I love ~1 RIR more than maybe anybody on... X but reality is you’re going to have to take A TON of sets to the 0 RIR/Failure mark throughout your training career Doing so will ensure your RIR gauge is accurate and you’re not sandbagging sets which is a VERY REAL ISSUE for many!show more

From losing the first game of the first PROJECT... V Qualifier due to unfortunate circumstances, to winning the next Qualifier and the entire PROJECT V league without dropping a single map, to losing to kevin islas in the Upper Bracket Finals of VCL Relegation, to bringing it back in the Grand Finals and beating them 2:0 to qualify for Challengers HanseMerkur Challengers DACH . I just want to thank my teammates Heizzy Ayokz @praysbobbycarr @me_Yanido and coach holdenX for the hardships we faced, which we always talked through, and the mentality to stick together until the very end. HOW TO DODGE EVERY SKILLSHOT IN LEAGUE OF LEGENDS... SO YOU GET ACCUSED OF SCRIPTING - Script in your mind - Draw out how far, wide, fast an ability is relative to your character thats all the easy stuff that I have been preaching already you can find in my free discord for improvement however one thing that League coaches fail to explain is the human aspect of it every game you play in League of Legends, every single person in the game is constantly building their profile in a game on how they operate both sides are constantly trying to mind f*ck each other to land and dodge skillshots. I have broken it down into layers the three layers to dodging are layer 0 - no dodge (unconscious) layer 1 - dodge (conscious) layer 2 - no dodge (conscious) Notice how in the clip in a challenger game below Olaf shoots a layer 0 skillshot, but because I am playing at a layer 1, I dodge his axe. Now the Thresh hook gets a little deeper bare with me, because I built the profile that I will dodge an ability in that moment, he thinks that I won't dodge and is shooting a hook at a layer 2 thinking that I will dodge at a layer 2 also. However I know that he knows I will likely not juke and walk straight so I make the conscious choice to dodge AGAIN playing at a layer 1 resulting in me dodging the hook, of course he could be accounting for my tumble but the point still stands. There are many deeper things to consider like zoning abilities, environment etc but you generally want to always play at a layer 1 until you gain more data in a game to adapt. However one thing that always stays true throughout my 13 years of playing League is in teamfights that have gone on for awhile, human beings tend to panic and default to layer 0 of shooting abilities, so if your able to operate at layer 1 as a teamfight progresses, you will likely dodge that one final skillshot that wins you the game. study the saskio wayshow more

This past weekend I won Smashkatoon 100, the largest... Melee bracket in Saskatchewan history and a celebration of a wonderful community. I have never wanted to win a tournament so badly in my entire life... now it's over. Smashkatoon was my last large bracket I was planning on entering. Life moves fast and my passion for the game and community can't seem to keep up. I've met some amazing people in my travels, and have had some fantastic times. I still love the game, but my serious competition days have long felt over, Smashkatoon was my one last ride. Shoutouts to Mono, Schmeez, and Egg$ for coming out. That meant the world to me. Thank you to everyone for an amazing 10 years of Smash, 12 year old me couldn't imagine making it this deep into the weeds of it. Thank you to my brother Dunc for getting me into it in the first place and being my guardian at events. Thank you to Paul for driving me to events and smashfests. Thank you Matty and Zach for showing me how cool being good at the game is and teaching me so much. Thank you to the RGF boys for sharing my passion for something I loved. Thank you Matt, Shash, and Chandler for getting me to so many events and for helping create an awesome 2024-2025 of Melee. Thank you TXH Esports for helping with so many of my ambitions. So many people to thank I'd be typing all day. Thanks to all of you for liking my combos and finding my playstyle interesting, that's what it's all been about for me. I know, I know, "Smash retirement, see you in 2 weeks". This community now isn't what I fell in love with, and it's up to me to recognize that and not try to force an unhappy relationship. I've been putting life outside of smash first on my priority list and have never felt better in life. I'm sure I'll putter around here and there and go to locals when I can but my days of serious travel, practice, organization, production and competition are over as things are. Thank you $1 twitter premium for no character limit I will be cancelling today but you did your job good stuff. PEACE!show more

