’s watching. In the Chicago area, agents racially profiled a man just doing his job… and when a postal worker stepped in to ask what was happening, one of them responded with violence, assaulting a federal employee. This is why you always film ICE.

🚨(Minneapolis) A Border Patrol agent was caught on camera illegally assaulting U.S. citizens in a public park. In the video, you can see the agent walking down the sidewalk towards a smoke canister. He kicks it not once, but TWICE, directly towards the feet of people trying to get away. And then, he casually turns around and walks away. He was in no danger. The people were not blocking any agents. They weren’t even near the street. And he purposely walked out of his way, towards the people who were walking AWAY from him, to kick a chemical weapon at them. This isn’t just reckless… it’s illegal. Under federal and state law, intentionally using a chemical irritant to harm or intimidate civilians is assault. Beyond assault, this is reckless endangerment and excessive use of force, which violates both constitutional protections and civil statutes. AND he did this in a park, right next to a playground. ICE and Border Patrol agents ARE the criminals and terrorists.

Remember when that Border Patrol agent pulled a gun on unarmed civilians… twice… in Evanston, IL, just outside Chicago? Well, now we have the footage… and we finally know what “provoked” him. You can clearly hear a woman say, “She is a citizen of the United States!” Another agent warns him that people are filming behind him. The agent turns, looks directly at the camera, and says, “Get back or I’ll shoot you.” The man filming, in shock, replies, “You’re going to what?!” And that’s when the agent actually pulls out his gun and points it straight at an unarmed man who’s just holding a phone. All because they were… filming. So, when Border Patrol claims this was “by the book,” just remember: their book apparently says you can point a gun at an unarmed citizen for daring to exercise their first amendment right to film you.

If you think Border Patrol turning traffic accidents into violent assaults is unusual… it’s not. Just last month in Chicago, a Black man was beaten, illegally detained, and choked… while his hands were behind his back. All while an agent says, “this is not an immigration enforcement action.” It is still unclear why the Border Patrol were even involved, let alone apprehended the man, especially since he was later released. What is clear: this isn’t an isolated incident. It’s a pattern of unlawful detentions and violent assaults under the guise of “federal protection.”

🚨BREAKING: New video footage has been released showing the moments leading up to the deadly ICE shooting in Biddeford, Maine. In the video, ICE agents appear to be running alongside the vehicle, pulling on the doors as the driver tries to leave. The person is not “weaponizing” their vehicle, or trying to run agents over. They appear to be trying to drive away from masked, armed men attempting to force their way into the car. This is exactly what we’ve seen in video after video across the country… ICE agents surrounding vehicles, pulling people over before identifying them, trying to force their way inside, and demanding proof of citizenship. Which is a violation of the Fourth Amendment. The Constitution exists to prevent exactly this kind of government intrusion. And when the government lets agents ignore those limits without accountability, they’re not just violating people’s rights… they’re creating the exact conditions that turn routine encounters into deadly ones. If the government keeps treating the Fourth Amendment like it’s optional, more people are going to panic. And more people are going to get shot.

🚨BREAKING: In Columbus, Ohio, ICE agents hit a U.S. citizen’s vehicle, and then admitted, on camera, that they “do this all the time”… before driving away. A 17-year-old U.S. citizen was reportedly on his way to church, when multiple officials surrounded his car, backed into his front bumper, and jumped out of their vehicles. When he rolled down his window, they told him… “We got the wrong person.” And walked back toward their cars. The 17-year-old got out to document what happened, and told an officer they had hit his vehicle… And the response was: “You can take a picture if you want. We do this all the time. You’re okay.” And then they drove off. The Fourth Amendment protects you from unreasonable searches and seizures. And courts have made clear that a “seizure” isn’t just being arrested, or put in handcuffs. It also includes situations where law enforcement use their authority in a way that blocks your freedom to leave… or creates an intimidating, forced encounter. So, when officers surround a car, hit it while backing up, and pull a teenager into a sudden law enforcement interaction, with no valid reason… At minimum, it’s a reckless stop. At worst, it’s an unlawful seizure, with property damage, and no accountability. And then there’s the part when she casually said… “We do this all the time.” Because that turns an “oops” moment into a pattern. And when that pattern violates your constitutional rights and due process, it starts to feel a lot like the government is using the Constitution like they use the Bible… Quoted when it’s useful, ignored when it isn’t.

