It was so difficult to advance the 14Fr Mullin sheath through the pre-dilated 22 Contegra conduit (with 20mm Z-med 🎈) to do pre-stenting with BeGraft Aortic Bentley covered stent to implant #Melody valve 22mm. We used the BAT (Balloon assisted tracking) with #Armada🎈8×80mm to advance the sheath and to fix the sheath while unfolding the loop. It worked like a charm. I love ❤️it.