Over a year ago I started my journey with... Bitcoin. Like most, I was just curious. But as I studied it, I realized Satoshi Nakamoto didn’t just build Bitcoin. He built a world where anyone could create in his spirit. He built something that lasts. That inspired me to build. To build sports on chain and stack Satoshi’s across chains. My contribution was to pass my most valuable possession to the blockchain, the actual GAME 5 BALL 🏀 from the 1991 NBA Finals. The night the Bulls won our first championship. The Holy Grail of sports. That ball is history, it’s legacy, and it’s culture. I wanted the fans to own a piece of it. To own fractions of the actual ball, now preserved in a vault as we build a Real World Asset around it. The digital scan of that same ball is powering an elite sports ecosystem through gaming, AI agents, storytelling, multi-chain, and a documentary that captures what this moment means. Tomorrow night, the GAME 5 BALL 🏀 expands to Solana. $BALL is already live on Ethereum and this is the first step of our multi-chain journey as we build the future of sports on-chain. This is bigger than any one person. This is community. This is history. This is the start of breaking world records in sports collectibles and culture itself. Be like Satoshi. Keep building. $BALL 🏀🏆 GAME 5 BALL 🏀 Learn more and how to get tokens atshow more

This happened in the Little League World Series in... Softball, Nevada vs. Northern California. The last inning, Nevada is losing 2-1 and the bases are loaded and there is 2 outs. 2 strikes on the batter, 0-2 and she hits a ground ball to the shortstop. The shortstop fields the ball but falls on her rear and her throw to first base is wide. Two runs score and Nevada goes up 3-2. But wait….the umpire called runner’s interference. After discussing it with the other umpires, the call stands and that is the final out. Game over. Runner’s interference is not reviewable. That’s one rule right there that needs to change. The ball reaches the shortstop BEFORE the runner does. I do not see runner’s interference. I feel bad for those girls. Don’t think they should have lost that way. You make the call with your own eyes.show more

The past week has been a rollercoaster of emotions.... 1) In court again after the Government appealed against my freedom despite the 3-0 Appeal court decision in my favor. I trust Allah’s plans & will leave my fate in his wise hands. My integrity is not for sale. 6 years & counting, and i never once delayed the trial, never once negotiated my freedom through Political masters & never once lost faith that Malaysia is worth fighting & dying for. 2) From court, straight down to Muar. I am privileged to be given the opportunity to serve the good people of Muar. Despite not getting any support on Peruntukan Kebajikan, i have fundraised millions for Muar, thanks to all of you. Latest, another RM2.5million fundraised for Muar. Macam nak menangis pun ada 🥹 3) Dari Muar terus ke Switzerland bersama @kedaicincinampang . I’ll be here for 8days. Photoshoot, video-shoot and more. At first i was struggling to pay for my legal fees. Ya la, kerajaan kalah & merayu guna duit cukai rakyat. I still have to pay on my own despite winning at the Appeal court & now heading to the federal court. But Alhamdulillah Allah works in miraculous ways. 1 pintu ditutup, 10 lagi dibuka. With this new opportunity as a Brand ambassador, i can at least pay for my legal fees. Please pray for us here. Sejuk dia menusuk kalbu 🥶🥶🥶show more

One of the things I’ve struggled with this year... is my weight, due to a new medication. I’ve always been someone who loves food, but after going on birth control for the first time in 10+ years I gained 25 pounds in less than 3 months. The birth control was one attempt to help with my severe PMDD symptoms, but sadly it didn’t work AND caused my cravings to skyrocket. After doing a full 3 month test my doctor and I decided to try other treatment options for PMDD. A big reason for that decision was because my body fat percentage was quickly nearing 40% and was starting to cause other health issues. I’ll be completely honest, I lost a lot of motivation in the months after gaining the weight. It became seemingly impossible to get back to where I was just 6 months ago. How could it go downhill so quickly? I am proud to report, however, that after 3 months of changing my mindset and focusing on myself I have lost 7 of those 25 pounds. I am finally going to the gym consistently again, eating the correct amount of calories per meal (except on big film days 😅), and have been spending more time with people who lift me up. I still have a long way to go, but for the first time in over a year I’m really starting to feel like myself again. Thank you to all of you who’ve been on this wild and incredible journey with me all these years 😘show more