Systems created from racism cannot be reformed. That is why we keep seeing the same thing happen over and over again… with police and with ICE. An unarmed Black man, in Milwaukee, was shot in the head three times after being tased and restrained by five officers. Meanwhile, just 80 miles away, a white man was actively on top of a police officer, assaulting him… and was taken into custody without being shot. We have seen this same disparity play out over and over again. And we will continue to see this happen because… American policing is deeply rooted in systems created to control and hunt down Black populations... and ICE was created from a system rooted in racial exclusion, and the criminalization of immigrants. And we see the consequences of that history every single day. The problem is not just a few bad officers/agents, or a lack of training. The problem is not just that the wrong person was hired… These systems were built on racism. They were built to use state violence against certain people. You cannot reform a system whose foundation is rotten. You cannot train racism out of a system created by racism. You cannot reform your way out of a structure that is operating how it was designed to operate. At some point, we have to stop asking how to make these systems work better… And we have to start asking why we keep defending systems that were never designed to protect people in the first place.

At some point, we have to stop asking how to make these systems work better… And we have to start asking why we keep defending systems that were never designed to protect people in the first place.

🚨In Chicago, ICE agents surrounded and questioned a U.S. citizen… demanding to know if he was “really” American. As he filmed the encounter, one of the agents struck his phone, assaulting him on camera. This is not normal. It is not normal for armed federal agents to surround citizens on the street and demand proof of citizenship.

🚨BREAKING: ICE wrongfully deported a 25-year-old U.S. BORN citizen to Mexico… and he had to SUE the federal government to finally be allowed back into the United States. Brian José Morales García repeatedly told authorities that he was born in Denver. He told them he was an American citizen. He told them he had a birth certificate, and Social Security number, at his home in Austin that he could provide. And they deported him anyway. According to his lawyers, the government deported Brian in April after a police stop near Fredericksburg. His citizenship was questioned, and ICE treated him as someone who had entered the country illegally. Except he was born in the United States. His lawyers later submitted additional evidence, including hospital records, witness affidavits, and a certified Colorado birth record confirming his citizenship. And now, months after the government wrongfully deported him, Brian has finally been allowed to come home. A U.S. citizen had to SUE the federal government, and produce an overwhelming amount of documentation, just to get back into the country he was born in. And this is exactly why the argument that “if you’re a citizen, you have nothing to worry about,” is absolute bullshit. Because what happens when the people with the guns and badges decide they don’t believe you? What happens when saying, “I’m an American citizen…” isn’t enough? What happens when you have to produce your birth certificate, your Social Security number, hospital records and witnesses… and even THAT doesn’t stop the government from deporting you? So, when DHS say, “We won’t deport citizens.” They already have. Brian is proof. And the most terrifying part is that he was lucky enough to have lawyers who could fight like hell to get him back. How many people don’t have that? How many Americans could be detained, deported, or have their lives destroyed because an ICE agent decides they “look undocumented,” and didn’t believe them when they say they’re citizens? That is why racial profiling is so dangerous, why due process matters, and why ICE agents violating constitutional rights puts everyone in danger. And that is why giving federal agents more power, while demanding less accountability, is a dangerous combination. Brian José Morales García was born in America… he told them he was an American... They deported him anyway. And months later, the government finally had to let him come home.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE/Border Patrol agent approached a U.S. citizen at a gas station, in Lake Worth, Florida, demanded his ID, and when the U.S. citizen asked why? … The agent’s said, “Because you’re an immigrant.” Except that is not how the Constitution works. In the video, the U.S. citizen is standing at a gas station when an agent walks up and says, “Let me see your ID.” The man asks a completely reasonable question, “Why?” The agent responds, “Because you’re an immigrant.” And before the man has even been identified, the agents grab his hands and puts him in handcuffs. People standing around immediately start questioning what is happening…asking the agents how they can arrest someone when they haven’t even identified who he is… But the agents ignore them and walk the man to their vehicle. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures. The Supreme Court has held that roving Border Patrol agents need reasonable suspicion, based on specific circumstances, to stop someone and question them about immigration status. And apparent ethnicity, by itself, is not enough. So, what was the actual legal basis for demanding this man show his ID? Because if the answer is literally… “because you’re an immigrant,” that should piss off every American. You should not have to prove you’re a U.S. citizen before the government decides it has the right to put you in handcuffs. And this is just another reminder that constitutional rights don’t mean anything if federal agents can violate them, over and over again, with no accountability.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent POINTED A GUN at a U.S. citizen, through her car window, while threatening her, in Falls Church, Virginia. And the excuse? They claimed she “almost ran them over.” Except… she had a dash cam recording the entire thing. She immediately called their bullshit: “You are so full of shit. I didn’t almost run anyone over.” The agent tells her, “You aren’t funny.” She responds, “You aren’t funny.” Then he threatens her… “Keep it up, I will arrest you.” While he has his gun aimed inches away from her. She says, “I’m a legal citizen, for what?” And they keep threatening her with arrest. Then, the agent repeats the accusation that she tried to run them over. So, she tells him, “Run you over when? I have dash cam recording. That’s a lie.” And suddenly… they WALK AWAY. Because if she had actually tried to run federal agents over, why did they just leave after she called their bullshit, and said she had video proving them wrong? And just to emphasize the seriousness of what happened… An ARMED federal agent had his GUN POINTED AT A WOMAN, through her car window, while threatening her with arrest. Pointing a firearm at someone is an enormous use of force that should NEVER be treated casually… especially when the supposed justification is an accusation they apparently couldn’t… or wouldn’t… back up. She wasn’t arrested. They didn’t show her evidence that she committed a crime. They just threatened her, pointed a gun at her, and repeatedly told her they would lock her up if she continued following them. And the SECOND she says, “I have it on dash cam,” they WALK AWAY. Because apparently the threat disappears when there’s a camera that can prove what actually happened. This is exactly why people need to DOCUMENT these encounters. Because when armed federal agents can point guns at citizens, and make accusations with seemingly no consequences, the public needs cameras. And when they threaten you for asking, “For what?” keep recording.

