I built MatmulFlow ( — an interactive tool that... makes matrix multiplication dimensions visual, part of my AI by Hand ✍️ series. Matrix multiplication dimensions are confusing. Which is the inner dimension? Columns of the first or rows of the second? And when you chain five multiplications together, it gets worse. The idea: represent matrices as rectangles. Shift the second matrix up and to the right. The edges that must align become obvious. The result fills in the remaining space. No memorization. You can see it. It extends to chains. Stack vertically for left-multiplication. Stack horizontally for right-multiplication. Resize any matrix and watch the dimensions "flow" through the entire chain. Give it a try!show more

You can sort the files by document type, agency, date, and even explore them through an interactive map. I might have just figured out how to integrate... Web Workers with TanStack Table V9... So... multi-threaded TanStack Table coming soon? This would theoretically unlock huge UI performance wins for specific large tables that use heavy client-side computations for filtering, sorting, aggregation, etc. In a normal setup, the UI can freeze for a second or two while a large filter or sort is computating, but as seen here, the UI stayed 100% interactive while sorting 1 million rows with a slower alphanumeric sorting function. I want to know if this would be useful to anyone.show more

Samsung just added AirDrop support to Quick Share on... the Galaxy S26. Google already did this on Pixel 10 last year. Now Samsung is doing it too. So Android and iPhone can now share files with each other natively. No apps. No cables. Rolling out from today. Korea gets it first. Then North America, Europe, Japan, Latin America, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Only S26 series for now. More devices later. You have to turn it on manually in Quick Share settings though. You can now post-train a model inside your existing... production harness with our platform, AC2. A production harness is a whole engineered system around the LLM, with its own context management, tools, sandboxing, and control flows. Porting that into a new training runtime can be expensive and could introduce train-test mismatch, where the policy is optimized against a simulated harness and then struggles in production. All you need to do is swap out the harness’ LLM response endpoint to one provided by AC2, and expose a lightweight protocol for AC2 to initiate and grade rollouts; the trainer handles the rest.show more