$BTC UPDATE My long on #BTC is closed My... plan has changed: 1. First long zone – $64,700 (DONE) 2. Second long zone – $62,500/$61,200 (DONE) 3. There is a Head and Shoulders pattern on the 1D chart (DONE) 4. First target – $68,500/$69,400 (DONE) 5. Second target – $72K (DONE) 6. Third target – $76K (SEE EXPLANATION BELOW) 7. After that, I expect the final drop to begin in August/September. Bitcoin reached my targets within two days - this shows the strength of the market at the moment. Therefore, I’m considering the possibility of a new target. As I mentioned before, once $BTC reaches our targets, we should see an altcoin rally - and it has already started. As I said earlier, buying spot through DCA is not a bad idea. My $ETH long is still open, while my $BTC long was closed at $69K. To open a short, I need to see bearish structure first. I’m not going to try to catch a knife, so I haven’t opened a short yet. If anything changes, I’ll let you know! DYOR. REMINDER: I warned about the BTC bull trap at $82K, the summer drop, and the SPACE X decline before they even happened. MY NEXT CALL WILL BE THE BIGGEST ONE OF THIS CYCLE. TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS. Stepping down from the FURIA Roster permanently. Lots of... reasons really but the simplest is that I don't enjoy it, and competing in Apex Legends isn't what's best for me and the people around me. Financially, it just doesn't make sense, because it was heavily cutting into my content and I make more money off 1 month of content grinding then I would getting first place at LAN. My most viewed youtube video single handedly made more money than when I got 2nd place and won MVP at the Season Championship. Mentally, all of these things + the feeling of letting my team and community down due to lack of interest and commitment depressed me over time. It doesn't matter how good I am as a player, if I can't bring the fire to competition I'm just gonna get smoked. And my inconsistency in bringing that energy is what lead to our inconsistent performances. Every day felt like clocking in and I didn't care if we won or lost. Which isn't fair to my teammates when i could easily be replaced with someone who would happily dedicate their entire life to the team. Physically, the schedule we played on made it hard for me to pursue my health goals as I become far less happy. and so I fell off track more and more as time went on. Socially, the schedule of balancing content and competing made it almost impossible to hang out with friends and loved ones. Everyone is happy with the current scenario. Nobody got snaked. Nobody did anything wrong. The entire team will function better. I will be able to more easily pursue my physical, social, mental, and financial goals. This is what's better for everyone. If I couldn't enjoy playing even with my best friend there's no way I'll enjoy playing with any other roster, so I will be done permanently. Thank you to everyone who supported me, and I apologize to anyone who enjoyed watching me compete. I think this path will allow me to be healthier and positively affect more lives. :3show more

Had a duo session for the first time this... weekend, and I get what the fuss is about. Even labbing was fun, and applying it to a real match was next level. What makes it is the social aspect. You're strategizing outloud ("we have a jumper"), commiserating ("Yasuo 2H so dumb, right?"), solo-miserating ("my bad"), and best of all, you're able to say "we did it". Winning feels twice as good while losing feels half as bad. There are pros and cons though which will make upcoming major mixed-mode tournaments super interesting. Can't call assist/break/push block whenever you want, but a team gets a buff from divided mental stack, etc. If you're enjoying the game in diva mode, definitely try duos. Sony Sports commentators look too fearless. They are openly... criticizing the Indian players against Ireland. 🤣😭 They didn't hesitate too cook Shreyas Iyer and Team India's IPL talents. 😭 Statement 1: "Indian players have become used to playing on flat pitches. As soon as they get a slightly challenging pitch, the entire team surrenders." Statement 2: "Arshdeep Singh must be thinking, 'I bowl in the game, I have to bat too. What will you do?'" Statement 3: "Everything was going so well. We hadn't lost a single T20I series in the last three years. During that period, we also won one Asia Cup and one T20 World Cup." I have never seen Star Sports (JioHotstar) commentators criticize the Indian team this openly, but Sony Sports commentators are doing it, which is good for Indian cricket.show more