🚨The Trump Administration said ICE is finding abused, unaccompanied migrant children… but this is what they are doing once they find them… They’re deporting them to countries where they have no family. This week in Chicago, 10 children… ages 12 to 17… appeared in immigration court alone. All had been deemed abandoned by state courts. Six were ordered deported, one child was just 12 years old. His attorney told the judge he had NO caregivers waiting for him in El Salvador. Moments later, the judge ordered him to be deported there. These children aren’t terrorists. They aren’t violent criminals. They are children. Some seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status… a federal protection specifically designed for kids who have been abused, neglected or abandoned. And instead of protecting them, this administration is accelerating their deportation. That means sending vulnerable children back to places where they may have no safe home, no caregiver, and no protection… leaving them homeless, and at risk of exploitation, trafficking, abuse, or even death. There are roughly 20,000 unaccompanied immigrant children currently navigating the U.S. legal system, including about 1,000 in the Chicago area. So, when this administration tells you it’s doing all of this to “protect children,” remember what they are actually doing… They are finding vulnerable children, and then deporting them back into the very dangers that they were fleeing from to begin with.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents detained a man because he refused to answer their questions about his immigration status… while he was legally observing and filming them questioning someone ELSE. This man was standing at the front of a business, filming the encounter, when an agent walked over and started questioning HIM. In the video, an ICE agent asks where he’s from. He says Ecuador. The agent asks if he has a visa. The man responds that he has lived in the United States for 45 YEARS. The agent then asks what kind of documentation he has. The man responds, “Do I have to tell you all that?” And the ICE agent says, “No, I’m just asking you.” Okay… so he’s “just asking.” Then, the person filming points out that ICE came into their parking lot, so he’s just filming. And the agent walks away. Then EVERYTHING changes. Two agents walk back toward him, into the business, and tell the person filming, “Come here.” Followed by… “You said you are from Ecuador? You are being detained.” And it appears they then grab him. You can hear the man immediately saying, “I got to get my passport.” Then the video cuts. So, let’s break this down… Telling an ICE agent that you are from Ecuador is not, by itself, reasonable suspicion that you are undocumented. Being born in another country does not mean you are in this country illegally. And refusing to answer an agent’s questions, about your immigration status, doesn’t automatically give them the right to detain you. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable seizures. And when the government stops you, and tells you, “you are being detained,” that is a seizure. There is a HUGE difference between an agent walking up and asking questions, and an agent taking away your freedom. And notice what the agent says BEFORE the detention… “No, I’m just asking you.” So, what changed? The man said he was from Ecuador. He questioned whether he had to answer his questions. And suddenly, he’s being detained. And THIS is exactly why these encounters need to be filmed. Because if an agent can approach a random bystander because he’s filming, start questioning him about his immigration status, and then turn that encounter into a detention after he refuses to answer, we need cameras on all of these interactions. Not just to see what happens when someone is detained… but to see exactly how the agents got there.

