PM Shri Narendra Modi-led Govt's #AmritBharat Station Scheme is transforming railway stations across the country. 57 of the 1309 stations in India being redeveloped under this Scheme are in Karnataka! Today, I joined Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw & inspected Yeshwantpur Railway Station where Rs. 366 crore has been sanctioned by GoI for redevelopment. Bengaluru's Cantonment Railway Station is also part of the Scheme for which Rs. 484 crore has been sanctioned by GoI. Coupled with the redeveloped Baiyyappanahalli Station, three crucial stations in Bengaluru have benefited from this Scheme. Here's a glimpse of today's inspection & review meeting!