$ETH UPDATE My local view on #ETH So far,... everything is going according to plan: 1. We broke out of the wedge and are now retesting it (DONE) 2. Liquidity sweep at $1,804 (LOANDING?) 3. First long zone: $1,720/$1,800 4. Second long zone: $1,744/$1,680 5. Conservative target: $2,000 6. If $BTC reaches $70K/$72K, then $ETH target is $2,100/$2,200 REMINDER: I said the probability of reaching the second zone was low, and that we might not even reach the first long zone. $ETH looks much stronger than $BTC, so if you bought #ETH on June 30 when I was targeting $1,950/$2,000 - well done. I can’t give you an overly risky long entry, so I highlighted two long zones. There is still a possibility that we reach them. Over the next 30–90 days, I expect the final correction to begin. If anything changes, I’ll let you know! DYOR. REMINDER: I warned about the $BTC bull trap at $82K, the summer drop, and the $SPCX decline before it even happened. Today I ran into a condition that everyone here... is probably familiar with: what I call a brain melt (“poplava”). No point beating around the bush – my mental health has been on a roller coaster, albeit well within the boundaries of psychiatry, since 2015, when I lost my first pregnancy. I developed a full-blown clinical depression, and for years I stubbornly refused to treat it with medication because, well, wasn’t I supposed to be strong enough to handle it on my own? By the time I finally agreed to antidepressants, I was in terrible shape. I’d gone through a second pregnancy loss, then had a baby, started supporting the whole family with a full-time job when my son was only three months old, and then COVID lockdowns hit. In hindsight, I’m incredibly lucky I was already on antidepressants when the full-scale invasion began. During the first two years of the war, I burned through every reserve I’d built up over the previous years – mental, physical, and financial. Then, in 2024, I simply hit a wall. I became deeply immersed in the reality of what was happening on the front line, in the occupied territories, and in the filtration camps. A criminal case was opened against me in Russia, my bank accounts and PayPal were shut down, and the Russians even identified my home in Belgium. It was… eventful. That’s when I had my first real, proper poplava. For the first time in my life, I developed severe headaches, obsessive thoughts that went round and round in circles, and, simply because the state itself became unbearable, suicidal thoughts. Thankfully, I seem to have been blessed with a fundamentally resilient mind. I recognized what was happening, went to my doctor and psychologist, and together we figured out what to do next. I know my level of stress isn’t comparable to that of people who live under constant shelling. But because of the work I do, it’s still rather a lot. It is just a different kind of stress – highly unpredictable. You never know where the next blow is going to come from. I’ve never used any hard medication, thankfully, so my mind has always been clear. I drink alcohol very rarely, I don’t smoke, I don’t use drugs, I stay physically active, and I try to get enough sleep. All of that helps. Over the past year, I’ve managed to get my mental state back to something close to what it was before the war and, in many ways, I’ve finally found a sense of inner peace. That said, these days almost any stressful event still triggers the same pattern: looping thoughts and headaches. I know the signs now, so after something stressful happens, I gently start checking in with myself. “Hang on… how many times have you thought this exact thought already? How many times have you sent that message? Are you getting unnecessarily combative in the comments? How’s your head? Maybe an ibuprofen? Maybe some passionflower?” Usually that’s enough, and I can get back to work. Still, I have a feeling that one day I’ll end up living in the woods, praying to a wagon wheel, with the internet permanently switched off. But only after the war is over. I guess I owe you all money for today’s therapy session.show more