🚨BREAKING: Men posed as ICE agents and detained and assaulted a woman… and Tom Homan is telling everyone that they just have to comply with this. A woman was driving on Highway 211, in Oregon, when a vehicle with flashing red and blue lights pulled behind her. Believing she was being stopped by law enforcement, she pulled over. Two men approached her vehicle, one was carrying a rifle, and they claimed to be ICE agents and told her she was being detained. They pulled her out of her car, searched her, and put her in the back of their vehicle. Then, a third man… who remained inside the vehicle… assaulted her. He told her he was the “guard.” The men were wearing tactical vests labeled “POLICE,” carrying fake badges, and wore face coverings. They held her for nearly 20 minutes before telling her she was free to go… and then she drove herself to the hospital. And while she was there, she reported that she started receiving text messages from someone claiming to be a law firm offering legal representation for her detention. Federal authorities later confirmed this was NOT an official ICE operation… These were people pretending to be federal agents. And this is exactly why Tom Homan telling people to “comply” with anyone claiming to be ICE is so incredibly dangerous. Because what is a person supposed to do when someone in a tactical vest, carrying a gun, pulls them over with flashing lights and says they are federal agents? Just trust them? This is not about telling people to resist legitimate law enforcement. This is about the government normalizing a system where anyone can look like an armed federal agent, claim to have authority over you, and expect you to obey without being able to verify who they are. That doesn’t make people safer. It makes everyone more vulnerable to being kidnapped, assaulted, or killed by criminals who know they can pretend to be ICE.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents walked onto PRIVATE PROPERTY in Brownsville, Texas, without a warrant, with their guns drawn… and then threatened to ARREST the property owner for telling them to get off his own property. In the video, six ICE agents walk onto the property, with guns drawn, and start searching it. The property owner tells them to get off his private property, and they ignore him. Then, they start chase after a man, who starts running, and tackles him. The property owner runs over and tells them… “Get out of here. This is private property.” The ICE agent literally responds, “That doesn’t matter. He was running. Get back.” Then the agent starts SHOVING the property owner backward. The owner tells him, “I live here.” The agent tells him to back up or he’ll be arrested. ON HIS OWN PROPERTY. Then the owner asks, “Where is your warrant?” And the ICE agent says… “We do not need a warrant.” Except… that’s not how the Constitution works. The Fourth Amendment protects civilians from unreasonable searches and seizures. ICE does NOT get to just walk onto private property, guns drawn, search it, and ignore the property owner demanding to know their legal authority… because they claim they saw someone run. And what makes this even more disturbing is that when a U.S. citizen is questioning why armed federal agents are on HIS property, the response is to SHOVE him and threaten to arrest him. Because apparently telling armed federal agents to get off your own property… is now grounds for arrest. This is exactly why people need to be recording every ICE encounter. Because when the people with guns, and badges, refuse to explain what legal authority they have, the video may be the only thing showing what actually happened. The Constitution still applies to ICE. And no badge gives you the right to just assault a U.S. citizen when they demand you get off their property.

