I was shaking from head to toe last week during this speech, such is the weight of responsibility RE the #AssistedDyingBill. Supporters of law change have loudly complained we shouldn't call it assisted 'suicide', as they argue it is offensive. But linguistic policing won't stop this Bill becoming a state-backed SUICIDE influencer, and will send a cultural message to all - especially the young - that some suicides equate to 'dying in dignity'.