My entire Polymarket strategy right now is Ctrl+C on... a wallet making $20K a month and Ctrl+V on my account. Yeah. I know how that sounds. 6 months ago I would have closed the chat on anyone who said this. Probably blocked them too. But here is where I am: last month, +$2,700. Trading decisions I made: 0. For context, my best month of manual trading was $580. And that took 3-4 hours a day. Let me back up. For 6 months I was a "real trader." Charts on 2 monitors. 3 Discord alpha groups. NOAA weather data at 2 AM because someone said temperature markets were free money. Spreadsheets tracking 40 wallets. Every thread read. An opinion on every market. Average month: somewhere between $400 and "I would rather not say." I was very busy. Just not very profitable. Then something clicked. Not an insight about markets. An insight about me. The wallets I was tracking, the ones pulling $15K-$30K a month, had data pipelines, sub-second execution, and models I could not replicate in a year of trying. I was not competing with other retail traders. I was competing with infrastructure. You do not outrun a car. You get in the car. So I stopped. Stopped picking markets. Stopped reading forecasts. Stopped setting 3 AM alarms for data drops. Found 3 wallets with 90+ day track records and consistent returns. Not the flashy ones posting $3M screenshots on Twitter. The boring ones pulling 4-6% weekly on liquid markets. Connected automatic copying. 1 evening. Maybe 15 minutes of actual setup. That was 5 weeks ago. 1st week I checked the dashboard every 2 hours. Old habits. 2nd week, once a day. Now I check maybe every 5 or 6 days. Trades execute on their own. I do not choose markets. I do not analyze odds. I do not decide position sizes. 5 weeks in: +$3,100 total. Same capital that would have made me $300-400 doing it manually. Same money. Different operator. Or rather, no operator. I did not make a single trading decision. That was the whole point. The logic is short: top wallets have speed, data, and execution you and I will never have. You can not beat them. But you can stand next to them and do exactly what they do, at roughly the same time, in the same markets. The tool I use: PMX 1 evening. 15 minutes. 0 decisions since: 6 months of charts taught me less than 1 evening of copying. Turns out the smartest move in trading is not trading at all.show more

This is the view from the Conscient Heritage Max... Sector 102 flat we visited last week. My buyer has rejected it. I was not surprised. The moment we were asked to park outside the society gate and walk half a kilometre in 40°C, I knew this flat had already lost. I did not push him. When a buyer goes quiet inside a flat, the decision is already made. You just respect it. He is still looking. He is still going to buy. Just not here. Somewhere in this society, a flat owner is probably refreshing their portal listing right now, wondering why serious buyers are not coming back with a second visit. The answer is not inside the flat. The answer is at the gate. Their facility management is turning buyers away before the lift door opens. If you own a flat in either society and plan to sell in the next 1 to 2 years, the first call is not to a broker. It is to your facility management. Ask them why visitors are parking on the road. Then ask them what that is doing to your resale value. The view from the flat is fine. You can see it in the video. The flat lost the deal before the buyer saw it.show more

Eben Etzebeth's post on Instagram: Hey Everyone I've been... quiet, but now that my hearing is done I think I owe everyone an explanation First of all, this is not a post to show that I was not guilty, I accept guilt. I made a mistake and I'm willing to serve a suspension which I deserve. I don't want young kids who look up to the Springboks to think that it's OK to eye gouge someone, because it's not, but unfortunately mistakes happen and I made a big one for which I'm sorry. But I'd like to answer the question - why did you do such a thing? It was a mistake caused by my reaction and other factors that played a role. Slide 1: The scuffle was basically over when Wales #7 struck me with an open hand to my chin/neck area, you can see me looking at the Assistant Referee and waiting for a reaction from him (it happened fast and it's understandable that he didn't see it) without reacting yet, I got another pull on my jersey, before I go in with the similar type of action. Slide 2: You can clearly see my first point of contact is against his shoulder with an open hand, just like he did, except he got me on the chin. Another thing worth mentioning, when he struck me, I was standing still with not a lot of movement or players trying to get involved. When I went for the same open hand towards his shoulder, you'll see 2 Welsh players changing the dynamic of the entire picture as well as one of my teammates pulling Wales #7 around his neck away from my hand and where my force is going. Slide 3: Another Camera Angle So why did I post this? To try and show people how everything happened and that it was never intentional. I would never do something like this on purpose, I know what the consequences will be after playing rugby for a few years. Thanks to everyone that stood by me and thought the best of me. I'm sorry for letting you and the game down. That was my first red card since I started playing. I want it to be my last. To the people that were angry and upset with my actions, I understand - because it didn't look good on the slow motion replay and hopefully you've got a bit more context now.show more