🚨BREAKING: A masked ICE agent was filmed carrying a toddler in pajamas… and walking away. And given everything we now know about ICE, that should alarm the hell out of you. Because we are being asked to trust that someone is a legitimate federal agent just because they say they’re ICE… while their face is covered and they refuse to give out their badge numbers. And when that person is carrying away a fucking toddler, that is not something we should be expected to just shrug off. Especially when we have learned that ICE’s vetting process is deeply flawed. The ICE agent who fatally shot Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero in Maine had years of family court records detailing allegations of domestic and child abuse, including protective orders and other serious red flags. And somehow, he was still given a badge, a gun, and the authority of the federal government to arrest people, and take children into custody. And that’s not the only problem… We are also seeing cases of people impersonating federal immigration agents… including masked individuals using law-enforcement-style clothing, and equipment, to make themselves appear legitimate. So, when you have a masked man, claiming to be ICE, carrying away a toddler, the question everyone needs to be asking is… WHO THE FUCK IS THIS PERSON? How are we supposed to trust a system that has already failed to properly vet the people it gives this kind of power to? And how the hell are we supposed to tell the difference when criminals can easily pretend to be ICE, too? This is the terrifying reality of creating a system where people are expected to obey masked men carrying children away… simply because they claim to have government authority.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents allegedly hit a man with their vehicle, while on private property, in Oklahoma City… and when the property manager told them to get off the property, they argued with her instead. You can hear the man crying out in pain in the background. She tells ICE they can call an ambulance for him, but they need to leave the property. And she doesn’t back down. Eventually, an ambulance and stretcher arrive. Being an ICE agent does not mean you get to ignore the Constitution. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures. And that protection applies to everyone in the United States…regardless of immigration status. ICE cannot walk onto private property because they have badges and guns. They need consent, a proper warrant, or a legally recognized exception to enter private areas for enforcement purposes. And if the property manager is telling you to leave, and you don’t have legal authority to remain there, you don’t get to just argue your way into staying. Then there is the person we can literally hear crying in pain. If ICE agents hit someone with a vehicle, we deserve answers. Because this is what happens when federal agents start believing the rules don’t apply to them… They enter private property. They use force. They hurt people. And then they expect everyone to just stand there and accept it because they’re with ICE. Federal agents are not above the law. And the fact that a property manager had to stand there and tell armed federal agents that they need to get off private property… should be absolutely infuriating.

