Organized by #Zomato Live and executed by an agency (name withheld for a broader message), this mismanagement at a global icon’s concert was unacceptable. I decided to confront the situation assertively, calling out the staff, questioning their actions, and reminding them that such practices wouldn’t go unnoticed. I even hinted at going live, which quickly resulted in a change—within minutes, the machines were operational again. I swiped INR 2000 to prove cash wasn’t needed and encouraged others to refuse cash transactions.