🚨THIS IS WHAT WASTING YOUR TAX DOLLARS LOOKS LIKE. In Chicago, at least 7 unmarked ICE vehicles, and around a dozen ICE agents, surround a car with two women inside, demanding they prove their citizenship… And then let them go when they proved they were U.S. citizens. So, why were they stopped in the first place? ICE cannot stop people, and demand they prove their citizenship, based on a hunch… or because an agent thinks someone “looks undocumented.” The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures, and immigration agents still need lawful grounds to detain someone. So, when neighbors saw 7 ICE vehicles surrounding ONE car, they started filming. One man, standing at his front door, yells, “You all got nothing better to do.” An ICE agent responds, “I can’t hear you… come down here and talk to me.” Why? He has the same right to criticize federal agents from a public sidewalk as he does from his front door. Then he points out how absurd this situation is… “20 cars for 2 females. You all better wear masks. That’s why you wear fucking masks… so your face doesn’t show.” He’s calling them out for hiding their identities… saying, you’re covering your faces so you can’t be identified or held accountable for what you’re doing. Because remember… these are dozens of armed, masked agents surrounding ONE car, with TWO WOMEN inside… who are U.S. citizens. Instead of ignoring the criticism, the ICE agent walks over and says, “That’s not a threat, is it?” So now saying federal agents should be identifiable, and held accountable, is a threat? The man responds, “Did I threaten you, asshole?” You don’t lose your constitutional rights because an ICE agent doesn’t like being recorded. And criticizing the government isn’t a threat… it’s a constitutional right. And when dozens of masked, armed agents surround two women, question their citizenship, and force them to prove they were U.S. citizens... everyone should be questioning and criticizing the government. So I’ll ask again… Why were these women stopped in the first place? Because the people with cameras aren’t the problem… The masked, armed agents violating the Constitution are.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents showed up at a work site in Brownsville, Texas, claiming to be looking for two people… and ended up illegally handcuffing TWO U.S. CITIZENS, throwing one of them against a truck, threatening to arrest him again, and scanning everyone’s faces to determine their “status.” In the video, ICE showed up looking for two people. They asked the foreman if he knew them. He said no. Then, they asked if they could talk to the other workers about the people they were looking for. The foreman said, “If they want to talk to you, they can.” And then an ICE agent tried to scan the foreman’s face to run him through their system. The foreman told him he was not allowed to just scan his face. The foreman then walked over to one of his workers’ trucks, where ICE agents were surrounding the work vehicles at their work site. He asked what was going on. He repeatedly asked who they were looking for, and told them the people they claimed to be looking for were not there. The agent responded, “Well, we want to make sure.” The foreman told them, “Well, we aren’t them. You all need to leave.” And then an ICE agent threatened to arrest him. “You need to settle down or I have to put you in cuffs.” Except this man was not threatening them. He was not attacking them. He was not even raising his voice. He was standing there, asking questions and telling government agents to leave his workplace, after they had already expanded their investigation beyond the two people they claimed to be looking for. So, the ICE agent threw him against a truck and handcuffed him. A U.S. citizen. And after they released him, he asked for the agents’ badge numbers. And the agent responded by threatening to handcuff him AGAIN. The government cannot simply show up, invade your workplace, surround your vehicles, demand access to people who are not the subjects of their investigation, scan your face, and then arrest you because you object to what they are doing. The First Amendment protects your right to question government agents and verbally protest their actions. The Fourth Amendment protects you from unreasonable searches and seizures. And an arrest cannot simply be used as punishment because an officer does not like the fact that you are standing there, asking questions, or asserting your rights. Then the foreman saw another person ICE had in handcuffs… He told them they needed to let him go because he was not the person they were looking for. The agents eventually released the person they had in handcuffs… after scanning his face and discovering that he was also a U.S. citizen. The government is creating situations where people are expected to silently obey armed agents, who refuse to explain what they are doing… while they violate your constitutional rights… and then punishing anyone who dares to ask questions. When the government tells you that your only options are blind obedience or punishment… you are not living in a free country.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents pulled guns on an unarmed U.S. citizen in a small Minnesota town… then had to be stopped by the local police chief. This happened in St. Peter, Minnesota. A quiet southern Minnesota town A local woman was alone in her car, observing and recording ICE activity in her community. She is doing something that is fully protected under the First Amendment… observing and documenting federal agents in public. ICE notices her watching. Three federal vehicles begin chasing her, and try to force her to pull over. They eventually box her car in and three agents jump out of the vehicle in front of her… with their guns drawn… screaming at her to get out of the car. She refuses, and states her rights. The agents open her car door anyway, drag her out, force her to the ground, and handcuff her. This is all happening while she is unarmed, and alone on a country road. She suffers cuts, scrapes, and bruises as they pin her down. Her husband then arrives and starts recording. He tells them they don’t have a warrant and cannot search her car. An ICE agent dismisses him outright and says, “I’m not getting into the legality of everything.” Read that again. A federal agent, pointing guns at civilians, openly says they are not concerned with legality. ICE puts this woman into their vehicle and starts driving her toward the Twin Cities, toward a federal detention facility… even though she is a U.S. citizen. About twenty minutes into the drive, they suddenly turn around after getting a call from a supervisor. The St. Peter police chief stepped in. After her husband contacted an attorney and spoke with the police chief, the chief identified the vehicle ICE was using, took custody of the woman, and personally drove her home. ICE turned her over to local police because what they were doing was so clearly wrong. This is what is happening in America. A small-town police chief had to intervene to stop federal agents from disappearing an unarmed woman for observing them. If ICE feels comfortable pulling guns on unarmed citizens in small towns, chasing them, throwing them to the ground, and ignoring the law entirely, then no town is too small and no one is safe from ICE brutality. This is what it looks like when federal agents think they’re above the Constitution.
